Former Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson broke his silence Wednesday
evening, speaking publicly for the first time since his ouster from his
top-rated broadcast by the network on Monday.
"Good evening,".........."When you take a little time off, you realize how unbelievably stupid
most of the debates you see on television are, they're completely
irrelevant. They mean nothing. In five years, we won't even remember
that we had them. Trust me as someone who participated. Both political parties and their donors have reached consensus on
what benefits them and they actively collude to shut down any
conversation about it. Suddenly the United States looks very much like a
one party state,"
"That's a depressing realization, but it's not permanent. Our current
orthodoxies won't last. They're brain dead. Nobody actually believes
them. Hardly anyone's life is improved by them. This moment is too
inherently ridiculous to continue and so it won't. "The people in charge know this. That's why they're hysterical and
aggressive. They're afraid. They've given up persuasion, they're
resorting to force. But it won't work."
"When honest people say what's true, calmly and without
embarrassment, they become powerful. At the same time, the liars who
have been trying to silence them shrink and they become weaker. That's
the iron law of the universe: true things prevail." "Where can you still find Americans saying true things? There aren't
many places left, but there are some and that's enough," Carlson
concluded. "As long as you can hear the words, there is hope. See you soon."
FOX News, which last
October marked its 26th anniversary as a cable news channel, has long
been a target for its increasingly leftist competition, CNN and MSNBC.
But now, the Federal Government is jumping on the kill-FOX bandwagon
and making noises about trying to rein in, censor, or even silence the
country’s #1 basic cable television channel.
In recent weeks, FOX News’s
ratings-challenged competition – CNN and MSNBC – have devoted endless
hours to bashing FOX News as an outlier – a fake news channel that
lies, distorts, and serves as an inspiration for violent,
election-denying, white nationalist insurrectionists. CNN and MSNBC have
been joined in this First Amendment-busting crusade by the nation’s
leading mainstream print and online media, including the New York Times, the Washington Post, and the Associated Press, as well as PBS, NPR, the broadcast networks, and too many other broadcast and print/online outlets to mention.
This
campaign against FOX News is nothing new. But the new 2023 rallying cry
is the contents of several recent legal filings by the companies suing
FOX for libel for its coverage of the aftermath of the 2020 election.
As the left wing British publication The Guardian wrote,
in one of its several score articles bashing FOX News in recent weeks,
this new political red meat mobilizing FOX’s critics results from:...............To Read More....
Here we go again. Another under-handed,
11th-hour pre-election Fox News poll, this time meant to influence the

“Wishful thinking has become Fake News over at Fox News: (Canada Free Press, June 29, 2020) “Trump’s poll numbers in recent weeks have
trended downward amid criticism over his administration’s handling of
the coronavirus epidemic and the White House response to the protests
and riots following the death of George Floyd in late May while in

Shouldn’t even the most gullible among us, wonder whether Fox News
went past poll manipulation to being in on the alleged fraud of Election
2020? Did Fox News already know the outcome of Election 2020 before it happened? Here’s the latest from Fox Poll Election predictions:

Former Fox News anchor Chris Wallace is
reportedly “irate” over the ouster of CNN president Jeff Zucker and now
feels uncertain about his future at the network. Speaking
with Radar Online, a TV insider said Wallace has been “second-guessing
his decision” to leave Fox News for the upcoming CNN+ streaming platform
in the wake of Zucker’s resignation for his undisclosed affair with his
subordinate, Allison Gollust.
“Chris is the type of person who makes it known if he doesn’t like
something,” the source told the outlet. “He went over there for Zucker
and now Zucker is gone. Wallace feels that he has been stiffed. He’s got
no staff, no Executive Producer and the guy he gave up a prized gig for
has just walked out the door.”............Wallace has no protection. ...............“I am thrilled to join CNN+. After decades in broadcast and cable
news, I am excited to explore the world of streaming”
And he's all upset now. Schadenfreude, Zucker was the guy who ran CNN into the ground over the last nine years. This is the guy he praises! Well, let's face it, Wallace is a self-absorbed arrogant snot who somehow thought he was really special, and better than all the others at Fox, all of whom were beneath him, including the audience who watched Fox, but fewer and fewer watched him. He's even worse than his father.
And now it turns out another arrogant snot, Jonah Goldberg, along with Steve Hayes who left Fox is going to NBC, acting like great moralists as they marched out from Fox claiming Fox's Patriot Purge series was:
"a collection of incoherent conspiracy-mongering, riddled with factual
inaccuracies, half-truths, deceptive imagery, and damning omissions” ..........."the release of 'Patriot Purge' wasn’t an isolated incident, it was merely the most egregious example of a longstanding trend."....accusing them of amplifying "the
false claims and bizarre narratives of Donald Trump" for the past five
years.
So he went to CNN for moral clarity?
CNN, a network that's totally recognized (outside the leftist echo chamber of irrational head nodders) for lies, conspiracies, misinformation and blatant Democrat and leftist partisanship, so they left Fox because these two think CNN and NBC are more "honest and moral" than Fox? Do I understand that correctly?
"Fox News ratings
have dominated for a remarkable twenty years. It is actually CNN that
festers in an alternate universe awash with toxic radiation; in fact,
the network is imploding into a fake news black hole".
Or, are they nothing more than false conservatives who are in reality leftist hypocrites?
I read Goldberg's book Liberal Fascism and was totally impressed. I don't know what happened to him after that, but he's lost his mind, and his audience. Will leftists embrace him? Maybe, but being embraced by the left is like being embraced by a bone crushing anaconda.
Now it's being reported that there's an effort to pay hush money to Chris Cuomo to the tune of $9 million, presumably to prevent more exposure of what Zucker and CNN have been up to. So while attempting to attain the moral high ground and "graciously" acknowledging:
"Fox News still does real reporting, and there are still responsible
conservatives providing valuable opinion and analysis," they wrote. "But
the voices of the responsible are being drowned out by the
irresponsible."
And just who are these "irresponsible" voices on Fox? Most likely he's referring to Hannity, Carlson, Ingraham and Janine Pirro, all of whom are all very outspoken conservatives and who keep being shown to be accurate and correct in their views. Truth and Time are on the same side, and they're carrying the day with America, Chris Wallace and his views are going to become meaningless.
Okay, so let's take a look at the network Wallace and Goldberg joined over moral considerations.
On February 5 John NolteCNN’s Pantheon of Creeps, making a great comparison between them and the people at Fox for moral clarity, and we already know about Zucker and his mistress, to then we have Jeffrey Toobin who was caught masturbating on a Zoom call. Allison Gollust, Zucker's paramour who rose right to the top (but it wasn't because she was sleeping with the boss) while both were married to other people.
Then there's Chris Cuomo who Nolte describes in this way:
Chris Cuomo, the dilettante little brother of Andrew Cuomo, encouraged political violence, physically threatened his critics, grabbed a woman’s ass, sought to destroy the credibility of his brother’s dozen or so accusers, ran
around New York while infected with COVID (when New York was Pandemic
Ground Zero), lied to CNN viewers about remaining in his basement
quarantine, staged a phony exit from that basement quarantine, and was repeatedly caught not wearing a mask after shaming others to wear masks.
Don Lemon is accused of "stuffing his hands down his pants and shoving his stink-filled fingers under a man’s nose" and Michael Avenatti, who CNN promoted over and over again is now a felon for his criminal activities. Then there's John Griffin, a former producer at CNN. He's facing "sex-trafficking" charges involving minors along with anther former producer, Rick Saleeby, who has been accused of having sex with a minor.
Then there's Andrew Cuomo who CNN worked to cover "up his scandals,
demonized his critics, and blatantly sought to mythologize him into a
2020 presidential contender. Then, in August of 2021, it all came
crashing down when Cuomo was forced to resign after an investigation by
New York’s attorney general (and fellow Democrat) found that he sexually
harassed 11 women.
And this is the network these people are going to for moral clarity!
It did not take long for former President Donald Trump to get wind and respond to anti-Trump comments Thursday night by former House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., at the Ronald Reagan Library.
Trump scoffed at Ryan's arrogance to suggest the failed "RINO"
(Republican in Name Only) knows enough that he can tell Republicans "how
to win elections," lumping the never Trumper in with Sen. Mitt Romney,
R-Utah, the failed presidential candidate he served as running mate for
in 2012.
"RINO Paul Ryan, who became a lame duck
Speaker of the House, lost all vote-getting capability with the people
he represented in Wisconsin, and was the single biggest factor, other
than Romney himself, for the monumental Romney/Ryan loss in the
presidential race of 2012 (I got more votes by far, 75M, than any
sitting president in history!), and he is now speaking to other
Republicans telling them how to win elections. Interestingly, I was in
the Great State of Wisconsin when they booed him off the podium — I
literally had to come to his rescue.
"Ryan should instead be telling them how to stop the cheating of
elections and that we would have won if Republican leadership fought the
way the Democrats did.
"It was the day that Ryan went on the board of Fox (Fox will never be
the same!) that Fox totally lost its way and became a much different
place, with millions of its greatest supporters fleeing for good. Paul
Ryan has been a curse to the Republican Party. He has no clue as to what
needs to be done for our Country, was a weak and ineffective leader,
and spends all of his time fighting Republicans as opposed to Democrats
who are destroying our Country.
"As a Republican, having Paul Ryan on your side almost guarantees a loss, for both you, the Party, and America itself!"
Ryan's remarks denounced Republicans for following the Trump doctrine, according to reports.
On 22 March 2019, an article entitled “Deep State Propaganda Has Come To Live At Fox News” postedhere. Then, on 27 March 2019, a piece entitled “Is FOX Falling?” followed-up here.
For over a year, the Canada Free Press has watched a gradual shift underway at FOX News. One indication of that shift came in November 2019 when Catherine
Herridge left as FOX’s Chief Intelligence Correspondent and moved to CBS
News. She’d been a FOX star. Her clear, succinct, factual reporting was
exceptional. No spin. No drama. Just news. In losing Herridge, FOX,
also, lost her sources.
Signs of decline at FOX appeared back in June 2017, when, according to the New York Times, its “fair and balanced” slogan was officially dropped. The unofficial slogan seemed to become “diverse and inclusive,”
when former Democratic National Committee Chair Donna Brazile – the
leaker of CNN debate questions to Hillary Clinton – became a featured
FOX commentator.
Then, in early July 2019, FOX’s afternoon news
anchor, Shepard Smith, left the network and later joined CNBC as an
evening news anchor. At FOX, Shep had been a serial NeverTrumper. But
it appears he was neither interested in “fair and balanced” nor “diverse and inclusive” as a reporting strategy. Shep found a simpatico home at an all-liberal network............

watched the 2020 Republican National Convention on C-Span, largely
because the screen is uncluttered with banners and preview windows and
they hang around at the end of such events for awhile, particularly when
President Trump, Vice-President Mike Pence, or First Lady Melania is
the speaker. I would try to turn to Fox for analysis only to see first

Democrat who has lately been obsessing about something called “QAnon
violence” whatever that is.

My Take - First off, I watch no television news. Secondly, Fox news has become a
disgrace, a virtual fever swamp of leftist fumes, and I stopped watching it
long ago. Mostly because of Bill O’Reilly. I found him to be a self-serving
lying egocentric. That was before everyone else recognized how bad he
was.
Juan Williams has always been an comrade of leftist intellect for as long
as he's been on the air. Meaning he spouts blather filled with logical
fallacies and false information. It makes me happy to see Greg Gutfeld put him
in his place.
The other conservatives on The Five, ….well….. some aren’t really
conservative. Worse yet, they all certainly give the impression of being
invertebrates.
Donna Brazile, is equally as bad. Take away the logical fallacies,
emotion baiting, false narrative, red herrings and delusional spouts of
irrational thinking and she wouldn't be able to talk at all.
There are only
Four shows worth watching and they involve, Hannity, Tucker Carlson, Judge
Jeanine, and Laura Ingraham, and they're not always right, but at least they
believe what they're saying and are prepared to factually defend it without
fallacious thinking.
However, I never see their shows either because I simply refuse to watch
television news. When it comes to news: If
I can’t read it, I don’t want it.
Too bad the good people of Portland,
Oregon, worried about the violence in their city, can’t simply cut away
from it the way Fox News did today. But they can’t because the violence
that’s taken over their home city has been playing out for the better
part of almost two months and is getting worse.
No matter how
violent or profane, the news is the news, and that’s what White House
Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany tried to show to White House Press
Corps reporters in her press briefing today.
“Fox News cut away on

When Fox News launched in 1996, it was the lone conservative voice
in a TV news landscape dominated by leftwing media outlets. Fox News
combined traditional news reporting with hard-hitting primetime opinion
shows that had a decidedly conservative bent. It found its core
audience, climbed in the ratings and surpassed its leading cable news
rivals on the Left, CNN and MSNBC.
Over the years, however, Fox News’s focus has changed. While still
featuring its primetime conservative opinion hosts Tucker Carlson, Sean
Hannity, and Laura Ingraham, the network is increasingly presenting
leftward leaning perspectives that have blurred its original mission.
Fox News viewers hear regularly from liberal anchors Juan Williams and
Chris Wallace. They also hear on a daily basis from Democrat operatives
who are Fox News contributors such as former DNC Chair Donna Brazile,
Mary Ann Marsh, Jessica Tarlov, Marie Harf and “progressive” radio talk
show host Leslie Marshall. Fox News has also given respectful platforms
to leftists Bernie Sanders, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Amy Klobuchar,
Chris Hahn and many similarly inclined others – a courtesy that is not
reciprocated by leftist cable shows.........To Read More.....
Trump supporters should brace themselves for a LOT of disappointing polls between now and election day. As we know from 2016, however, disappointing polls don’t necessarily mean sure defeat, but that doesn’t stop the media and others from using them to push their anti-Trump narrative.............
“Just over half of voters want President Trump impeached and removed from office,” read the Fox News lede from Wednesday. The 51 percent signified a shocking 9 percent jump from when the ‘I’ question was last posed in July.
Let that sink in. If this poll is correct, a majority of this country wants to see Trump removed from office for the ‘high crime and misdemeanor’ (apparently) of asking Ukraine to investigate (not fabricate, but investigate) possible crimes............
Something had to be amiss..........
In fact, 48 percent, or nearly half, of the Fox News poll’s 1,003 respondents self identified as Democrats. Republicans came in at 40 percent, an eight percent decrease, with the other 12 percent being Independents........... According to Gallop’s last analysis, 31 percent of Americans identify as Democrats, 29 percent as Republicans, and the rest - a whopping 38 percent - actually identify as Independents. So the question to Fox News on their latest polling data isn’t merely why fewer Republicans were polled than Democrats, but also why were Independents almost criminally underrepresented?............It’s almost as if this poll and others like it are meant to create, not measure, public opinion..........To Read More.....
Worrisome horrors: That really is MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow significantly ahead of Fox News’, Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham, The Five and Brett Baier. Fox News’ Shep Smith, already at the bottom, is just slightly ahead of CNN’s Chris Cuomo and Anderson Cooper.
How about that for a Fox News Poll!
It was only on Thursday that Fox came out with another poll, this one indicating that 51 percent of Americans want President Donald Trump impeached.
“Just over half of voters want President Trump impeached and removed from office, according to a Fox News Poll released Wednesday. (Fox News, Oct. 10, 2019)
“A new high of 51 percent wants Trump impeached and removed from office, another 4 percent want him impeached but not removed, and 40 percent oppose impeachment altogether. In July, 42 percent favored impeachment and removal, while 5 percent said impeach but don’t remove him, and 45 percent opposed impeachment.” ..............

My Take - Smith has since quit Fox and the polls have been shown to have been horsepucky. But the fact is I've not believed in polls for years. Don't tell me about polls, show me the crowds. Make no mistake about this. Trump will not be impeached, he will win the 2020 in a landslide and the Republicans will take both houses of Congress, and many of the Mitt Romney Republicans will be gone. In both houses.
With the exception of a few personalities, Fox News isn't now, nor has ever been, all that conservative. The Canada Free Press asks if "By 2020 Will Fox News Be The Biggest Anti-Trump Network?" Now that the scion of Rupert Murdoch is allegedly running the show, it's becoming more and more obvious, as the Canada Free Press article demonstrates.
Shepard Smith is a flaming liberal, Bill O'Reilly was, in my opinion, a phony, Meghan Kelly was a fraud, and Chris Wallace is still his father's son! Although Wallace attempts to give the impression he's trying to be impartial, he's not very good at it. He's a phony journalist of the same ilk as his father, and clearly suffers from Trump Derangement Syndrome. But he's not alone as a lot of former prominent "conservative" journalists and commentators suffer from that same mental disorder.
Brett Baier always gave the best impression of impartial reporting. "The Five" have difficulty being the rock in the liberal current. George Will is an arrogant ego-centric who derides Trump for doing the very things he demanded be done. As for Krauthammer, although he's passed, he suffered from the same kind of arrogant case of weird as Will. Both atheists who could transition easily to leftist posturing. The 2016 election is the perfect example. No real conservative, no matter how much they disliked trump, could vote for Hillary or promote her.
The best Fox conservative who won't tolerate spinning, and could outline clearly her views on every issue was Judge Jeanine Ferris Pirro. Fox suspended her for a while for telling the truth about Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN). Fox calls truth Islamophobic. Laura Ingram, Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson and Jesse Watters come up close behind.
Eric Bolling, Kimberly Guilfoyle, and Greg Gutfeld were the conservative moderates on the Five, but they all lacked the historical foundation or intellectual ammunition to shut down the logical fallacies of the leftists who appeared on the show, although Gutfeld was the best of the lot at picking up on logical fallacies and did so quite often. Then Jesse Watters entered the picture and is clearly capable of dealing with both the history of these issues, and the logic.
Dana Perino is a Bush Washington insider who would be comfortable with Will and Krauthammer's views. For a time Andrea Tantaros was most effective conservative on The Five with Gutfeld running second, and they got rid of her.
Juan Williams has always been a leftist loon. He and Geraldo are experts at logical fallacies and self righteous self delusion. Kristen Powers, who's an apologist for the left on almost every occasion, claims to have converted from atheism to Christianity, but remains a Democrat.
Democrats have a Party Platform defending every form of abortion and gay marriage. Since both those positions are antithetical to Christian ethics can she be a member of the Democrat party without being a heretic?
Her "conversion", along with Bob Beckel's, who I never found to be anything but contemptible, is questionable, which makes me wonder how scarred their consciences must be to continue on their paths. They've all breathed the air of the leftist fever swamps so long they can't argue an issue without logical fallacies, misdirection, obfuscation of the facts, outright propaganda and a repudiation of Christian ethics and values. I wonder. Is it better to be an atheist or a heretic?
As for Judge
Napolitano; he's gone completely over the cliff of leftist insanity. It's my view somewhere there's a story to be told over his recent Trump Derangement Syndrome infection, but only time will tell what it is.
I've left out a bunch of Fox characters, but no matter, Fox isn't really conservative, nor did Ailes want it to be. He wanted it to make money and he saw a huge market that wasn't being attended to. One that would make a lot of money for his network.
That market was a very large conservative American population that came of age and realized the news media was nothing more than a propaganda machine for leftists and Democrats. So he provided a news service that wasn't a complete socialist propaganda machine, and America responded. It was so different from the Main Stream Media it was considered a conservative Republican organ, except the Republican Party isn't all that conservative.
However, that market wouldn't have been obvious to Ailes, or anyone else in the media for that matter, if it wasn't for Talk Radio and Rush Limbaugh.
He created conservative media, and like it or not - That's the Way It Is!
One of the greatest public services President Donald Trump has done for the nation is forcing institutions and people to reveal their true character.
While this has been the most valuable when it comes to the media, it has also been valuable when it comes to unmasking globalist Republicans.
This was again on display this week, most notably in the revelation that Paul Ryan was inciting Fox News from his position on the board of Fox Corporation to "decisively break" with President Trump. Ryan has apparently graduated from providing the worst advice to the president as the speaker of the House to providing the worst advice to Fox News.
Were Fox to follow this advice, the network would have even fewer viewers than CNN, which can at least count on hapless airport captives to boost its numbers. I find it hard to believe that any of Fox's viewers are not to the right of Shepard Smith and Chris Wallace. If Fox management thinks it can somehow compete for liberal viewers, it is delusional............Romney is more Fredo than Lando, too foolish to realize how badly he is being used even as he listens to the media sirens calling from the rocks. It's bad enough when Republican voters see Democrats opposing Trump. But the way so many Republicans do it is disgraceful and dispiriting........When Republicans go bad, they quickly progress through the seven stages of stupidity...............To Read More......

The incendiary on air war that broke out earlier this week, pitting several of the most prominent Fox News channel personalities against each other, has cooled off for the moment. The sudden flare-up of simmering grudges between Fox News’s opinion and news sides that finally boiled over into public view involved opinion host Tucker Carlson, news host Shepard Smith, and the channel’s senior legal analyst Andrew Napolitano.
The war of harsh words that went back and forth on Carlson’s and Smith’s programs Tuesday and Wednesday, which also involved Carlson’s guest, Republican attorney Joseph diGenova, was unprecedented and was immediately seized on by a wide range of media as evidence of serious trouble at the country’s highest rated cable news channel...............

With the far-left Huffington Post proclaiming openly gay Shepard Smith as “the future” of Fox News, many conservatives are looking elsewhere for news and information. There is also talk of “Trump TV.”
Since the forced departure of Roger Ailes, reports Ryan Grim of The Huffington Post, Rupert Murdoch’s two sons, James and Lachlan, “have taken a bigger role inside the network.” In a reference to host Sean Hannity, a hard-core Trump supporter, Grim says they intend to jettison “some of the knuckle-dragging, opinion-heavy approach to politics,” and give more leeway to Shepard Smith, Chris Wallace, Bret Baier and Megyn Kelly.
It has been rumored for years that James Murdoch, the liberal Murdoch son who buys into global warming hysteria, is the real heir to his father’s media business. Conservative radio icon Mark Levin has been on a tear of late. Like many of us, he has watched establishment forces work to undermine both the outsiders in the GOP presidential campaign as well as the conservatives, and you can tell that “the Great One” has grown tired of it all.

My Take - First of all - I've not been impressed with Charles Krauthammer for some time and I've found Brit Hume to be less impressive as time has gone by, right along with George Will. I've called them the Will-Krauthammer Cabal. The article goes on to say that Krauthammer worked for Walter Mondale and then Jimmy Carter - both times against Reagan - and now he's a "conservative"! He's also an atheist, along with George Will - which means neither has any absolute moral foundation they haven't created to suit themselves. Since I write and report so much about science issues I've developed a circle of friends who are atheists with whom I have absolute trust in their moral foundation. But they've chosen a morality that's based on the exact moral principles of the Judaic/Christian ethic. Who knows what foundation the Will-Krauthammer Cabal is based on. Krauthammer is also a former leftist, and it's been my experience no matter how far right these former lefties may wander in their efforts to find "truth" they can never purge themselves of the contanimation of leftist thinking. The recent debacle created by David Horowitz's and Ronald Radosh's smear campaign against Diana West's book, "American Betrayal", is a clear demonstration of such thinking. West prevailed against the attack as more and more people who actually knew the facts, including the great Soviet Dissident Vladimir Bukovsky who extols Diana West’s American Betrayal and excoriated the Radosh/Horowitz cabal. Leftists can never entirely make the journey to the right because leftism has no moral foundation, therefore they can gravitate to whatever's convenient or popular, and more importantly to them is to not seem too far right to their former leftist friends and the current crop of lefties. They got no guts!
Now the question that really needs to be answered is this. Why is it Fox has no absolute conservatives on their shows? Whether it's science, politics or social issues they always seem to be trying to find the middle of the road. Perhaps there are real conservatives on these shows and they're being told to keep it mild so as not to offend people. Well, that's not news!
