Election Engineering 2.0 – A Few Details You Should Know

 When working, taxpaying, middle-class voters are abused by the ideologically-driven exercise of single-party control for two of the longest years in American history, does it make sense that fully half of them actually want more abuse? Need one to be a raging conspiracy theorist to observe, “this is just weird”?

While watching the election-night returns, I was struck by the willingness of some pundits, even ‘conservatives,’ to question the Republican platform as “too MAGA” rather than to demand an investigation of events and “irregularities” that clearly favored the Democrat Party. The degradation of the electoral process seems not only to have accelerated since the Big Steal in 2020; it has apparently become an even more taboo topic.    

To the viewer at home, none are of themselves “smoking gun” evidence of election rigging. But they add to an existing pattern of events that will be refused an investigation, and about which even competent reportage or candid discussion will be suppressed. The events themselves cause immediate suspicion. But the “nothing-to-see-here” routine of denial and suppression acts as a powerful and long-acting corrosive agent on the foundation of public trust.
