Well, another week is gone, and this election is a shocker to just about everyone, including me. I expected to see forty seats go Republican in the House and two in the Senate, and I actually thought they could possibly take five or six in the Senate.
Well, I was just as wrong as the rest, and they may not even take two in
the Senate giving Chuck Schumer another two years of tyranny to pick
our pockets, drive us deeper into debt and destroy the very fabric of
America's culture and structure. How's that sound?
Republicans hold 212 seats in the current Congress, and needed to pick up just six more to gain the majority, and while it's being predicted they will get 9, giving them 221 seats, that's a far cry from what was expected. Instead of a forty plus majority, they'll have a seven seat majority.
So, what went wrong? Well, what can be the only answer? It's Trump's fault! Of course it is! What other explanation can possibly be acceptable? Orangeman bad!!!! Bad I tell you!!! Well, I think it might be worthwhile to to explore other views about this on Monday.
I will leave you with this final thought. America just re-elected four of the most vile and tyrannous governors in America: Gretchen Whitman of Michigan, who James Carville thinks would be a great Presidential candidate for 2024 for the Democrats, Tim Walz of Minnesota, Kathy Hochul of New York and Gavin Newsome of California. Is that Trump's fault also?
Suffering is the beginning of wisdom, and it's clear America isn't accessing any bank account of wisdom. With the current trends in America's choices, the suffering/wisdom equation is most likely to come into play.....soon!
