Oh No! Say it Ain't So!

By Rich Kozlovich

For years these snotty arrogant Eurocrats looked down their noses at Americans, and when Trump became President and put America on a path to energy independence and exportation, they injected themselves with high octane arrogance sending their level of contempt through the stratosphere.

Which of course all the media, celebrities and leftist worldwide enjoyed thoroughly. But that didn't prevent them from buying American oil and natural gas. And now all their virtue signally about green energy being the wave of the future has completely failed. They're now using coal, stopped shutting down nuclear plants....and.... all of a sudden nuclear ....watch out now....here it comes.....nuclear is green, and we know that must be true because Greta Thunberg has given her imprimatur on it.

How much longer before coal becomes green?  Reality really bites doesn't it?  And now their economies are heading into the toilet.  Companies all over Britain are closing because they can't afford the energy costs to keep their business open, and that's true for Germany.  That's a great big schadenfreude for me.

So, what are the people of Europe doing to offset this lack of sufficient, readily available and inexpensive energy?  They're cutting down their trees, Now, how green is that?  It must be green since that's what they have to do to build massive fields of solar panels, so it must be green.   Right?

Or maybe green isn't green as much as it's an environmental disaster.

It’s easy to argue that the “green” movement is causing much more environmental harm than good. High energy costs are leading to poverty, which in turn leads to less investment in environmental protection and nature conservation. Biodiversity-rich forests are being cleared away to make room for wind parks and people are increasingly burning wood to stay warm as an alternative to natural gas and heating oil.

Well, Greenpeace and other environmental nitwits are really upset at this, but no one really cares.

So, what's the solution?  Well, we could follow the advice of the World Economic Forum and eliminate  billions from the world's population.  Any volunteers?
