My Take - The Constitution gives the state legislatures the sole power to determine the rules for voting in their states, not the governor, not the appointed bureaucrats or any other elected officials. Any rules implemented by any other person or body other than the legislature is unconstitutional. Period! And it appears the courts are finally accepting that foundational Constitutional truth. Remarkable it took this long.
