The U.S. Department of Energy illegally gave China $15 million in taxpayer-funded, groundbreaking technology for a powerful rechargeable battery used for grid energy storage. My Take - How does anyone in government "accidentally" give a foreign power technology? Technology they don't have, can't develop and will use against us! And who's been fired over this? No one as far as I can tell. Another good reason to dump the Energy Department.
