Survey: More than 1-in-5 Mail-In Voters Admit to Cheating

By Rich Kozlovich

In the 2020 election, more than 1-in-5 voters who submitted ballots by mail say they did so fraudulently, a survey from Rasmussen Reports and the Heartland Institute reveals. The survey asked those who voted by mail in the 2020 election if they filled out a ballot “in part or in full, on behalf of a friend or family member, such as a spouse or child?” to which 21 percent said they had done so.   Survey: More than 1-in-5 Mail-In Voters Admit to Cheating......'[in] violation of federal election law. Another 17 percent of mail-in voters said they signed a ballot on behalf of someone else...........another 17 percent of mail-in voters said they signed a ballot on behalf of someone else......another 10 percent of all voters said they know someone who admitted to casting a mail-in ballot in a state where they are not a permanent resident and 11 percent said they know someone who admitted to signing a mail-in ballot on behalf of someone else in the 2020 election.

What was the reaction to this?

“The results of this survey are nothing short of stunning,” Justin Haskins with the Heartland Institute

Stunning, really?  Amazing!  And we're surprised why?  We didn't know this from day one? And what's the Republican party leaders doing about this? Republican Leaders Really Are Oblivious to the Obvious!

I will state categorically, I knew from day one this election was stolen P&D Today: Voter Fraud and Abounding Corruption Everywhere.  I tracked it, stored articles dealing with it, and published that information, Voter Fraud: The Continuing Saga, over and over again.  Okay, Let's Try and Get This Right Once and For All: Biden Was Elected Through Voter Fraud.

Here's my Voter Fraud Commentaries, hundreds of pages of evidence, all of which was easily obtainable on the internet, and I will also state categorically, I predicted it.

My regular readers know I'm a retired 40 year veteran of the pest control industry, an exterminator, and I'm an autodidact.  So, that bodes well this question.  If this bugman, with no formal education above high school, could see this was coming, and then prove it happened by finding all this easily obtainable  information to show the 2020 election was blatantly fraudulent, how could those who are highly educated professional political figures in prominent positions not see it coming, and not know it happened, or are unwilling to admit it happened?

How could they not know this is a national conspiracy?  How could they not know this was and is a national scandal?  How could they not know this is being covered up by leftist politicians?  How could they not know this was being planned starting with Hillary's failed election?

They couldn't possibly be that blind.  So the only conclusion must be they're all complicit, corrupt, incompetent, treasonous, and stupid.  As long as we're not sacrificing plausibility for simplicity, and we're not, then Occam's Razor applies: The simplest explanation is probably the right one.

See, simple.

EXCLUSIVE: Unexplained Ballot Drop in GA Senate Race Likely Prevented Herschel Walker from Winning Race Outright – ‘Drop and Roll’ Pushed Race to Runoff

By Joe Hoft November 10, 2022 3212 Comments

On Tuesday in the 2022 Midterms, the “Drop and Roll” occurred in the Michigan Governor race just like it happened in the 2020 Presidential Election.  It also occurred in the Minnesota Governor’s race.  We now have evidence that it also occurred in the Georgia Senate race stealing the win from Republican Herschel Walker.  The crooks and criminals are stealing US Elections in multiple ways.  One of the biggest ways they stole the 2020 Election for President was the “The Drop and Roll” method.

In the Drop and Roll incidents in the 2020 Election, we identified that at around the point where 90% of the expected ballots were returned, a large batch of ballots was “dropped” with nearly every ballot going to Joe Biden.  These batches were as large as 330,000 ballots for Biden in Virginia at one time........The drops are always in favor of Democrats.............To Read More...

Abolish ‘Voting Season’ and Bring Back Election Day

“Election Night no longer exists,” writes Victor Davis Hanson at American Greatness, continuing:

Returns are not counted for days. It is intolerable for a modern democracy to wait and wait for all sorts of ballots both cast and counted under radically different and sometimes dubious conditions.

The Democrats – with overwhelming media and money advantages – have mastered these arts of massive and unprecedented early, mail-in, and absentee voting. Old-fashioned Republicans count on riling up their voters to show up on Election Day.  But it is far easier to finesse and control the mail-in ballots than to ‘get out the vote.’

Until recently, mail-in ballots were largely limited to absentees, such as citizens living abroad (as remains the standard in most of the EU), or the rare instances where citizens were otherwise unable to cast a vote at the polls on Election Day.  And Democrats, just like Republicans, relied mainly on “get out the vote” efforts back in those days..........To Read More....

You Can’t Have a Red Wave with a Blue Dam

November 11, 2022 By Matthew G. Andersson

Since 1979 I’ve been a registered Republican.  I was optimistic like so many other conservatives that a “Red Wave” would reflect a learning behavior from the larger public in the current voting cycle, a change in perception given the overwhelming flood of not only bad policy from the Left, such as mass illegal immigration, but outright incompetence in fiscal and monetary policy.

While I was skeptical of an actual surge among America’s largest political party -- the non-voters -- I didn’t want to be creating defeatism in my local community by pointing out some unpleasant facts: the GOP at least, is not playing the same game as the DNC, and as the rules have been changed, so will the results. .........

What the DNC has accomplished is to install an effective political software, or malware, that structurally alters the entire voting process, by undermining the traditional format we have used for generations, with a software “patch” that rests on secondary methods of unaccountable vote sources such as various early voting, mail ballots, run-offs, delays, concealed ballot harvesting, and opportunistic pauses and interruptions to the more regular voting process that all of us are used to. The DNC has organized a specific tactical interruption of the entire voting infrastructure..............To Read More....

Round-Up: Election Night Follies

By Robyn Dolgin November 15, 2022

Kari Lake is one of the few GOP candidates who dares to question the integrity of the electoral process. She was not holding back her invective, as a gubernatorial candidate in Arizona, against the “irregularities and gross incompetence” in her state: Her constituents shared in her concerns about the fairness of the election owing to the flood of mail-in ballots and the “operational malfunction” of electoral machines in Maricopa County.

It’s only a secret to CNN (and its media counterparts) that her constituents do not trust the electoral process in their state. “They’re the people who showed up on election day,” she said in an interview with Tucker Carlson on Fox News. “They’re the people, 275,000 of them… who brought their ballot to polls on election day because they don’t trust the mail and they don’t trust the drop boxes.”.......To Read More...

Democrats Have Mastered Mail Balloting. Republicans Will Pay if They Fail to Step Up

Salena Zito Nov 15, 2022

PITTSBURGH -- The first thing Allegheny County Republican Chairman Sam DeMarco saw on election night after the polls closed was the more than 100,000 votes from his home county that dropped for Democrat John Fetterman through mail-in ballots. Although he wasn't sure just yet that that meant the race was lost, he also knew Republicans needed to fix something in the party's way of doing things going forward. "Those initial large dump of voters were mail-in ballots from Democrats," he said of the advance voting that began in 2020 during the pandemic. Democrats embraced it with gusto, but Republicans shied away..................To Read More....

Democrats’ Mail-In Voting Strategy Outmaneuvered Republicans in Every Pennsylvania County

By Beth Brelje November 15, 2022

The Democrat strategy of using mail-in ballots to vote played a pivotal role in last week’s election results. Pennsylvania Republicans are talking amongst themselves about how to react in the next election. Republicans have two views: get rid of mail-in voting—which seems unlikely with more elected Democrats in power—or learn how Democrats got an avalanche of mail-in votes and employ the same strategy.

The Epoch Times asked the Pennsylvania GOP to discuss the 2022 results and its strategy regarding mail-in ballots in future elections, but it chose not to participate in this story. Pennsylvania Democrats were also asked to comment on their mail-in strategy but did not not respond.

In stump speeches and on social media, Pennsylvania Democrats actively encouraged voters to vote by mail in the days before the election. Often supporters would tweet at a candidate that they just mailed in their ballot.  A look at the numbers behind the election show just how much Democrats relied on mail-in voting..........To Read More...

Delaware Supreme Court Rules Mail-In Voting Unconstitutional and Strikes Down Same-Day Registration

By Jim Hoft  October 7, 2022 279 Comments

In a unanimous decision, the Supreme Court of Delaware has ruled the state’s mail-in voting and same-day voter registration statutes unconstitutional.  Neither will be allowed in the Nov. 8 general election.  The ruling, which came just one day after oral arguments, is a major defeat for Gov. John Carney and Delaware Democrats............. To Read More.....

My Take - The Constitution gives the state legislatures the sole power to determine the rules for voting in their states, not the governor, not the appointed bureaucrats or any other elected officials.  Any rules implemented by any other person or body other than the legislature is unconstitutional. Period!  And it appears the courts are finally accepting that foundational Constitutional truth.  Remarkable it took this long.

Election Officials Don’t Know What Happened to 15 Million Mail Ballots in 2020 Election

Real data -- from a federal agency

Fri Sep 17, 2021 J. Christian Adams 10 comments

As any casual observer could tell, the 2020 election was a mess. Now we have real data—from a federal agency, no less—that proves it.  Based on data from the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, an analysis by the Public Interest Legal Foundation shows almost 15 million mail ballots effectively disappeared after election officials gave them to the U.S. Postal Service to deliver to voters.

Gone, like the Bermuda Triangle of the election.

Some of the mail ballots may have ended up on the floors of apartment complexes. Some were sent to deceased registrants. Some went to addresses where the registrant no longer lives. Some may have gone to vacant lots and businesses. Some, having never been requested by the voter, were never returned. In 2020, we put the election in the hands of the people who regularly deliver you your neighbor’s mail.

The data also shows that an additional 1.1 million ballots were sent to the wrong addresses in 2020 – the U.S. Postal Service saying they were “undeliverable.” Think on that. One million ballots went to the wrong house or apartment.  This report proves that mass voting by mail leads to chaos, is ripe with opportunities to commit fraud, and disenfranchises voters...........To Read More....

Ohio’s Franklin County Says Nearly 50,000 Voters Got Wrong Absentee Ballots

By Jack Phillips October 9, 2020

Officials in Ohio said that about 50,000 voters in Franklin County received incorrect absentee ballots in the mail. “We can now confirm that 49,669 voters received an incorrect ballot. Those voters will be contacted directly by the Franklin County Board of Elections and a replacement ballot will be mailed to them,” said the Franklin County Board of Elections.

In a news release on Friday, the board said it’s started the process of printing out new absentee ballots to replace the erroneous ones, and it will mail the replacements to every voter who got the wrong ballot. Those ballots will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) in the next 72 hours, officials said.

“We want to make it clear that every voter who received an inaccurate ballot will receive a corrected ballot,” the board said. “Stringent tracking measures are in place to guarantee that a voter can only cast one vote.”...........To Read More.....

Montana Supreme Court rules ballots must be received by 8 pm on Election Day to count

| Oct 1, 2020 | | 10

HELENA, Mont. (AP) — In the back-and-forth court battle over Montana mail ballot election deadlines, the Montana Supreme Court has said the current state law will be in force for the general election — mailed ballots must be received by county offices by 8 p.m. on Election Day to be counted.

Tuesday’s ruling was the second time in this election cycle the Montana Supreme Court blocked a lower court order that would have allowed ballots postmarked by Election Day and received by the following Monday to be counted.

Ballot deadlines are an issue in several states where Democrats are seeking more time to count the expected higher number of ballots that will be returned by mail due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Republican lawmakers in Pennsylvania asked the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday to put a hold on a ruling that extended the deadline to receive and count mailed-in ballots. On Tuesday, a federal appeals court upheld a six-day extension for counting ballots in Wisconsin...........To Read More.....

Based on Recent Results the USPS Is Only Part of the Problem with Mail-in Voting

Brad Slager Aug 29, 2020
Between the two conventions this month there has been a curious dose of dissonance emerging on the left and in the press. At once there has been the effort made to declare Qanon a toxic conspiracy mill, with the intent of making anyone who can be accused of connection or being supportive poisoned as a result. At the same time these sources have been willing to push the narrative that President Trump is attempting to shut down the US Postal Service ahead of the proposed nationwide mail-in voting effort.
It is a marvel of obliviousness that those who are decrying conspiracy theories are circulating "proof’’ of the President’s alleged efforts. A broke down mail vehicle on a tow truck was said to have been stolen, with votes inside. Mailboxes with locks on them, and those taken off the streets in a years-in-the-process refurbishment program were said to be done to block votes. Then there was the sorting machine outrage. Old and decommissioned machines that had been upgraded and replaced were said to be shut down on Trump’s order, absent anything approaching evidence...........To Read More....

Trump vindicated: Judge orders new election in N.J. race cited by POTUS for voter fraud

By Randy DeSoto, The Western Journal August 20, 2020

Just days after President Donald Trump pointed to a New Jersey election as an example of the type of fraud possible with universal mail-in voting, a judge has thrown out its results.  It appeared Alex Mendez had won a special election held in May to fill a Paterson City Council seat by a little over two hundred votes. However, claims of voter fraud soon followed.

"An investigation was then launched after the U.S. Postal Service’s law enforcement arm told the state attorney general’s office about hundreds of mail-in ballots located in a mailbox in Paterson, along with more found in nearby Haledon," according to The Associated Press.  State prosecutors ultimately brought voter fraud charges against Mendez and three others. On Wednesday, New Jersey Superior Court Judge Ernest Caposela ruled a new election for the council seat must be held in November............To Read More....

Michigan Rejects 846 Mailed Ballots ‘Because the Voter Was Dead’

Kyle Olson 15 Aug 2020

Michigan clerks rejected 10,694 mailed ballots during the August 4 primary.  Of those, 846 ballots were not accepted “because the voter was dead,” the Detroit News reported.  Further, 2,225 ballots were denied because there was no voter signature on the envelope, and 1,111 votes were discarded because the voter moved to a new address after submitting the ballot. The state claimed the dead voters died between the time they submitted the ballot and when it was counted.

Michigan’s largest city, Detroit, received 820 ballots that were ultimately rejected, according to the paper.  Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is demanding the legislature pass a bill requiring city and township clerks to call voters who have obvious flaws with their ballot, such as a missing signature.

“With turnout and absentee ballot numbers expected to double or even triple in November, we could be looking at tens of thousands of Michigan citizens disenfranchised if the legislature again fails to act,” she said.

Meanwhile, more than 223,000 ballots were “undeliverable” in Clark County, Nevada, the Review-Journal reported..........To Read More....

My Take - As one of my correspondents noted:
This isn't ballot applications, it's completed ballots - e.g., votes. Mail in ballots and weeks of early voting is just rife for these sorts of problems and potential voter fraud too.
How many states will wind up counting votes from people who are actually dead because they don't check or don't check carefully.... Or they do check for ones from zip codes predominantly from the party they don't like, but don't check ones from zip codes predominantly from the party they do like?
For that matter, can mail sorting machines be programmed to kick out (not deliver) ballots from zip codes which are predominantly from one party or the other? There are already examples of massive numbers of ballots being "lost" by postal carriers with an agenda this way... but I wouldn't be surprised if it's possible to use sorting machines to rig things too.
The entire process just adds all sorts of new possible ways to cheat.

Election Security Debate Heats Up Over Mail-In Ballots

Matthew Vadum August 11, 2020Updated: August 13, 2020

How to conduct the approaching Nov. 3 and subsequent elections has itself become a political issue after a spate of recent high-profile incidents of significantly delayed ballots and other electoral mishaps have drawn attention to problems associated with voting-by-mail.

President Donald Trump has spoken out against voting-by-mail, saying it lacks many of the safeguards of voting in person and can lead to big delays in arriving at an election’s final result.

“If you do universal mail-ins with millions and millions of ballots, you are never going to know what the real result of an election is,” Trump said last month. “It’s going to be a very, very sad day for our country.”

Not all Republican officeholders are on board with Trump’s attacks on mail-in balloting.......To Read More....

My Take - Okay, let's try and get this right.
  • Which party is pushing for this with every ounce of strength they have? The Democrats.
  • Which party has been the most guilty of abusing the system with voter fraud for years? The Democrats.
So, based on that, why would you want to give them what they want? The potential for voter fraud with mail-in ballots is staggering.

     Here's the solution.

Everyone votes on the same day. Everyone votes at the polls, everyone has to show I.D., everyone has to register to vote at least three months before the election and no absentee ballots except for military and government staff stationed out of the country.

    Problem solved.

Will that impact those too old or too infirm to vote. Yes. But that's the price that has to be paid in order to prevent voter fraud from running unchecked.

Mail-in Voting and the Future of American Democracy

    August 12, 2020 By Jon N. Hall

It’s been twenty years since the Bush-Gore election recount debacle in Florida with its chads, butterfly ballots, lawsuits, delay, and uncertainty. Since 2000, the World Trade Center has been replaced with a gleaming new tower, babies have been born and grown into adulthood, smartphones have been invented and become something on the order of essential bodily appendages, and despite all that the supposedly greatest democracy of all time still has backwards easily-corrupted election systems. After twenty years, this lingering situation is either a colossal failure of government or it is deliberate. And since elections are conducted by the states, the guilty party in all this is… the states.

The current stink in our banana republic electoral systems is mail-in voting. In 2007, Rep. Susan Davis introduced the Universal Right to Vote by Mail Act to Congress where it languishes. Even so, at National Conference of State Legislatures we learn that as of March this year, 26 states already have some form of mail-in voting, with five of those states conducting all their elections by mail. On August 1 in the New York Post, Michael Goodwin outlined some of the logistical nightmares of mail-in voting. Also worth checking out is this short video of the leonine Liz Wheeler: 5 Problems with Universal Mail-In Voting.

President Trump has expressed considerable skepticism about voting by mail, and he’s right to do so. The central issue with mail-in ballots is perhaps the same as with our other types of ballots: they work off corrupted voter registries. And keep in mind, these registries were created and are maintained by the states.

One big problem with all voter registration systems is that the states aren’t verifying that only eligible citizens can vote. The states tell us that they’re vetting voters for citizenship. But that’s not true, as many of the states automatically register voters at their departments of motor vehicles when drivers, including illegal aliens, get their licenses.

By April of 2020, 19 states, including some of the most populous, had automatic voter registration, according to Ballotpedia (their map is helpful.) What’s disturbing is that several of the states that have automatic registration also have mail-in voting..........To Read More.....

Nevada Sent More Than 200K Mail-In Primary Ballots to Wrong Addresses

Washington Free Beacon, by Joe Schoffstall

    By: MissMolly, 8/7/2020

More than one-sixth of the mail-in ballots sent to voters in Nevada's largest county during the 2020 primary went to outdated addresses, according to a new watchdog report. The Public Interest Legal Foundation, an election integrity group, reviewed the 1.3 million mail-in ballots Nevada's Clark County sent during the June primary. It found that more than 223,000 of the ballots were sent to outdated addresses, leading the postal service to designate them as "undeliverable." The undeliverable ballots accounted for 17 percent of all ballots mailed to registered voters. Nearly 75 percent of Nevada's total population resides in the county, which includes Las Vegas....Original Article

Final mail-in primary failure rate in New York City: 20.8%

Utter disaster. More than one in every five ballots cast in New York City got discarded in the state’s June 23rd primary, raising all sorts of questions about who actually won the congressional nominations and other races. Voters didn’t get proper instructions, the postal service wasn’t prepared, and that will leave a permanent cloud over all the results:...............
