This is quite a coincidence: Two days after Pennsylvania state senator Doug Mastriano announced that the committee he heads was preparing a forensic audit of the 2020 presidential election, the White House announced a trip to Pennsylvania by President Biden "to deliver remarks on actions to protect the sacred constitutional right to vote."...............Senator Mastriano's committee, the Intergovernmental Operations Committee of the Pennsylvania state Senate, will predictably have trouble getting the information it is requesting (and has the right to demand) from the local authorities, especially after a visiting president meets with them or their significant influencers and lobbies them to resist and delay. Yesterday, I wrote that it looks like Pennsylvania Dems are panicking over the audit of the 2020 election announced by State Senator Doug Mastriano, chair of the state senate’s Intergovernmental Operations Committee. Two days after the announcement of the audit, President Biden suddenly was scheduled for a trip to the Keystone State "to deliver remarks on actions to protect the sacred constitutional right to vote." Bringing the “The Big Guy” to pressure officials to obstruct access to the data which the state senate has an absolute right to examine.

The Pennsylvania state senator who led a hearing on election fraud in Gettysburg, PA, last November, has initiated a “full forensic investigation” into 2020 election results in several counties.
Republican State Sen. Doug Mastriano said in a statement
that as chair of the Senate Intergovernmental Operations Committee,
that he has issued letters to several counties representing “different
geographical regions of Pennsylvania and differing political makeups,”
requesting “information and materials needed to conduct a forensic

An election assessment conducted in a Pennsylvania county months ago and quietly released to the public in recent weeks uncovered five errors, including three linked to Dominion Voting Systems, whose election management system is used in the county, the assessing firm said........Wake TSI said it found five “issues of note,” including that Dominion failed to meet the commonwealth’s certification standards; that the election management system had Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools installed, despite the software not being part of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission’s certified configuration; and that changes were made to the management system just three weeks prior to the election.

installed on the system and that the presence “allows any user with
access to change and manipulate the EMS databases without logging

Researchers have questioned the reliability of new voting machines that state and local officials have rushed to implement at their polling locations ahead of the 2020 presidential election.
“Some of the most popular ballot-marking machines, made by Election Systems & Software and Dominion Voting Systems, register votes in bar codes that the human eye cannot decipher,” according to a February report by Associated Press.
But according to researchers, that’s a problem, as “voters could end up with printouts that accurately spell out the names of the candidates they picked, but, because of a hack, the bar codes do not reflect those choices.”

A Pennsylvania judge ruled in favor of the Trump campaign Thursday, ordering that the state may not count ballots where the voters needed to provide proof of identification and failed to do so by Nov. 9.
State law said that voters have until six days after the election — this year that was Nov. 9 — to cure problems regarding a lack of proof of identification. After the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that mail-in ballots could be accepted three days after Election Day, Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar submitted guidance that said proof of identification could be provided up until Nov. 12, which is six days from the ballot acceptance deadline. That guidance was issued two days before Election Day.
“[T]he Court concludes that Respondent Kathy
Boockvar, in her official capacity as Secretary of the Commonwealth,
lacked statutory authority to issue the November 1, 2020, guidance to
Respondents County Boards of Elections insofar as that guidance

Pennsylvania Voter Fraud: Pennsylvania Lawmakers Formally Introduce Resolution to Dispute 2020 Election Results

Republican state lawmakers in Pennsylvania on Nov. 30 introduced a resolution to dispute the results of the 2020 election.............“Officials in the Executive and Judicial Branches of the Commonwealth infringed upon the General Assembly’s authority under the Constitution of the United States by unlawfully changing the rules governing the November 3, 2020, election in the Commonwealth,” the resolution (pdf) states.
The resolution calls on the secretary of the Commonwealth to withdraw the “premature certification” of the presidential election and delay certifying other races. It declares the 2020 election to be in dispute, and urges the U.S. Congress “to declare the selection of presidential electors in this Commonwealth to be in dispute.”....................
First, on Sept. 17, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court “unlawfully and unilaterally” extended the deadline by which mail ballots could be received, mandated that ballots without a postmark would be treated as timely, and allowed for ballots without a verified voter signature to be accepted, the resolution says.
Second, on Oct. 23, upon a petition from the secretary of the commonwealth, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that signatures on mail-in ballots need not be authenticated.
And third, on Nov. 2, the secretary of the commonwealth “encouraged certain counties to notify party and candidate representatives of mail-in voters whose ballots contained defects,” the resolution states................
The resolution also lists a variety of election irregularities and potential fraud, including the issues brought up by witnesses during the hearing before the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Policy Committee on Nov. 25..............Pennsylvania State Sen. Actions by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and secretary of state in the 2020 general election were so fraught with inconsistencies, documented irregularities, and improprieties (see filing below) that the election results for the office of president of the United States cannot be determined. The actions were so flagrant and egregious that I am a plaintiff in a case in the Commonwealth Court against Gov. Tom Wolf, et al. to seek relief.
The flawed processes associated with mail-in balloting, pre-canvassing, and canvassing have so undermined the election that only the in-person Election Day results have any semblance of validity. Because the mail-in process was so fatally flawed, the results cannot be audited, which may have been the governor's objective when he acted unilaterally to replace voting machines last year and demanded certain election reforms.
In any business or organization, internal controls are designed to deter wrongdoing. Likewise, elections require reasonable controls to ensure that the results accurately reflect the will of the voters. The system of controls over voting in Pennsylvania's 2020 General Election were so deficient as to render the results of the mail-in ballot process incapable of being relied upon. Therefore, the Legislature, of which I am a member, introduced a resolution declaring the results of statewide electoral contests in the 2020 general election in dispute.
Several actions led up to this. In September, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overreached by extending the deadline for mail-in ballots to be received and mandating that ballots mailed without a postmark would be presumed to be received on time and could be accepted without a verified voter signature........ As many as 288,000 ballots for the 2020 U.S. election “disappeared” in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, after being transported by truck from New York, according to Phill Kline, the director of the legal group Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project. Kline, a former district attorney and Kansas attorney general, said he received evidence that between “130,000 to 280,000 completed ballots for the 2020 general election had been shipped from Bethpage, New York, before the ballots and the trailer in which they were shipped disappeared” on Oct. 21. Kline cited statements from a U.S. Postal Service subcontractor whom he described as a whistleblower. Kline also asserted in a statement that Postal Service workers were engaged in “widespread illegal efforts” to influence the election. At least one whistleblower said that they transported thousands of prefilled ballots across state lines, which, if true, would be a federal crime.
