The New Jersey Senate approved a bill Thursday that would exclude presidential candidates from the state’s 2020 ballot unless they release their tax returns, the New York Post reports. My Take - The states have a lot of power on how elections are run in their states, but I have serious misgivings this can be legal. If it passed the NJ legislature and is signed by the Governor this will go to the Supreme Court. I don't know what kind of federal funding NJ gets, but it should be zero for it's corruption.
