The Moral Compass of Dianne Feinstein, et al

One of the things we're going to be seeing more and more of are politicians in solid blue states being forced to become more radically left than ever before.  That includes people like 85 year old Diane Feinstein who's running for her fifth Senate term, who will face Kevin de León, a fellow Democrat in November, who is even farther to the left than Feinstein, and her constituents think she's too moderate.  Imagine that! 

So now she's in a quandary. Now she has to go left or go home.   But Feinstein's newly found moral outrage involving Kavanaugh carries some baggage, and some of its personal baggage. 

On September 14th Scott McKay posted an article on the American Spectator website entitled, An Affront to Justice, saying:

"The pathetic attacks on Brett Kavanaugh forever stain the Democrat Party. On Thursday, word circulated that Senate Democrats — and in particular Sen. Dianne Feinstein — sent a “secret letter” to the FBI which contained an undisclosed allegation by an undisclosed person regarding an undisclosed offense supposedly committed by Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh."

Apparently information came into the possession of Senator Dianne Feinstein which makes a claim Kavanaugh did a bad thing when he was in high school. Information so terrible she didn't disclose it, but forwarded to the FBI, who pretty much dismissed it by sending the information to the White House.

Feinstein, insists the person who sent her this "bomb shell" letter "strongly requested confidentiality, declined to come forward or press the matter further."  Wow!  Now how hard hitting is that?

An anonymous donor, with unknown information about an alleged high school misadventure, and even better yet, it appears "that the senator received the information through a third party." Well, it appears this unknown person's information, which passed through a third party, claims "when Brett Kavanaugh was 17, he and a friend supposedly tried to trap a girl his age in a room at a party in an effort to initiate sexual contact of some kind. But so far as we can tell nothing sexual actually happened." 

Wow! !!! Explosive. Nothing happened, there's no proof, no one is identified, and no one can be questioned!  Is that nuclear or what? Well that should be enough.  It's clear - Kavanaugh is out!!!! 

Right? 

Well, if anything happened at all, which Kavanaugh adamantly denies, it was high school stuff, and so are Feinstein and and a number of others on that corrupt Democrat cabal sitting on the panel.  

Feinstein, like all her leftist breed, have a really difficult time with facts, history, a moral compass that points faithfully North, and a serious problem with consistency! 

Tom Trinko posted an article entitled, Dianne Feinstein Prepares a Deathblow for Kavanaugh, which helps us to remember the history of Feinstein's moral compass saying:

"I'm so old that I remember when people like Feinstein were telling us that Obama's regular, and criminal, use of drugs in high school was no big deal......I remember when Feinstein told us Clinton's lying under oath in order to avoid losing a #MeToo lawsuit had nothing to do with his fitness to be president.   

She did say Clinton's actions were "immoral, deplorable, and indefensible" and merited "strong condemnation and censure."  Given that she voted to acquit Clinton, it would seem that Feinstein believes that being guilty of immoral, deplorable, and indefensible things has no bearing on a person's suitability to be president."

Here's a Senator who just had "a major scandal involving her employment of an aide who was a Chinese spy as a staffer for some 20 years.......... In Feinstein’s case, her compromised status with respect to China goes back two decades."

The author quotes Paul Sperry in his New York Post August 8, 2018 article, entitled, Dianne Feinstein was an easy mark for China’s spy, - remember this was just on August 8, 2018 - saying:

"One Chinese bagman, Nanping-born John Huang, showed up at Feinstein’s San Francisco home for a fundraising dinner with a Beijing official tied to the People’s Bank of China and the Communist Party Committee. As a foreign national, the official wasn’t legally qualified to make the $50,000-a-plate donation to dine at the banquet........Beijing got its favored trade status extended — thanks in part to Feinstein."......"she shamelessly spun China’s human-rights violations.......led efforts to bring China into the World Trade Organization in 1999........ travels to China each year........"Joining her on those trips is her mega-millionaire investor husband, Richard C. Blum, who has seemingly benefited greatly from the relationship........China was aggressively currying favor with his wife, Blum was able to take large stakes in Chinese state-run steel and food companies, and has brokered over $100 million in deals in China since then — with the help of partners who sit on the boards of Chinese military front companies like COSCO and CITIC. China investments have helped make Feinstein.........one of the richest members in Congress."

But Feinstein, who has no moral compass unless it's pointing to the bank, thinks an anonymous third party letter making unsubstantiated claims about an alleged high school incident disqualifies a man who has led an exemplary existence from being seated on the Supreme Court. 

But she isn't alone, as Patricia McCarthy notes in her article Dianne Feinstein is a Judas goat:

"Cory Booker (New Jersey corruption), Kamala Harris, (California corruption) and Richard Blumenthal, (The Vietnam Vet who never was) to name just a few, are leading the Democratic Party over a cliff to its certain end among all civilized people. While there is a percentage of the left that strongly approves, in fact encourages the kind of despicable behavior we saw at the Kavanaugh hearings, people who are invigorated by groups like Occupy Wall Street, Black Lives Matter, and Antifa who use violence, extreme profanity, and general thuggery to call attention to their cause, most Democrats do not behave like the hired screamers who kept disrupting those hearings. But members of the more civilized left do not speak out against their tactics, either."  

Why do they say nothing?  It appears to me when they see how their fellow leftists physically and verbally attack people, private citizens and government employees with whom they disagree, they're afraid of their own.  And so is Feinstein!

Now, who could find fault with all of that? 

Update:  It appears the accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, a 51-year-old research psychologist in northern California, has now come forward and identified herself.   She can't accurately remember a lot about the event, including when it happened, or how she even got to the location where this was supposed to have happened.  Both Kavanaugh and one of the other persons named, Mark Judge, have claimed none of this happened, and the other person says he's never seen Kavanaugh act in such a way.  The accuser, from her own statements, has emotional issues.
