Thought For the Day

Every generation faces its challenges and crises. Every generation wishes these events never happened in their time. But that’s not for us to decide. What we face in every generation is ours to face. My grandparents faced WWI, the Great Depression and WWII.  My parents faced the Great Depression and WWII, Korea and the Vietnam War. My generation faced the Vietnam War, multiple other wars, the rise of radicals in and out of government, the disintegration of American society and the disintegration of the moral and intellectual foundations of our institutions. We can’t decide what events will unfold in our time. All we can do is decide what we will do about them in the time given to us. - Rich Kozlovich
