GOPcare Is Going to Fail, One Way or Another

Either GOPcare will fail to pass or it will become law and fail much worse. The impression I get from this AP story is that GOPcare will never become law. There are already two senators committed to voting against the bill. Only one more negative vote among Republicans and the bill cannot pass (Democrats are all going to vote against it, of course). And we know that many Republicans are against the bill. I doubt Mitch McConnell will be able to convince them all to hold their noses and vote for GOPcare despite their objections.
