Education in America is a Dark Hole of Ignorance and Corruption

By Rich Kozlovich

Equal justice under the law is a constitutional principle.  No one, whether they're elected officials, citizens, or institutions, no matter how important or powerful, should be above the law.  Yet what we're seeing is the ruling class doing everything possible to cover up its corruption and criminal behavior, even using the the Department of Justice to target constitutional conservatives because they threaten their continued criminal behavior and their radical agenda to destroy America.

The FBI's targeting parents, calling them domestic terrorists, (more here and here) for speaking out about the indoctrination of their children on the gay agenda among other outrages.

  • Speaking truth to school boards March 13, 2024 by Pete Colan An 11-year-old girl speaks to the school board after being forced to share a locker room with a boy.

One thing seems clear, entirely too many Americans are ignorant of the concept of equal justice; ignorant about the rule of law; ignorant regarding the balance in government created by the Constitution!  Why?   The biggest reason for that is America's children are deliberately being ill-educated, misled, and philosophically corrupted by our institutions of education, turning out illiterate undisciplined thugs, and the violence being perpetrated by these thugs is cultural.

Note to Black Lives Matter: Literacy Made Civilization -Reading is white supremacy now. Good luck getting ahead.

The lost generation(s)- Hitler desired to create young people who were consumed with violence and mindlessness. Are we seeing a similar trend today?

Nikole Hannah-Jones beclowns herself on Meet the Press -  The fact that Nikole Hannah-Jones has been honored with a MacArthur Foundation "genius grant" and a Pulitzer Prize, and has had the New York Times backing her error-riddled and fundamentally mistaken 1619 Project as a curriculum throughout the United States, tells us that we live in an intellectually degenerate moment in history.  That she has been granted an endowed chair (despite no doctorate) and is heading a new center with $20 million in funding at Howard University bespeaks a collapse of standards.

Public education is a scam and a racket, and the teacher's unions, which are controlled by corrupt leftists, are undermining the traditional values that created Almeria.  They have turned our schools into a national disaster. Public education in America is a failure, and yes, it really "is" the teacher's fault.

  1.  Education in America Has Become a Snare and a Racket: Part I
  2.  Education in America Has Become a Snare and a Racket: Part II

Restoring excellence in public education, starting at the lowest levels is fundamental.  And  doing so in higher education has become critical.  In combination, that's Job One in America, and that needs to be addressed in five ways, for a start.

  1. Eliminate the Department of Education, after 45 years of failure, wasting billions of dollars that should be a no-brainer.
  2. End all federal funding to education at all levels.
  3. Create a voucher system.
  4. The nation's Boards of Education seem to forget, the work for the parents, and have gotten totally out of control in so many areas.  Form a national group to act as watchdogs, and sue any board of education that fails to bring excellence to our schools.
  5. Eliminate public employee unions, and fire all the teachers, they can't be fixed.
  6. Make all universities for profit institutions, end all student loan programs, which is turning into a national disaster.  Tax and regulate them just like any other business.   It's long past time we put this idea out of our heads they're experts because they're educated.  If that was true, then why do we see so much exposure of plagiarism by these people
North Carolina drops STEM departments, keeps politically correct ones -  February 25, 2024 By Arnold Cusmariu -The University of North Carolina system oversees 16 state universities. Campus locations include Chapel Hill, Wilmington, Charlotte, Asheville, and Greensboro.  UNC-Chapel Hill, originally called the University of North Carolina, was founded in 1789 and is one of the oldest public universities in the United States. According to Wikipedia statistics, some 245,000 students attended UNC system universities in 2021......

Here's an article I published in 2014, Before There Was Common Core!, and in this article I posted a picture of the eighth grade test for Bullitt County, Kentucky.....in 1912.

This is a test I would like to see all of America's teachers, their union leaders, and the professors in our universities take.  And any who fail would be fired.  Go here for a list of answers.

You might also wish to review this 8th grade test from Salina Kansas....... 1895, and I'm willing to bet 99% of America would fail it, including me, but these two tests are a clear demonstration of how far our system of education nationwide has plunged down into a dark hole of ignorance.  But it's fixable.

John Droz, Jr. graciously allows me to publish his work.  John has been writing about, and testifying about, what's wrong with American education for many years.  In the two articles below John has done an excellent job of outlining what the fixes are, and they must be put in place, and I emphasized the word "must".

  1. ) Saving American Children - Part 1
  2. ) Saving American Children - Part 2

Make sure to read his solutions and observations.  They're deep, wide ranging, and far seeing.

Blast From the Past: Brain Rot in American Education

By Rich Kozlovich

(Editor's Note: 0riginally I published this on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, but the verbiage is absolutely great, direct, accurate, and pieces like this need airing over again, with updated thoughts from me. RK)

I originally picked this up from Jon Ray's site, Dissecting Leftism.  I should state that I don't agree entirely with some of her views in the pieces below, and I find her articles to be bit difficult to read because she's doesn't transition smoothly from point to point, and she's a bit of a snot but....... "she is interesting!"

She outlines how things used to be and need to be again, which I agree. She also has solutions many will find appealing, but she fails to explain why those things happened in the "good old days" and why those solutions won't be accepted now.

The fundamental barrier to a return to stability in American culture, is a return to those values that made American culture great. The common acceptance of Judaic/Christian values and principles! And that will never happen when what passes for Christian religion is being sold on TV by hucksters, and leftists disguising themselves as Christian clergy undermining every Biblical moral concept, including abortion.

These heretics are a fifth column who are far worse than outright leftists because they're perpetrating heresy.  Outright leftists are the barbarians at the gate, and are known.  The heretics in government and religion are in reality traitors who walk among us disguised as one of us.   They portray themselves as shepherds, but are "ravenous wolves" destroying the flock.

Jon Ray says this about her:

Ilana Mercer is an expert at writing scarifying prose. She is supreme at ripping people to pieces verbally.  I think that's really understating what she does. Her "scarifying prose" isn't like being slashed with a rapier - it's more like being hit with a Scottish Highlander's two handed claymore.

Here are her thoughts on American intervention in Libya:

"A product of the romantic minds of women—Samantha Power, Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice—who fantasize about an Arab awakening... estrogen-driven paternalism on steroids."

I particularly liked this comment, on social meddling in the Middle East.  Over and over again I've stated the Middle East nations cannot be fixed as they are nothing more that fractionalized Medieval tribal societies with modern weaponry, communications, and transportation with the dominant tribe abusing everyone who isn't part of their tribe, or their brand of Islam.  She says:

Democracy is especially dangerous in ethnically and racially divided societies, where majorities and minorities are rigidly predetermined and politically permanent.

As for her thoughts on General Petraeus’ sex scandal, she defines the U.S. military as:

.......manacled by doctrinaire mediocrity, multiculturalism, feminism, affirmative action… and every postmodern pox imaginable. And this is only the froth on the top.

Ya gotta admit. She has a way with words! Please enjoy her thoughts on the finished product being turned out by American education.  I think you will agree her way with words is really inspiring.

John Jay goes on to note:

The author of such titles is well aware of how stupid, on average, American millennials are. She has been for some time. The 2010 piece aforementioned warned that “the electronic toys our dim, attention-deficient darlings depend on to sustain brain waves are made, for the most, by older people,” and that “the hi-tech endeavor consist in older Americans and Asians uniting to supply young, twittering twits with the playthings that keep their brainwaves from flatlining." According to my sources in the high-tech industry, for every useless, self-aggrandizing Gen Yer, a respectful, bright, industrious (East) Asian, with a wicked work ethic, waits in the wings. The millennial generation will be another nail in the coffin of the flailing American productivity…....."Rejoice! America is becoming an egalitarian Idiocracy"........ Millennials have been pre-programmed and praised for stupidity. They’ve acquired an education yet they remain uneducated.......It would appear that when the neocortex is underused, the reptilian brain takes over.........

This all appeared in 2015, nine years ago, and we clearly see there have been a lot of people who recognized the imbecility of American education for years.  So what's been done to fix it?  Nothing!

In point of fact it's worse than ever, filled with leftist propaganda. corrupt teachers, corrupt leftist school boards, corrupt teacher's unions, and a Department of Education that's destroying the young and impressionable minds under their care.

American Education is a Failure, and It Is The Teacher's Fault

By Rich Kozlovich

On May 3, 2023 Frederick M. Hess published this piece, America’s Students Flunk Civics and U.S. History on Nation’s Report Card, stating:

The “Nation’s Report Card” is out with new results on what our eighth-graders know about U.S. history and civics, and the results are grim. The National Assessment of Educational Progress today reported that this is the first time civics results declined significantly on the quarter-century-old exam. In history, the results continued a nearly decade-long decline.

The U.S. history test covers key figures, dates, and events, as well as student familiarity with key historical ideas and movements. The civics test gauges students’ knowledge, their ability to take or defend positions on political issues, and their understanding of democratic participation. The tests were administered in spring 2022, with a nationally representative sample of 8,000 eighth-graders who took the history test and 7,800 the civics exam.

The upshot: Just 13 percent of students were deemed “proficient” in U.S. history and just 22 percent in civics. After peaking in the early 2010s, scores are now back to where they were when the tests were first administered in the 1990s..

When pointed out over and over again:

“Our schools,” reports a knowledgeable observer, “are producing ignoramuses.” The average graduate, he explains, “does not know how to read critically, write expressively, or debate intelligently and politely.” Meantime, the unions are opposing huge, proposed increases in beginner-teacher salaries because, instead, they want higher pay for teachers with seniority, regardless of individual performance"

American students are terrible at just about everything the schools are supposed to be teaching them, and the teachers, who always claim if they had more money that would fix it, keep claiming this isn't their fault.   So, if more money is the fix, then can we then deduce from that the teachers are either incapable, or deliberately, failing to do what they're being paid to do?  The fact is we've been giving them more and more money for decades, and things not only didn't get better, they've gotten worse.

Okay, so, in spite of all that, I can live with their excuses if they will just tell us whose fault it really is then.   The parents?  We're being told by the leftist in the socialist indoctrination system in America's schools that parents need to mind their own business.

The system?  Okay, who created the system?  It appears to me it was the teachers, their unions and the leftist politicians elected to the school boards, all in lock step with the anti-American, anti-Constitution Democrat bureaucrats at Department of Education, created this mess.

In some systems they lied about the scores to hide just how miserable their students are doing, and to cover up their incompetence.   In February it was reported not a single student can do math at grade level in 53 Illinois schools. For reading, it’s 30 schools. And Chicago's teacher's union is demanding big increases in wages and benefits, and are directly responsible for the election of the new mayor, an out and out socialist, who will negotiate the contract with them.

They are failing everything, and it turns out the Governor of Illinois is outraged!  Outraged I tell you!    Yes, he's going to punish schools that keep porn away from kids.

Our culture?  That's clearly a major component of the failure in America's schools.  However, the culture that created a great system of public education has been ripped apart by the leftists in America, and it starts at Kindergarten and continues right up to and through all the levels of academia, and the teachers played a major role in that destruction, and the excuse, "it's the unions", doesn't fly.  They chose those insidious and corrupt organizations.  Now the culture is cancerous.

These kids are failing at reading, spelling, writing, arithmetic, history, geography, and each and every one of the fundamentals needed to see the world as it is, think clearly and logically, make good decisions and have a successful life.  Instead they're promoting racial lies that's inspiring violence right in the schools, punishing the brightest students with equity unfair and most likely unconstitutional diversity standards, gender bending concepts with unpleasant consequences, socialist values, and environmental nonsense, and that's the pattern all over the western world.

About 15 years ago I read an article saying that students in England were asked who Winston Churchill was, and less than half knew, but over 90% believed Global Warming was going to destroy the world.

It's been said, "If you find yourself in a hole, stop digging".  Apparently the Department of Education didn't get that memo, or the one that said, "Never miss a good chance to shut up", since they just won't shut up and they just keep digging.  Biden Ed Sec says low civics scores show students need Critical Race Theory.

These students are not being challenged to succeed, they're being programed to destroy society with false narratives on race, the environment, our culture, the economy, and morality. Schools aren't turning out sharp thinking, positively motivated, energetic young people with skills that make them responsible to themselves, to their families, or to society. They're turning out lazy, weak minded, irresponsible anchors on society.  And they want more money to do it.

Now, how can anyone find fault with that? Actually, I think a lot of people.  Here's what we've lost, Judge Paula Schlichter RIP, the end of an era.

American Education, The Continuing Saga

The nation’s 10 largest counties have lost more than 1 million residents since 2019. The biggest losers have been the counties that are home to New York and San Francisco and Chicago’s Cook County. Even Los Angeles County, the nation’s most populous county, with just under 10 million people, is now contracting.

Welcome to the real-world impact of progressivism. Instead of worker paradises, the Left has transitioned our once-shining cities into slums, murder zones, homeless encampments and boarded-up stores. They have become cults of economic and political quackery -- and tragically, few Democrats have the courage to speak out. They are worried about being called racists when the reality is that the victims -- of terrible public schools, high murder rates and an anti-business creed -- are the minorities they say they care so much about.

The three poisons of America’s leftist cities are 1) high taxes, 2) schools that don’t educate and 3) crime running rampant.

Yes, and the good news is that the money won't be there. ..............

Second City Shamble, By The teacher union-controlled school system in Chicago is an abject failure. The numbers are jaw-dropping. In 30 Chicago public schools, not a single student can read at grade level. In total, just 20 percent of 3rd through 8th graders in the Windy City are proficient in reading and only 15 percent are proficient in math. As such, it’s easy to see why students are bailing en masse. In fact, more than one-third of Chicago’s 473 traditional public schools are currently running at half-full or worse, according to data released in December. Douglass High School, which bills itself as “The Jewel Of The Westside,” has a capacity for 888 students, but just 34 are enrolled, and not one of them is proficient in reading. In the past 10 years, the city’s total public school enrollment has gone from over 400,000 to 322,000 and the bleeding shows no sign of abating. The spending hawks can’t claim it’s due to a lack of funding. When all local, state and federal dollars are added up, Chicago’s per student outlay is now $29,207...............

North Carolina parents should be wary of ‘School Choice’ bill, April 12, 2023 By Robert Bortins- Politicians in Raleigh want to transform our freedoms with House Bill 420, giving state bureaucrats more control over North Carolinians’ educational options, consequently driving up prices, reducing quality and innovation, and normalizing state welfare checks for the middle class and wealthy -- all in the name of “school choice.” But the fact is, North Carolina already has robust educational choices, and families are enthusiastically enjoying those opportunities. According to a 2022 report from BESTNC.com, approximately 16 percent of North Carolina families homeschool or attend private school. Families already have school choice, and this freedom allows for extraordinary educational innovation and entrepreneurship at a net gain to taxpayers. ...............

Randi Is Wrong Again, By  The president of the American Federation of Teachers makes a bunch of ridiculous and easily refutable claims.I have got to give Randi Weingarten a lot of credit. Every time I write about the president of the American Federation of Teachers and her relentless blather, I think that she cannot possibly sink any lower; yet she always manages to dig herself a deeper hole. Earlier this month, Weingarten penned “Kids Do Better In Schools With Teachers Unions,” an opinion piece for the Daily Beast, in which she claims to make “a factual case” for all the good that teachers’ unions do for children.  For starters, citing work by some left-wing think tankers, she asserts that teachers unions are associated with higher student achievement, especially for Hispanic and black children. Wrong! The teachers union’s essence is its collective bargaining agreement (CBA), which, as policy experts Rick Hess and Martin West write, is a vestige of the industrial economic model that prevailed in the 1950s when “assembly-line workers and low-level managers were valued less for their knowledge or technical skills than for their longevity and willingness to serve loyally as a cog in a top-down enterprise.” While CBAs may be the cornerstone of the unions’ raison d’être, these agreements have been a disaster for students.  “The Long-run Effects of Teacher Collective Bargaining,”...........

Are Public Employee Unions Unconstitutional? By “All Government employees should realize that the process of collective bargaining, as usually understood, cannot be transplanted into the public service. It has its distinct and insurmountable limitations when applied to public personnel management.” The above caveat about government unions—usually known by the kinder and gentler “public-employee unions” (PEUs)—was not issued by Ron DeSantis or Donald Trump. The statement was made by progressive icon Franklin Delano Roosevelt.   But FDR wasn’t the only Democrat opposed to government unionization. George Meany, president of the AFL-CIO for 24 years, once said, “It is impossible to bargain collectively with the government.” Both men understood that the very nature of government makes it wrong for its leaders to enter into negotiations with any union. When government unions negotiate, they often sit across the table from people they helped put in office with generous campaign contributions. And when these unions go on strike, they walk out on the taxpayer............

X-Rated Ed,  By Educator-related sexual abuse of children is escalating.  Pedophilia is proliferating in the nation’s public schools. Going back to 2004, a report prepared for the U.S. Department of Education revealed that nearly 9.6 percent of students are victims of sexual abuse by school personnel, and these are just the reported cases. Stop Educator Sexual Abuse Misconduct & Exploitation (SESAME), an organization that works to stop childhood sexual abuse by teachers and other school employees, disclosed that in 2015, about 3.5 million 8th-11th grade students, or nearly 7 percent of those surveyed divulged that they had experienced “physical sexual contact from an adult”—most often a teacher or coach. The type of physical contact ranged from “unwanted touching of their body, all the way up to sexual intercourse.” Even worse, when other types of sexual misconduct are taken into consideration, such as being shown pornography or being subjected to sexually explicit language or exhibitionism the number increases to about 4.5 million children (10 percent). SESAME also explains that one child sex offender can have as many as 73 victims in a lifetime..........

Florida Education is Going to Get Much Better!

Some Suggestions For Christopher Rufo And Company To Fix New College Of Florida, (I recommend reading the whole piece) saying:

Over the past several years, Republicans have very gradually acquired some backbone in pushing back against progressive idiocy. But a glaring example of failure to push back remains in the state university systems, very much including those of the red states. In essentially all of those states, Republican governors and legislatures have allowed the very worst of Marxist and racist monoculture to fester and metastasize not only without opposition, but with ever-increasing taxpayer funding.

Well, count on Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida to be the one to finally step up and do something about it. On January 6, DeSantis announced the appointment of six new trustees to the board of a unit of the Florida state university system called New College of Florida. New College, located in Sarasota, is supposed to be a “top-ranked public liberal arts college” and the “Honors College” of the Florida state university system, with special programs for the very best students. But in recent years it has become, in the words of the Tampa Bay Times, “one of the most progressive higher-education institutions in the state” — in other words, it has been taken over by the extreme progressive Left.

John Hinderaker article, Standing Up to the Leftist Mob, saying:

Several years ago, I saw a cartoon that went something like this: a liberal college administrator tells a conservative speaker that his event is being canceled because there have been threats of violence. The conservative asks, who are the threats coming from? and the liberal administrator answers, “Us.”

This is, in fact, one of the Left’s favorite ploys to shut down conservative speech. It happened at Florida’s New College last week. As we wrote here, New College of Florida is a tiny, failing far-left public school that Governor DeSantis has set out to save by appointing Christopher Rufo and other conservatives to the school’s board of trustees, with a view toward making New College the “Hillsdale of the South.” You can imagine how the college’s far-left administrators and faculty feel about that.

A meeting open to all is anathema to the Left, so the inevitable death threats followed. The Federalist has the story, via InstaPundit. The climactic moment came when New College’s Provost, Suzanne Sherman, demanded that the event be shut down and encouraged students not to attend. The excuse was a “credible” death threat against conservative trustee Eddie Speir, who of course wanted to go forward. Rufo has the tape:

Here is the exchange between Rufo, the new board of Trustees, and the administration, who don't seem to understand, they're not in charge of the Trustees.  Leftist arrogance has no boundaries, and they need to be taught an important lesson.  They're hired help!

I think the suggestions by Francis Menton makes it clear the best way to drive home that message in as strong of terms as possible is to fire them!  Not just a few of them, fire all of them!  Not only administrators, professors also. Leave no contamination behind to reinfect that institution.

The Antipode of Truth is a Lie

By Rich Kozlovich

I just recently read this piece, How Do You Kill 11 Million People?, by John Nantz, discussing how leftism and lying go hand in hand, and in point of fact, leftism simply can't exist without lies.  It promises utopia, and delivers dystopia....always... everywhere....all throughout history...... and yet while the utopia they offer is a historically proven farce, untold numbers of people keep falling for that line of horsepucky, and for two reasons.

First, people don't read history books, and secondly, our educational system doesn't teach actual history any longer because as its turned into a propaganda wing of the leftist socialist movements of communism, fascism, environmentalism, feminism, trans-humanism,....well....you get the picture, but especially anti-Americanism.

Give me an ism and it will probably be a sect of that neo-pagan secular religion called socialism.   But there's a catch.  You can only have their "promised utopia" if you abandon your rights and totally give yourself up to them, and trust them entirely to act in your best interests.  Good luck with that.  And it's been done over and over again involving billions of people.

So, how's that worked out?  Well, not all that well, except for those who took power, but the rest of humanity has suffered massively.  In the 20th century they murdered over 100 million people, and that doesn't include the well over 100 million killed by environmentalists starting with the ban on DDT.   Leftism leads to murder, false imprisonment, starvation, disease, suffering, misery and early death.  Dystopia!

The author went on to explain how the Nazis lied to their Jewish population with promises of safety and they herded them into boxcars and isolated them behind barbed wire in order to make it easy to fulfill their mission of murdering every Jew in Europe.  And it worked, and that's the pattern that has been playing out since the beginning of the leftist movements world wide, starting with the French Revolution, and has being played out over this pandemic hysteria and these false vaccinations which as time goes by we're going to realize the lies promoted by these tyrants and the long term nightmare these mandates have imposed on humanity, all for political gain.

Now we have this January 6th Commission that's nothing short of a Kangaroo Court, or more so, a Stalinist Show Trial spewing out lies.  The issue at hand is whether or not Trump asked for the demonstrators to violently overthrow the government. He didn't, and in fact he stated their protest should be peaceful.  Now, whether or not that was a really stupid thing to do is another issue, but he did not call for violence.  Everything else is smoke and mirrors.

This article appeared on Saturday on American Thinker,  Poor Cassidy Hutchinson: Naïve, used, and abused...or shamelessly ambitious?, and while I question some of this author's views, it seems clear to me he outlines how this was Liz Chaney's contribution to this kangaroo court, and it seems at the very least Chaney must have known this was all lies.  Why else didn't they subpoena the Secret Service agents and even the people she claimed told her this stuff, or for that matter even investigate it beforehand.  Why didn't the rest of the committee speak up or demand more information?  Because they all know this is whole charade is a farce so why bother to check up on anyone or anything that might present anything negative to their narrative.

And since Pelosi rejected the Republicans chosen by the House minority leader Kevin McCarthy, which is not permitted under House rules, there was not one Republican committee member there chosen by the Republicans to challenge testimony, and is in fact an illegal committee and any subpoenas issued by them are illegal.  What happens when the law enforcers are the law breakers?

They're all disgraceful, corrupt and incompetent, and this will follow them, and hopefully, the Republicans will continue this committee, legally structured with new Republican members, and use their subpoena power to bring in the FBI and DOJ and Capitol Police officials, along with Pelosi, Schiff, Chaney, and all the other corrupt players and put them under oath.

My view is that after the 2022 election Biden will be gone via either impeachment and/or Kamala Harris invoking the 25th Amendment, maybe even both, and if it happens she becomes President of the United States, an event even the Democrats abhor.

So, should the Republican's impeach Biden?  Yes, for three reasons.
  1. First, unlike Trump, who was impeached pretty much because he "hurt their feelings", Biden is as guilty of the Constitutional high crimes and misdemeanor, as was Bill Clinton.
  2. Second, if they don't impeach him they become de facto enablers of his actions.
  3. Third, the Senate won't  have the numbers to find him guilty, so and he'll remain President continuing to stink up the place preventing Kamala Harris from becoming President, which even the Democrats dread, but they will have acted in harmony with what's right, not politics.
However, then it will fall on Kamala Harris, who might decide to attempt to impose the 25th Amendment, and if that works, she gets to pick the Vice President, and it will be someone even dumber than she.  But that shouldn't be much of a challenge, even for her, since she'll be picking among the party elites, all of whom, while sounding clever, may actually be even more intellectually wanting than Harris, stinking up the place even worse than Biden.

But, will a Republican Congress approve of her pick?  If the Republicans are smart they will, since whatever dummy she picks will make it far easier to override any bill Kamala proposes, and even overriding presidential vetoes because the public will agree, and the media propaganda wing of the Democrat party will have lost even more viewers and readers and their influence, falling like as stone even now. Their credibility will continue sinking as it becomes totally immersed in the fever swamps of America's real communist party.  The Democrats.

Depending on who ends up in the Republican leadership in the House and Senate, there will be no budget agreements without tax and spending cuts, or a shutdown.  The Democrats will not be able to rally the media and the nation against a Republican Congress in that case.

The Republican party is facing a national civil war, as more and more actual conservatives are going to be elected and involved in party politics.  Those conservatives will be on a RINO hunt, and in earnest, starting on January 3rd, 2023. That's going to be interesting to watch as those party conservatives John McCain called "wacko birds" take control.

The Biden administration, which must be on drugs, will keep claiming the economy is the best its ever been and inflation is meaningless, and any criticism of their positions is racist.  Well, that's a lie.  The economy is in serious trouble, with a potential for a full blown worldwide economic collapse, because when America has an economic stomach ache, the world throws up.

Interest rates will shoot up, inflation will continue, investors will not only be confused, they're going to be scared.  I base some of that on John Mauldin''s Thoughts from the Frontline July 1, 2022 article, Time Has a Price explaining the difficulties investors have when interest rates were artificially kept low for so many years was at the heart of some many current problems and now inflation, which his group defines the problem in this way:

“We believe we’re moving toward an environment of persistently high inflation coupled with weak real growth. In other words, stagflation. That would be bad for typical portfolios, which are equity-heavy and biased to under perform in such periods.”

If action isn't taken immigration will be completely out of hand by 2024, which is going to trigger a revolt even across party lines.  It's a very real potential the Republicans may have a 60 seat majority in the Senate after the 2024 election.  Well, pay backs are the pits, and if I were the Democrats I'd be scared at what they've wrought, especially after 2024 when hopefully Trump will appoint a "mad dog in the meat market" Attorney General with these objectives"
  • Purge the FBI and the DOJ, NSA, CIA, IRS and any agency that been used illegally by the Democrats.
  • Bring in his own "Untouchables" to investigate them, charge them with the crimes they've committed.
Under the Constitution DeSantis and Trump can't run as President and Vice President as they're from the same state, but if there's a way around that I hope they can find it as he would continue that purge for eight more years, and it will take all 12 years to do it and reduce the staff and scope of all government agencies, especially the EPA, the Bureau of Land Management and the Fish and Wildlife Service, which has been made easier by this Supreme Court ruling, saying the Congress can't just shift their responsibilities over to "unelected bureaucrats pushing an agenda."

But there's no saving the nation until these misfits are gone, as the Biden administration is now committed to ignoring, or finding ways around, the court's new found passion for the Constitution saying:

I have directed my legal team to work with the Department of Justice and affected agencies to review this decision carefully and find ways that we can, under federal law, continue protecting Americans from harmful pollution, including pollution that causes climate change.

Not only gone, but prosecuted and jailed.  Unless these Deep Staters, Biden administration officials and corrupt Congress people, along with former politicians are prosecuted for their crimes and sent to prison, it won't be fixed.

Most importantly, I believe there must be a concerted effort to fix  education, which absolutely should be Job One.  Eliminate the Department of Education, stop all funding for education and promote vouchers nationally. Get the federal government out of education, after all, based on results, they're not very good at it.

End all funding to higher education, and funding directly to universities, especially student loans. Tax their endowment funds, and mount a public crusade against all these leftist institutions and do it by funding organizations to challenge them not only in the court of public opinion, but via actual lawsuits, including suing the individual professors, and administrators.

In the early years of EPA the pest control industry went to them asking for some training in order for the industry to understand their regulations, and their interpretation of those regulations.  Their answer?  There's no education like a good civil penalty.  Well, that mentality is a two way street.

The Constant Victim

While insisting on total respect, she clearly has little concern or respect for others, "the others being white".  When she ignores the values of others while intruding on their space, she claims any rebukes are the result of racism, because:

"White culture’ with its expectations of considering others, is racist!"

The author went on to say:

Gonzalez perfectly embodies the entitled, arrogantly uninformed leftist with whom we’re all so painfully well-acquainted. They’re constantly the victim, and identity politics and skin color is the lens through which they see the world. And on top of all that, they unanimously process using cognitive dissonance – because, the funny thing is, Gonzalez has alabaster skin.

If this is an example of the "educated leadership" of black America, and it is, then there will be no fix for "the constant victim" because being the victim is much easier than actually performing, and most importantly, marrying the women they impregnate.  Without a strong social foundation of Judaic/Christian ethics and commitment to family, black America cannot fix itself, and no one else can either.

Another Reason to Purge the Federal Bureaucracy

By Rich Kozlovich

On July 27, 2022 Joe Miller published this piece,  22 AGs sue USDA to stop withholding school lunches over gender, sexual orientation rules, saying:

Schools ordering food for the beginning of the fall semester could be facing uncertainty over whether they’ll receive federal assistance that’s the center of a legal battle for being tied to sex discrimination rules. Twenty-two attorneys general are suing the Biden administration to prevent any loss of federal nutrition assistance for failing to obey the funding catch tying the money to other issues.

In May, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced any state, local agency, program operator or sponsor receiving its funding must “investigate allegations of discrimination based on gender identity or sexual orientation.” The USDA also required all organizations to update discrimination policies and signage to include prohibitions against discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation.

There is so much wrong with this it boggles the mind.  First, why and when did the federal government start supplying lunches to school children?  1946, under the  Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act, with the goal of providing:

"low-cost or free school lunch meals to qualified students through subsidies to schools."

That was the emotional tag to make it palatable to the public.  Whenever there's a program that claims in statement or context, "it's for the children", you had better start looking deeper.  There's always more involved:

The program was established as a way to prop up food prices by absorbing farm surpluses, while at the same time providing food to school age children.  It was named after Richard Russell, Jr., signed into law by President Harry S. Truman in 1946, and entered the federal government into schools' dietary programs on June 4, 1946.

So, while there were many good intentioned people involved, in reality this was a way to justify the federal government's hand outs to agriculture that started with the Roosevelt administration and has continued right up to now, and that figure is massive.  In 2020 it amounted to 20 billion dollars.

Also, why is the USDA getting involved in this social issue?  How is this an agricultural issue?  The federal government confiscates trillions of dollars every year and returns huge amounts of that money to the states to fund various programs.  That is unless the state has the audacity to ignore these ideological commands from the bureaucrats, stripping them of the funds they have every right to receive.

These commands are rules being implemented by these agencies don't have the Constitutional authority to impose, as the Supreme Court ruled on  "West Virginia v. EPA that put and end to the EPA's self invented authority to impose rules on emissions, and that mentality is true of every agency of the federal government.

I have no problem with subsidized lunches being served at schools, but that should exclusively be a state responsibility, and the state should decide if, how much, when, and what will be served by the people of the state that funds it, instead of  Michelle Obama, whether she was right or wrong on her choices isn't the issue.  The issue is where that authority belongs.

As for the arguments the states may not be able to afford it:  That's a load of horsepucky.  If you look at state budgets you will see waste and misspent funds to the tune of millions of dollars, and Ohio is guilty of that.

It's time to purge these agencies and eliminate the Department of Education, which has been a incredibly expensive failure and a disturbing intrusion in the lives of American  families.  All this is nothing more than a way for the leftists infesting the agencies of the federal government, through incremental steps, impose a socialist tyranny on America.

Solution?  Repeal the 16th and 17the Amendments.

It's the Basics!

By Rich Kozlovich

I've been going back through my posts and adding links, which I didn't do for about eleven years, and I still have about three more years to fill in. This has been a lot of work, but it's allowed me to see some great old posts by excellent writers, some of which I've reposted to show how little things change with leftists and false conservatives.

The problem is many of the links no longer work since either the article or the web site no longer exists. However, I came across a post about the difference between how conservatives and liberals debate. The writer stated:

One of the best experiences in my formal education was participating in debate. We were taught how to cogently and logically make a case for a given point of view and how to effectively rebut the arguments of the opposition. As I listen to liberal politicians and pundits, I find myself wondering what ever happened to cogency and logic in political discourse. It seems to me that liberals no longer know how to debate political issues. In most political debates and discussions, liberals seem to quickly cast aside logic and facts in favor of mud-slinging, name calling, and ad hominem attacks on their opponents. Their favorite tactic seems to be labeling opponents as “racists.”

This pattern is now playing out to the nth degree, and not just this year, this has been the theme for many years, and society - at least it appears to me - is sick of the racial-industrial-complex, and the disaster they're creating in society. Even mathematics is now racist.  The real question is:  What isn't racist to race baiters?

I've stated over and over again the very real fundamental problem that needs fixed is education in America, starting with kindergarten through higher education. It's in dire need of reform and that reform needs to start with eliminating teacher's unions.  Then getting the federal government out of the mix and start that by eliminating the Department of Education.  Then end funding to institutions of "higher" learning.  End grants and student loans, and make them 'for profit' institutions taxing them in the same way any other business is taxed, including the endowments.

Do you wonder how and why so many young people are out there burning down their future?  Why so many hate America.  Why so many love Bernie Sanders?  The do so because their ignorant of history and reality.  And worse yet, they're arrogant in their ignorance.  It's impossible to discuss anything with them without a demonstration of their emotional arrogance and an arrogant dismissal of anything that doesn't fit the leftist narrative of the moment.  Which is subject to change on any given day.

Ask them what a logical fallacy is.  They don't know!  Ask them who are various people that appear daily in the news. For that matter, a substantial number won't even know who's the Vice President.  Most of them are clueless.  Ask then how they feel about Karl Marx running as a third party candidate.  Don't be surprised at their responses, and their level of ignorance. Arrogant ignorance!

More importantly, that arrogant ignorance has become dangerous, and that danger didn't just start with the Occupy Wall Street movement, Black Lives Matter or Antifa.

On December 16, 2013 Joseph Klein published the article, "The Alarming Rise of Campus Anti-Semitism", saying:

Anti-Semitism on U.S. college campuses is growing at an alarming rate. It has escalated to the point that Jewish students on campuses have been physically attacked or threatened for peacefully demonstrating their support of Israel. Events demonizing Jews and even glorifying the murderers of Jews, in the guise of anti-Israel rhetoric, are tolerated by campus administrators despite the hostile environment such events create for Jewish students who are open about their beliefs in support of the Jewish state.

Title VI of the Civil Rights act of 1964 prohibits various forms of discrimination at federally funded programs, including higher educational institutions, but the Obama administration’s Department of Education has so far refused to enforce it against federally funded universities and colleges that have allowed anti-Semitic harassment of Jewish students to go on with relative impunity.

For example, in a letter rejecting a complaint that had accused a California state university of allowing a hostile environment for Jewish students to exist on campus, the education department’s Office for Civil Rights wrote: “In the university environment, exposure to such robust and discordant expressions, even when personally offensive and hurtful, is a circumstance that a reasonable student in higher education may experience. In this context, the events that the complainants described do not constitute actionable harassment.”

Yet snowflakes at these institutions need to be sheltered and receive counseling if their little leftist feelings are hurt by some mean evil conservative's views being expressed on campus. I wonder if these students were Muslims, blacks, or homosexuals would they take the same tact?

We have lost our minds allowing leftist anti-Semitic, anti-white, anti-capitalist, anti-Christian, anti-conservative, anti-tradition,  anti-constitution and anti-American maniacs to be in charge of education in America.  The fundamental need to educate our children properly has been destroyed.

Until we fix education, nothing else will work. It's the basics!

Education in America Has Become a Snare and a Racket: Part I

By Rich Kozlovich

On October 29, 2018 this article appeared on the CNBC website discussing former students who took out student loans and then decided they didn’t want to repay them.

The first one is a guy name Chad Haag, and you have to watch the video at the beginning of the article to understand what a loser this guy is.
"He moved to a jungle in India to escape his giant student debt — and he's not alone” “Chad Haag considered living in a cave to escape his student debt. He had a friend doing it. But after some plotting, he settled on what he considered a less risky plan. This year, he relocated to a jungle in India. "I've put America behind me."……. “He moved to a jungle in India to escape his giant student debt”.
The article goes on to say:
“Chadd Haag said he left the United States to escape his student debt. Now he lives in India. The philosophy major concedes that his student loan balance of around $20,000 isn't as large as the burden shouldered by many other borrowers, but he said his difficultly finding a college-level job in the U.S. has made that debt oppressive nonetheless. "If you're not making a living wage," Haag said, "$20,000 in debt is devastating."
Twenty thousand dollars in debt is devastating? Ya gotta be kiddin me! Does this snowflake have any idea what the debt load is for many married Americans with children, a home and a car? It’s a lot more than twenty thousand dollars, and a large number of them have more than one job.

The article continues:
“He struggled to come up with the $300 a month he owed. The first work he found after he graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2011 — when the recession's effects were still palpable — was on-again, off-again hours at a factory, unloading trucks and constructing toy rockets on an assembly line."
He claims he worked all these jobs but after taxes he only cleared $1700 a month. After his $300 payment to his student loan that would leave him $1400 a month. But he lived with his mother! How much did she charge him to live there?  According to him he “couldn't make the math work in America”!  So what does he do he goes after his master’s degree!

And what’s his degree in? Philosophy! Really? A Masters degree in philosophy and he couldn’t find a job! Imagine that!

So now he living in a third world country where the bathroom is often a hole in the floor but he has "a higher standard of living in a Third World country than I would in America, because of my student loans."

But you just can’t walk into India and get a job, it requires a work visa and those are temporary. So you have to have special skills, but even then, it’s still Indians first there. So he married an Indian woman. Wow! So that’s what philosophy teaches! I wonder how long that will last when she finally figures out this guys a loser.

But he's not alone:

Chad Albright attended Millersville University, in Pennsylvania, where he studied communications and history. He graduated as the Great Recession was beginning in December 2007, and couldn't find anyone to hire him in his chosen field..... he had $30,000 in student loans "There was anger," Albright said. "I couldn't believe I couldn't find a job in America."........."I feel that college ruined my life," "I’m much happier in Ukraine,”

Katrina Williams student loan debt "ballooned to well over $100,000." “I try not to think about America,” Williams said. “It’s heartbreaking.” "Williams had a friend who had moved to Japan, and the idea of leaving the United States grew on her. In 2015, she moved to Chiba, Japan, also to teach English to students. "I love my work," she said. Her job sponsors her visa."   "She has her own apartment now and doesn't have to work seven days a week anymore. However, Williams whine:  "I wish I could come back to America and not be scared."

She reminds me of all those guys who fled to Canada during the Vietnam war, built their careers and then cried and whined when Carter was President, "I'm sorry, forgive me, I want to come home",  so Carter pardoned them.

I served, but I didn't blame them for running away.  After all it's their life!  But once they made that decison they should have had to live with it.

The article points out:
"Outstanding student debt in the U.S. has tripled over the last decade and is projected to swell to $2 trillion by 2022. Average debt at graduation is currently around $30,000, up from an inflation-adjusted $16,000 in the early 1990s. Meanwhile, salaries for new bachelor degree recipients, also accounting for inflation, have remained almost flat over the last few decades."
"Half of student loan borrowers haven't paid even $1 toward their debt's principal five years into repayment, according to the U.S. Department of Education. Forty percent of student loan borrowers are expected to default by 2023, according to the Brookings Institution."
While the cost of education has skyrocketed the wages remained flat. Why? Because the cost has gone way beyond inflation or the normal rise in prices.  Student loans is part of the problem.  These universities have become scam artists beyond compare, and the government knows it!

But I wonder:  Did they not know when they were taking out those loans the day would come when they had to pay them back?  While I can feel a very small degree of sympathy to these people I have to ask:  Instead of all these temporary jobs they claim they were doing,  why didn't they get a real job that could earn them the money they needed?

Bread men are the people who deliver bread to restaurants, institutions and grocery stores all over America.  They all make over $50,000 a year, and in some states a whole lot more, and believe it or not, it's really hard work so bread companies are always looking for good people.  Exterminators are in the same situation.  In most areas of the country they all make over $40,000 a year, and they're always looking for good people.  But they couldn't find those jobs! Why?

There were about 300 million people living in the United States then, and a huge number of them were immigrants who came here to get a better life, and they will get it.  I'm not going to bleed all over myself for these delusional self absorbed snowflake whiners.  But I don't blame them as much as I blame the leftist loons who promoted all this, and who now want to make that debt disappear by making the American people pay for it, leaving them with educations that will potentially reap rewards not available to the people who would have to pay their debt.

Part II will be in tomorrow's edition.
