The January 6th Con is Still On

Code of the Criminal:  Never give up the con, and they haven't

By Rich Kozlovich, Tags:

I keep seeing the media and nitwits touting the idea January 6th was the greatest threat to America since ... wellll... according to them forever.   I'm really tired of it, and the tide is turning, and they're not going to like being washed up and destroyed against the rocky shore coming their way.  So, let's do a short review.

In March Speaker Johnson released 5,000 additional hours of videos, which is "equal to 208 straight days of viewing" and the Committee on House Administration is committed to exposing all the evidence.  Let's not have any doubt, the January 6 Committee was illegal as it violated the House rules on how committee members are supposed to be chosen, with Pelosi kicking out the members chosen by the Republicans and putting those in place that would willing be part of this propaganda ‘miniseries, and time, or truth, neither of which is on the J6 Committee members side.  I recommend following the link to my

The only witnesses who were allowed were those who would make the most condemnatory statements, truth not withstanding, and no legitimate cross examination was permitted, and it appears the committee is in serious violation of federal law by destroying a lot of evidence making it impossible to verify how they violated the rights of Donald Trump and the January 6th prisoners, and deliberately ignored anything that was contrary to their mission, i.e., destroy Donald Trump and American's rights under the Constitution, and now this became a pattern playing out across the nation.

Now that Trump has won the election, and there will be a whole new set of faces at the DOJ, and the FBI, the House can refer the entire January 6 Committee members for prosecution, and know it won't get dumped into the garbage.

Liz Chaney, who just can't keep her mouth shut, has been accused of criminally tampering with a witness.  Is it any wonder she campaigned for Kamala Harris, she's scared, and should be. As Monica Showalter asks:

Is Miss Piggy about to get her comeuppance? Could be, now that a Congressional panel has released its Jan. 6 report, stating that Cheney had engaged in witness-tampering; illegally counseling former low-level Trump White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson to change her testimony for the purpose of Getting Trump...

Should Liz Cheney and Bennie Thompson be prosecuted, found guilty, and jailed for their corruption? Absolutely, and now that Biden's corrupt cabal will be gone, it needs to happen.

In spite of all the evidence the whole J6 fiasco was totally corrupt, the Democrats say they going to have trouble have trusting the GOP.  And the GOP should care why?   One CNN nitwit claims the problem isn't all the corruption, lies, and violations of American's rights that's the problem.  It's entirely too many Americans believe Trump lies.  CNN talking about lies?  The network that lives on, lives for, and exists to spout lies, claims they're outraged that Trump lies.  Remarkable. Well, that won't be a problem for them much longer as they're heading down the drain, and if either CNN or MSNBC are still in business at the end of Trump's term, that'll be a shocker.

Clare McCaskill, a former Senator, says she's really bitter the J6 didn't destroy Trump, Adam Schiff claims America didn't vote for Trump to "see him pardon what he calls J6 "criminals".  Really, and he would know that how?  And Adam Schiff, the pencil neck liar who was censured by the House for his lying, may yet be called to task legally for his lies.

I really like this one, Kinzinger, who will also most likely be prosecuted for his role on the J6 Committee, says history will record this as a coup attempt. His constituents think otherwise and kicked him out of the Congress, just as they did Liz Chaney.

The FBI and the DOJ are heading into a maelstrom of legal issues over their corrupt role in the January 6 mess.  On December 16th "Maker S. Mark The Office of Inspector General (OIG) for the FBI issued a report last week that detailed at least 26 FBI Confidential Human Sources (CHSs) were in D.C. on January 6, 2021".

And that number is rightly being called into question based on the many serious flaws in the OIG's investigation.  As the author notes while this is a partial win, showing the FBI was involved in an attempt to turn this into a real insurrection, this will not be the last word.

The FBI has been out of control for a long time, and here's another example.  FBI Arrests Blaze Reporter Steve Baker Over Jan 6 Scoops for:

“non-violent misdemeanors” related to his reporting on the January 6, 2021 Capitol riots, according to his employer, Blaze Media. This follows Baker’s announcement on Tuesday that the FBI had issued a signed arrest warrant for his “alleged J6 crimes” and that he was ordered to self-surrender to federal authorities in Dallas, Texas. Baker turned himself in at 7 a.m. on Friday and was transported to the Dallas Courthouse for a 10 a.m. hearing before a Magistrate. He expressed concern about the process, writing online, “My attorneys have also been assured by the gov. that this will be an ‘in and out’ affair and that they have ‘no intention’ of detaining me. But, rather than issuing a simple order to appear, they seem to feel the need to give me a dose of the personal humiliation treatment.”............

This incident mirrors the arrests of other journalists who reported on J6 events, including David Medina and Owen Shroyer. Blaze Media stated, “Steve Baker, our investigative journalist, has now been taken into FBI custody for his J6 reporting,” marking the latest development in the legal repercussions for journalists covering the controversial event.

The FBI assured his attorneys this was an in and out affair and he wouldn't be detained. The FBI lied.

When  Steve Baker was arrested he was paraded before a magistrate in handcuffs, leg irons,  thrown into a cell for hours, and for "charges" of four misdemeanors.  Why?  That was a message from the Biden administration that if you "dare go against the government narrative, this could be you."  There are those who claim Biden didn't go after Trump or anyone else, this was all done by underlings.  Well, the Navy has a rule, and I think it's a great rule.  Only he who commands can be blamed, and while Biden may be legally incompetent, this went on under his rule; he had to know it was going on, and he deserves the blame.

This was corrupt, most likely illegal, certainly a violation of Constitutional rights, and above all, it's blatant tyranny, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Was there judicial corruption in the jailing and sentencing of J6 prisoners?  Absolutely, and the prosecutors and the judges need to be called before Congress to testify, and a number of them need to be charged with Constitutional rights violations, prosecuted and jailed.  An Appeals Court has rule some of these people were improperly sentenced, and that's an understatement.

On March 3rd, reported:

If you have been paying attention at all, you are aware that hundreds of peaceful January 6 demonstrators at the Capitol have received draconian punishments and, as Julie Kelly so assiduously reports, are being very badly treated in confinement. A few have even committed suicide because of their treatment at the hands of the D.C. Courts and the prosecution.

Someone needs to be called to task for this, as she goes on to say:

All the J6 defendants who pleaded guilty had to agree not to challenge the levels of sentence enhancement the DOJ said were applicable. Those who refused the plea deals and went to court (a lesser number) were given those enhancements anyway by the D.C. Circuit Court judges. The relevant statute allows under the sentence enhancement provision a sentence of up to 20 years, so the option of a plea deal was attractive to many (on top of the cost of proceeding, for as you remember, the big firms which rushed to provide pro bono representation to Gitmo defendants couldn’t be bothered with these people.)

The outrages are stupendous, which the Pravda media not only ignores, it justifies this corruption of Constitutional rights.  What has happened to this man isn't unique, it's just a story that resonates. In April of 2024 a former Army leaked the prison abuses, and he hasn't even been tried in a court of law.

Jeffrey has been silenced by his government.

After his arrest in March 2021, Jeffrey delved into video footage and documented evidence from January 6. Jeffrey was able to identify numerous government informants and agitators in the massive Trump crowd that day.  After he put together his evidence, he sent it out to numerous contacts. That was when the FBI came into his prison cell and took his research. They then attempted to silence him and banned him from phone and mail privileges.

Jeffrey lost everything since he was thrown into prison. All of his earthly possessions were taken from him after he was incarcerated by the government he served.

And the GOP leadership has for the most part ignored the J-6er.  As of April, "more than 1,350 people have been charged with various crimes related to the January 6, 2021 PROTEST...... Of the 1,350+ people who have been charged from January 6, approximately 800 have been sentenced with about two-thirds receiving prison time."

This corruption of America's law enforcement agencies is deep and unbridled.  We're seeing massive evidence of a dual justice system in play.  Here are some of the pieces I saved and published to show how true this is, and their day is coming.

January 6 Committee Narrative Blown Up by the Evidence

How allegations of insurrection were overhyped by partisan accusers and cherry-picked videos.

The January 6, 2021, pro-Trump protest on Capitol Hill is still the subject of multiple debates, legal actions, criminal charges, and conspiracy theories. It is often hard to separate fact from fiction when political partisanship drives the narrative, but the allegations of attempted insurrection seem embarrassingly overhyped in the face of the video evidence recently made public, over the objections of most of the members of the now-defunct January 6 Committee. Some Republicans want accountability from the committee for its investigation into the events of that day – carefully tailored to prove only that former President Donald Trump incited an insurrection and that his supporters are violent and dangerous. There’s a strong argument to be made that this investigation proved neither.

Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) wants to know how much evidence the January 6 Committee ignored or concealed. Referring to the 90 hours of video footage now available to view – with an additional 44,000 hours to come over the next few weeks – Lee asked in a social media post:

“Why didn’t Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger ever refer to any of these tapes? Maybe they never looked for them. Maybe they never even questioned their own narrative. Maybe they were just too busy selectively leaking the text messages of Republicans they wanted to defeat.”

Cheney and Kinzinger are the two former Republican US representatives selected by Democrats to sit on the January 6 Committee to give it a veneer of bipartisanship. Their appointments – after then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) rejected the original Republican nominees – was undeniably partisan. Both Kinzinger and Cheney despise Trump and were all too willing to cooperate with Democrat attempts to condemn him for what happened at the Capitol. For their troubles, the two of them lost their seats in the House.

What the January 6 Committee Didn’t Want You to Know

As for the tapes, they mostly show Trump supporters strolling peacefully through the halls of the Capitol building as police officers stand casually by, making no attempt to stop or confront them. The very fact that the Capitol Police were clearly unconcerned by their presence shows that no one at the time seriously believed an insurrection was taking place.

What are the facts, though, about this protest?

The vast majority of the estimated 120,000 protesters did not engage in any acts of violence or vandalism. Only a few people were charged with carrying firearms at the protest. Just one person died that day as the result of violence. Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt, who was unarmed, died after being shot by Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd. Not a single law enforcement officer was killed, despite media claims at the time.

For sure, a relatively small number of people among the protesters did engage in scuffles with the police, tore down security barriers, and damaged doors and windows as they forced their way into the Capitol building. It is entirely possible that some of these individuals were Trump supporters, even though others present at the time berated them for their actions and implored them to stop. It is also likely that many agitators were left-wing activists. In fact, a Utah man who filmed Babbitt’s shooting turned out to be an Antifa-connected rabble-rouser. John Earle Sullivan was convicted November 16 on multiple felony charges, including disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds with a dangerous weapon, obstructing an official proceeding, and obstructing officers during a civil disorder.

The jury in Sullivan’s trial was shown video evidence of him kicking barriers and encouraging others to break through doors and windows. He was yelling, “We gotta get this s— burned” and various other expletive-laden calls to violence and destruction. It is entirely reasonable to assume that Sullivan was not the only left-wing agitator present.

What about the rumors of undercover federal agents inciting the crowd? Of that, there is no proof, and it is very difficult to imagine that covert FBI agents were themselves busting their way into the building. However, FBI Director Christopher Wray has refused to give any direct answers about whether some of his men were among the crowd and, if so, how many. We likely will never know the answers to those questions, and therefore any claims either way are speculative.

There is an even greater mystery from that day. The FBI, which has managed to track down and arrest more than 700 people who attended the protest, apparently still doesn’t have the faintest idea who planted pipe bombs outside the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee and Republican National Committee. It even has the suspect on camera, though he or she was hooded and masked. Staggeringly, the January 6 Committee put no effort into pressing the FBI or Justice Department on the matter. A few dozen protesters sightseeing inside the Capitol – albeit without permission – represented an existential threat to democracy, but someone targeting the leadership of the two main political parties with explosives was of little consequence.

Equally odd is that no one has identified the people who erected a gallows at the site of the protest. Even though it was built in the early hours of the morning on January 6, no law enforcement agency removed it. One can draw one’s own conclusions about who put it up or why neither the Metropolitan Police, the Park Police, or the Capitol Police thought there was any reason to take it down.

Where’s the Accountability?

January 6 defendant Victoria White, who pleaded guilty to a single felony, claimed to have been physically beaten by Capitol Police officers. Video footage seems to support that claim. In another video, an individual is pleading for the officers to stop assaulting her. White is now suing the Capitol Police.

Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) minced no words on the X social media platform. “Prepare to be shocked. This release will reveal the insidious truth that the left and the corrupt officials at FBI/DOJ do NOT want Americans to see,” he wrote. “No less than 5-10 key Democrats will announce they’re retiring from Congress. Don’t doubt me.” Another Republican, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, is calling on Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) to create a new version of the January 6 Committee, only this time, it would investigate the previous committee. “There needs to be investigations and ACCOUNTABILITY for ALL of the lies, deceit, and lives ruined,” Greene wrote on X. “Every member of the Jan 6th committee, Nancy Pelosi, FBI, DOJ, DC Police, Cap Police, Jan 6 witnesses who lied, all need to be subpoenaed. Criminal referrals must be written and prosecutions MUST happen under a Trump DOJ.”

There is no shortage of people on both sides of the political divide who agree that things got out of hand on January 6, 2021. There are also plenty of people – on the political right, if not the left – who think the federal government’s response to what happened on that day was also out of hand. Hundreds of people remain incarcerated, and excessively long prison sentences have been handed down. As for the January 6 Committee, it demonstrated no interest whatsoever in presenting the American people with a full picture of events.

It released a very small fraction of all the video footage available, wanting people to see only clips of agitators smashing windows and wrestling police officers over security barricades. The committee certainly didn’t want the public to watch Trump supporters being given free passage within the Capitol by police officers. The left’s entire narrative around January 6 was gradually cracking. Now, it seems to have completely collapsed – ahead of 2024, Republicans will likely move heaven and earth to demonstrate that the January 6 Committee was weaponized against Trump and his supporters.

How the DOJ Outsourced Trump’s Indictment to House Dems

By August 20, 2023 @ Sultan Knish Blog

When former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi saw the indictment of Trump, she observed that, “it’s interesting to see how similar they are to some of the charges recommended by the January 6 committee and I commend, again, the committee.”

Soumya Dayananda, a senior investigator for the House Democrat committee claimed that, “the committee’s work provided this path.”

A New York Times article described the indictment as having a “narrative that was nearly identical”.

The Democrat prosecutor’s team admitted its dependence on the Democrat congressional committee by citing its work in its demand that the former president’s trial take place in early January 2024 so that it can overshadow the election and any potential inauguration.

The document filed by the Smith team claimed that it would produce materials to the Trump team including “unredacted materials obtained from other governmental entities, including the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol”. The filing also argued for the relevance of the “report written by the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol.”

Smith’s team was arguing that much of the evidence that it would introduce at trial had already been produced and made public by the House Democrat J6 committee. Trump’s team would receive the unredacted version of the materials and could then expect to be ready for trial.

It was a more official admission that the J6 indictment was just the J6 committee operating within the Justice Department and empowered to abuse the law by bringing criminal charges.

The media had described the House Democrat J6 criminal referrals as “historic.” They are historic in the sense that no partisan congressional committee had ever arranged to conduct a criminal trial of an opposing presidential candidate before.

That’s history of the banana republic kind.

The Democrat committee had issued four criminal referrals Three of the four charges in the indictment were adopted verbatim from the Democrat committee’s criminal referral. Smith swapped out the entirely unsupportable ‘insurrection’ charge for an anti-Klan law which among other things bans wearing costumes on highways.

All of this violates what Attorney Merrick Garland, who handpicked Smith to go after Trump, had promised. During his Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearings, Garland had assured his audience that no “politics would have any influence over prosecutions or investigations.”

“The president has promised that those decisions will only be made by the attorney general, and that is what I plan to do. I do not plan to be interfered with by anyone. I expect the Justice Department will make its own decisions in this regard,” he told senators.

“I want to make clear to the career prosecutors…that my job is to protect them from partisan or other improper motives,”

By the time the J6 committee circus was on their way, Garland was telling a different story. “I am watching, and I will be watching all the hearings, although I may not be able to watch all of it live,” he promised Democrats. “And I can assure you that the Jan. 6 prosecutors are watching all the hearings.”

“The Jan. 6 Committee Returns With One Viewer in Mind: Merrick Garland,” Time Magazine headlined its coverage.

AG Garland and his boys and girls were doing more than watching. The Justice Department contacted the House J6 lead investigator to let him know that his work “may contain information relevant to a criminal investigation we are conducting” and asked for transcripts.

Despite that the Justice Department kept claiming that these were separate investigations. It is now undeniable that the DOJ J6 investigation piggybacked on the work of the House Democrat J6 committee, and that Garland lied when he claimed that there would be no political influence.

The investigation had been as political as it could possibly be because it was undertaken by Democrat opponents of the former president in order to prevent him from running again.

Despite Garland’s promise to “pursue justice without fear or favor”, he provided a rubber stamp for a partisan effort by his boss and his congressional allies to go after an opposing candidate.

Smith’s reliance on the work of the J6 Democrats also raises serious questions about his claim that the Justice Department was conducting “the most wide-ranging investigation in its history”. If the DOJ was conducting a more wide-ranging investigation than say after the attacks of 9/11, why does it appear like such a carbon copy of the work of House Democrats? Why is Smith’s team citing the J6 committee’s materials as representing much of the evidence for the trial?

The House Democrats on the J6 committee had far more unlimited purse strings, blowing through millions of dollars in its investigations, hiring outside investigators and benefiting from a large staff. The “most wide-ranging investigation in its history” wasn’t conducted by the DOJ or Jack Smith, but by the House Democrats who spent lavishly on their political lynch mob.

The 57 staffers and the millions in spending meant that House Democrats and their paid personnel and outside investigators did the real work that Smith had dropped in his lap. This was nearly the same arrangement as Russiagate, where work done by Hillary Clinton’s campaign was then deposited in the Justice Department and the FBI for a rubber stamp.

The Justice Department followed the same protocol in both Russiagate and J6: taking an outside Democrat political hit job and pretending to go through the process of validating it. The actual purpose of both Russiagate and the J6 indictment is the same: to rig an election.

Attorney General Merrick Garland lied when he promised an apolitical justice department. Instead he set out to replicate the abuses that the Obama administration had perpetrated with Russiagate on a much larger scale.

The Trump indictment is not the work of an apolitical DOJ, but of a Democrat committee. It’s not there to provide justice, but to define the election around a Democrat criminal proceeding.

The only real difference between Russiagate and the J6 trial is that the former failed to launch. Garland, Smith and their political backers and bosses intend to make sure this one sticks.

Tyranny or the Rule of Law? That's the Choice! Part One

Is Rule of Law Dead in America? If laws do not mean what they say, then they mean nothing at all. And if those laws are not applied equally to everyone, then the constitutional republic, once described as a shining city on a hill, has fallen into rot and disrepair. In the face of this corruption, what can the American people do? Paul Engel

 By Rich Kozlovich

I'm going to move into some near history to start this narrative, since that lays groundwork allowing us to see the pattern of corruption and treason being played out.

There was a lot of green house gas emitted by the left because Steve Bannon, who I don't like all that much, was been found guilty of Contempt of Congress.  Contempt of Congress, I can't help but chuckle to myself every time I write that, hear it, or say it.  Why?  Because you can hardly walk the streets of America without tripping over contempt for these nitwits, and yet apparently they have to "find" it.

 Imagine that!

First, he was found guilty a DC court.  That was a forgone conclusion.  The juries as well as the jurists in Washington are blatantly corrupt in their approach to law.   The "Honorable". Carl J. Nichols, the jurist presiding over the Bannon trial, by limiting the witnesses Bannon could call in his defense, seemed to make inevitable a guilty verdict. Was Bannon found guilty because jury and judge feared a mob reaction if he were acquitted?

This will be appealed and overturned as the "Honorable" Carl J. Nichols",  a clearly biased judge refused to allow his defense witnesses or arguments, especially that this January 6th commission is an illegal because the House is required to have both parties represented on these committees and Pelosi refused the Republican's members, instead making the choice for them, against the will of the Republican leadership

David Zukerman asks these questions of the judge and the jury:

  • Were they afraid of mob violence if he was found innocent?
  • Are you concerned that if you find the defendant not guilty of refusing to comply with a subpoena issued by a House committee completely hand-picked by Speaker Pelosi, contrary to the rules of the committee, your home will be targeted for protests?

So, these leftists rigged the trial to make sure a totally inappropriate guilty verdict was delivered?   And they did that for the good of the nation?   All in order to protect who?  And from whom, their fellow corrupt leftists at BLM, OR ANTIFA?

Let's move on.

It's been clear for so long that Fauci is corrupt to the core, lying to everyone, including President Trump.  Now that the House has been returned to the Republicans, the Member of Congress that is an absolute bloodhound when it comes to these political criminals is Jim Jordan, and he says they're going after him. Fauci lied, and untold millions died.  Why hasn't he been charged with crimes, and especially crimes against humanity?

Jordan notes "Congress could issue a criminal referral to prosecute Fauci, but it won't happen".

There "could be a referral, but you would refer it to the Biden Justice Department.  I don't know that — they're going to pursue that, but you can definitely do that,"........"We could do a referral potentially.  I would, frankly, prefer just to have Dr. Fauci come back in and take another round of questions here, but we're building the case".......

Those who attempted to expose his lies were "censored, blacklisted, and mocked".  "Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said Fauci would go to jail under any "sane system."  Cruz went on to say:

"There has been no person who has done more to destroy trust in the scientific and medical community than Dr. Anthony Fauci, who told millions of Americans lies willingly, knowingly, glibly, supremely arrogantly," "Should there be accountability?  In any sane system he would be prosecuted for lying under oath, and he would go to jail for lying under oath to Congress".........

Sen. Paul: 'Prior COVID Infection is Protective,' But Fauci 'Dismissed It' and 'Thousands Died in Nursing Homes'Yet there is no indictment or any effort by the Biden administration to do a thing against this criminal.  What have we become?   The Biden administration is fluent in dishonesty, and rife with corruption, replete with incompetence, and treason can only explain their actions, and from the top down.  And the media, in it's collusive corruption, is incapable of seeing the lava flow of treasonous criminal activity that's obvious to the most casual observer.

A Haunting Anniversary by Julie Kelly on March 16, 2023 noted:

As we approach the third anniversary of “15 Days to Slow the Spread” there remains no accountability and no assurances that it couldn’t happen again. ............It is a day, and a decision, that will live in infamy. Trump, of course, is not solely responsible....

(Editor's Note:  Trump isn't responsible at all.  He relied on government "experts" who lied to him, Fauci ‘Orchestrated an Elaborate Cover-Up’ in First Days of Pandemic.  Now they're attempting to excoriate Trump, and if he'd have ignored them, they'd have demanded his head.  Get over it! RK)

Drs. Anthony Fauci and Deborah Birx shrewdly won the affection and trust of the American people early on, so any move contrary to their counsel would have created an even bigger crisis in the White House. Prior to the official declaration, Republican governors warned shut downs were imminent. Congressional Republicans with a few exceptions—Rep. Tom Massie (R-Ky.) comes to mind—grasped the devastating impact on the most vulnerable, especially children, the poor, and the elderly. The national news media amplified the untested “mitigation” approach without a shred of skepticism..........Public health “experts” became international celebrities simply by making up data and forecasting unrealized predictions of doom and death. Local police officers ran joggers off public beaches.........

Let's get over this idea scientists are all about truth.  Truth is no longer, and hasn't for many decades, the golden calf of science.  It's now grant money, and as a result of all this lying and corruption,  Dr. Tony Fauci Increased Personal Wealth from $7.6 Million to $12.6 Million During Pandemic – A 65% Increase in Wealth! (VIDEO)

The end result? Death rates are substantially higher than normal, and now that the science is so overwhelming that it can no longer be ignored, it's being openly stated, the mRNA vaccines are neither safe nor effective, but outright dangerous.

A Hiccup in the Prosecution of the J6 Defendants

April 9, 2023 By Clarice Feldman

In a 107-page split opinion, the U.S.  Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia may well have torched the outrageous overcharging of hundreds of people who peacefully walked through the Capitol, a public building, on January 6, 2021.  The question before the court was whether the phrase “obstructing, influencing, or impeding an official proceeding, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2)” warrants charging those who peacefully walked through the Capitol with felonies. .......To Read More...

Questioning the January 6 Aftermath

Tucker Carlson’s release of January 6th footage raises questions about the status of free speech and due process of law. For more than two years, politicians, media, and big tech have worked together to proliferate a narrative: January 6th was an entirely “violent insurrection,” and according to Vice President Kamala Harris, even on par with the bombing of Pearl Harbor and the September 11th terrorist attacks. Department of Justice (DoJ) prosecutors have worked diligently to publicize and penalize all participants, including the peaceful ones, to the most severe extent possible.

On March 3, 2023, during the “True Stories of January 6” panel at CPAC, some of the peaceful participants of the migrated Save America rally (often referred to as J-6ers) described the day and its aftermath. Yes, there was undoubtedly violence. But not all of protestors were violent, not even most. Like their fellow Americans who were horrified at the dominant media coverage of protestors breaking windows and wreaking havoc in and around the west side of the Capitol, the panelists all strongly condemned the violence. ........To Read More....

The Democrat-Media Insurrection Myth

By Richard McDonough March 15, 2023

The breach of the capitol, serious though it was, cannot be described as a “deadly insurrection.”  Sadly, though the contrary was what was [widely] reported [by the news media], Officer Sicknick died two days after Jan 6, from two [brain] strokes.  -Liberal journalist, feminist and Gore and Clinton campaign advisor Naomi Wolf, after watching videos of the Capitol riot released by Tucker Carlson, March 10, 2023

[D]espite frantic claims from major players like CNN, the Capitol riot was not “a coup” that almost ended modern American democracy. Speaking as a political scientist … lists of historical coups and insurrections consist almost entirely of violent military affairs.  -Wilfrid Reilly, “Tucker’s special aside, there’s been plenty of mythmaking surrounding [Jan. 6, 2021],” National Review, March 11, 2023

There were two events recently that were met with considerable hysteria by what remains of the Democrat party and their stenographers in what passes for our “news” media.  First, the purchase of Twitter by Elon Musk, who promised to restore freedom of speech there.  Second, Tucker Carlson’s release of the videos of the Capitol riot that took place on the Jan. 6, 2021 given him by Republican Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy. .........To Read More....

This week we saw more proof of the Democrats' disdain for democracy

It is said that when an individual responds to an allegation with a personal attack, the allegations are probably true, and the accused is most likely guilty. This week we saw proof of the guilt of the Democrats during two separate instances.

We look at Exhibit 1.

Tucker Carlson aired episodes based on the security camera footage from the Capitol Building on January 6, 2021. The footage was the most closely guarded secret in the DC, although newly elected Speaker Kevin McCarthy had pledged to release it to the public and did so. Carlson debunked the Democrat narrative of a mass armed and dangerous insurrection with visual proof.

The insurrection narrative was mounted by the Democrats and their PR agencies that masquerade as news media outlets by slyly editing the footage to convey chaos and violence. Footage of crowds being unruly, lighting up a fire outside the Capitol building, and windows being broken were played in a loop to push the insurrection narrative..................To Read More......

The Hard Truth About January 6

The Democrats’ drive for a One-Party State.

The January 6th protest was milder than any of the hundreds of Black Lives Matter riots the summer before, and led to no serious destruction of Capitol artifacts. But the Democrats en masse pretended to be horrified. They denounced the protest as an “armed insurrection” and compared it to Pearl Harbor and 9/11 and other enemy attacks on the United States which resulted in thousands of deaths.

When it was pointed out that no arms were found on the protesters, the Democrats simply dropped the term “armed” but still referred to the demonstration as an “insurrection” – i.e., treason.  They made no effort to explain how one could mount an insurrection without arms. Obviously one can’t..............This is what one expects from a fascist state not a constitutional democracy. It is a lesson ignored at our peril in revealing the criminal determination of the Democrat Party to establish a one-party state at whatever the cost, and to demonize, intimidate and suppress any opposition that stands in their way, by any means necessary..............To Read More.....

Dershowitz: ‘Of Course’ the J6 Cmte. Knows Their Criminal Referrals Are Unconstitutional – ‘Jamie Raskin Was My Student’

Craig Bannister | December 20, 2022 | 2:22pm EST

Alan Dershowitz says Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), who announced the House January 6 Subcommittee’s criminal referrals on Monday, knows they’re unconstitutional – because he studied under the iconic, liberal constitutional scholar and professor emeritus at Harvard Law.

In an interview on Monday night’s “Hannity,” Prof. Dershowitz was asked by Fox News’ Pete Hegseth if the committee's members knew their actions were unconstitutional.

Not only did they know, but they were even committing the types of unconstitutional acts that Democrats should be railing against, Dershowitz answered.  Unfortunately, they think they can do anything they want in order to “Get Trump,” Dershowitz said..........To Read More....

Don’t Shut Down the January 6 Committee – Supercharge It!

By Brian C. Joondeph November 28, 2022

Now that the US House of Representatives will be under Republican control, assuming Santa Claus doesn’t deliver Democrat ballots to a few key swing districts as an early Christmas present for the Democrat party, the new House GOP leadership will determine the fate of the January 6 committee.

Will GOP leaders shut down the committee? Far-left Mother Jones believes it, “Will be coming to an end.” They also think that the GOP will want to, “Exact revenge on the panel by attacking its work—and its members.” Revenge against the two RINO Republican committee members is done as neither will be returning to the next Congress.

The January 6 committee is a hyper-partisan gaggle of Trump-hating members of Congress, consisting of a Democrat chairman, 6 Democrat committee members including Reps Adam Schiff and Jamie Raskin, and two token Republicans, who loathe Donald Trump even more than their Democrat colleagues, Reps Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger...........To Read More....

No luck for Steve Bannon, so what about law and order?

October 25, 2022 By David Zukerman

Evita Duffy, writing about the sentencing of Steve Bannon, at The Federalist, October 24, led this observer to a Politico article last June, by Kyle Cheney, that bolstered this observer's understanding why the courts have tended to be unsympathetic to Donald J. Trump and his aides and supporters.

Ms. Duffy believes that Mr. Bannon is a "political prisoner," and "the rule of law is dead."  This observer does not disagree that Mr. Bannon is a political prisoner, along with the hundreds of "Jan. 6" protesters held for months without trial in deplorable conditions.  (If these were Antifa defendants held under indictment by a Republican administration, the ACLU, New York Times, and Washington Post would be denouncing their unconstitutional confinement from the rooftops.)  But perhaps rule of law is not dead, just hibernating.

Here is Mr. Cheney's account explaining why Judge Carl Nichols, a Trump appointee in 2019, did not dismiss the contempt of Congress case against Mr. Bannon:..........To Read More....

Gingrich: January 6 Committee Is a ‘Show Trial in the Stalinist Tradition’

Pam Key

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said Monday on FNC’s “Fox & Friends” that the House Select Committee investigating the January 6 Capitol Hill riot was a “show trial in the Stalinist tradition.”

When asked if he would testify, Gingrich said, “Well, my attorneys are working all that out. I’m not directly engaged with the committee. But I will say, there has never been a more blatant misuse of the Justice Department this close to an election. You know, the ground rule used to be that 60 days out, they stopped all this stuff precisely to try to influence an election. Instead, you have a deliberate targeting process underway to intimidate Republican donors, Republican candidates, even Republican lawyers.

This is as close to a police state tactic as we have ever seen in this country. Of course, this totally, I think, inappropriate. It’s not really a congressional committee. It’s a show trial [in the] Stalinist tradition. They are apparently sitting down this week with their Hollywood producer. Think about this – they are sitting down with a Hollywood producer to plan the next two months. This is an absurdity, and Americans should be insulted. These people think they are stupid enough to fall for this kind of thing.”......To Read More....

What's Interesting About the Steve Bannon Verdict

Matt Vespa Matt Vespa

October 21, 2022 Former top Trump White House adviser and media executive Steve Bannon was sentenced to four months in jail for defying congressional subpoenas regarding the January 6 riot. The select committee compelled the Trump aide to turn over any documents related to the Capitol scuffle, but he refused to comply. Bannon also refused to appear before the panel to testify, prompting two guilty verdicts for contempt of Congress (via Axios):..........

Liberals probably are rejoicing as Bannon is reviled among their circles. Still, while a four-month jail sentence was handed down—the Department of Justice wanted six months—Bannon has vowed to fight to the bitter end. Judge Carl Nichols, a Trump appointee, rendered his judgment, admonishing Bannon for disrespecting the legislative branch but did admit in his ruling that Mr. Bannon does have ample grounds for appeal. He also said Bannon could remain free while that process is hashed out in the courts. The final decision regarding this case won’t be decided until next year, with observers noting that it could be longer........... To Read More......

My Take - Again, I chuckle when I see someone was "found to be in contempt of Congress" stuff.  You can't walk anywhere in the nation without tripping over the nation's contempt for Congress, and they have to "find" it. Remarkable, ya just gotta see the humor in that.   At any rate, you may wish to view my file.  He's a strange one.

The Complete and Total Failure of the Democrat’ Sham Jan. 6 Committee

If you want to see just how out of touch with reality the Democratic Party has gotten itself over the Jan. 6 riot, look no further than former FBI agent Peter Strzok. The adulterous and unethical FBI agent told MSNBC this week, “If you look at the scale in terms of the threat to democracy — I mean, 9/11 was a tragedy. We lost thousands of lives in a horrific way that we still mourn to this day, but when you look at something that is an attack on democracy, something that could actually bring about a fundamental change to American governance as we understand it, 9/11 is nothing compared to January 6.”

So a protest that turned into a riot in which one rioter was killed by police is a very big deal compared to the mere intentional murder of thousands of innocent Americans. Got it.  Democrats think 9/11 is “nothing” compared to Jan. 6. No wonder their party is cruising toward an epic beating this November.

If you think Strzok is alone in his Jan. 6 delusions, just look at Harvard University’s latest poll asking voters to identify what are the “most important issues of the day.” Republicans said immigration (37%), inflation (24%), and jobs (21%). The nation as a whole said inflation (37%), jobs (29%), and immigration (23%). Pretty much the same..........To Read More...

WashPost Uncritically Repeats Lies about Trump from J6 Cmte

Ben Wetmore

  • Pics from J6 clearly show the witness’s hearsay recollections were factually wrong, but WashPost doesn’t point that out
  • None of Hutchinson’s claims given even basic scrutiny
  • Secret Service already disputing and debunking most of her claims, WashPost ignores
  • ............The anti-Trump show trials continue in Washington, and yesterday featured the testimony of ‘surprise’ witness Cassidy Hutchinson. Hutchinson claims she was alarmed that she saw, or rather, heard from a guy who heard from a guy that maybe Trump did something superbad, or at least that’s what she heard.   The insane claims: Trump choked his driver because he wanted to join the siege! Trump knew they brought weapons to siege the Capitol! Trump wanted to hang Mike Pence!...........To Read More...

Trump gave order to 'make sure' Jan. 6 rally was 'safe event,' Pentagon memo shows

    By John Solomon

Trump gave order to 'make sure' Jan. 6 rally was 'safe event,' Pentagon memo shows Gen. Milley’s recollection undercuts months-long effort by Democrats to suggest Trump wanted to incite violence: many key questions left unanswered.

House Democrats' marquee summer show of primetime investigative hearings ended Thursday night where it began: unable or unwilling to answer essential questions about the Jan. 6 Capitol breach.

Chief among them: If Donald Trump wanted to incite violence that fateful day, as his critics suggest, then why did he order the Pentagon to have a large military force ready to quell a disturbance? And why did a Democrat-led Congress turn down the assistance of pop National Guard troops in the face of intelligence warnings about violence?

By their own admission, Democrats set up the hearings to evade such scrutiny. They declared any questions about what House Speaker Nancy Pelosi knew about the potential for Jan. 6 violence and when she knew it were off limits..........To Read More....

    •  Democrats Really Suck At This Stuff   That headline could refer to so many things, nearly everything, as a matter of fact. Just about the only thing Democrats do well is lie with a straight face, and that’s accounting for the curve being ruined by Nancy Pelosi’s inability to move most of her face thanks to Botox. But no lie they’ve told comes close to the ones they’re casually tossing around regarding January 6th. Their sham hearings have taken me from someone disgusted by the events of that day to being more disgusted by the way these leftists are exploiting and lying about it............It’s amazing how bad Democrats are at this. This level of failure only comes from years of knowing they have a press that not only won’t hold them accountable, but would lay down their professional credibility to insulate them from any exposure of their frauds. When you don’t have to worry about being called out for your lies, your lies get lazier and lazier.  Democrats are great a propagandizing to their choir, they suck at trying to win anyone over to their side. They don’t try anymore, they simply demand obedience and set out to destroy anyone who won’t comply. It’s progressive. It’s Hitlerific! And it’s why they absolutely must be destroyed this November.

    NeverTrump Hearts Cassidy

NeverTrump is up to its old tricks: bashing Trump, berating his supporters, and cheering his latest nemeses who almost always end up as farcical as NeverTrumpers themselves.

    By

At least their taste in Trump antagonists is getting better.

After more than six years of bandwagoning with every haggard nemesis of Donald Trump—Stormy Daniels, Representative Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), Alexander Vindman, and Marie Yovanovitch to name a few—NeverTrump reunited this week to swoon over a telegenic 25-year-old former aide in Trump’s White House: Cassidy Hutchinson. The latest actor to offer a cameo appearance in the January 6 select committee’s show trial caught the collective eye of pundits on the putative Right whose mypoic contempt for Donald Trump caused them to be wrong about basically everything since 2016.

Playing the part of the aged rescuer to the J6 damsel-in-distress, NeverTrump praised her courage and defended her uncorroborated and at times outlandish claims about Trump’s conduct related to the events of January 6. Over-the-top descriptions of her surprise performance headlined their immediate reaction to her two-hour testimony. ..........To Read More.....
