The Greenfield Gazette

By Daniel Greenfield @ The Point

While Biden Fundraises in Texas, Illegal Aliens Attack Border -March 22, 2024 - “100 migrants broke through razor wire and knocked over guards.”After years of denouncing the term “invasion” as fearmongering and claiming that the mass invasion of America by millions of illegal aliens is just “migration” by “refugees” suffering from “root causes” like poverty, we’re seeing the reality here. Tellingly this is happening to the Texas National Guard, not the federal authorities who have been ordered to keep the border open, because they’re actually trying to secure the border............

The Islamist Transformation of Ohio in One Video -  March 21, 2024 - Open borders is just the first step. This is the next step. If you’re wondering why they’re wearing blue, that’s the color of the Somali flag. Rep. Ismail Mohammed was one of the state legislators whom the Freedom Center covered in our Election Jihad report..............

Ex-CIA, UN Firm Backed by Hamas Sponsor Linked to Gaza Pier Project -  March 21, 2024 - “We look forward to the port transitioning to a commercially operated facility over time.”Last week, I wrote that Biden’s announcement of a two-month project to build a pier to transport aid to Gaza was a “trojan pier” that made no sense.“Why not just use those existing ports and have Israel look at what’s going through and bring it in?  It seems like this is a lot of work for 60 days out when there are people starving, frankly,” a reporter asked. And the spokesman responded with a confusing word salad because he had no good answer..............

We Need Chinese Products to Fight a War With China - March 21, 2024 -  “Among the deficiencies: components of solid rocket motors, shell casings, machine tools” Between the “peace dividend” and “outsourcing”, our defense industry is reliant on Chinese products.  But a swift response may not be possible, in large part because of how shrunken the U.S. manufacturing base has become since the Cold War. All of a sudden, Washington is reckoning with the fact that so many parts and pieces of munitions, planes, and ships it needs are being manufactured overseas, including in China. Among the deficiencies: components of solid rocket motors, shell casings, machine tools, fuses and precursor elements to propellants and explosives, many of which are made in China and India. There’s nothing sudden about this...........

Biden Demands Majority of Americans Buy Electric Cars They Can’t Afford - March 21, 2024 - Most Americans oppose it.   The EV sales plan crashed and burned. It was always based on the lie that the majority of Americans would be able to afford electric vehicles.  They could not and would not...........

Gen. Milley: “I Don’t Know the Exact Number of Americans That Were Left Behind” - March 20, 2024  - Miley took his disputes with Trump public when no lives were at stake and kept his private with Biden when lives were at stake. We have court martialed men for less, but there’s no accountability at the top.At the Congressional hearing on Biden’s disastrous Afghanistan disaster, Gen. Milley showed the presence of mind and command of detail that he was famous for. “I’ll be candid, I don’t know the exact number of Americans that were left behind, because the starting number was never clear,” Milley admitted. “Same is true of at-risk Afghans, SIVs the commandos, other Afghans that served with us — those numbers varied so widely that they were quite inaccurate.” The upshot of the testimony from Milley and Gen. McKenzie is that the whole thing was a mess because of the State Department which refused to evacuate until the last minute....................

Illiterate Kids Will Go to School to Learn Nothing in Electric Buses -  March 20, 2024 - Finally, there’s some good news out of the Bronx.  here was a time when the Bronx was known for literary giants like Edgar Allan Poe, James Baldwin, Mark Twain, Mary Higgins Clark and Stan Lee amongst others. Today, the Bronx has the lowest literacy rate across the five boroughs and, until recently, no bookstores.  Oh wait, not that good news. This good news. Mayor Eric Adams announced Monday kids in the Bronx will be saying goodbye to diesel school buses and hello to 180 new electric ones. Due to a $77 million federal grant, the Federal Bipartisan Infrastructure law is quadrupling the number of electric buses already present in the city. It’s also funding the nation’s first-ever electric truck charging depot to be placed at the Hunts Point Market..............

Sen. Schumer Attacks Trump’s Comments on Israel - March 20, 2024 - ‘Jews for Hamas’ strike back.  After Sen. Schumer took to the floor to the Senate floor to claim that Israel, along with Hamas was an obstacle to peace, and to threaten that unless there was regime change and a terror state in Israel, there would be sanctions, he’s back complaining about President Trump’s comments. So is the rest of the ‘Jews for Hamas’ caucus. Including the No. 2’s number two.

Biden Admin Denies, Confirms It Doesn’t Want Israel to Defeat Hamas March 19, 2024 “That’s just nonsense.”  The Biden administration has continued rolling out a pressure campaign against Israel in order to save Hamas. The despicable Schumer speech was just one prong of a larger effort that includes political and economic pressure, as well as implicit threats of even worse things to come, even as the administration continues to lie about its goals and agendas. Here’s Biden’s National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan at a press conference claiming that Hamas can somehow be defeated without defeating it.........

It Takes the World’s Largest Plane to Deliver Green Energy Wind Turbine Blades - March 19, 2024 -  And specialized runways too.  Remember, we need to build solar panels and wind turbines for “clean green energy” to save the planet. Now those turbine blades are not really recyclable, have a limited shelf life and delivering them will require the world’s largest plane (which doesn’t run on wind or solar) and it will require special airport facilities.......

Anti-Racism Training Fails to Cure AI of Racism -  March 19, 2024 - What hate crimes did the AI commit? Racism is everywhere. Highways are racist. Milk is racist. AI is racist. And even trying to subject AI to struggle sessions doesn’t work. A small team of AI researchers from the Allen Institute for AI, Stanford University and the University of Chicago, all in the U.S., has found that dozens of popular large language models continue to use racist stereotypes even after they have been given anti-racism training. What hate crimes did the AI commit?.....

Supreme Court to Decide First Amendment is Null and Void - March 19, 2024 - Supreme Court Justice Kentanji Brown Jackson is getting some attention for stating that, “my biggest concern is that your view has the First Amendment hamstringing the government in significant ways.” But the only problem there is that Jackson was dumb enough to say the quiet part out loud in which the Supreme Court, notably including Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Kavanaugh appear to be leaning on the idea that the government has a right to tell companies to censor particular individuals for political reasons, as long as the government doesn’t do anything more than say it, without making further blatant threats to the company. Yes, Jackson is terrible, but consider the obnoxiousness of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Justice Elena Kagan and Chief Justice John Roberts snickering together about the idea of government censorship.

Anybody notice what's going on in Taiwan?

By Monica Showalter  April 11, 2023

Call it the under-reported story of the year.  But if you're in Taiwan, you'd be mighty nervous, given that the Chinese navy is surrounding your entire island -- just as a military exercise, of course. According to the Washington Post:

TAIPEI, Taiwan — China’s newest aircraft carrier has for the first time practiced attacking Taiwan from the island’s east coast, demonstrating Beijing’s growing determination to project power beyond the Taiwan Strait and far into the Pacific Ocean, an area traditionally dominated by the United States and its regional allies.

Chinese saber-rattling in the Taiwan Strait, which is just 80 miles wide at its narrowest point, has become commonplace as the Communist Party under Xi Jinping becomes increasingly vehement about its intent to take control of the self-governed democracy.

But the three days of military exercises around Taiwan that concluded on Monday marked a change: They focused on dominating the air and sea in the western Pacific by simulating a carrier-based strike from the far side of the island, rather than the usual approach from the Taiwan Strait that separates the island from China.

Which is disturbing, not only because it shows China's capabilities from the far side of the island but because unlike other military exercises, which theoretically at least, are defensive, this one can only be a dress rehearsal to an offensive attack on the island. Already, there's been plenty of rhetoric about that possibility coming from China...................No one's pricing in an invasion in the western markets -- with this kind of activity going on and China's obvious military superiority an emerging issue as Gen. Mark Milley worries about pronouns and his own white supremacy privilege in the U.S. military..................To Read More....

Gen. Milley, who led the Afghanistan pullout, calls the China threat 'overheated'

April 3, 2023 By Monica Showalter

Nothing to see here, move along. So goes the thinking of Gen. Mark Milley, who 'distinguished' himself to Americans and everyone else with his 2021 Afghanistan pullout, speaking this time about China. According to Defense One, which got an exclusive:  Everyone needs to calm down about war with China, Gen. Mark Milley said on Friday. ......... Which, to paraphrase Chesterton, sounds like a guy running around with a firehose at a time of flood...............Along with his absurd caution in the face of any conflict, he's highly susceptible to over-reactions, too -- as when he called up his counterparts in Beijing and assured them during the messy U.S. presidential transition that if President Trump ordered China attacked, they should fear not, as he would give them advance warning..........To Read More....

My Take - Isn't this the guy who told the Chinese military he would tell them if Trump was going to attack?  Wow, now doesn't that just give you a truly confident, warm, and fuzzy feeling all over?  The fact is General Mark Milley is leading the charge in destroying America's military,

The Insurrection of General Milley

January 12, 2023 @ Sultan Knish Blog

“The riots over the summer, you know, I could make a case that those riots were riots organic to an aggrieved community that perceived that they had various injustices throughout their life,” General Mark A Milley told the J6 Committee. “It was sheer, unmitigated anger that expressed itself in the form of mass violence and rioting. And, okay, I get it, it’s illegal, it’s wrong.”

The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, who had previously justified the study of “white rage”, went on to defend the riots and the double standard at the heart of the J6 Committee.

“I don’t think the intent of those riots was to overturn the United States Government and to destroy the Constitution of the United States of America,” he argued.

The mobs assaulting police officers, burning flags, attacking federal buildings in sieges, like the one in Portland, reminiscent of Fort Sumter, and calling for the destruction of America under the guidance of an organization of “trained Marxists” demonstrated that it was an insurrection.

And Gen. Milley’s testimony showed that he sympathized with the insurrectionists.

An account had described Milley pointing to a bust of Lincoln during the Black Lives Matter riots and telling Trump, “That guy had an insurrection. What we have, Mr. President, is a protest.”

The J6 testimony provided an opportunity to dig into Milley’s definition of an insurrection.

On the one hand, Gen. Milley conceded that, “All the President has to do is walk outside the White House and yell three times, you know, ‘Insurrectionists, disperse.’ And he just has to yell it, right? And then he can do it, according to the law of 1807 or whatever year it was, right?”

But Gen. Milley along with other woke brass did everything possible to dissuade Trump from doing so. Using a report assembled by his subordinates, he argued that an insurrection should have “significant national security implications”, which he claims that massive nationwide riots that included attacks on federal buildings and the White House somehow did not.

There, as so often, Gen. Milley contradicted himself, mentioning that, “I don’t want to go into anything classified, but there were other countries exploiting some of this stuff.”

A mass insurrection by Marxists, black nationalist secessionists and other domestic terror groups exploited by enemy nations is the definition of a national security threat. Gen. Milley knows this because Russian plans during the Cold War had included such scenarios.

Using his report, Gen. Milley contended that, “fifteen hundred people rioting in three or four cities of America at a moment in time” did not qualify as an insurrection, but somehow J6 did.

Gen. Milley’s definition of an insurrection involves scope and scale, but there’s no metric under which the Black Lives Matter riots at their peak were smaller in scope than J6.

And yet, Milley cheerfully told the J6 Committee that he began taking a step that he doesn’t appear to have taken during the BLM riots, that “immediately following the 6th, I knew the significance, and I asked my staff, freeze all your records, collate them, get them collected up.”

Why did records involving a riot need to be classified?

“The document — I classified the document at the beginning of this process by telling my staff to gather up all the documents, freeze-frame everything, notes, everything and, you know, classify it. And we actually classified it at a pretty high level, and we put it on JWICS, the top secret stuff. It’s not that the substance is classified. It was I wanted to make sure that this stuff was only going to go people who appropriately needed to see it, like yourselves,” Gen. Milley admitted.

On his own initiative, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs had classified documents involving a political incident, not because of any innate need, but to make sure that only the politically correct would gain access to them.

What’s in those documents? Whatever is there is meant ‘for leftist eyes only’.

Throughout his testimony, Gen. Milley insisted that he was only a public servant.

“I cannot issue orders in my name. That’s illegal,” he told the J6 Committee, describing his position as an.”advisory role, not in the chain of command, but, yes, in the chain of communication And that applies to everything, by the way. I know the Speaker Pelosi call and some other things came under a variety of criticism, but that’s all part of the role of the Chairman, is to be part of the chain of communication, not part of the chain of command.”

Gen. Milley was asked about the call involving Trump, during which Pelosi said, “‘You know he’s crazy, don’t you,’and she is reported to have said, General Milley, that you agreed with her.”

In his response, Gen. Milley appeared to confirm that he did so.

While the China phone call has been widely reported, Gen. Milley apparently placed “50 or 60” other phone calls to the Russians, the French, the Japanese and even the Islamic terror state of Qatar which is an ally of Iran and a key backer of the Muslim Brotherhood, to convey “stability”.

That is a very long chain of communication.

Gen. Milley claims to be deeply concerned about the Constitution and civilian control of the military, yet he repeatedly undermined the president, cabinet members and other civilian appointees for his own political agendas. Under the guise of being a good advisor, he initiated processes, like the political classification of materials, the double standard on riots or the phone calls that usurped the constitutional authority of the executive branch. And he’s still at it.

While belligerent in congressional hearings toward Republicans, Gen. Milley was pathetically eager to help along the J6 Committee right down to selectively classifying documents for political reasons. He decries the politicization of the military, yet everything he’s done has been to further shift the military leftward. His only resistance to leftist political pressure came when he tried to dissuade Rep. Schiff from proposals to recall and court martial General Flynn.

“I’ve become a lightning rod for the politicization of the military. And I am constantly strung out as an individual and also with Secretary Austin and others, the Chief of Naval Operations, the Sergeant Major of the Army. There’s a whole bunch of us that have been,” Gen. Milley complained.

Secretary of Defense Austin is a political appointee. Chief of Naval Operations Michael Gilday has been among the most aggressive in pushing racism and hatred for this country.

“Some of it is comments that I made in testimony about critical race theory and white rage,” Gen. Milley conceded. “Months of this constant drumbeat that is very damaging, in my view, personally, to the health of the Republic, because there is a deliberate attempt, in my view, to smear the general officer corps and the leaders of the military and to politicize the military… and I think that’s something that we need to avoid.”

Gen. Milley once again gets it backward. Military leaders like him have the obligation not to politicize the military. Civilians have a right to be critical of military leadership: especially when it stakes out political territory and takes sides.

Instead of acting to restore an apolitical military, Gen. Milley continues to help the Biden administration further politicize it while blaming retired officers and other critics of his actions.

“When 137 generals recently signed a letter that Secretary Austin and I are, you know, the worst thing since sliced bread and we’re lower than, you know, whale stuff and we should be court-martialed and treason and all that kind of stuff, all former retired flag officers — I will say, none of them were four-stars, though; we had a couple three-stars — that’s politicization,” he objected.

Retired officers are not politicizing the military when they express their opinions. Gen. Milley is politicizing the military when he states that, “if generals are out there writing editorials about politics, I think that’s an issue. If you want to be involved in politics as a general officer, retired general officer, or a retired commissioned officer, you ought to run for office.”

On Gen. Milley’s watch, active duty personnel have repeatedly been allowed to express leftist and even anti-American views, to clash with civilians on social media and berate journalists, even while any hint of criticism of the Biden administration has led to court martials.

Just compare the respective fates of Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller and Maj. Gen. Patrick Donahoe.

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Milley has used his position to, at worst, conduct and, at best, sign off on an insurrection that threatens the constitutional order he swore an oath to protect. The insurrection is cloaked in bureaucratic shenanigans like the selective classification, in providing misleading advice, using double standards and initiating treasonous actions.

Any serious investigation of the crimes committed in 2020 needs to begin with Gen. Milley.

Biden and the American Military Leadership is a Disaster

By Rich Kozlovich

I don't know if anyone watched the Senate Armed Services Committee hearings on the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal, but Secretary of Defense Austin, General Mark Milley and General Kenneth McKenzie looked like deer in the headlights.  All answering with logical fallacies, evasions, and I think outright lies.

Milley once claimed the withdrawal from Afghanistan was a logical success but a strategic failure.  What?  Does that make sense to anyone?

I put this in the same category as Field Marshall Montgomery's analysis of the disaster of Operation Market Garden saying he was pleased because 90% of the plan was successful, and then shifted to blame from himself to the Poles, which history has shown to be a lie to cover for the failure it was. The King of Belgium said his country couldn't afford too many more of Montgomery's 90% successes. What we have here now are generals trying to put the blame on Biden, and rightly so, while avoiding any responsibility to themselves.

Let's take Milley's call to the Chinese general. Milley Admits Rogue Plan to Share Intel with China Said I’d ‘Probably’ Call if Attack Was Coming. In short, Milley decided he was Commander in Chief, not the President of the United States, and was  willing to commit treason.  And he's still there.

Milley thought Trump might cause a ‘Pearl Harbor’.  Well, did he bring that to Trump's attention?  Did he bring that to the attention of the Secretary of Defense.  Did he bring that to those committees that oversee the military in Congress?  Did he bring that to the attention of the Vice President.  Not as far as anyone can tell, and that's not his call.  If he really felt that was true he should have resigned and publicly stated that for the consumption of the Congress and the American people.  But he didn't because according to him that would be a political act.  What?  But deciding he was the Commander in Chief wasn't political act, a political act of treason?

He didn't, instead, he chose treason because:

"according to I Alone Can Fix It, from Washington Post reporters Carol Leonnig and Phillip Rucker, Gen. Milley believes Donald Trump is the moral equivalent of Adolph Hitler, Trump’s followers are “brownshirts,” and Trump’s complaints about voter fraud were calls for genocide

When Biden made the decision for the disastrous escape from Afghanistan, did he do that on his own? The President says he took the advice of the military experts, the generals say he didn't! That "no senior military officer advised him to leave troops behind in Afghanistan."

Daniel Greenfield Unleashed

By Rich Kozlovich

Daniel allows me to publish his work appearing on his personal blog, Sultan Knish, which I really appreciate, but Daniel is as prolific as he is brilliant, and I can only publish links to his work on Frontpage Magazine.  He has a lot to say there, and I want to make sure to help and get his work as wide a distribution as possible, so here are his latest pieces reeking with leftist lunacy and hypocrisy.

Hillary Clinton’s College Gig Funded by Chinese Oligarchs -The China Project was accused by a whistleblower of being a front for the Communist regime.  Hillary Rodham Clinton, after a lifetime of struggling to find a steady job to support her family , has finally landed a position with Columbia University. The former first lady and two-time presidential loser will become a “professor of practice” at  Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs and a “presidential fellow” at Columbia World Projects. Considering Hillary’s “practice”, the university will likely be locking the cash drawer and securing any valuable art that might perchance fall into her pantsuit pockets. “I have had the great pleasure of knowing Hillary personally for three decades,” President Lee C. Bolling, who holds the job title that she was denied, announced. He gushed over “her extraordinary talents and capacities together with her singular life experiences”..............

Car Jihadist Who Ran Over New Yorkers Pleads Guilty to Serving Allah - by 23 Comments - "He still believes it was Allah’s will that he do what he did". Speaking through an interpreter for about 10 minutes, Saipov said the decisions of a U.S. court were unimportant to him. He said he cared about “Allah” and the holy war being waged by the Islamic State…“The orders issued here have nothing to do with me,” Saipov told Judge Vernon Broderick through an Uzbek interpreter. “I am following orders of Allah.” Everyone seems to be giving up on arguing that Saipov is suffering from airborne PTSD, debts or mental illness. US Atty, FBI Investigate Classified Docs at Biden Office - By   - Where are the FBI raids?  Back when the Mar-a-Lago raid happened, I pointed out that most presidents probably accidentally take home classified documents, courtesy of incompetent staffers who are on their way out the door and aren’t necessarily paying close attention to what a document is. Unthinking abuse of classified documents is commonplace in the upper echelons never mind the thinking kind.  It’s awkward when it happens to the guy doing a victory lap over the Mar-a-Lago raid...................

USC Bans “Field Work” Because It’s Racist - By   - “Phrases such as ‘going into the field’ and ‘field work’ may have connotations for descendants of slavery.  This reminds me of a professor I had in college who tried to test whether people were racist by asking them what color gorillas were under their fur. Anti-racists come up with crazy racist spins on things that non-racist normal people would never come up with. And then those people have to pause and try to understand the crazy racist Rorschach inkblot in their heads. USC’s School of Social Work didn’t come up with anything new here. There has been a gradual purge of the term “field work” in academia...............

Dems Opposed Office of Congressional Ethics Before They Were For It - By - The hypocrisy is typical.   Much as in 2017, Democrats and their media are posturing as vocal defenders of the Office of Congressional Ethics against House Republican efforts to rein it in. But the leading opponents of the office have been Democrats, specifically, members of the Congressional Black Caucus.............. Now the racist OCE has become the only defense of good government.............

BREAKING: Top Republicans Take Milley Down – Jan 6th Committee Stunned

Kristina Wong

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) called on Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley to honor his word and stop dodging questions about allegations in Bob Woodward and Robert Costa’s book Peril that he usurped President Donald Trump’s power as commander in chief after the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, in violation of the law.

Grassley and Banks both spoke Thursday on the floors of the Senate and House respectively to remind Milley he told members of Congress he would review the allegations in the book and get back to them to say if they are true. Despite repeated requests, he has still not said if they are true.

“Milley allegedly placed military hands — his hands — on controls that belonged exclusively to the president. According to Peril, [he] summoned senior operation officers in the military command center to his office,” Grassley said, adding, “He had them take ‘an oath’ not to ‘act’ on the president’s orders without checking with him first,” Grassley said.

Points to Ponder

Progressives are by their very nature contemptuous of the natural order of things.  Everything can be improved by their superior intellects.  By virtue of the purity of their motives and the advanced understanding we have these days, they can impose policies that violate human nature and, they think, prevail.  The Marxists are explicit in their promise that communism will create a "new man" (now updated to read "new person").  Self-interest would no longer operate in the communist utopia that would follow the supposedly transitory period of "dictatorship of the proletariat."  "From each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs."  Never mind who chose to lay about and who chose to work hard...

Of course, human nature being immutable, the "vanguard" in charge of the "dictatorship of the proletariat" in every single communist country has always held onto its own power and privileges and led societies where the gap between the lives of the elite and the masses dwarfed that of any capitalist system.  Trying to change human nature — or any other aspect of the natural order (see, for example, Lysenkoism) — inevitably produces outcomes that are at best hilarious and at worst, catastrophic - Thomas Lifson October 2, 2021 Saturday schadenfreude: Prog thinks she can change nature, suddenly (and hilariously) discovers she can't

Biden insists that 97%-98% of the population must be vaccinated to end the COVID risk. However, as it seems possible that mass vaccination is a trigger for aggressive new variants, one can’t help thinking that he wishes to propagate the virus going forward to the midterm 2022 elections and beyond. That would explain why Biden and his CDC director, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, have overruled the CDC’s own advisory panel of experts’ recommendation against booster shots, further politicizing an already fraught issue: Forcing a gene therapy agent onto Americans............

On a personal note, the FDA has failed in its mandate to protect the public. As a retired medical device design and project engineer, I can tell you that the sheer number of deaths and adverse reactions (which may run to the thousands domestically, with this just the latest example) should be unacceptable. Apparently, the FDA has become a tool of the DNC and its silence is deafening about vaccine safety. The only bright spot was the CDC advisory panel’s sober recommendation about boosters, which its Director promptly ignored.

The FDA has an obligation to safeguard the public and it’s failing in that duty considering that the fully vaccinated are contracting COVID as a breakthrough illness in too many cases. We have cheap and effective therapeutic drug therapies that have been proven to defeat this virus, though we are denied their use. Decisions about therapeutic drugs should be between ourselves and our physicians, free from government interference and the creeping tyranny of the DNC.

Why, are we only given an ineffective so-called genetic vaccine; in a vaccinate or nothing proposition, instead of proven treatment? And why does Biden seem determined to make 98% of the country guinea pigs for a leaky vaccine and endless boosters?

Remember Afghanistan. God help us. - Alan Halbert

Whether it is anti-vaccine content or politically incorrect discourse, free speech is under heavy attack in America. Take the case of philosopher and pedagogist Peter Boghossian, a Portland State University professor who recently resigned from his position in a searing open letter in which he accused the administration of fostering an environment hostile to intellectual inquiry and dissent.  “Students at Portland State are not being taught to think. Rather, they are being trained to mimic the moral certainty of ideologues,” he wrote. “Faculty and administrators have abdicated the university’s truth-seeking mission and instead drive intolerance of divergent beliefs and opinions. This has created a culture of offense where students are now afraid to speak openly and honestly.” You might say he’s reinventing the wheel -- well, right, but Boghossian is a liberal, a liberal who points the finger at the illiberal university. In his resignation letter, he claimed that when he tried to speak out against harmful “illiberalism,” he faced intense reprisal. “The more I spoke out about these issues, the more retaliation I faced,” he wrote. Is it a sign that enough is enough?

Diligent disciples of postmodern philosophers of the Frankfurt school and Italian Marxist theoretician Antonio Gramsci, who laid the foundation for the left’s slow takeover of the culture, leftists successfully infiltrated schools, religion, art, entertainment, the family, and, what is more, the language. Knowles’s subtitle, after all, speaks volumes: controlling words means controlling minds. What college campuses have become -- centers for leftist indoctrination -- is proof that there is a semantic context in which the game’s already lost before it starts, regardless of one’s personal feelings and beliefs. It was the leftists who won the game of semantics, and therefore, says Knowles, it is they who can set the terms and premises of any debate, especially those within elites and other important segments of public opinion and decision-making segments, and thereby win every time. If this isn’t a fight to the death, I don’t know what it is. -  S.R. Piccoli October 3, 2021 The Left and the Control of Meaning

A thousand-piece puzzle spread out on the dining room table is easier to put together than the testimony from our top military and civilian leadership regarding America’s withdrawal from Afghanistan. One of the Generals slouched his way through the hearing. Another General was defensive about improper negative interviews he gave regarding his former boss. The Secretary of Defense shifted blame for the whole thing to others and then dodged responsibility for cleaning up the mess he was partly responsible for creating. This is our top military leadership?

When one is faced with a thousand-piece puzzle, one starts by finding the straight edges. The puzzle has a border. What is the ‘border’ for these witnesses? The border is what our Constitution provides.  If this has the ring of ‘too many cooks in the kitchen’ it is because there are a lot of cooks in the kitchen regarding the War in Afghanistan.........Their ineptitude has cost many innocent lives. How our country is left with ‘woke’ versus ‘warrior’ in our military leadership may be partly explained by Obama’s military purges.

Isolating one issue at a time, gathering facts on the issue, and then drawing logical conclusions is part of the citizen evaluative process so important in our Republic. The Congressional hearings were very informative. By design, 1000 pieces of our national puzzle are now thrown to the public in the form of one disaster after another to encourage citizens to throw up their hands and give up on determining causation and accountability. The People are the Sovereign, however, and must judge performance to determine who is to represent them.  Eventually, as each piece of the puzzle is painstakingly put together, and action steps demanded by the public at each stage, the whole picture will be seen. What picture might this turn out to be?  The Swamp. - By M. E. Boyd October 3, 2021 The puzzling oversight hearings regarding the withdrawal from Afghanistan

Throughout the history of civilization, people have been dreaming of a perfect world -- full employment, full satisfaction of material and intellectual needs, and equal distribution of wealth -- only to discover, to their disappointment, that this utopian system does not exist on this side of the grave.  Nevertheless, the illusory ideas of economic equality transcend time and appeal to people of all colors and races. If the supporters of economic equality, including Marxist graduates of American universities, absorb human history, they may realize that the only historical datum that points to economic equality goes back to the era of primitive communism. Ten thousand years ago, before farming, people were forced to obtain food collectively. Everything that was produced was immediately consumed. This primitive society produced no surplus and created no wealth. Under such arrangement, the private property was limited to personal articles of clothing, hunting tools, etc. resulting in total economic equality -- in absolute poverty. Ironically, this is the only way economic equality can be achieved -- economic equality and wealth are mutually exclusive.

Inspired by human’s inherent desire for well-being and passion to extricate himself from misery, wealth creation became the locomotive of economic growth. Capitalism stands out as the greatest wealth generator and distributor that has created more wealth during the last 250 years than all preceding civilizations combined in 7,000 years.  Aristotle observed this phenomenon 2,400 years ago when he concluded that, "The worst form of inequality is to make unequal things equal."

During the 20th century, almost as if in accordance to some natural law, socialism marched triumphantly around the globe with intellectual and moral impetus to shape the world in compliance with its values. However, by the end of the century in most socialist countries, redistribution of wealth had reached the end of its potential, egalitarian values gradually eroded and socialist economies spectacularly collapsed.

The proponents of economic equality failed to recognize the immutable fact -- freedom enables people to use their ingenuity to generate wealth, whereas coerced economic equality suppresses the very freedom required to innovate and begets poverty. The greatest moral injustice is an attempt to regulate (control) wealth by the people of limited abilities who are seeking to satisfy their unlimited needs under the banner of self-serving definitions of justice and fairness.  But no lessons of history will dampen the magic of equality’s divine providence. To sell the ideology, the American socialists insist they have no intention of creating an egalitarian society; they just want to reduce the gap between rich and poor which they failed to define in commensurable terms. As long as there is a gap, the socialists will carry their convictions toward the ultimate objective -- making all of us, who are unequally rich, equally poor.

The embracement of the malignant ideology, which signifies the total inversion of American historical traditions and values, demonstrates the magnitude of America’s psychological and political demoralization. The country is no longer having the self-confidence to define its choices. In retrospect, Marxism would never take root in America if great statesmen of earlier times that aspired to equality in liberty had not completely died out and replaced by leaders of lesser wisdom who pursue equality in perpetual human misery.Alexander G. Markovsky October 3, 2021, Inequality -- the Engine of Prosperity

Yes, the Kamala cackle is incredibly annoying. The Democrats briefly thought that maybe, just maybe Kamala Harris would grow out of her repulsiveness and somehow rescue them from the doom that Joe Biden's deteriorating mental faculties portend for the party (and, incidentally, the nation).  Four days ago, The Hill optimistically headlined, "Democrats see Harris as major player in midterms," to which many conservatives (including me) reacted with the Dirty Harry catchphrase, "Go ahead, make my day."  She hasn't been subjected to "the lid" the way Biden is when he loses all lucidity, but when it comes to Kamala's visibility and popularity, Mies van der Rohe's axiom on modernist architecture applies: "Less is more."

That strategy unexpectedly fell apart when she made what was intended to be an uncontroversial visit to George Mason University to discuss "voting rights," which in DemSpeak means offering maximum opportunities for vote fraud.  It should have been a safe topic for her.  Lots of canned phrases such as "voter suppression" and students at a second-tier state university shouldn't be expected to pose really difficult questions. - Thomas Lifson October 2, 2021 When Kamala forgets to cackle under stress…

It is tragic for the individual, family, and loved ones of an elderly person suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's.  It is a disaster for our nation if it is our president.  Is President Biden suffering from a disease that is robbing him of his cognitive abilities? President Biden's longtime personal physician and now White House physician, Dr. Kevin O'Connor, has either not performed or not released the results of a cognitive test.  President Biden's staff shield him from view, and the media continue to protect the president from scrutiny.  Since the media have not explored the cognitive abilities of the president, we will do it by comparing the CDC's "10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's" to President Biden's behavior..........If President Biden is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, why hasn't Congress acted in removing the president in accordance with Amendment XXV of the Constitution?  It may be that the Democrat leaders in the House and Senate know they need a weakened president to enact their legacy legislation and believe they can continue to  control of the federal government with Biden in the role.  Republican leaders in the House and Senate may believe that once they control both houses, they will have the power to approve the next vice president — all while our rivals across the globe take advantage of our weakened president and our allies plot a future without the United States.

America with a weakened leader reminds me of the instruction I received when parachuting.  If you have a malfunction, you must decide how bad of a malfunction.  If malfunction results in a broken leg or two, then ride it to the ground.  Because if you go to the reserve and it malfunctions, your life is over.  We cannot survive a President Harris, House speaker Pelosi, and Senate leader Schumer leading our country.  Let us all wait until the November 2022 elections. -  Mick Rich October 3, 2021 How does Biden stack up against a list of Alzheimer's symptoms?

Former Trump officials dispute Milley's version of events on China call

By Mike Brest September 29, 2021

John Ratcliffe and Mike Pompeo disputed Gen. Mark Milley’s recounting of the situation surrounding his controversial call with his Chinese counterpart.

Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, spoke with Gen. Li Zuocheng of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army in late October and early January to dissuade them of a possible attack. The details of the call, including Milley's promise to warn Li of an incoming attack, which led to allegations of treason, were revealed by Watergate reporter Bob Woodward and Washington Post reporter Robert Costa in their new book Peril...........Milley guaranteed to the House committee on Wednesday that the intelligence that China was concerned about a possible attack was in the president's daily brief and was provided to the vice president, director of national intelligence, the CIA director, and the secretary of defense.

Both Ratcliffe, then the director of national intelligence, and Pompeo, then the secretary of state, have rebutted that they were in the loop regarding the calls.............Similarly, Pompeo told SiriusXM’s The Megyn Kelly Show that he has “no recollection of Gen. Miller briefing me in the way he described.” He also claimed that “it’s certain” he didn’t tell former Trump chief of staff Mark Meadows because “Meadows would have called me immediately.”...........To Read More....

President Biden Governs Through Obvious, Ham-Fisted Lies

Biden’s most recently revealed Afghanistan lie is just the latest in a string of outright falsehoods and deceptions the White House is resorting to in the face of failure.

The Symptoms of Our Insanity

What explains these insanities that are insults to the American people’s intelligence?

Think for a minute.

When did we become a nation of socialist AOCs wearing “Tax the Rich” dresses to $35,000-a-ticket celebrity galas, without mandatory masks, while being served by masked servants—a now tired script from the Obama birthday bash crowd to the grandees at the Emmys?

When did we discover that we must listen to oppressed billionaire Oprah from her $90 million Montecito estate commiserating with a billionaire Lebron or royal Meghan Markle about the racist white establishment? Is there anyone in the recent Washington intelligence and investigatory hierarchy who has not lied or feigned loss of memory under oath—a low bar that nevertheless excludes, among others, John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Robert Mueller, or Peter Strzok?

Did anyone just five years ago believe the following could possibly happen in America—and invoke almost no popular outrage from a somnolent public?

Item: The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, does not deny that: 1) he deliberately aborted the legal chain of operational command—that is, violated the law—by recalibrating established protocols for using nuclear weapons in times of crisis. And he says his interventions were based on his own diagnoses (after prompting from opposition leader, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi) that the commander-in-chief was crazy, and thus could be circumvented.

And 2), in freelancing style, Milley, on more than one occasion, called the top figure of the Chinese Communist People’s Liberation Army, General Li Zuocheng. He reportedly announced that his own country was currently in crisis (experiencing “messy” democracy), reassuring the Chinese that if he, Milley, the newfound autokrator, sensed there was any chance of hostile and aggressive action on the part of his own country, then on his own initiative he would tip off the Chinese in advance. And far from resigning or being fired for his Strangelovian efforts, Milley would then be hailed as a hero by the popular media and progressive civil libertarians. In other words, for the Left, it is as if Burt Lancaster’s movie character, Air Force General James Mattoon Scott, was the real hero of Seven Days in May.

Milley has also become the Zelig or Forrest Gump of our times. He turns up at almost all our recent military melodramas and disasters. Milley appears variously in the photo-op/federal troops/tear-gas spoof, the virtue-signaled rumored resignation, the talking referent in anonymously sourced books, puff-piece op-eds, and backgrounder quotes, the Inspector Javert of “white rage,” the student of How To Be An Antiracist, the Afghanistan progress reassurer, the “righteous” drone striker, the adjudicator between January 6 “coups” and 120 days of “penny packet protests” costing $2 billion-dollars in riot and arson destruction and 28 deaths, the Article 88 violator, the reductio ad Hitlerum promulgator, and the underappreciated but rumored polymath bibliophile.

To understand Milley’s gambit, imagine Admiral Ernest King, some time in November 1941 secretly contacting his Japanese imperial counterpart, Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto, to warn him and the Japanese high command that Admiral King felt President Roosevelt was both too trigger happy for a Pacific war, and was also increasingly infirm and unsteady.

And thus, King would step forward to promise Admiral Yamamoto and the Japanese military grandees that if he felt there was any possible aggressive or peremptory presidential order against Japan, King would tip him off first.

Note that critical contemporaries had complained both that Roosevelt was pining for a pretext for war with Japan and that his closed circle had hidden many of his serious health challenges from the public—and note also that the chances that a President Roosevelt or Trump would have ever staged a preemptive attack on a belligerent neutral were—absolutely zero.

Item: The United States military in the middle of the night abandoned the largest air base in Central Asia, after investing hundreds of millions of dollars in retrofitting the vast complex, as part of a hasty end to a 20-year presence in Afghanistan.

In the last few remaining hours of our withdrawal, Americans would skedaddle to the airport, lose 13 soldiers to a suicide bomber, while guarding our final escape route, retaliate for the killing by accidentally blowing up a civilian relief worker and killing 10 of his family and friends including 7 children, wait almost 2 weeks to disclose said disaster, abandon a $1 billion embassy, dismiss 8,000 NATO allied troops in Afghanistan to fend for themselves, leave behind for Taliban terrorists some $80 billion worth of weaponry and training investment in their usage, fly into the United States some 100,000 unvetted, unvaccinated Afghan refugees in the midst of a pandemic, while leaving behind among the Taliban thousands of Afghans loyal to the U.S. mission—and likely 100-200 Americans.

Is malleable General Milley in the chain of command when he wishes to interrupt operational protocols about nuclear weapons, or to call to warn the Chinese military, but then he is not when he mysteriously becomes only a Joint Chiefs “advisor” without any operation control of or responsibility for the greatest military defeat and humiliation of the last half century?

Item: In the fiscal year 2021-22, how could an anticipated two million illegal aliens simply swarm the border, illegally cross it, continue to reside in the United States illegally, and do so in a time of a pandemic without either a COVID-19 test or vaccination? Who has unilaterally decided that U.S. executive officials could forsake their oaths to enforce existing laws, and simply decide to nullify American immigration law?

Are we a neo-Confederacy in which the nullification of federal law is now normal, whether at the border or in some 550 sanctuary jurisdictions? Most of the hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens have headed northward in response to the wink-and-nod open borders advocacy of Joe Biden and his brag that he had stopped all construction of the supposedly impractical replacement and new sections of the border wall—whose current cessation point doubled as the start-off point of the current mass influx.

Item: The nominal head of the COVID-19 administration task force has been forced to admit under oath that he directed the U.S. government to route, through a close associate and third-party medical group, hundreds of thousands of dollars of American research funding to the Chinese Communist-controlled Wuhan virology lab, the likely ground zero of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Yet Dr. Anthony Fauci would strenuously deny under oath that such funding enhanced gain-of-function virology research, despite clear evidence and agreement in the scientific community that it did. Fauci, in addition, would concede that for over a year he has denied any connection between the pandemic and ongoing efforts at the Wuhan lab where the Chinese military played a prominent role in overseeing viral research.

At various times during the pandemic, Fauci would praise the role of the Chinese government in dealing with the plague, dismiss initially the need for a travel ban to prevent spread of the virus, urge Americans not to wear masks, to wear masks, and at times even to wear two masks. And at 80 years of age, he would become the revered COVID-19 icon who sought to protect us from the virus that likely originated in a top-security Wuhan virology lab, possibly the product of a human-engineered, gain-of-function experiment which was partly funded through likely advocacy of—Dr. Fauci himself.

Item: The U.S. government will mandate that all federal employees and soldiers must be vaccinated to retain their tenures even though such a requirement of U.S. citizens does not apply to the hundreds of thousands of aliens entering the country illegally. Moreover, after the “science” has finally established that naturally acquired immunity from prior COVID-19 infections is superior to protection offered by vaccination, it nonetheless still requires those with superior levels of immunity to be vaccinated.

The administration promised to release from the military and fire from the government any soldier or worker with natural immunity who refused to become vaccinated. If the government’s position is that naturally acquired immunity is superior to vaccinated immunity, but nonetheless it still requires additional vaccinated immunity, will such a mandatory, double-indemnity policy also require vaccinated Americans to get needed additional superior immunity through exposure to COVID-infection? Who is better protected from the virus—those who recovered from COVID-19 (according to the CDC, 1 in 3, or over 100 million Americans were infected) but are not vaccinated, or those vaccinated but who have never had COVID?

Item: As the U.S. national debt edged toward $30 billion, as annual budgets continued to run over $1 trillion in the red annually, as annual inflation is headed toward a per annum increase of 6-8 percent, and as the U.S. economy faces historic shortages of workers, in part because of generous unemployment stipends, the Biden Administration unveiled the most dramatic growth in U.S. spending and expansions of social services in the last half-century.

Is the idea that raising taxes even higher to pay for some of the even more gargantuan spending means that it is not really spending because the government is nearing the limits of realistic borrowing, and now proposes to hike taxes to pay for a bit of the huge deficit agendas?

Item: The president of the United States now most often lectures the country on two themes: one, for the rich to “pay their fair share,” when he proposes huge new increases in taxes and spending; and two, “systemic racism” and the need to address white privilege by reparatory action.

How then can it be that he reportedly has used loopholes and then legal tax manipulation to have welched out on some $500,000 of prior income taxes to shield his past, vast multimillion-dollar income, no doubt some of it gained when, as the “big guy” of Hunter Biden’s emails, he purportedly received “10 percent” of his son’s multimillion-dollar chronic grifting?

And how can the president berate the affluent for using their privilege to warp the system when his own son is currently hocking bad, paint-by-numbers art to wannabe and mostly foreign lobbyists seeking favors from the well-known Biden, Inc. quid pro quo apparat?

If the president is convinced of the pathologies of white racism, might he first promise to cease and desist from his serially racialist language in which he calls one of his African-American subordinates “boy,” demeans black journalists with put-downs such as “you ain’t black” and “junkie,” has called the former president of the United States the first “clean” and “articulate” black presidential candidate in history, revved up audiences with his racist “Corn Pop” sagas in which mighty young Joe Biden took on inner-city thugs with his custom-made chain, and warned a group of black professionals that Mitt Romney would “put y’all back in chains”?

Was it from this font of such serial racism, that young Hunter Biden, familiar with the use of the N-word obscenity, agreed with his similarly racist procuress cousin (who warned the libidinous Hunter “I can’t give you f***ing Asian sorry. I’m not doing it”) that a “domesticated foreigner is fine. No yellow”?

Is the president simply warning others who are not racists and tax avoiders about the dangers of bias and not paying their fair share, since he knows from his and his family’s own first-hand trafficking in racism and tax avoidance that neither is good for the country?

What explains these insanities that are insults to the American people’s intelligence? Did Americans go mad because of the perfect storm of COVID-19, the quarantine, recession, riots, looting and arson of 2020, the wild November election, the post-election hysterias and riot, and the Biden-socialist Faustian bargain?

Or do these symptoms of long-standing illnesses arise from the media and university, where the twins of incompetence and ideology ruined the critical consciousness of an entire generation of young minds?

Or is the culprit the affluent, bicoastal woke professionals, who, as both narcissists and projectionists, feel the consequences of their own ideology should never apply to themselves, while fobbing off their own sins onto others as a way of squaring the circle of their own illiberality?

There is only one bright spot for the moment: perhaps the Chinese, Russians, North Koreas, and Iranians see us as so crazy, weird, and self-loathing that they have no idea what our best and brightest nihilists might do. And for now, they all are trying to determine the relative deterrence of a nuclear-armed, wacky social-justice nation led by a president who, by any past measure of what is required daily of the commander-in-chief, is not really president at all.

The Great Coup of 2020 and the New American State

by | Sep 22, 2021 |

We learned a couple of things this past week. We learned that General Mark Milley committed treason against the United States by telling his Chinese counterparts that he, and not the President, was in command of the United States Armed Forces. We learned that should there be any danger to China from our armed forces, he would warn them ahead of time.

In fairness to the General, I have some sympathy for his speaking with Chinese military leaders to reassure them, after the election, that we would have a peaceful transition of power. The whole purpose of the transitionary period between a President being elected and taking office is to ensure a smooth and peaceful transition, so I give Mark Milley some latitude there just as I gave Trump latitude when he contacted foreign officials before being sworn in, back in 2016 (CNN gave him no such latitude).

I do not give Mark Milley any latitude for his phone call on October 30, 2019 – before the election even took place. At that time, he was not a part of an outgoing President’s administration, and had no responsibility to help ensure a peaceful transition of power. He was, instead, claiming to have taken over as Commander in Chief himself, in a flagrant violation of his duties, of the Constitution, and his Chain of Command. That was treason, and there is no way to downgrade it, or to pass it off as something else. It was arguably the greatest act of treason in American history not directly related to the Civil War.............The traitors are in charge............Okum’s Razor says that the simplest solution is usually the correct one. If we apply that here, we would say that the Democratic Party leadership is full of traitors............To Read More.....

Can Xi Jinping Defeat Biden-led America?

Look at it from Xi Jinping’s perspective.  The PRC’s leader-for-life learned nothing from Joe Biden’s abject surrender in Afghanistan but confirmed everything that he knows about our 46th president.  Xi’s knowledge of Biden is bound to lead him to conclude -- if he hasn’t already -- that his window for conquest is during Biden’s tenure.  Weakness -- in Biden’s case, evident gross weakness -- invites predation.  It’s a law of nature and human affairs.

By conquest, we’re not referring to anything as dramatic as an attack on the U.S.  To achieve PRC dominance, Xi would hope to avoid direct conflict with America.  War’s definition has expanded, anyway; it’s increasingly asymmetric, multidimensional.

“Battlefields” include areas of perceptions manipulation, cultural subversion, infiltration, leveraging commerce, neutralizing or corrupting an adversary’s elites, financially and otherwise.  It’s possible to fight and win wars without a shot being fired.  The PRC has been conducting unconventional war against the U.S. for years now.  Uncle Sam has been slow on the uptake.

For Xi, conquest doesn’t refer solely to the PRC’s longstanding desire to capture Taiwan.  That’s a first objective.  Or control of the South China Sea.  That’s international waters and vital to U.S., allied, and global commerce.  It’s the subject of creeping conquest by China...........To Read More....

My Take - All said here is valid, except recognizing China's military while large and impressive isn't really all that effective and if we're to believe reports, morale isn't all that great and the technology for the weapons aren't that good unless Clinton sold it to them or the stole it from us.  Also, their economy is a masquerade, and they may be facing a major crisis along with the Maoist policies Xi is putting in place.  As he notes, Xi's window of opportunity is short, and after 2022 things may really turn about in America, because even easy going Americans can only stand the stupidity of government nitwits for so long.

Former Senior Military Official: Milley Had 'Pattern of Behavior' of Exceeding His Authority and Undermining Trump

Nick Arama Sep 20, 2021

A former assistant secretary of the Army under President Trump, E. Casey Wardynski, is accusing Joint Chiefs Chair Mark Milley of overstepping his authority and undermining President Donald Trump.  Wardynski also alleged the Chief of Staff of the Army, James McConville, did the same thing.

We’ve been reporting how Milley allegedly contacted the Chinese and told them that he would give them a heads up if we had any plans to attack them. He also intervened in the nuclear command authority of Trump by telling officers that they should not listen to anything unless it came through him, a breach of his authority because he had no operational command authority. He did that after being pushed by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) in what amounted to her trying to overthrow the constitutional authority of the elected president of the United States.

But Wardynski said that this was just one instance of a “pattern of behavior.”.............To Read More...

Glenn Greenwald: 'Dizzying' Liberals Are Now Cheering for the Deep State...They Denied Existed

Matt Vespa Matt Vespa @mvespa1 Sep 16, 2021

Gen. Mark Milley has been taking heat for widely inappropriate calls to his Chinese counterparts in the waning days of the Trump administration. Milley was supposedly worried that Trump would start a war with China. So, he just called up the Chinese military brass and told them if that were to happen—he would warn them.

It’s way outside the chain of command

Even retired Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, who was at the center of the second Trump impeachment circus, said that Milley should resign if this turns out to be true. This is the deep state, but apparently, some folks are okay with it, like MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough. And when these sort of media blowups happen, you can count on Glenn Greenwald to call out the establishment media for their hypocrisy. In fact, on this one, he’s suffering some whiplash.

“Watching liberal media stars spend 5 years trying to thread the needle between ‘we are so grateful to the unelected but noble Generals thwarting Trump’ and ‘only insane conspiracy nuts believe the US has a Deep State’ has been quite dizzying.”................

“Imagine if, in 2011, a right-wing General called Gaddafi and said: ‘Obama wants to bomb your country and usher in regime change against you even though the House voted *against* its authorization. I give you my word I'll let you know what he's planning & stop him from bombing,’” ...........To Read More.....
