Vaccine Cover-Up: The Greatest Biden Scandal of All

The lives of untold thousands have been lost or permanently diminished.

By | May 28, 2025 | Articles, Opinion, Politics

It is an undeniable scandal of mammoth proportions, but one that is – surprise, surprise – still being ignored by major media. It all began in February of 2021, shortly after Joe Biden took the oath of office with the pandemic still raging. Health officials in Israel sent a dire warning to the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) detailing “large reports of myocarditis, particularly in young people” who received the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Many doctors and vaccinated individuals witnessed the same phenomenon here in the US. The affliction strikes the heart muscle, and in many recorded instances has caused heart failure and even death. But those raising red flags were discredited, scorned, and silenced.

After years of anecdotal reports about perilous side effects from the vaccine, the Senate’s Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, headed by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), finally conducted a hearing on the matter on May 21, 2025, and the revelations should have made headline news.

As you undoubtedly remember, we were repeatedly assured by top officials in the Biden administration that the vaccine, approved for emergency use and released during the waning days of the first Trump administration, was completely safe and effective. Every living former US president and first lady – except Trump and his wife, of course – participated in a public service announcement touting the vaccine in March of 2021 – after the warning from Israel about myocarditis.

What happened thereafter is truly chilling. As revealed in a thorough summary of the three-hour-long hearing by The Vigilant Fox, Sen. Johnson offered up a detailed timeline proving that the Biden administration deliberately withheld information from the public about risks associated with the vaccine, most especially for young people and pregnant women. By September of 2021, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) had received reports of 384,270 “adverse events” following vaccinations and 4,812 deaths, including 1,736 within two days of injection.

When he was questioned about the startling data by Sen. Johnson, then-CDC Director Francis Collins responded by arguing that official government information at the time claimed just six vaccine-related deaths, and then said, “Senator, people die.”

The CDC had claimed that instances of myocarditis were “rare.” But that is patently false, according to Dr. Peter McCullough, a longtime cardiologist whose outlying views on COVID led to the revocation of his medical certifications. When he was called to testify, Dr. McCullough reported that he had seen just two cases of myocarditis in his pre-COVID career but that he has now “examined thousands of patients with the problem,” adding that “there’s 1,065 papers in the peer-reviewed literature on COVID vaccine myocarditis.” He pointed to one particular case from Korea in which a young man died within eight hours of being jabbed, saying his heart was “fried with inflammation.”

Dr. McCullough shot down mainstream claims that the vaccine saved millions of lives, offering three alternative reasons for the ultimate drop in COVID-related deaths: natural immunity, early treatment keeping people out of hospitals, and the virus mutating into a milder form. He also provided irrefutable data proving that COVID-related deaths actually spiked after the vaccines were released, forcing health officials to admit one year later that, unlike what they had told us previously, the vaccine did not prevent transmission of the virus. He referenced three papers by Nathaniel Mead, a former writer for the National Institutes of Health, that contain nearly 1,000 references, all reaching the same conclusion: “The risks of COVID-19 vaccination far outweigh any theoretical benefits.”

Liberty Nation depends on the support of our readers.

Nationwide Vaccine Fallout

Dr. Jordan Vaughn, head of the Alabama-based Long COVID Clinic, testified that up to 15 million Americans may be suffering from Long COVID (a persistent form of the virus) or COVID vaccine injuries. He warned that the mRNA injections led to uncontrolled production of spike protein, allowing the viruses to penetrate cells and cause infections that spread throughout the body, reaching the heart, brain, ovaries, and testes. A Yale study now shows some people are still producing spike protein more than 700 days after their last injection.

Next came the receipts on the effect of the vaccine on pregnant women. OB-GYN Dr. James Thorp testified that the vaccine “mirrored” the effects of chemical abortion drugs and referred to a study published by the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine indicating that almost 13% of expectant mothers who got the jab had miscarriages. He further went on to repeat the heavily debated claim that 82% of those women who got the vaccine in their first trimester miscarried.

New banner Memo - From the Desk of Senior Political Analyst Tim Donner 1

Attorney Aaron Siri testified about the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA), which immunizes pharmaceutical companies from vaccine-related lawsuits. Following the passage of NCVIA, the schedule of vaccinations for newborns under one year old increased by almost 1,000%, from 3 to 29, a direct result, according to Siri, of the fact that “[pharmaceutical companies] don’t have the financial incentive to make them safer … In fact, they have the disincentive.”

Sen. Johnson went on to summarize data from VAERS reporting 38,607 vaccine-related deaths to date, with 9,228 of them occurring within two days of vaccination. Considering that many such deaths undoubtedly were not reported directly to VAERS, these numbers are thought to be conservative estimates.

The damage from vaccines could be felt far and wide. This author’s son, diagnosed with epilepsy 25 years ago, had controlled the condition with medication and not experienced a seizure for 13 years – until six days after he was given a COVID-19 booster shot. We now live with the anxiety of not knowing whether that shot will cause more seizures or even permanent damage. Our story is far from unique.

President Trump has now replaced health establishment insiders like Francis Collins and Anthony Fauci with a team of what we might call vaccine realists. HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and National Institutes of Health (NIH) Director Jay Bhattacharya, both of whom were demonized for their outlier views on the COVID vaccine, have now forged a new path, as evidenced by the MAHA (Make America Healthy Again) movement. It comes as a welcome relief for millions of vaccine skeptics who were the victims of textbook gaslighting because they dared to speak truth to power.

Crickets From Big Media

One would have thought that responsible media would have reported on this long-awaited hearing, if only in an attempt to refute the testimony and defend their own role in toeing the government line. But there was precious little coverage, in fact almost none, from legacy media unashamedly aligned with the Washington establishment.

The New York Times, famously the “newspaper of record,” did not even cover the hearing, limiting its transparently biased coverage to a preemptive strike in an article before the hearing headlined “The FDA May Restrict COVID Vaccines. Who Will Be Able to Get Them?” Washington’s most famous newspaper weighed in with a similar angle: “FDA to limit COVID shot approval to 65+, those with medical conditions,” with one author writing, “Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the nation’s top health official, has falsely called the mRNA shots against COVID ‘the deadliest vaccine ever made’ … the lingering politicization of COVID is fueling the new attacks on science.” And here was the message in Google AI, which routinely offers responses to queries of all kinds, on the term “Biden vaccine scandal”: “An AI Overview is not available for this search.” In searches with similar descriptions, Google’s AI would not activate.

If it is possible for big government and big media credibility to descend even further into the gutter than it has in recent years, this scandal should do the trick. The government withheld devastating information about COVID vaccines, and the media refused to even report on hearings designed for the purpose of getting to the truth. We might have thought that things would change by at least a slight degree after the 2024 election. No such luck.

Democrats Know a True Scandal When They See One! Nah, Just Kiddin!

The time has come the Walrus said, to talk of many things:  Of shoes, and ships, and sealing wax, of cabbages and kings, and why the sea is boiling hot, and whether pigs have wings.

 By Rich Kozlovich

Are Democrats capable of seeing a true scandal when it appears?  Not unless it involves a Republican or a prominent conservative, and then whether it's an actual scandal or not is highly dubious.   False accusations and smear tactics don't count as scandals, except for those who make a practice of that kind of intellectual rot and moral corruption.

On December 19, 2023 Frank Friday  published this piece at American Thinker, The great Comer non-scandal explained, saying:

.......the Biden Crime Family took tens of millions of dollars from foreign entities. To what purpose they won’t say, but none of them are even registered under the Foreign Agent Reporting Act (FARA). None of them even have a business activity to report related to these payments other than Hunter’s time as a Burisma Director.

And it appears, at least as far as I can tell, not one Democrat sees this as scandalous, or even illegal.  Some saying there's no evidence Biden ever committed any crimes that justify impeaching him.  Some claiming this is just another MAGA attempt to smear Joe Biden before the 2024 election.  Remarkable! In spite of the fact the Biden scandals got more bizarre by the day.  And we're surprised why?   That's their history and the pattern of corrupt enabling of the Democrat party, and leftists in general.

Let's go back a way.  Joe Biden and his son Hunter can’t keep their Ukraine story straight:

Did Joe Biden discuss his son’s Ukraine business deal with him? Joe said “No” Friday when Fox News Channel’s Peter Doocy caught up with him at an appearance in Iowa. “Mr. Vice President, how many times have you ever spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings?” Doocy asked. “I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings,” Biden said, and as Doocy tried to follow up, the former VP cut him off. “And here’s what I know, I know Trump deserves to be investigated,” Biden said. “He is violating every basic norm of a president. You should be asking him the question, why is he on the phone with a foreign leader trying to intimidate a foreign leader, if that’s what happened, that appears to be what happened, you should be looking at Trump.”...

Great misdirection in order to cover up a massive lie, that being Joe Biden was part and parcel of his son's corrupt and illegal business dealings.  But let's try and get this right, just once, the "Big Lie" is who and what Joe Biden has always been about.  No scandals? Biden repeats an old Obama whopper:

So let's get this straight here: The Benghazi coverup never happened. The IRS targeting of dissidents never happened, either. The Gold River pollution on traditional Native American lands by the EPA never happened. Solyndra never happened. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton never had an illegal private server in some guy's bathroom. She never sold 20% of the U.S. uranium supply to Russia, and her bleachbitting of her subpoenaed emails was perfectly scandal-free, as well as her smashing of Blackberries with hammers. The fact that top-secret emails turned up in Anthony Weiner's perverted computer, for the New York cops to read, was a nothingburger. And if you like your doctor.........Actually, the Obama administration was probably the most scandal-plagued of all administrations.......

Then there was "The Clinton campaign's plot to politically assassinate Trump":

There is a word for secretly collecting information about enemies or competitors to use against them. According to the latest court filing by Special Counsel John Durham, the Hillary Clinton campaign surreptitiously and likely illegally reached into protected White House and Trump communications data to try and show some link between Trump and Russia. The Clinton campaign during the election hid from FBI, CIA and the media that it was the source of the information gathered. Durham doesn't use the word "spy", but that in no way changes what happened.

Not one iota of scandal could be seen there by Democrats.  Really!  Well then how about this:  Fox Exposes the Clintons in the Scandalous Series.  The Clintons are corrupt to the bone and the Democrats and leftist loons - oooops, I'm repeating myself - have never found anything wrong with that for as long as they've been in politics. As time goes by it becomes more and more obvious these loons have no moral foundation other than doing and accepting everything and anything will gain them power and money.

Then there's this, Smothered: Six Democratic Scandals That The Elite News Media Suffocated With A Pillow This Cycle:

To better Democrats’ 2018 chances, there have been six rather major scandals that have hit some key candidates, which the elite media decided to smother with a pillow. From domestic abuse allegations to fraud and DUIs, Newsbusters’ Geoffrey Dickens found six major scandals, where the elite news media has devoted little to no coverage.

As they say in the infomercials, "But Wait, That's not All", as the list of outrageous and treasonous left wing Democrat scandals of every sort goes on and on, including the Clinton Scandals, the Obama Scandals, including their illegal spying schemes, and the Biden Scandal.

All of these links go back as far as 2016.  Massive scandals, many of which border on treason, and the media hid it, the Deep State collaborated with them, the public was kept ignorant of it, and the Democrats never saw a bit of it.   But finally, Eureka!  the Democrats have found a scandal they can see, and one they can sink their teeth into.

The D.C. establishment exclaims, House Oversight Chairman James Comer bought a half interest in six acres of land in Monroe County, Ky, then put it in an LLC with his wife in 2017. Oh, this could be bigger than Watergate! The guy who sold him the land had given him $1,000 back in 2010 and apparently never again, until 2023. Comer truthfully said, he was not a contributor during the time he sold him the land. Oh, the shame! Sorry -- even for Washington Democrats, this is really pathetic.

As you read about the great Comer non-scandal it becomes clear Comer is a man who started out small, dealt honestly, worked hard, saved his money, invested wisely and legally, and the Democrats naturally hate him for that alone, not to mention he's white, a conservative, a Republican who is probably a practicing Christian and I'm betting he's a gun owner.

But they really hate him because he's the Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, and he's going after Joe and Hunter Biden.  His committee has exposed the lies Joe and Hunter Biden have been spewing out regarding their corrupt business practices, and he's not going to stop.

Democrat solution?  Accuse him of something, anything, smear him, and denigrate him, no matter how outrageous their claims may be, and the media will jump on board.  Oh, if there's any doubt about where the media will stand on this, here's my media scandal files, Media Corruption, Media Collusion, Media Complicity, and Media Hoax.  As the propaganda wing of the Democrat party they suffer from a serious case of conviction impairment, since they will immediately shift gears to follow whatever the leftist philosophical flavor of the moment may be.

SOP, Standard Operating Procedure, for the Democrats.  Only the public isn't as easily fooled these days.

One more thing, after finishing this piece I came across this article,  Another Biden Scandal Might Be Brewing by Spencer Brown, and if this claim the Biden administration is allowing the export of American advanced technology to China is true, there may be charges of treason leveled against Biden and others in his administration.

I wonder if the Democrats see that as a scandal?  Given their penchant for behavior that's cleanly destructive to America, they may actually approve.

EXCLUSIVE: SECOND Hunter Biden Email from Laptop WITH CLASSIFIED INFORMATION Uncovered – And More Are Coming

By Joe Hoft January 29, 2023

The Biden crime family made millions in Ukraine performing nefarious and criminal activities including espionage.   TGP reported on Thursday that the Bidens were using classified information to the benefit of the Hunter Biden family business.  Miranda Devine provided one email that appeared to include classified material from the US government.........To Read More...

My Take - Is there a bottom to this dark well?  Also, I hate this site because of how they organize it with promotions, ads, etc., but it has good stuff, and clearly has massive readership based on the amount of comments that regularly appear on the articles, so try to bear it.

Fox News is helping the Democrats’ Biden document narrative  Regardless of its motives, amplifying the Democrats’ message is a bad idea for America.

Biden And Trump Classified Documents Scandals: Progressive Talking Point Falls Apart

January 25, 2023 @ Manhattan Contrarian

I have so far avoided weighing in on the Biden and Trump classified documents scandals, but I guess the time has finally come.

I’ve had a “Secret” clearance in my life, and almost all of the “classified” documents I have seen have been of very underwhelming significance. So when the Trump classified document thing blew up with the FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago back in August, I was not impressed. It reeked of something highly likely to be completely devoid of real world significance, but useful to Biden and the left because Trump would be put in a position of not being able to defend himself publicly without disclosing the contents of the documents. Meanwhile Trump as President had had complete authority to declassify the documents if he wanted, and his position was that he had done so. But even if Trump had a good or even excellent position that he had declassified the documents, he would not take the risk of disclosing their contents to defend himself. So it seemed like a total freebie for Biden to go on 60 Minutes in September and say “How could anyone be that irresponsible?”

Here is the picture that the Justice Department filed in court of the classified documents found at Mar-a-Lago:

Then on January 9 CBS News broke the story that a cache of classified documents had been discovered in a closet at Biden’s office at the “Penn Biden Center” in Washington, a supposed “think tank” funded by the University of Pennsylvania. Oops. “How could anyone be that irresponsible?”

This was not going to be an easy one to spin. But within a couple of days, the official talking point had emerged, as it always seems to do for the far left press. The official talking point was, this is different because Biden is “cooperating” with the government, whereas Trump was “resisting” the righteous efforts of the National Archives to get back the documents to which they are entitled and which only they can safeguard appropriately.

Examples of the official talking point:

From The New York Times, January 12:

“Mr. Trump and his aides resisted the government’s repeated efforts to retrieve them all [i.e., the classified documents]. Mr. Biden’s lawyers reported the problem, and the White House says it has fully cooperated.”

U.S. News, January 17: “One president had to be hounded for government documents, including classified material that was only retrieved after the FBI executed a search warrant at his home. . . . The other president voluntarily turned over documents – including classified material – after his lawyers discovered them in his non-White House office and home, and is cooperating with the Department of Justice.”

AP, January 14: “After the materials were discovered at the think tank, Biden’s personal attorneys immediately alerted the White House counsel’s office, which notified NARA, which took custody of the documents the next day, Sauber said. . . . In August 2022, FBI agents conducting a search retrieved 33 boxes from Mar-a-Lago. The search came after lawyers for Trump provided a sworn certification that all government records had been returned.”

There are easily several dozen more like these repeating the same talking point, if you should care to look around.

So, now that another week plus has passed, how is that talking point standing up? I want to look at two aspects in particular:

(1) Do the facts support that Biden was “fully cooperating” with respect to this likely criminal matter involving him? and

(2) Does Trump have a reasonable position that documents in his possession with classified “markings” had been declassified?

Biden’s Supposed “Cooperation” and “Self-Reporting”

As more details of the facts come out day by day, this talking point has completely fallen apart, and indeed appears completely ridiculous at this point. A good roundup of the latest facts appeared this morning in The Hill, written by Andrew McCarthy. Here’s the gist: the timeline shows that Biden was in fact not “self-reporting” at all, but rather was doing everything in his power to cover up and bury the story by having his lawyers deal only with what he had every reason to believe were his partisan allies at the National Archives. The strategy was successful in keeping the story buried well past the election in November, and all the way to January, and thus it only came out when somebody gave it to CBS News in January. Notice that I say the information was “given” rather than “leaked,” because this is not an improper “leak” of confidential information, but rather a reporting to the press of information that the public has an absolute right to know.

Some of the highlights:

1) First, how did Biden’s lawyers just happen to be looking through the documents at the Penn Biden Center a few weeks after the Mar-a-Lago raid and 60 Minutes interview? Nobody pays lawyers $500-1000 per hour to go through documents to close an office, unless there is real reason to believe there may be a serious problem. Clearly Biden knew he had a problem. And he had known for a long time. But he thought, probably rightly, that if ever discovered he could easily get away with it just as Hillary Clinton had gotten away with the same thing, because his allies in the press would cover for him. But after the 60 Minutes interview he got the idea that he should pay attention to the issue and try to bury it.

2) When the lawyers found some classified documents at the Penn Biden Center, did they then report it to the Justice Department or other law enforcement? Absolutely not. They reported to the White House. And the White House reported it to — the National Archives. McCarthy: “To ‘self-report’ a crime, a person needs to report it to law enforcement authorities. Biden and his aides absolutely did not do that. Moreover, a close look at the timeline elucidates that the White House hoped this issue would slip quietly into a black hole, with no publicity and no criminal investigation.”

3) The White House had every reason to believe that the people at the National Archives were their partisan friends who would then bury the story so that it would not see the light of day. McCarthy: “NARA’s leadership, under acting archivist Debra Steidel Wall, has worked closely with the Biden administration. When former President Trump tried to assert executive privilege over government records he had retained at Mar-a-Lago, it was up to Biden — under the Presidential Records Act — to decide whether to support that claim. Politically, though, Biden did not want to be seen as participating in an investigation of his rival. To help him out of that pickle, Wall issued an edict rejecting Trump’s privilege claim, as if she had made the decision about a presidential privilege that only Biden had legal authority to make.”

4) The information did then get reported to the Justice Department, but by whom? McCarthy again: “So, who reported the matter to law enforcement? That was done by the office of NARA’s inspector general, Dr. Brett M. Baker. The IG . . . is a watchdog position, created by Congress to keep the agency on the straight and narrow by conducting internal investigations and reporting misconduct to Congress.”

And then the information got to CBS News on January 9. Who was the source for that? McCarthy does not give an answer. The likely answer is Dr. Baker or someone in his IG office at the National Archives. In other words, Biden and his people had done everything they could think of to keep the story buried. Likely one honest person in the government, probably in the IG’s office, couldn’t stand what was going on and broke the code of silence.

Trump’s Position as to Declassification

While the progressive press talking point has been that Biden “cooperated” while Trump “resisted,” meanwhile there is another distinction between the Trump and Biden situations, this one real: Trump had the ability to declassify any and all documents by his own act while he was President. Biden did not have a comparable right by virtue of his office, and therefore would have had to go through prescribed procedures to declassify documents. Biden in his defense has not suggested that he ever did so, so my presumption is therefore that he did not.

But how about Trump — does he have a reasonable position that he declassified the documents at issue? Absolutely.

First, the whole business of government secrecy and classified documents exists solely for the benefit of the President. He has plenary authority to deal with classified information as he sees fit, by virtue of the fact that “all executive powers” are vested in him under Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution,

But suppose that Congress has prescribed declassification procedures by statute. Well, it turns out that they have not. Instead, the operative declassification procedures are set forth in Executive Orders that have been issued by various Presidents over time.

Here is a legal memo on the situation on declassification that was put out by the Brennan Center on October 6, 2022. You may recognize the Brennan Center as a progressive advocacy group and an arm of the NYU Law School that specializes in desecrating the legacy of its namesake Supreme Court Justice by, most famously, advocating for suppression of political speech via campaign finance laws. The October 6 date of this particular memo comes after the Mar-a-Lago raid and after the Biden 60 Minutes interview, but well before the disclosure of Biden’s own classified document problem.

The Brennan Center memo points out the lack of any statute specifying declassification procedures, and states that during the Trump administration, the most recent edict setting forth procedures for declassification was an Executive Order, number 13526, issued by President Obama on December 29, 2009. Apparently, Trump never formally revoked or rescinded that Executive Order. That may well mean that the EO remained effective as to all Executive Branch personnel other than the President himself. But a President is under absolutely no obligation to follow or obey the Executive Orders of his predecessors. Indeed you might say that the whole idea of electing a new President is that he gets to set and follow new policies and procedures that his predecessor may well have disagreed with.

As far as I can find, Trump has not claimed that he ever actually issued any written document or order stating that the documents he took to Mar-a-Lago were hereby declassified. On the other hand, there does not appear to be any statutory or other legally binding provision setting forth any specific procedures that a President must follow to declassify.

So, could President Trump have declassified the documents just by having the thought that they were declassified, without even telling anyone? The Brennan Center memo addresses that issue:

One thing the president cannot do, though, is declassify information “by thinking about it” — i.e., without communicating that decision to anyone else. This conclusion follows not from any particular legal requirements but rather from the very essence of what it means to classify or declassify information. As noted above, these are two-step processes: first, an official determines whether the information requires protection, and second, the information is flagged to ensure that the protections are applied or removed. If an official claims to have classified or declassified information after taking the first step but not the second, it’s like a customer saying she ordered food at a restaurant when she has decided what she wants to eat but hasn’t told the waiter.

Do you notice anything missing from that legal argument? Two obvious things that are missing are (1) citation to precedent, and (2) citation to statutory authority. In this case neither exists. Oh, and they also admit that there are no “particular legal requirements” that preclude declassification by mere thought of the President. In other words, the argument above is just the say so of the Brennan Center as partisan hacks explaining why they think without any particular basis that Trump should get nailed.

To their credit, the Brennan Center people also mention that the Justice Department, back in the George W. Bush administration, took the position that a President did not have any obligation to adhere to EO’s of his predecessors and could “waive” or “modify” those by conduct without having to write anything down or tell anybody:

During the administration of President George W. Bush, the Department of Justice issued a secret legal memorandum opining that presidents need not adhere to executive orders and that if they do not comply with an executive order, they have simply “waived” or “modified” it through their actions. Moreover, according to the memorandum, the public need not be notified of the waiver/modification. When the gist of the memorandum became public . . . it came under heavy criticism, but there is no public indication that it has been withdrawn.

So, bottom line: You may or may not agree that it is right, but Trump does have a colorable position that he could declassify documents by the very act of taking them to Mar-a-Lago. And even if he didn’t have an ability that goes quite that far, he could clearly have declassified the documents by scribbling on the back of a napkin the words “anything I take to Mar-a-Lago is hereby declassified,” and handing that to an aide. So, even if he should have done that and didn’t, his wrong is a matter of a slight procedural technicality,

Biden, on the other hand, has committed clear and undeniable criminal acts. We all await the next round of official talking points in his defense.

The Biden Scandal Daily Weird Report

By Rich Kozlovich

First, let's deal with, Mike Pence, in this piece, Et tu, Mike Pence?, saying:

The scourge of vice presidents taking classified documents home with them hits the Republican party......... It’s unlikely that Pence has given or sold any information, including information in classified documents, to foreign nations. Certainly, it’s possible but, as I said, it’s unlikely. He’s never shown an orientation toward foreign nations, unlike Biden, who put himself forward as a foreign policy maven.

And in this case, that's an all important point.

The fact is the President of the United States is the ultimate declassifying authority, and "if the president behaves as if the documents are declassified, then they’re declassified. No other proof is required."  On the other hand the Vice President absolutely has no authority to declassify or possess classified material on their own, this makes you wonder how much is being classified, over classified, and how much classified material is out there the National Archive people know nothing about.  I think there's so much out there they're clueless.  Perhaps that's why the National Archive staff missed the House deadline to turn over material tied to this Biden classified documents scandal?

Are they stonewalling like the Biden administration is with the Senate Committee is to see what exactly are those documents Biden squirreled away?   As of right now, even among Democrat party members, there are serious questions as to whether these documents would incriminate him and his criminal family in criminal activity, and the White House Refuses to answer questions on Biden scandal.

Was Hunter Biden peddling what seem like classified documents?  There's a lot of smoke being generated over that question, and it gets worse.  The Penn Biden Center Hosted ‘Bootcamp’ for Congressional Staffers Promoting Closer China Ties.

President Joe Biden’s D.C.-based think tank operated by the University of Pennsylvania reportedly held a two-day “bootcamp” last year during which congressional staffers were urged to support greater cooperation between the United States and China................For many foreign-policy observers, the discovery of those documents has raised security concerns in light of the influx of Chinese money into Penn since the think tank’s creation in 2017. In the three years after the center was founded and Biden became a Penn professor, donations and contract payments from China-based corporations and research institutions totaled over $60 million — triple the amount that came in during the three prior years.

We now know all the accusations from the left about any Trump/Russia collusion was not only a lie, it was something called projection.  That means accusing someone of doing the very things you are  doing yourself.  As Matt Gaetz notes:  ‘They Had to Accuse Trump of Colluding with Russia Because He Was the Only One Who Wasn’t.

We're talking serious allegations of treason here, and those allegations go right up to Joe Biden. But, hey, as Whoopie says, Roman Polanski wasn't really guilty of "rape-rape" involving his having sex with a 13 year old girl, so maybe this isn't really treason-treason?

After all, according to Whoopie, as Vice President Biden had the authority to declassify all that stuff.  Really?  I suppose she must also believe either Joe or Hunter could sell it to foreign agents also?  There's only one problem with that, the Vice President has no declassifying authority and selling classified documents is a crime.

Whoopie has now solidified her position as the drum major for Nitwits on Parade.

BUSTED: Penn Biden Center June Event Allowed Attendees ‘Unmonitored’ Building Access Where Biden Stolen Classified Documents Where Stashed

Wendell Husebø

A conference at the Penn Biden Center in June reportedly permitted attendees “unmonitored” access to the facility, where in November classified documents were found in an office Joe Biden maintained. The two-day “bootcamp” was held for congressional staffers to promote a working relationship with China on issues such as energy and academia, the Washington Free Beacon reported Tuesday...........To Read More.....

Intolerable Daytime Show: Biden Declassified All Those Docs...As Vice President

Matt Vespa  |  January 24, 2023

Do the ladies of The View know they don’t have to do this? The Democratic Party has enough operatives to dole out shoddy, half-baked talking points to defend Joe Biden’s classified document extravaganza. The View has already done enough damage with their equally idiotic defenses of the Biden doc scandal, where the pivots could only be described as ranging from conspiratorial to outright nonsensical. Biden got distracted by the holiday season was one of the worst, while some on the show felt that—get this—the GOP framed the president, planting these classified materials at multiple locations. No one in DC has the intelligence to pull off such a job, but Joe Biden is stupid enough to abscond from the Obama administration with documents he could never possess. ..........To Read More...

The New American Politburo

Welcome to a committee with an elitist ideological agenda - fundamentally transforming the United States.

January 24, 2023by 3 Comments

Last week brought us new insight into what some are calling a two-tiered justice system. We now know that Joe Biden has unlawfully retained classified documents from his time as Vice President in unsecured locations. A vice president does not have the authority to declassify documents, unlike a president.  Furthermore, saying he had boxes of classified documents in his “locked garage” is insidious.

Additionally, classified documents were found at the University of Pennsylvania Biden Policy Center, where countless individuals, including Chinese foreign nationals, had access. Of course, this comes on the heels of the FBI raid into Donald Trump’s residence, a place where documents were secured, and Secret Service agents were on the grounds. Yet, there has been no discussion of criminal prosecution, as opposed to the case with Trump.

Not too long ago we recall the situation with Hillary Clinton, who not only maintained classified materials on an unsecured server in an unsecured location, but she also destroyed classified documents and government computer hardware and software. If we go a little further back, we remember the classified document incident surrounding Sandy Berger. Again, no prosecution.

Just to give a level of comparison, as a retired Army officer, if I had ever maintained classified documents at my residence, I would be doing time in Ft. Leavenworth........The American Politburo must be defeated.....To Read More....

Benedict Biden’s DOJ Panics, Tells Jim Jordan His Ongoing Oversight Investigations Must Be Kept Quiet

It's Over, Joe: New York Times Throws Joe Biden Under the Bus

By Robert Spencer 11:18 AM on January 21, 2023

The New York Times has long ago abandoned any pretense of being an actual news source and has settled into its role as the foremost propaganda arm of the hard Left, capitalizing upon the fact that there is still a considerable number of people in the U.S. and around the world who still think that the Times can be trusted to report events impartially and accurately. In reality, the only thing the Times is good for is revealing what the political and media elites are thinking, and a Friday opinion piece dropped a bombshell, in the Times’ muted, bloodless Voice-of-the-Ages manner: the Leftist establishment is through with Old Joe Biden. Watch for him to be replaced as the Democratic presidential nominee in 2024, and he could be gone even sooner.............To Read More....

Biden's Document Deluge

R. Emmett Tyrrell | January 19, 2023

Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba of Uganda has announced to the world via his Twitter account that he is offering Italy's prime minister, Giorgia Meloni, a dowry of 100 cows if she will marry him.  Kainerugaba is the 48-year-old son of Uganda's prime minister, and his Twitter account is taken very seriously, especially in Uganda.

In other news, our president, Joe Biden, heard from his attorney general, Merrick Garland, that top-secret documents turned up in the president's garage in Delaware, the one where he keeps his prized 1967 Chevrolet Corvette. The discovery was the third time classified documents have shown up in one of the president's residences, and apparently people are beginning to wonder. Another batch of documents showed up over the weekend and next week is a whole new week. When will the document deluge abate?

Which story, the general's or the president's, is more ridiculous? ......      Let us face the truth, America is fast coming to look like a banana republic. When Joe first came to the White House, many of us who had watched him for years feared that he was in danger of falling asleep in the Oval Office. Now after we have had a couple of years to watch him there, we worry that he will not fall asleep in the Oval Office. He will just continue to blunder on until he commits a truly catastrophic blunder, say with the Russians or the Red Chinese.....To Read More.....

The Biden Scandal is Getting More Bizarre by the Day

By Rich Kozlovich

Not only is this story bizarre, it's frightening in all it's ramifications. We now know there aren't only issues with the fact Joe Biden illegally stole classified documents, it's much bigger.  We also know he knew this was forbidden, there's a lot more to the story, and he has history over this issue of classified documents.  We'll come back to that.

Now, it's been known and acknowledged, "National Archives does over classify items they deem essential to presidential records", however, in Trump's case he had the authority to declassify all of them.  Biden had no authority to declassify any of them, or more importantly, to even possess them.  And how bizarre is this, the National Archives dismissed claims of mishandled Obama-Biden documents weeks before first batch was found.  Wow!   You really gotta hand to those guys, they're really right on top of this stuff.  Or maybe they could just admit there's so much crap being classified, they don't have a clue how much is out there.  And that's what I believe.

While the Democrats and their myrmidons in the DOJ treated this issue with Trump as outrageous, unprecedented and a threat to the security of the nation, that fact is it was common knowledge "former top government officials playing fast and loose with classified materials" and that was an "open secret?".

But ghosts have a habit of returning to haunt, especially if it's political in nature.  Joe Biden, in the past, actually torpedoed Ted Sorensen as the Director of CIA under Jimmy Carter for "his improper acquisition of classified materials".   Sorensen said Biden should get “prize for political hypocrisy in a town noted for political hypocrisy.”  Well, you have to give Biden a prize for consistency, he's still a hypocrite of massive proportions, the man who destroyed Sorensen, and even suggested "Sorensen might be subject to prosecution under the Espionage Act, illicitly stored classified materials unsecured in his garage and at least three other places.

The Nitwit Brigade found Trump's handling of classified material, all of which he declassified and kept in a secure location, was outrageous, but now, Rep. Clyburn who chaired that Kangaroo Court, aka, the January 6 Committee, takes a very casual view kind of like,  oh, well, you know, stuff happens.

And this scandal keeps getting bizarre, as Hunter Biden and his laptop come into play, his connections with the Chinese, his rent to his father for access to Biden's house with complete access to all that classified material, and he has no security clearance nor did any of the many visitors he brought there, which even the Communist News Network, aka, CNN, acknowledged there are issues over these "mysterious" meetings with Joe, Hunter and foreign parties when Joe was the Vice President.

There is a lot of evidence the FBI and other intelligence agencies worked to make sure the information regarding Hunter Biden’s Laptop from Hell, was censored.  Why? Is it because we now know "Kathy Chung, Biden’s executive assistant for Joe Biden when he was vice president, was a close associate of Hunter Biden who gave him what a retired top general called a “treasure trove” of intelligence information that was ultimately leaked from his infamous laptop"? And one of his laptop's is still missing.  That was a massive intelligence leak that really was of potential national significance.  She's now "deputy director of protocol for Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin."  Who really is this mystery woman, and who is she connected to?

Meetings with people without any official record of those visits.  All of which justify answers to some questions about Hunter's housing expenses.  And since Biden never declared that money on his tax returns, we need a clear look at Biden's tax returns, and what, if anything, does Chairman Xi Have on Beijing Biden.

The White House answers all this by saying: The Republicans are hypocrites.  No matter whether that's true of not is immaterial.  What's material is Joe Biden stole classified documents and allowed them to be exposed to unknown uncleared persons, and that's not "transparency"  being addressed by the White House.  Also, the story changes like the seasons.  First his home was used for official business and now it wasn't. Which is it?  Or does the narrative of the moment determine that?

This becomes all the more concerning since there is evidence the Chinese were funding the UPenn Biden Center on Security, the Biden Think Tank....clearly a misnomer....where records were also stored, unsecured, and since Joe became President, anonymous Chinese donors have poured millions into that university, and Biden Inc. is still in business!

Also, why, especially after that outrageous raid on Mar-A-Lago, would Biden's personal attorneys, presumable uncleared for any classified material they found, be allowed to do so, totally unsupervised by the FBI, as they searched his home?  And why would the DOJ  order the FBI to stand down and allow this to happen?  Is it unreasonable to believe Joe's attorneys had no reason to be packing up that material except to cover up criminal activity? Does anyone believe Merrick Garland's actions aren't 100% politically motivated?

We now have two Special Counsels appointed, one for Trump and one for Biden, but is there any doubt there's only one conclusion, even though it's clear, Biden has UNDENIABLY committed multiple felonies, and now Biden wants Merritt Garland to make them go away.

There are three conclusions.

  1.  Biden is flat out guilty, and a corrupt, and evil regime want's Trump to be crushed and jailed, because he wanted to end  "Deep State thuggery, national self-sabotage, and Uniparty-engineered American decline."
  2. The FBI writes case for its own abolition - "Disproportionately huge resources within the agency are being dedicated to January 6 protestors, likely to the detriment of more important investigations."  Corruption, crime and treason on the left is being ignored, and even encouraged.   The day needs to come when these officials are brought to justice for their criminal activity.
  3. The Democrats are working to destroy Biden.
Kamala is singing, I'm gonna be President, ad nauseum.   What could possibly go wrong?

The Biden Boomerang

Editorial of The New York Sun | October 11, 2019

Boomerang. That’s the word for news that Joe Biden is the 2020 Democratic candidate with whom the CIA’s so-called whistleblower had a “professional” tie. The ex-vice president had been holding himself — and his son — out as the wronged parties in this whole contretemps. Now it’s starting to look as if he has been less than forthcoming with the American voters.

Joe Biden and his son Hunter can’t keep their Ukraine story straight

September 22, 2019 By Thomas Lifson

You should be asking him the question, why is he on the phone with a foreign leader trying to intimidate a foreign leader, if that’s what happened, that appears to be what happened, you should be looking at Trump.”........To Read More....

No scandals? Biden repeats an old Obama whopper

April 27, 2019 By Monica Showalter

Democratic presidential frontrunner Joe Biden's out and about, repeating the old, tired saws of the Obama administration.

According to Fox News:

Former vice president and newly-minted 2020 Democratic presidential hopeful Joe Biden appeared   on "The View" on Friday morning and told hosts that his proudest moment of serving with President Barack Obama was that there was "not one whisper" of scandal during the time they served together in the White House.

Biden said that, coincidentally, he and Obama both told press on the same day while in different parts of the country that the thing they were most proud of while in the White House was that there was "not one whisper of a scandal."

"Not one," Biden said. "And that's because of Barack." ........

And if you like your doctor... Actually, the Obama administration was probably the most scandal-plagued of all administrations, and for one important reason: .......Read more
