President Donald Trump, following a Barack Obama tenure in which the danger surged but was unaddressed, repeatedly has warned that Kim Jong-un needs to fall into line and behave, even suggesting military action has not been ruled out.  But a report that has appeared in Politico talks about the situation’s difficulties.
