Watch: CatholicVote Slams Biden’s Inaction on Firebombed Churches

17 Aug 2022 Breccan F. Thies, Tags:

CatholicVote is taking out a seven-figure ad campaign against President Joe Biden, calling out his inaction on protecting churches and other pro-life organizations from leftist violence. In the weeks since the leak of the draft opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization — the case that would eventually overturn infamous pro-abortion case Roe v. Wade — churches, pregnancy centers, and other pro-life organizations have been subjected to vandalism and violence from pro-abortion leftists.

CatholicVote has tracked the incidents across the country, finding 70 attacks on Catholic churches since the leak of Dobbs, and 207 since May 2020. Likewise, the group has tracked 64 attacks against pregnancy centers and other pro-life organizations since the Supreme Court leak, calling it the “summer of rage.”  The ad, titled “Churches Burning,” contrasts Biden — America’s second Catholic president — with the nation’s first Catholic president, John F. Kennedy.  Showing footage of firebombed churches during the Kennedy administration, the ad says “when churches were burned, President Kennedy stepped up — condemned it.”............To Read More....

Abortion: A Stain on the Nation That Can Never Be Washed Off

By Rich Kozlovich

On 6 Jul 2022 Katherine Hamilton published this piece, OB/GYN: New Polling Dispels Abortion Misinformation, Shows Most Americans Oppose Roe, saying:

An organization representing thousands of pro-life obstetricians and gynecologists released polling showing that most U.S. voters oppose Roe v. Wade and other radical abortion measures when properly informed. The American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists (AAPLOG) held a virtual conference call on Wednesday to share new polling data, especially in light of the Supreme Court’s recent decision to overturn Roe

And this is followed by more data on the fact a huge number of people are stunningly uninformed/misinformed about abortion, a subject that's been fought over for 50 years in the news.  What happens and when it happens are two examples, and when informed of the facts, the numbers change.

Another thing that surprised me is how many think overturning Roe makes abortion illegal throughout the country.  It doesn't, mores the shame to a nation that's done more good for more people than any country in the history of the world.  In spite of all our historical flaws, compared to the history of the rest of the world, America is still the cowboy in the white hat.

But the decision overturning Roe V Wade is a sound one based on the idea it's not the federal judiciary's job to legislate from the bench, which was the mentality behind Roe and many more decisions from the federal judiciary and SCOTUS.

Even in the dissent from the "we are the Constitution" wing of the court made little effort to argue abortion actually was a Constitutional right .  Their arguments were "banal, whiny and petulant'', declaring it should be allowed to stand for two reasons.  Millions of Americans agree with them and since Roe V Wade has been contaminating the nation for so many years it should be left alone.

First, the judiciary is supposed make judgements based on the rule of law, not polls on what millions of Americans think.  That's the job of the legislature.  Secondly, we need to get rid of this idea of “stare decisis” as "the" deciding factor in any case brought before the courts, and in fact, leftist justices have overturned “stare decisis” over and over again, and have been lauded by the very leftists who claim to adore the concept.

Let's try and get this right - "stare decisis" - is not written in stone and the only reason to openly support it as something that’s “sacred” is nothing more than a public relations scam by anyone involved in politics or law. The left only 'adores' the concept if someone supports any of the leftist decisions that overturned "stare decisis" decisions of the past.

According to these leftist misfits any effort to overturn leftist decisions, so many of which have no Constitutional basis other than what's called the "penumbra of the Constitution", is sacrilege to the law and the Constitution.  Let's try and understand this..... just once..... please.  Stare decisis is a one way street to the left, and that means driving only on the left.

"It’s been my lifelong observation that liberals are a mostly conflicted, tormented group suffering from mass psychosis. They wrap themselves up in do-good, virtue-signaling knots and then attempt to rationalize positions even they know are indefensible by putting forth the most tortured, illogical explanations imaginable. Merely calling those positions “lies” doesn’t go anywhere near far enough. Liberals have mastered the art of wanting to believe in a false reality, constructing a Bizarro Universe, while at the same time, excusing themselves for committing the very same transgressions against society and nature that they accuse others of doing." - Steve Feinstein

 As says:

Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization has done more to preserve the separation of powers, the rule of law, federalism, and the Constitution itself, than any decision in centuries.........

When judges fulfill their proper role—applying the Constitution and laws as written, according to their plain and originally understood meanings—they play a crucial role in ensuring the perpetuation of republican government—of government of, by, and for the people.

When they instead act like unelected, unchecked legislators—while disingenuously claiming that the Constitution makes them do it—they effectively replace republicanism with government by a robed minority of Ivy League elites.

Roe V Wade and Dred Scott were absolutely outrageous decisions that were efforts by the Supreme Court to impose their political views on the nation by ignoring the rule of law.  Slavery was a stain on our history that should have never happened, and abortion, the murder of sixty million of those innocent unborn babies is an even greater stain that will mar our history forever, irrespective of what the rest of the world does or thinks.  Unborn babies are not parasites nor are they the property of their mothers.

The Constitution has been criticized as:

"a dusty old document that's old, out-dated, almost irrelevant piece of historical Americana that was written long ago for a way of life that no longer exists. Therefore, anyone who says they want our representatives in government to strictly adhere to what is written in the Constitution are often depicted as not being fully grounded in reality, but instead, want to live in an old fashioned fantasy world. The obvious implication is that there is something mentally wrong with such people".

In reality, those who shout this clabber are afraid of the Constitution because it shines a spot light on those who would impose tyranny on the nation, safeguarding the freedoms so many died for over the life of this nation, and a major effort should be made to teach what the Constitution actually says, along with the history behind the decisions made by the Founding Fathers and why.

Fixing education in America needs to be "Job One", as its now become a

Whether of not to murder the innocent unborn is now left up to the states, and all the logical fallacies, double speak and misdirection from leftist misfits, especially those in Congress and the White House doesn't change that.

Roe v Wade was decided by seven justices whose names will live on in infamy.

1966, Justice William Douglas Cathleen Wife - RRU58333 - Historic Images
William O. Douglas, shown here with his 23 year old fourth wife, he was 69, was at best odd, and most certainly a cad whose children refused to even talk to him, and he was intellectually corrupt. There were two attempts to impeach him, both failed, which given his actions and his opinions, they should have succeeded.  A clear and stunning justification for the reasoning of those Founding Fathers who didn't want to give life time appointments to the Supreme Court, the only federal court that's in the Constitution.  All others are creations of the Congress.

Official portrait of United States Supreme Court justice William J. Brennan Jr.

William J. Brennan Jr., unlike all these leftists, jurists, and members of Congress today Brennan wasn't a big fan of stare decisis, which is normal for a leftist depending on what they want preserved, but the reason why seems clear to me. It wasn't about integrity, what he wanted was to overturn decisions that didn't fit his leftist vision of the nation.

Stare decisis is never acceptable to the left when they want to overturn the traditional values and understandings of the nation in order to promote their radical agendas.  The only time you hear leftist demand absolute adherence to is when one of their pet decisions is being questioned. He was a radical from the git go, and was the author of the Court's opinion in 1964's New York Times Co. v. Sullivan,

US Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart - 1976 official portrait.jpg

Potter Stewart was considered a centrist for most of his tenure, and as you read his opinions and positions you realize he had the same problem all these centrist jurists have.  They're clueless.  There have been two ideological camps in the Court for decades.  The leftist ideologues who want to overturn every traditional value there is, and those who believe the Constitution is what is says, and nothing more, and its not their job to legislate from the bench, referred to as Originalists.

Then there are those centrists they jump around like ping pong balls, from one side to the other, but because of their unwillingness to have a solid ideological stand in favor of what the Constitution actually says, they become powerful as the swing vote.

I saw him in an interview with Fred Friendly and he was adamant about one thing.  It was the Supreme Court who decides what the Constitution says, making it clear his view was the legislature was to take a back seat to 9 unelected non-representatives of the people, who often times displayed bad attitudes, twisted logic and huge egos.

Another good reason to end lifetime appointments.  I recommend reading Mark Levin's book, Men in Black, How the Supreme Court is Destroying America

Thurgood-marshall-2.jpg

Thurgood Marshall was America's first black Supreme Court justice and had a very successful legal career, mostly involving racial issues and won the Brown v. Board of Education case, which was later twisted into all kinds of negative rationalizations including forced bussing.

While he may have been a good attorney, he wasn't much of a jurist.  I remember reading at the end of his career he was pretty much out of it and mostly watched soap operas, letting his clerks do his work for him, and yet refused to retire.

This unwillingness to retire, even when they're falling asleep on the bench, isn't an uncommon issue with these lifetime appointed justices.  I used to say the only time the nation was safe was when Congress was gridlocked and Ruth Bader Ginsburg was fast asleep on the bench.  Again, a good reason for term and age limits.

Justice Blackmun Official.jpg

Harry Blackmun was at the time of his retirement the most liberal justice on the Court who spoke disparagingly of Clearance Thomas, while Thomas spoke well of him.  There was no left wing position we face to day he didn't favor, and I considered him one of the worst disgraces to ever sit on the Court in modern times.  In times past there were far worse but some of them were considered crazy, and they were.  Another good reason to limit their terms of office.

Official portrait of United States Supreme Court Justice Lewis F. Powell Jr.

Lewis F. Powell Jr.  was for reasons I can't understand was considered a conservative justice, and at that time, he probably was, when you consider just how far left the rest were.  But he was by no means conservative in his positions and opinions.  Judge Bork, a true conservative, originalist, and nationally recognized as a real legal giant was nominated to replace him, but Joe Biden and Ten Kennedy attacked him viciously, and with the support of a corrupt media, that ended his nomination.  That's now called Borking, which we saw with Clearance Thomas, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.

That brings us to the two justices who opposed Roe v Wade.

Justice White Official.jpg

Byron White was another ping pong ball jurist, but he was clearly against Roe v Wade:

"Along with Justice William Rehnquist, White dissented in Roe v. Wade (the dissenting decision was in the companion case, Doe v. Bolton), castigating the majority for holding that the U.S. Constitution "values the convenience, whim or caprice of the putative mother more than the life or potential life of the fetus."

William Rehnquist was considered very conservative, and mostly he was, but I considered his reasoning on many subjects strange.  I also thought he was a bit odd, as I saw him interviewed a number of times.  He did however recognize these

Conclusion: As you read the history of these justice's positions it seems clear, at least to me, none of them had the clarity of vision that Clearance Thomas possesses.  None of them were truly conservative, nor did they truly believe the Constitution is what it says and nothing more. None of them truly believed it wasn't the Court's job to legislate from the bench, and in my opinion, all of whom were seriously flawed.   All of them represent justification for ending life time appointments for the federal judiciary.

Exclusive — Matt Schlapp on SCOTUS: Trump Didn’t ‘Throw One to the Other Team,’ Unlike Bush Sr. and Jr.

Robert Kraychik

Donald Trump nominated exclusively conservative justices to the Supreme Court, unlike previous Republican presidents such as George Bush Sr. and George Bush Jr, Matt Schlapp, chairman of the American Conservative Union, said on Thursday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow.

“Ronald Reagan was 50-50 on his picks,” Schlapp said while examining the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent overturning of Roe v. Wade. “George H.W. Bush was 50-50 on his picks. George W. [Bush] was 50-50 on his picks.”  He added, “You wonder if it’s almost done purposely. Why do you always throw one to the other team? And they all did, and Donald Trump didn’t.”

The U.S. is being deliberately dismantled by the Biden administration and Democrat Party, Schlapp held..................To Read More....

AOC Wants to Abolish the Supreme Court ‘for the Sake of the Planet’

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) stated the Supreme Court should undergo “reforms” or be abolished “for the sake of the planet.” Moments after President Joe Biden announced in Europe that he supports a carveout to codify Roe v. Wade, a tactic that Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) has opposed, Ocasio-Cortez stated a “filibuster carveout is not enough.”  “We need to reform or do away with the whole thing, for the sake of the planet,” she claimed, retweeting a Thursday ruling by the Supreme Court that reduces the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) scope of authority to regulate emissions.........To Read More....

My Take - I love AOC.  She's the gift that keeps on giving.  To paraphrase My Fair Lady's Professor Henry Higgins : She's so deliciously low. So horribly stupid.

SCOTUS, Federalism and America's Brownshirts

Anonymous Guest

All these recent Supreme Court decisions have a common underlying theme independent of the individual issues: drawing a line in the sand about, or even reversing, the infinitely metastatic Progressive strategy of conjuring “rights” out of thin air, and expanding Federal government powers in blatant defiance of the Constitution. Dobbs was the perfect centerpiece to the Court’s strategy because public sentiment is both polarized and passionate.

Abortion is perhaps the one issue about which the Court could rely on massive and vocal public assistance from supporters of its decision. The other cases (EPA, NYC gun laws, coach’s prayer, etc.) are merely sidebars.   During their previous control of the Court, Progressives successfully removed public debate and process from the legislative arena, thereby accelerating implementation of their agenda while minimizing exposure of individual legislators to controversial positions. In doing so, incumbent politicians gained immense advantages by remaining all things to all people. As incumbents of both parties benefit, neither challenged this paradigm when in power.

However, the perhaps unintended consequence of the Progressive strategy has been to marginalize the legislative branch of government. Unless having overwhelming national importance (for example, Obamacare), individual issues are rarely addressed, debated, or decided. Instead, the nation endures the feeble spectacle of “omnibus” bills that no one writes or reads or remotely understands, but are merely approved under the institutionally-generated “threat” of government shutdowns.

Indirectly, the Court is attempting to restore power and authority to the legislative process, both of which come with the awful price of responsibility. After working so hard for so long to shed that responsibility, is there any wonder that the Democrats are so angry and the Republicans so relatively silent?

What's frightening are how these "Progressives" protest.
  •  It is truly frightening to many Americans to see that fences have to be put up around the Supreme Court out of fear there will be violence when decisions go against Democrats.
  •  Americans are frightened when they see protests outside of Supreme Court homes.
  • Americans are frightened when Democrat leadership supports the violence and protests at someone's home
They know that if the leftists can do this to a Supreme Court justice, they can do it to anyone - and that is their goal.

The Courts affirmation of the right to self defense is so important. Even California observes the "castle doctrine".  No one can enter your home and threaten your life as long as you have the means, the expertise, and the will to defend yourself and your family. The implementation of that right is frightening to many people. But there comes a time when such precautions become necessary.

Editor's Note:  Finally, let's try and get this once, just once, please.  Fascism isn't a right wing concept, it's a leftist movement.  It's merely the right wing of the socialist movement while communism is the left wing, but they're two sides of the same coin.  So socialist called themselves progressives in America starting in the late 1800's in order to disguise the fact they were socialists.  And the reason why is because socialism is fundamentally atheistic and that wasn't going to float in America in those days.

In short, they've played a masquerade on America.  They lied then, they lie now, they will lie tomorrow.   And violence has been their mode of operation from their very beginning, as were the Brown Shirts of Nazi Germany.  Nothing has changed for them!  We've abandoned our traditional Judaic/Christian values and ethics making America intellectually, emotionally and philosophically weak and vulnerable to their corruption.   We really do need to get that. HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra Laughs While Suggesting American Taxpayers Could Foot the Bill for Transporting Women to Pro-Abortion States

Biden Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra laughed Monday as he suggested his agency is considering using taxpayer funds to transport women to pro-abortion states so they can end the lives of their unborn babies.

During an interview with NBC News following the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and return the issue of abortion to the states, Kate Snow asked Becerra, “What are you doing concretely in response to the Court’s decision, to try to help women?”................To Read More....

Harris: Administration ‘Looking at’ Travel Vouchers for Women to Receive Abortions

Pam Key 27 Jun 2022

Vice President Kamala Harris said Monday on CNN’s “The Lead” that in response to the Supreme Court’s decision overturning Roe v. Wade, the Biden administration was “looking at” giving vouchers for travel expenses to women who leave their state to receive an abortion.

Anchor Dana Bash said, “What about the idea of financial resources? Some form of voucher for travel, child care services, other forms of support for people, for women seeking abortions in states where it’s not legal, but they just don’t have the means to go elsewhere.”

Harris said, “So this is something that we are looking at because we know, for example, in terms of how this is going to actually impact real people, over half of women who receive abortions in America are moms. That means that if they’re going to have to travel, they have to find daycare and pay for it. It means that they will if they are working, which most are, they’re going to have to have time from work, and if they don’t have paid leave, they are going to have to figure out how to afford it. It means they may have to put up money for a train or a bus or a plane, much less a hotel, and so we want to make sure that there does not result in extreme disparities or any disparities based on who can receive care based on how much money they’ve got.”.............To Read More.....

My Take - The Hyde Amendment prevents the federal government from using federal funds on abortion, and this would be part of that, however, Kamala is all over the media over this, and I'm wondering if this was sanctioned by the White House, or is this is an effort on her part to show she's capable of being President of the United States and laying groundwork for invoking the 25th Amendment on Biden after the 2022 elections and the Congress changes dramatically.  There's no love lost between them, and their staffs, so....could be!

How Is Saving Lives Of Black Children Bad For Black Women?

My Mychal Massie June 27, 2022 @ Daily Rant

I understand that politicians in general, and Godless neo-Leninist liberals specifically are dishonest, conscienceless and will say and do anything to get elected and stay elected.  They would sell their souls to remain in office and the overwhelming majority has done just that.  As a whole, politicians are the worse America has to offer, exceeded only the media and the whorish so-called entertainment industry.

But, it is the depth and totality of evil that both consumes and motivates these creations that I find so utterly abhorrent.  It is also the depth and totality of moral bankruptcy that defines them, but more on that perhaps later.

As expected, this has risen to new levels since the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade.

As expected the American demographic that has been immediately paraded to the front of the line, as a primary causal factor showcasing the heinous injustice of saving the lives of children, is the very American demographic that has suffered the most severe disparate impact from abortion of any people save the industrialized extermination of Jews under Hitler, for being Jews.

Americans who are controlled, marginalized and who exhibit behavioral characteristics of feral animals; that portion of the population that foolishly revels in being recognized as a Crayola crayon color, which in reality is the ultimate form of marginalization, have been money in the bank for the abortion industry.  But, the very politicians who supposedly care about the well being of these people who have been conditioned to believe they can do nothing of merit without help, are the people contributing the most to the disaffection of the crayon-color women as a whole.

It is no secret that so-called black women have led the world percentage-wise in the industrialization of the systematic extermination of their future generations.  What makes it worst is the neverending compendium of complaint that the so-called “white man” and  especially law-enforcement are out to get them.

We’ve all heard LeBron James endlessly pontificate per how black folks can’t walk out of the house without a white man, and specifically a white cop, waiting to kill them. “LowBrain” James is incorrect; his inordinate fear of law enforcement is misplaced.  It’s the so-called “white man” in the form of Planned Parenthood and the crayon color identified politicians who are out to kill him and his kind; not the man with a badge.

The life expectancy of so-called black youth in Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Camden and South Central, Los Angeles is disproportionately low compared to the life expectancy of young people living in Montana, Utah or Doctor Philips, Florida.  But, the domicile with the lowest life-expectancy for so-called black children is in their mother’s womb and that cannot be blamed on ‘white’ law enforcement or ‘white’ conservatives or President Trump.

Of the 29 states reporting abortion numbers by skin, 95 percent of abortions were so-called black women having their children murdered.  Nearly 40 percent of all abortions are performed on so-called black women.

Take Stacy Abrams. Abrams is representative of the cloven-hooved politician who trades upon betraying the people for whom she feigns concern.  So-called ‘black’ people comprise approximately 32 percent of the Georgia’s population, but the women of said demographic account for over 62 percent of the children murdered by abortion.  While the so-called ‘white’ man comprises approximately 61 percent of the Georgia’s population, they account for less than 25 percent of the children murdered by abortion.

So-called crayon color women are more than 5 times as likely as so-called ‘white’ women to have an abortion. The great lie that shriveled up old prunes like Oprah and those with simian-like qualities such as the Obama woman and Nikole Hannah-Jones continue to spew is anti-law enforcement.  All of the law enforcement in the world does not hold a candle when it comes to killing ‘black’ children that Planned Parenthood does.  It’s worth noting that approximately 80 percent of all Planned Parenthood centers of extermination are within walking distance of black crayon-color neighborhoods.

This takes me back to my opening paragraphs.  How does it go unaddressed that the very people who claim to be against those they blame as responsible for targeting their people for death, support the single greatest killer of so-called black people in the history of America, if not the world?

How can people not see the contradiction?  Consider how demonically driven a people must be, to on the one hand, blame ‘white’ people for targeting so-called black children who are allegedly killed for free – but fighting to keep the most prolific industrial extermination industry of all time.  An industry, I mind you where the very people who complain about ‘whites’ out to kill them, not only go to have their children murdered, but they pay the so-called ‘white man’ to murder the child they are carrying.

And these are the people who have the audacity to claim that saving the lives of tens and tens of millions of so-called black children will be harmful to crayon-color black women.  Explain that to me in a way that makes sense.

Guns N' Roeses

Michael Walsh 27 Jun, 2022

It has long been a dictum of mine that, as far as the progressive Left is concerned, "they never stop, they never sleep, they never quit." After their twin defeats at the Supreme Court last week, regarding two of their most sensitive issues (both of which derive from their devotion to cultural suicide, which is their principal objective), don't expect them to give up easily. They subscribe to their version of Islamism or the Brezhnev Doctrine: once they've conquered moral or physical territory, it can never go back to the way it was. They see themselves as the heroes of their own movies, good red-diaper babies constantly battling the forces of revanchism and irrendentism, which are you. The idea that they're the bad guy never occurs to them:

These are, after all, the same people who refused to accept George W. Bush's narrow presidential victory in 2000 ("selected, not elected"); refused to accept Bush's win over John Kerry in 2004; rained hellfire and brimstone down on poor Sarah Palin, whose only crime was a surfeit of motherhood, and snarlingly turned on her running mate and their erstwhile favorite maverick, John McCain in 2008; and went bonkers over the surprise victory of Donald Trump in 2016, thus triggering the entire "Russian collusion" hoax that started with Hillary Clinton and eventually came to embrace the FBI, the intelligence community, the media, and the judicial system............To Read More...

Colorado Christian center burned in mostly peaceful fashion

Jazz Shaw Jun 26, 2022

In predictable fashion, the night after the Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v Jackson Women’s Health was announced, the violence kicked off almost immediately. And in an equally predictable fashion, the majority of the mainstream media mostly ignored it. One of the more notable attacks (among many) took place at the Life Choices Christian crisis center for pregnant women in Longmont, Colorado. When police and firefighters arrived at the center after three o’clock in the morning, the building was already ablaze. The graffiti we’ve come to expect in these attacks was on display, proclaiming the usual messages pushed by Jane Sent Us. But in addition to that, the attackers decided to include the anarchy symbol (a capital letter “A” in a circle) on the walls and the sidewalk. Thankfully, no injuries were reported. SCOTUS v. Insanity

The left has a peculiarly warped view of motherhood - It’s apparent that, significant evidence to the contrary, they believe motherhood is a valueless role that permanently handicaps women.

By Rich Kozlovich

This weekend I received a fund raising e-mail from David Horowitz saying in part:

Rejoice. Even when the odds seem stacked to heaven against us, we can still prevail. Even with the Left in control of the White House and Congress, and holding the tie-breaking vote in the Senate, we scored one of the most important victories in my lifetime. Roe v. Wade was one of the most horrific decisions in the history of the Supreme Court, and even Ruth Bader Ginsburg acknowledged its faulty legal standing.  Today, an enormous wrong has been righted but as we know, for every action there will be an equal and opposite reaction.

He goes on to warn:

The Left will become more depraved, more violent and more criminal than they ever have been, because they're at war with truth, they're at war with God and they're at war with Christian America.

It's clear he's correct, and showing just how correct his evaluation is I've posted linked articles below showing those defying this decision in some way, or attempting to support continued abortion, including commercial enterprises.

This case is "separating the sheep from the goats".

We already know about entertainment and sports figures, so that's not big news, and as my 93 year old mother used to say, "that falls under the category of who gives a shit".   Their vile comments, vile behavior, vile language, hypocrisy and treason is now being openly exposed for all to see.  This is who the left is, it's who the left has always been.  There are no boundaries to the left.  Their moral foundation is based on hate, greed, envy, violence and unending anger.  That is who they are, that is who they've always been, and hopeful this will come back to haunt them.

The Democrats have refreshed public memory regarding their violence, intolerance, and extremism. Their true colors are once again on display on a much wider canvas.........the GOP  must not interrupt the Democrats who are rapidly imploding before everybody's eyes.

But it's the political element and government officials that are going to create the real issues.  No longer are they going to support the "rule of law", which they never really did, they just mouthed the words, attempting to silence critics when these courts created "wrongs" they called "rights".  Rights that never appeared in the Constitution using twisted reasoning and creating "penumbras".  Penumbras are unstated "rights" that "have been identified through a process of "reasoning-by-interpolation", where specific principles are recognized from "general idea" that are explicitly expressed in other constitutional provisions......." An open ended concept that allowed for unending abuse! And the abuses have been legion.
On July 1, 2020 Terry Jeffrey posted this piece, Clarence Thomas Versus John Roberts and Good Versus Evil, saying:
Chief Justice John Roberts essentially argued in the opinion he filed in an abortion case this week that his opinion was both right and wrong. Justice Clarence Thomas, meanwhile, offered perfect clarity in his dissenting opinion in the same case, June Medical Services v. Russo. He argued that Roberts and the four liberals with whom Roberts concurred were unreservedly wrong.
The author goes on to show the lack of consistency in Robert's thinking, and understanding of the law, and ends with this statement from Justice Clarence Thomas:
Justice Thomas rebutted Roberts with the truth. "The plurality and The Chief Justice ... conclude that Louisiana's law is unconstitutional under our precedents," Thomas wrote. "But those decisions created the right to abortion out of whole cloth, without a shred of support from the Constitution's text," said Thomas. "Our abortion precedents are grievously wrong and should be overruled," said Thomas.
Jeffery goes on to state:
Precisely. Neither God nor the Constitution created a "right" to kill an unborn child. A group of unjust justices did. John Roberts is now standing on their shoulders and blaming it on stare decisis. Chief Justice John Roberts essentially argued in the opinion he filed in an abortion case this week that his opinion was both right and wrong.
Finally, two years later Roberts found some intellectual clarity, but with reservations, demonstrating he's just as unfit to be a jurist on the Supreme court as are Breyer, Sotomayor, Kagan and even that less qualified judicial hack soon to take Breyer's seat, Ketanji Brown Jackson.  There is one upside to her appointment.  She's nowhere near as smart as Breyer.

This decision takes this out of federal hands,  however, just because the "right" to murder the unborn is no longer Constitutional, it doesn't prevent states from murdering their unborn, so why are people in California rioting?  Because the left knows if they have to battle this in every state they're going to lose most states and the rest eventually will turn against abortion, and they'll lose.  And who's funding all these "spontaneous" reactions and riots?   Where do these people come from?  What do they do for a living? For those who keep saying there's no such thing as a conspiracy, please read a history book...maybe even two.

The impact on the nation?  I remember the 1968 Chicago riots at the Democrat National Convention, and it shocked the nation, started the conversion of the Democrat party into the open party of treason,  and elected Richard Nixon.  This will have the same effect, because now, everyone will know where everyone stands, just the way I like it.

“Walk toward the fire. Don’t worry about what they call you. All those things are said against you because they want to stop you in your tracks. Let it be fought with never ending vigor.

The following list demonstrates just how evil, insidious and ubiquitous is the leftist corruption that convinced people to support murdering the innocent.

Alana MastrangeloCollege and university professors had a public meltdown on Twitter in reaction to the U.S. Supreme Court overruling Roe v. Wade on Friday. One Stanford professor declared that women not having the ability to kill their unborn children is “barbaric.” “The Supreme Court decision to strike down Roe v. Wade rushes the nation toward an abyss where we have no civil or human rights,” proclaimed Critical Race Theory proponent and Boston University professor Ibram X. Kendi in a Twitter tirade......
