There is nothing funnier than watching leftist Punchinellos beclown themselves over the latest “We’ve got Trump NOW!” hijinks. Remember when the FBI raided Trump’s home supposedly looking for “nuclear secrets” a few months back? Guess how that turned out?

Federal agents and prosecutors have come to believe former president Donald Trump’s motive for allegedly taking and keeping classified documents was largely his ego and a desire to hold on to the materials as trophies or mementos, according to people familiar with the matter.

What is to be Done?

The consequences of the big steal are terrifying. But the interests behind it are vast.

My Take - Since when can a sitting President waive the executive privilege of a past President? That's like someone waiving your right to council in a criminal situation, or the right of habeas corpus, ...oh wait.... they did that with the January 6 protestors.

Hmmmm, now we see Trudeau in Canada created a "militarized climate force" which will have the authority and power, to ignore Canadians legal rights in order to "compel" compliance.  The IRS is authorized to hire 87,000 new agents that must be willing to be armed and willing to kill.  The FBI is completely out of control, and The White House Is creating a Texas-Border Patrol standoff.

Does anyone besides me see a pattern here?  Does anyone see an international conspiracy to destroy people's rights in order to impose a world wide socialist dictatorial form of governance?

Nah, we all know there's no such thing as a conspiracy, unless it's a vast right wing conspiracy, and we know that because Hillary said so.   

Something's Missing in the Mar-a-Lago Coverage

I am someone who has held a TS/SCI (Top Secret — Special Comparted Information) security clearance. Moreover, I have had a facility clearance for my home so that I could handle classified information there. Having had that experience, I get more than a little annoyed at the speculative misinformation that all parties in the Mar-a-Lago affair are spreading around. Granted, my security experience was before my retirement a decade ago, but I doubt much has changed since then. 

I make three points. The first is that the Justice Department is blowing smoke. They are either completely incompetent or deliberately abusing their authority by lying to the court. The second point is that the investigative media (including Fox News) have not done their homework and have not found out how the security system actually works. The third point illustrates the first. In no legal sense is Donald Trump guilty of anything. This is because, as a former president, he has both a TS/SCI personal clearance and the same level of facility clearances for his various locations.

To complete the circle, the first two points follow from the third: the Justice Department has charged Donald Trump with violating security regulations by having inappropriate classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. Well, as president, Trump's home, and probably everywhere he may reside or work, automatically has a TS/SCI facility clearance. And so his home is appropriate for the safekeeping of classified documents.

I note that Mar-a-Lago is under 24/7 protection by the Secret Service. This automatically meets the requirements for the safety of a very high-level facility clearance. Moreover, an extra degree of protection was installed, at the government's request, when a lock was put on the door where the documents were stored. There's a major asterisk next to this one because William Arkin had formerly claimed at Newsweek that his sources told him AG Garland hadn't approved the Mar-a-Lago raid.  And plenty of people got burned by that.  this story claims that the FBI raid targeted specific documents.

Tucker’s back from vacation and breathing fire about the Mar-a-Lago raid

With ironically bad timing, Tucker Carlson was on vacation last week, a week that was filled with stories and analyses about the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago. Will Cain, Brian Kilmeade, and Tulsi Gabbard did a very good job substituting for him but...well, they weren’t Tucker. What that meant was that Monday night was Tucker’s first chance to comment on the raid and he didn’t disappoint. Instead, he bravely called out the unconstitutional, un-American despotism that the Biden administration has shown since the moment Biden took that oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution.

The monologue began with Tucker noting that the Democrat party mouthpieces in the media kept offering new theories about the basis for the search as the old ones collapsed before actual logic. Tucker carefully explained how ridiculous each excuse was. I would have liked Tucker to have mentioned Trump’s plenary power to declassify documents, but it turned out that Tucker was saving his air time for something more important.

What Tucker did was something brave, important, and necessary: He called out the Biden administration’s open, illegal, and unconstitutional war against, not only Trump but anyone connected with Trump. Giving extra power to that narrative, Tucker brought the receipts, reciting chapter and verse about the way in which Trump’s lawyers, colleagues, and employees have been harassed, humiliated, and persecuted through the Department of “Justice.”......To Read More, and See the Video....highly recommended!!!!!!

My Take - I don't watch Fox News any longer, and haven't done so for some time, and for me that was the last holdout as a viewing news source, so I only see Tucker Carlson, Hannity, Jeanine Pirro and Laura Ingraham, who I met and found impressive, if their show is linked in some article.  I dumped the rest of them much earlier.  

In years past I wasn't big on Tucker Carlson, but he's become quite impressive the last few years, even though occasionally I don't agree with is views,    I am a big fan of Andrea Widburg, but I'm not a big fan of video news, which is why I so rarely run them, and I'm guessing she's not either based on the number of her articles I've read.  However, sometimes they're better than written pieces.  This is one of those times.  

Raid on Mar-A-Lago, Part V

"Let’s start with the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. 

Although volumes have been written interpreting this short passage, the original language is reasonably clear and useful for reviewing what we know about the FBI’s intrusion into Trump’s private home."

 

Admittedly, I'm not an attorney and can't really define what's a legal or illegal search except for what we've all come to understand and believe, and that was search warrants could only be signed by a judge, or in this case a magistrate, where the search outlined why, what and where.  Search warrants weren't supposed to be issued as fishing expeditions, they certainly didn't allow for indiscriminate seizure of documents or items not listed on the warrant.  And that didn't include panty raids.

 

At least that's what I thought, but maybe I'm wrong, so let's explore this from a series of articles from people better qualified than I. And while this may be legal, which I doubt, as the saying goes:  Something stinks in Denmark.

 

First question: If this was such a huge issue regarding national security, why did the DOJ, FBI wait so many days to conduct their raid after it was approved?

Why the authorities waited several days to execute service of the warrant if the matter rose to such a serious national security issue is unclear. If what federal agents intended to obtain from the raid was such a risk to national security, the fact they decided to linger and wait for several days before executing is likely to become a major point of contention as this debate plays out in front of the public.

 

Second question, How did the Justice Department justify a search of the whole house? And why?

 

 The Constitution requires the warrant “particularly” describe the place to be searched and the things to be seized. It describes the areas to be searched “include the ‘45 Office,’ all storage rooms, and all other rooms or areas within the premises used or available to be used by FPOTUS (the former president of the United States) and his staff and in which boxes or documents could be stored.”

In other words, everything. Every drawer, every bookshelf, between mattresses, inside underwear drawers, and so on. Was the objective to retrieve official records or to intimidate and humiliate the former president by desecrating every private corner of his personal home? 

Third question: Did the FBI really exhaust all of the less-intrusive alternatives?

Trump willingly cooperated with investigators to ensure mutual agreement on a process for securing the records during negotiations over the materials that should be returned to the National Archives.......Nothing in the search warrant or property receipt indicates that the FBI found the records in any location other than the dedicated basement room to which the FBI had already been given access. Did the warrant affidavit claim the records were in imminent danger of being destroyed or shared with foreign adversaries? We don’t know because the FBI is predictably keeping its justifications secret.

Fourth question:  What did the FBI take and where did it find it?

Although the FBI had exclusive access to Mar-a-Lago from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., it apparently scooped up documents indiscriminately without bothering to ascertain whether the records were the target of the search. The receipt of property contains 39 separate entries. With 30 agents working for over 9 hours, there should have been more than enough time and manpower to describe in particular detail what it needed to seize, and to leave behind materials not relevant to the search. What we hoped to see is a detailed description of documents gathered demonstrating that the FBI had reasonably calculated those to be the records sought.

This is disturbing since they can claim they found evidence of wrongdoing that really wasn't there, since it appears whatever was taken wasn't documented before they left the house.  In short, there could be planted evidence after the fact.

Fifth question: Why would the Justice Department seek  all records from the Trump presidency in Mar-a-Lago Raid?

 The warrant confirms recent reports that federal authorities were searching Trump’s residence for boxes of White House documents Trump may have brought with him from the White House. The warrant also authorized the FBI agents to seize “information, including communications in any form, regarding the retrieval, storage, or transmission of national defense information or classified material.” However, it also appears the search warrant contained a catch-all provision that allowed federal authorities to seize any documents found from the Trump White House. The search warrant authorized FBI agents to seize “any government and/or Presidential Records created between January 20, 2017, and January 20, 2021.”

 “The demeanor of the three Justice Department lawyers who accompanied the FBI was described by one eyewitness as ‘arrogant,’ and they repeatedly told Trump representatives: ‘We have full access to everything. We can go everywhere.’”

That's a question and an attitude that I think will come back to haunt them.  

Sixth Question:  What is their argument for "ransacking" the home of a former President of the United States?

The fallout from the Department of Justice’s raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home continues as the search warrant was unsealed. ..... The document was an avalanche of nonsense about obstruction of justice, a retread allegation from former attempts to indict Trump, and violations of the Espionage Act... FBI agents were reportedly rummaging for related to classified nuclear secrets. The Justice Department’s crusade against this former president has overreach layered upon overreach, and this raid topped it off. 

The National Archives received 15 or so boxes in January containing items like cocktail napkins and dinner menus, which might have been the impetus for this more extensive operation on Monday. Yes, a cocktail napkin might have played a part in this fiasco. .........Mike Davis, a former law clerk for Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch, took an ax to the crux of the legal arguments justifying the raid. And this isn’t some new interpretation; the Supreme Court affirmed it in 1987.

Seventh Question:  And while this isn't about the raid, it's a pattern of concern related to the raid.   Why did they Rep. Scott Perry: FBI seize Rep. Scott Perry's phone? 

Perry described the seizing of his phone by the FBI as “an incredible violation” of his constitutional rights and privacy. “I have an official phone and I have my personal phone,” he stated. “Just to be clear, they seized my personal phone, which unfortunately, and so oftentimes unwittingly, you kind of go back and forth. I talk to my wife and my family almost exclusively on my personal phone. There are texts, emails, photographs of my children playing and growing up, pictures of our pets, and the dog, and all those kind of things on there, but there are also conversations, emails, etcetera, with other legislators and other constituents, and I think that’s a point that needs to be made.”

Eighth Question:  Why did they sieze Trump's passports?

The law enforcement agency will have to return the travel documents to Trump, one of the lawyers said. Their comments come after the former Republican president took to social media Aug. 15 to complain that the FBI “stole” his passports during the recent raid. “Wow! In the raid by the FBI of Mar-a-Lago, they stole my three Passports (one expired), along with everything else,” Trump wrote on his @realDonaldTrump page at Truth Social in a post that was time-stamped 1:22 p.m. “This is an assault on a political opponent at a level never seen before in our Country. Third World!” he added.

The Justice Department then claimed that didn't happen, but again, that backfired on the DOJ, and those passports they didn't steal, they're now returned them.  How can you trust anything they say and do, or the spin the media puts on their actions?  It is incompetence, corruption or a combination of both?

 Ninth Question:  How could the DOJ and the FBI become so diminished in the public's confidence?    

Let’s put Garland’s decision to approve the raid on Mar-a-Lago in the context of the past seven years. The Justice Department and FBI in 2016 interfered in a presidential election in two major ways: They exonerated Hillary Clinton’s clearly illegal use of a private server and her destruction of subpoenaed data. The FBI hired Clinton operative Christopher Steele as an informant and gave its “Crossfire Hurricane” imprimatur to the entire Russian collusion hoax, feeding a 2016 left-wing mantra that Trump was a Russian “asset.”

In this piece Victor Davis Hanson outlines the history of the lies, misdirection, election interference, and double standards of the DOJ and the FBI, and the nation noticed it was happening.  How did the Justice Department's credibility drop in eyes of the nation:  They "did it the old fashioned way, they earned it."

Tenth Question:  If the warrant has been released, why is the "Department of Justice opposing the release of the underlying affidavit justifying its unprecedented raid of Mar-a-Lago, just days after it agreed to unseal the warrant approving the FBI search of former President Donald Trump's Florida resort." 

The DOJ claims:

 “Disclosure at this juncture of the affidavit supporting probable cause would, by contrast, cause significant and irreparable damage to this ongoing criminal investigation,” the DOJ argued, saying the affidavit contains “highly sensitive” information about witnesses, specific investigative techniques, and information “required by law” to be kept under seal.

 Reality is:

“Number one, it was all declassified. Number two, they didn’t need to ‘seize’ anything,” Trump said on Truth Social, his social media website, last week when condemning the search. “They could have had it anytime they wanted without playing politics and breaking into Mar-a-Lago. It was in secured storage, with an additional lock put on as per their request.”  The property to be seized included documents constituting “evidence” of violations of the listed criminal statutes, including “any physical documents with classification markings” along with any boxes containing that information and any other containers stored with those records. The FBI also looked for “any government and/or Presidential Records” from Trump's presidency.

More will come on this since "a host of congressional Republicans have condemned the raid and called on Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and the National Archives to provide answers. Senior members of the Republican Party have also said they believe a double standard was on display with the DOJ’s handling of its investigation into Hunter Biden when compared to the Trump raid. "

While Matt Vesta claims the "Latest Update on FBI's Trump Raid Is Beyond Laughable", we have it on the best of authority for integrity in government, Peter Strzok, who while being interviewed by Joe Scarborough, a paragon of journalistic integrity, who says “the American public should trust what the FBI is doing” in seizing documents from Trump’s home, in spite of the evidence of corruption such as:

Gretchen Whitmer, the fabrication of evidence to secure spy warrants on Trump campaign officials, and the actual spy operation, Crossfire Hurricane, on the Trump campaign itself has degraded the DOJ's credibility with conservatives for years. .........The Russian collusion hoax was a slaughter, a total mess for the DOJ and the integrity of the FBI. Stripping a former president's home might ruin them for good, especially with their blocking of the affidavit. I'm guessing the evidence itemized in that document does not justify the show of force last week.

This is foundational:  The patterns of life repeat over and over again, and history is everything.  

How quickly, and easily, people can be cowed into submission when foundational values are abandoned.  How easily it has been for the evil of the world to make it happen.  The elite of both parties hold values that are antithetical to the traditional values of America.   The Republican elite not only abandoned Donald Trump, they actively work against him, and tomorrow they'll just as easily abandon the Constitution.  

Have no doubt America is facing a dark, dismal and frightening crisis, and I fear where this all may be taking not just this nation, but the world.  When people believe in nothing, they can be made to do anything. 

Athena Thorne  claims they're going to arrest Donald Trump saying:

The thought is scary, but no more scary than talk they've planning his assassination, and I think it's even possible they're holding both plans open, and not as an "either or" situation, but these misfits may try both.  With what they're doing can they not see what they're putting in motion?

 

One of my favorite movies is a "Man for All Seasons" with Paul Scofield as Sir Thomas More, who believed in the importance of adhering to law for the protection of everyone, please note:

William Roper: “Yes, I'd cut down every law in England to do that!”
Sir Thomas More: “Oh? And when the last law was down, and the Devil turned 'round on you, where would you hide, Roper, the laws all being flat?  This country is planted thick with laws, from coast to coast, Man's laws, not God's! And if you cut them down, and you're just the man to do it, do you really think you could stand upright in the winds that would blow then?   Yes, I'd give the Devil benefit of law, for my own safety's sake!” 

People are afraid, and with good reason, as this piece Arizona Should Not Facilitate The FBI’s Reckless Political Prosecutions by Alexander Kolodin notes:

Today every Republican finds themselves asking a new question: “If I speak out will the FBI come for me next?” Last week, the LD3 Republican Committee heard a “Resolution to censure the FBI as the Arm of the Leftist Police State in Maricopa County.” The fear in the room was palpable, for nobody knows any longer where the First Amendment ends and “sedition” begins.

And there's reason to be concerned on how out of control these agents have become.  The computer repair guy who turned in Hunter Biden's laptop with all that incriminating information was threatened by a  federal agent. 

The repairman, who had volunteered to hand the laptop over to the feds two months earlier, said the alleged threat came after he made a joke, telling them: “Hey, lads, I’ll remember to change your names when I write the book.” “Agent Wilson kept walking but Agent DeMeo paused and turned to face me,” ........ “It is our experience that nothing ever happens to people that don’t talk about these things.”...........

 Matt Vespa says the FBI's raid on Trump's home is beyond laughable saying:

The Russian collusion hoax was a damaging, politically biased investigation aimed to hamstring the Trump presidency from governing efficiently. It was a total circus that did lasting damage to Trump and the credibility of the media and the Department of Justice. It showed the lengths these supposedly apolitical and professional government workers would go to sabotage a presidency because they didn’t like an election result. The ‘Deep State’ is real—it’s still a threat. As the 2024 election becomes visible on the horizon, these same diabolical agents who do the dirty work for their allies in the Democratic Party have fired warning shots by executing a search warrant on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida. This ransacking of the residence was done to threaten the former president not to run for the White House again. 

Actually, it's not just beyond laughable, it's probably criminal as it turns out:

Feds Who Raided Mar-a-Lago Are Under Investigation by John Durham... for Russiagate Hoax  -. JD Rucker - There seem to be only three possibilities. Either the report is wrong, the FBI is stupid, or the Deep State is so comfortable with their power they don't care what the people think.  With every layer of the FBI corruption that gets peeled back, the whole thing smells worse and worse. The latest report reveals that those who raided Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home should have been recused because of connections to and an investigation regarding past malfeasance.

According to investigative journalist Paul Sperry:

"Sources say the FBI agents and officials who were involved in the raid on former President Trump's home work in the same Counter Intelligence Division of the FBI that investigated Trump in the Russiagate hoax and are actively under criminal investigation by Special Counsel John Durham for potentially abusing their power investigating Trump in the Russian fraud and therefore have a potential conflict of interest and should have been RECUSED from participating in this supposed "espionage" investigation at Mar-a-Lago."

It's a long sentence, so let's break it down. According to Sperry's sources, some or all of those who raided Mar-a-Lago were also involved in the Russiagate scandal. They are currently under investigation by John Durham for possible crimes.

There will be more on the long term consequences of this prosecutorial misconduct and the deep state corruption in Part V tomorrow.  However, when reading this piece,  understanding the legal process behind the raid and where it’s headed, on how this corrupt system can railroad a past President, everyone must realize if this can happen to a past President, what chance does the average citizen have against the tyrannous actions being taken by the federal government's agencies.   Paraphrasing A Man for All Seasons:

"They've, cut a great road through the law to get after the Trump, and if they've cut them down, do they really think they can stand upright in the winds that would blow then?"

But, it appears the Republicans are looking at the polls and reading the tea leaves, all of which generate an epiphany that America doesn't like this, and doesn't like Republican legislators who aren't speaking out. So, now Sen. Chuck Grassley is demanding answers from FBI Director Wray, which should be interesting as Director Wray is taking a page right out of the Hillary playbook on how not to get elected and offend almost everyone, and calling American patriots ‘deplorable’.   Imagine that!

Raid on Mar-A-Lago, Part III

Since I started this series I've had some interesting feed back, mostly positive, but one long time conservative friend, who I've known, admired and respected for almost 30 years, took an opposing view blaming Trump for all this, which brings me to a series of questions that need to be answered.

1. Was this search avoidable?  Yes, "Trump should've adhered to the proper retention policies", but I'm coming back to that.
   
2. Was there classified material in those boxes?  No, the President has the authority to declassify anything he wishes and any material there that was once classified was declassified. 
3. Was it really all that sensitive?  We don't know as of yet, but I doubt it, at least in a detrimental way to the nation, and I will address that also.
   
4. Was the National Archives really all that concerned about this material?  I think that's nothing but a red herring to justify this raid, and that's what it was, a raid, which I will discuss later in this piece.  
   
5. Some are upset the "good folks" at the DOJ & FBI are being maligned improperly.  No, they're not being maligned improperly, and we're going to explore just how good these fine folks are. 
6. After searching his home for nine hours they found what?  Nothing!
   
7. Has the GOP lost it's way?  No, they just found it.
   

Personally, I didn't, and still don't understand, why he kept that material.  Is there more to this than is being exposed? Was he saving documents that had information involving Spygate documents implicating the FBI in wrongdoing?   

As reported earlier today — President Trump declassified a binder on January 19th, 2021 that contains hundreds of pages about the Crossfire Hurricane scandal. It contains damaging information about the corrupt actors involved with our government. Two different DOJ Attorney General’s have defied President Trump’s direct lawful order to publish the binder in the Federal Register. It’s been 19 months as the DOJ defies the order, and every FOIA request to make it public. Can we now raid the homes of acting AG Monty Wilkinson, and Merrick Garland?

If that's true, and I'm betting it is, then if these documents were outlining the corruption of the DOJ and the FBI on this and the SpyGate scandal went to the National Archives does anyone believe they would have survived?   The DOJ and the FBI have staged an amazing magic act over the years that involved disappearing information, and Hillary Clinton was part of that.  

The FBI Raided Trump Because He’s A Threat To The Deep State - The intelligence apparatus is targeting Donald Trump in an attempt to disqualify him from running for president in 2024..........On July 28 in Compact Mag, Michael Anton, a former National Security Council staffer in the Trump administration, said, “The people who really run the United States of America have made it clear that they can’t, and won’t, if they can help it, allow Donald Trump to be president again.”

We need to explore all this, and it's clear, far more transparency is needed because nothing is ever as it seems, ever.  So let's get started!

The good and fine people at the DOJ and the FBI.  

 

Perhaps they're talking about Vanita Gupta, the associate Attorney General, who has some seriously radical views, such as Americans are all racists, along with every American institution.  When she was asked, “Do you believe all Americans are racist?” she replied, under oath, “Yes, I do.” Her view is:

“the rule of law,” and “equal justice for all,” and “equal protection” aren’t the great bulwarks for our liberty, aren’t the signal achievements of our republic and our constitutional form of government, but instead “code words,” code words—that’s what she called them—for some kind of twisted racism. Anyone who thinks that “the rule of law” or “equal justice for all” or “equal protection” are simply “code words” for racism is unfit for any position in our government, but especially a position of leadership in the Department of Justice.............She accused four different jurists currently on the Supreme Court—currently on the Supreme Court—of being liars, extremists, “dangerous,” or “opposed to civil and human rights.”

Or how about Attorney Merritt Garland, whose DOJ is the real threat to the Republic, not the parents at school board meetings.   Garland claimed he didn't know about this raid and now admits he authorized it?  And there's just a bit of history of bad actors at both the FBI and the DOJ involving what could only be considered crimes involving Donald Trump.

And that's the tip of the iceberg about these "good and fine" people at the DOJ and the FBI.  Outside Washington there are good and fine people at both the DOJ and the FBI, but they're not in Washington, they're not in charge, they don't have a say in policy, and that doesn't change the need to condemn both the DOJ and the FBI for their illegal and/or unethical action.  

 

Enough is enough: Time to dismantle the FBI August 11, 2022 The FBI has power because the people who give it money — or are coerced into giving it money — allow it and expect the favor to be returned. More

 John Green on August 11, 2022 writes, The FBI Raids Mar-a-Lago, and I Have Questions, saying:

On August 8, 2022, the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago, President Donald Trump's Florida residence.  Such an act against any president, past or present, has never been done before.  The FBI served their warrant, searched the Trump family home, and even pried his safe open.  They found...nothing.  Not even Ashley Biden's lost diary.

What was Donald Trump's supposed crime that justified such an extreme measure?

• Bribery?  Nope, that's a Biden thing.
• Treason?  Nope.
• Assault (perhaps on a Secret Service agent)?  Nope.
• Espionage?  Nope, that's a Swalwell thing.
• Cutting the tags off pillows?  Nope.

The Clinton administration provides a good point of comparison.  Bill Clinton's former national security adviser, Sandy Berger, smuggled documents out of the National Archives in his pants and then destroyed them.  It is believed that the documents would have embarrassed President Clinton during the 9/11 investigation.  Was Berger's home searched?  Nope.  Did he go to jail?  Nope, he was sentenced to...community service.  Does anybody think Merrick Garland has community service in mind for Donald Trump?.............In other words, there was no rational reason to execute a search warrant on Trump's home.  This also means that the FBI most certainly lied on the affidavit for the warrant — as they have a history of doing.  Kevin Clinesmith has forever tainted the FBI's credibility on such matters...................

Then there's that Joe Biden Senate papers which are still hidden from the public.  1,875 boxes of them including "415 gigabytes of electronic records spanning Biden’s time in the Senate between 1973 through 2009. The documents include “committee reports, drafts of legislation,” and Biden’s personal correspondences with his Senate colleagues."  Biden also said the documents include “a lot of confidential conversations”..........and I'm betting as time goes by we'll find this is a pattern with others who've not been raided. .

• Did the FBI jump the tarantula? This insidious, freedom-crushing engine never works against the Clintons, the Obamas, Comey, Clapper, Wray, Garland, Waters and the rest of the people who purport to believe in “democracy.” But the engine does seek out the meek, those who want peace, individual liberty, and a vibrant and prosperous hands-off free-market. Never one to stop making things worse, the collective Left scrupulously avoids the real troublemakers and targets political enemies like Christians, conservatives, and libertarians — desire for freedom is the greatest sin to the domineering Democrats.

Finally:

You’ve Got to Be Kidding: These Are the Items That Led to the FBI Raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago by Matt Vespa - Gobble the red pill.  Pull your head out of your Pelosi and understand. Our Republic is under attack. The norms are gone. The people you want to give the benefit of the doubt to want to give you and your base the benefit of a gulag. How many times does Trump-appointee Christopher Wray have to mock you and laugh at you as he lies through his teeth to you in your oversight committee sessions before you get it?

These are bad people. There are no good apples – name one FBI agent who quit rather than suit up to SWAT-raid the current president’s political opponent. Stop embracing the comforting lie that everything is fine and that these Deep State dwellers deserve our trust and respect.

They deserve nothing but contempt and disbandment, and take notice you GOP soft-boy saps – if you don’t have the stones to loot, pillage, and level the organizations that have taken the lead in oppressing your base, then we will elect people who do.

I will be following this intermittently and will publish whatever arises out of all of this, either way.  Truth and time are on the same side, but make no mistake about it.  This has been about one goal and one goal only.  Prevent Trump from being elected in 2024 and destroying the corrupt Deep State.

I have to say there is so much information coming out about this that gathering the information isn't the problem.  The number of articles being published right now is amazing!  I don't think I've ever seen anything like this.   So what's the problem?  Organizing it!  This is an issue with a lot of history with back stories and a battle with a lot of fronts, with "armies" massing on all sides. 

 

The backlash from the Republicans is almost amazing.  It appears this issue has a previously unknown and spontaneous genetic capacity of growing backbones.  And it wasn't that painful after all?

First, as I read some of this stuff I couldn't help but shake my head, snort and chuckle, as it's clear they've been working with out of control egos, bad attitudes and ulterior motives, and doing it badly because the nation, and the political element particularly, has wallowed in corruption and decay.  Furthermore, federal government refuses to listen to anyone who objects:

 

 With every tool for silencing public debate at its disposal, the United States government seeks to make itself impervious to the will of America's voters.  No nation can remain united when its corrupt politicians betray their representative duties.  No country can endure when its government views its citizens as enemies.  No constitutional republic can survive when its bloated bureaucratic system undermines its own constitutional limits.  Peace will not hold.

 

There were many of us who firmly believed, and stated publicly, this fraudulent pandemic over covid and the mandates the government imposed was nothing more than a a training segue to further tyranny.  Steve McCann states in his article,  The Lockdowns and Mandates Emboldened the Ruling Class and Led to the Raid on Mar-a-Lago, states:

The entire panoply of the Chinese Coronavirus pandemic countermeasures, from lockdowns to vaccine mandates, has been a once in a century fiasco and among the biggest blunders in American history. This chapter is also the catalyst that emboldened an already despotic ruling class and the American left:

• to unabashedly take their fraudulent manipulation of elections out of the shadows and into the daylight,
• to no longer hide their socialist agenda,
• to brazenly weaponize the justice system against their political opponents, and
• to be so audacious as to unjustifiably raid the home of President Trump, their archenemy.

Wow!  Does that imply a conspiracy of massive proportions?  Yes, it does, and rightly so.  I'll tell you what, we'll come back to that.

 

They deliberately waited until Trump was in NY with his civil battle with that corrupt New York Attorney General Letitia James because they were wanting to avoid giving Trump a platform for social outrage, and it backfired, big time, and then the White House says:  Wow!  We didn't know a thing about this!  That made Garland the patsy, so now he's claiming:  Wow!  How did this happen?  I didn't know either!  And FBI director Wray looks like he's going to be the patsy.

 

And the finger pointing starts!

 

But someone is going to squeal, an the truth will come out over who knew what, when and who initiated that order.  Especially in light of the New York challenge I mentioned, which I think was collusion in some way, even if it was circuitous, between the New York Attorney General and the FBI, and possibly the January 6th commission, all looking for information to use against him, and now a court has given Congress permission for a fishing expidition into his tax records, with no stated criminal activity as probable cause, which he's appealing. 

 

There is no longer any rule of law in America, but we're not just witnessing the collapse of the rule of law in America, we're witnessing the collapse of America’s system of government, and all these people need to be purged, prosecuted and put in jail, then and only then can the rule of law be restored.  Too strong?  Well, let's explore that.

 

According to George McClellan The raid on Mar-a-Lago was intolerable, saying:

Well, do you still trust your federal government now? How about the FBI? Forget 06 January; that’s been pushed down to a non-event. What the DoJ/FBI did on Monday at former President Trump’s Florida residence was an unprecedented assault on American values. The power-hungry Democrat party has declared war on America............The raid on Trump’s home has kindled the spark of determination and revenge. If the 2022 elections are seen to be manipulated to favor Democrats, the precursor for a kinetic civil conflict will have been cast. If justice is not served by a Federal Government we can trust, then it returns to the sovereign people, as the Constitution tells us, to see justice done. It’s happened before.

Double Standards 

 

In an article entitled, Dems ’n’ Docs by Lloyd Billingsley he observes:

 

In looking at the capers of the Clintons’ cronies, if Americans believed the rule of law is at stake, it would be hard to blame them........ Consider, for example, former Clinton National Security Advisor Samuel “Sandy” Berger. .........Berger slipped into the National Archives and ripped off classified documents and notes. The former National Security Advisor, a kind of Agent Double-O $2.98, stuffed documents into his pants and wrapped some papers around his socks. Berger stashed the stolen material on a construction site then returned to retrieve it. This was a serious crime, but Berger cut a deal with the Justice Department to stay of jail, pay a $50,000 fine, and avoid a full explanation of what he had ripped off.............

 

The former first lady and secretary of state kept reams of sensitive data on her unsecured home-brew server. When some 30,000 emails sparked interest, she bleached the server clean and smashed up phones and other devices. Clinton’s actions violated several statutes, but the FBI never conducted a surprise raid.  

FBI boss James Comey, a longtime Clinton crony, contended that no reasonable prosecutor would take up the case. Hillary Clinton stayed in the race and lost to upstart Donald Trump, the target of FBI covert operations both as a candidate and as president. With Trump now out of office, the FBI conducts a surprise raid on his residence, the first such operation against a former president of the United States. 

Embattled Americans could be forgiven for believing that the object of the FBI raid is to prevent Trump from running again. Like Ronald Cass in the Berger case, if they believed the rule of law is at stake, it would be hard to blame them.     

In one of the articles I read this comment appeared:

Why do we hear nothing from the Republican leadership about the dozens of Americans that have been locked up unconstitutionally in a D.C. gulag for over a year and a half on trumped up trespassing charges with no due process and no bail. 

I also hear nothing from them about the 200 or so that have already been sentenced for the so called "riot" on Jan. 6 where no weapons were ever found, no fires were set, and the only person killed on the day was an Air Force veteran named Ashley Babbitt, who was shot without warning by a Capitol police officer. 

And they also say nothing about the zero consequences for the Democrat supported real "riots" in the summer of 2020 that did billions and billions of damage across dozens of cities and where at least 19 people were killed. Not to mention the "defund the police" and "no bail" policies that are a result of those BLM riots and are turning our cities into third world killing zones.

Vast Left Wing Conspiracy

 

Forever we kept hearing there's no such thing as a conspiracy, unless of course it was the "vast right wing conspiracy" claimed by Hillary Clinton.  I always laugh when I hear that, because anyone who actually believes that never read a history book. 

 

This clearly was a coordinated attack on all fronts against President Trump. Can anyone doubt:

“Joe Biden authorized this raid, make no mistake about it,” Eric Trump stated in an exclusive interview with One America News. “I understand how the system works better than anybody. I can believe Sleepy Joe might not know, or at least remember, because he can't even put his jacket on without Jill's help, but I'm betting those at the top of his administration knew.  The article goes on:

And if we're to believe the White House and the Department of Justice, no one authorized all this! Imagine that!

What Are Their Goals? 

It's clear this is nothing more than a tyrannical tactic of intimidation in a effort to stop Trump from running in 2024, making sure all their little myrmidons keep playing ball.  But their long range goal is to crush those who believe in traditional American and Judaic/Christian values that created America, all of which they hate.  But this is backfiring on them, big time.  These are weird and arrogant people who self-righteously believe anyone who disagrees with them are vile and they should be allowed to do everything in their power to destroy those who oppose them.

Was this an Illegal search of Mar-a-Lago?

 

The FBI raid at Mar-a-Lago was an abuse of prosecutorial discretion and a violation of the Fourth Amendment. It reveals political bias. Under the Fourth Amendment, a search warrant may only be issued from a court upon the establishment of “probable cause.” Under his Article II powers as Commander-in-Chief, the former president while still in office possessed the inherent power to determine whether any document would be deemed classified or not. In light of that inherent power and his executive privilege, a cause of action alleged against him based on his movement of documents, including those said to be classified, could not pass the “probable cause” test. Accordingly, no attorney for the Department of Justice should have sought, and no federal court should have issued, an ex parte (without advance notice to the opponent and an opportunity to be heard) warrant to search for documents at the Mar-a-Lago residence of the former president

Allegedly the FBI's actions that led to Mar-A-Lago was they had information about where all these "classified" documents were being stored.  So, if they knew where these alleged document were being stored, what were 30 heavily armed agents doing there for nine hours? Planting evidence?  It isn't like they've not done it in the past as Jessie Waters  noted: 

"This isn’t like, 'Oh, well, you know, let’s just see what’s in the warrant.' They have been doing this. This is the third election. This is the third election. We know they doctor evidence. We know they plant evidence. We know they hide evidence. We know they lie. We know they leak. This is not anything new,...

If this was all legal and above board, why did they refuse to show the warrant?  Why keep anyone out who had the right to object to what they were doing and had all the security cameras shut off to prevent anyone from even knowing what they were doing? 

A Search Warrant and Double Standards - The Biden administration and their friends on the January 6th inquisition committee are doing everything in their power, including weaponizing federal law enforcement institutions, to take down Mr. Trump and prevent him from running for president again. They are following the playbook of Joseph Stalin’s head of the Soviet Union’s secret police, who said, “Show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime.”

The key to all this is the search warrant. What did it say?  No one knows, but finally a judge has ordered the DOJ to unseal FBI warrant. We'll see!
