The New York Times tossed a mouldy “bombshell” bone out to the drooling-for-revived-scandals Democrats on Friday. Like ravenous wolves presidential hopefuls Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris, Bernie Sanders, Beto O’Rourke, Cory Booker, and Julian Castro, among others seized upon the bone as if it were their last meal, which unbeknownst to them most likely was.
Their cry to “Impeach Kavanaugh!” was soon overshot by an 11th-hour ‘update’ from the New York Times, including that they missed the significant detail that several friends of the alleged victim in their bombshell story said she did not recall the supposed sexual assault in question at all.
Moreover, get a load of from whence the NYT bombshell story was based:
“The only first-hand statement concerning the supposed attack in the original piece, which was published on Saturday, came from a Clinton-connected lawyer who claimed to have witnessed it.” (Fox News, Sept. 16, 2019)
“The Times’ revision says: “Editors’ Note: An earlier version of this article, which was adapted from a forthcoming book, did not include one element of the book’s account regarding an assertion by a Yale classmate that friends of Brett Kavanaugh pushed his penis into the hand of a female student at a drunken dorm party. The book reports that the female student declined to be interviewed and friends say that she does not recall the incident. That information has been added to the article.”Notice how the superhuman feat of “pushing someone’s privates into the hand of a female student” made it into the story—but the fact that the student “does not recall the incident”—didn’t?!...........To Read More.....
