Levin Rips Weld For Saying Trump Should Get Death Penalty Over Ukraine

Mark Levin blasted GOP presidential candidate Bill Weld for saying President Trump should get the death penalty over the Ukraine controversy.

"This should be an absolute controversy that William Weld just accused the president of treason -- pure and simple -- and then said the only penalty is 'death'," Levin said Monday on "The Mark Levin Show on Westwood One."

“Talk about pressuring a foreign country to interfere with and control a US election, it couldn’t be clearer,” Weld said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.” “And that’s not just undermining democratic institutions, that is treason.
