On August 8, 2019, Jerry Nadler (D-NY), the House Judiciary Committee Chairman, appeared on CNN and confirmed that his committee has officially launched “formal impeachment proceedings” into the alleged misconduct of President Donald Trump.
Now, this is huge news. Or is it?
“This is formal impeachment proceedings,” Nadler said. “We are investigating all the evidence, we’re gathering the evidence and we will at the conclusion of this, hopefully by the end of the year, vote to, vote articles of impeachment to the House floor or we won’t. That’s a decision that we’ll have to make. But that – that’s exactly the process we’re in right now.”
Notice the words “formal impeachment,” “all the evidence,” and “conclusion.”..................Nadler said people shouldn’t be “hung up on the semantics”

Nadler’s phony ‘impeachment inquiry’ talk will run smack into the House Rules Committee
August 10, 2019 By Ed Timperlake
Chairman Jerry Nadler appears to be an intellectually limited man or at least he plays one on TV. His leader in the House, Speaker Pelosi, can run from an “Impeachment Inquiry” but she cannot hide if it begins to become a formal process. Via The Hill:...............
The lasting problem is what the late, brilliant Gerald “Jerry” Solomon (R-NY) Republican Chair of the House Committee on Rules, told me when I was on the Rules Committee Professional Staff. “The Democrats are very lazy and they do no bother to learn the Rules.”...........Just watch and listen to the confusion in this interview of Nadler by CNN’s Erin Burnett, probably intentionally and diabolically inspired in order to bring along the gullible reporters nationwide and create an incessant public drumbeat of “formal impeachment proceedings,” and/or an “impeachment Inquiry.” More
My Take - Don Quixote was crazy, but he was at least sincere and noble in his insane pursuits, but Nadler is a vile blithering idiot, and his district keeps sending him back to Congress making sure the general IQ in Congress never gets to average.
Then again, maybe he is just crazy? Either way, what's that say about his constituents? They clearly confirm Winston Churchill's observation that "The best argument against democracy is a five minute conversation with the average voter."
