The media's position on anyone to the right of Noam Chomsky is "damned if you, damned if you don't."   If Trump hadn't visited Texas, the media would be attacking him for not caring. But visiting Texas means that they have to contort themselves into attacking him for going. Here's a reminder.  The media is nothing more than the communications department of the Democrats and the left. Whatever reporting they do is only a vehicle for shamelessly injecting their narrative into every single story.  CBS, MSNBC and CNN, among others, have been pushing the line of attack that President Trump is visiting Texas too soon. And that his visit will disrupt rescue and recovery efforts.
