It must have been the (unarmed by law) woman’s fault! She must have “looked it in the eye”; or “failed to puff up”; or “turned to run”. What else could it be, unless the wolf had a “deformed brain” (like we used to see in those cheesy 1950’s science fiction movies that were also unbelievable)?

This is why it is such a travesty and criminal act in the USA that federal and state bureaucrats, and all those “greenie”/”environmental”/animal “rights” activists that forced these wolves back upon us will have much to answer for when they approach the “Pearly Gates” despite an amoral government that tells us that wolves like so many other sinful and deadly things are supposedly no longer deadly to others that we force them on. Also to you readers that have been so obsessed about my ignorance about wolves in the past; please note the age of this lady.

Rural America in the Crosshairs – Federal Corruption & State Complicity

 1. A note I just received from a Wisconsin resident regarding a woman that left her N. Wisconsin cabin one evening, telling her companion she believed the neighbors Lab was loose and had seen it and was going to take it back to the neighbor. She never returned. Her companion thought she was still at the neighbors as he retired. This occurred last winter and the truth is only now leaking out.

 Like the U of Minnesota policy not to release the race of crime perpetrators and suspects on the U of M campus, the Wisconsin DNR has endangered many human lives throughout Rural America for months by the following cover-up, trying (like Idaho, Minnesota and other State wildlife agencies have done with the 2 ladies that went missing on an Idaho walking trail and the Minnesota camper attacked in a campground by a wolf with a “deformed” brain) to maintain both the lie of “harmless” wolves and their corrupt and self-serving criminal relationship with the US Fish and Wildlife Service. (See #2 below.)

 You may recall that earlier this year I forwarded some information regarding the death of a woman in Presque Isle (Wisconsin) whose body was found on the ground the morning after she died. One of her arms was missing and the body evidenced bruises and teeth marks inflicted post-mortem. Initial reports by the sheriff and by DNR personnel attributed the post-mortem damage to local dogs. However, an autopsy report released a few days ago identifies that damage as wolf inflicted. I am trying to get more info on the autopsy report and will forward same asap.

 2. Recent correspondence between Mr. Jett Ferebee (a North Carolina landowner and warrior on behalf of all Rural Americans) and the Director of the US Fish and Wildlife Service who, coincidentally, was in charge of the State fish and wildlife Excise Taxes when $45 to 60 Million was stolen in the mid 1990’s to primarily capture Canadian wolves and release them in Yellowstone Park and the entire Upper Rocky Mountain Region. The funds were never replaced because not one State wildlife agency Director had the integrity to demand that Congress replace the money stolen from state coffers by federal activist/thieves.

David Rabon - USFWS Red Wolf Program Coordinator Quote - February 2014:

"Relief for landowners depends on what they expect,” said USFWS Red Wolf Recovery Coordinator, Dave Rabon.” Canids of some kind, whether wolves or coyotes, will always be in the area. With Mr. Ferebee,” he said, “we’ve been very successful removing animals from his property when he’s called us. But it’s temporary. They’re going to come back."

How will the wolves come back if they are returned to CAPTIVITY AS PROMISED?
I expected USFWS to obey the law.

This is what I expected and I am quoting from your very own ESA Rules for this nonessential - experimental "wolf" population:

 

 

"It is anticipated that, because of the size and habitat characteristics of the reintroduction area, animals will remain within the boundaries of the refuge and adjacent military lands. The public will be instructed to immediately report any observation of a red wolf off Federal lands to the refuge manager. The Service will then take appropriate actions to recapture and return the animal to the refuge".

"The Service will make every effort to keep red wolves on the refuge, but if an animal leaves the refuge / bombing range area, the Service intends to capture it and return it to captivity"

"The Service currently plans to limit releases to no more than 12 animals"

"Take of animals by the public will be discouraged by an extensive information and education program and by the assurance that all introduced animals will be radio-collared and, thus easy to locate if they leave the refuge. The public will be encouraged to cooperate with the Service in attempts to maintain the animals on the release site".

 

 

Director Ashe,

I did not expect to capture 5 wolves, 2 "placeholder coyotes" and 11 fertile coyotes/hybrids in 30 days on my farm in January/February 2014, while your Red Wolf Coordinator was doing the above February interview praising himself for being so successful in removing wolves from my farm.

More importantly, I certainly did not expect this:

- 64 wolves, almost half of the total releases, were ILLEGALLY released on private land (remember "The Service will make every effort to keep red wolves on the refuge").

Released on private land? Where was this in the deal? Obviously there are two "Services". One that tells us what we want to hear at public hearings and another one that does whatever they so desire.

How did this happen in a program to be managed on Federal lands only?

Through willful and intentional fraud, misrepresentation and illegal activities by USFWS personnel. USFWS had no authority to release wolves outside of the refuge system on private land, even your own solicitors have confirmed this fact. USFWS had no authority to ignore private landowner removal requests.

The following is a list of illegal releases made on private land by USFWS personnel; the whole time, USFWS was promising through public hearings, ESA special rules and Section 7 Consultations to operate the wolf program on Federal lands ONLY!

You (USFWS) will never be believed again!

Every below illegal release was in direct violation of the public hearings, ESA special rules, and ESA Section 7 Consultations for the red wolf recovery program.

Director Ashe,

The mismanagement and misrepresentation of the red wolf program by your agency is the biggest threat to the red wolf species if indeed there is such a species. The stocking of an Endangered Species on private land is and always was an illegal act.

Had USFWS presented a rule to the public stating it would release wolves throughout the five county area on private land, it never would have passed. There is a big difference between claiming you will release wolves on a refuge site with a military bombing range to buffer it from private land vs releasing wolves throughout five counties on private land.

When are you going to come remove your 64 illegal wolves as requested by the NC Wildlife Resources Commission?

When are you going to come remove the wolves as requested in writing by 514 private landowners in eastern North Carolina?

Remember Director Ashe, if you can't remove these wolves, the Federal rules state you must issue take permits for all these wolves. Do not make the wolves die because you will not do what is right and will not follow through on what USFWS agreed to do. For once, obey the law and remove your wolves now!

Trap them up and send the "humanly constructed" coywolves back to their only true historic range, the Point Defiance Zoo in Tacoma, Washington. Your "selectively bred" zoo coywolves were never native to our State.

The USFWS has now lost absolutely all credibility and should never be trusted again by the private landowners, whom USFWS claims are so very critical to the success of all future ESA "reintroduction" efforts.

Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice...forget it Dan.
