My Gazette: Voter Fraud

I save an inordinate number of articles dealing with every issue facing humanity.  I save them with the intention to use them in my own commentaries as source material.  But, after a while my draft files get really big and while I still want to have that materiel for reference, I have to purge those files.  So, I've decided to start a weekly series of Gazettes.  I will be publishing a "Gazette" dealing with each issue regularly, and I will insert "My Take " along the way.  Draft file purged, material saved. 

Warming: Some of these draft articles go aways back, and while that may be tiresome, it will also lay out a historical pattern.  

Let's start with this piece that appeared today in American Thinker,  2020 Election Fraud and the Courts, by Mark J. Fitzgibbons who says:

While it’s far too late for the judicial worm to turn on illegalities in the 2020 election in a way that would overturn the election of President Biden, maybe there are other consequences to be had for the people who engineered what may be the most consequential criminal collaboration or conspiracy in history.  To quote the daily X post of @lsferguson:

Who gave the order to stop counting votes” in unprecedented lockstep, sending home election monitors, and increasing the opportunities for voter fraud is a prima facie basis to believe there was a criminal conspiracy in the 2020 election. But there is much more to create reasonable or probable cause for real investigations.

At that critical time following the election and preceding the events of January 6, 2021, the Trump campaign and others, including voters and state officials, were filing lawsuits in the respective states where voting illegalities, material irregularities, unconstitutional acts involving ballot distribution, and outright voter fraud occurred........

Exclusive–Heartland Institute’s Chris Talgo: The 2020 Election’s Mass Mail-In Voting Was ‘Invitation for Fraud’ -  John Binder 16 Dec 2023 -  A poll from Rasmussen Reports and the Heartland Institute proves that nationwide mail-in voting in the 2020 election was “an invitation for fraud,” Chris Talgo of the Heartland Institute says. The poll, published this week, revealed that more than 1-in-5 voters in the 2020 election said they filled out mail-in ballots on behalf of someone else — a practice that is illegal under federal election law. In an exclusive interview on SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Daily, Talgo said mailing “tens of millions of ballots based on outdated and inaccurate voter rolls, you’re probably going to have a substantial amount of voter fraud which is what our poll shows.”......

A State-by-State Look at Noncitizen Voting - By Joe Fried December 15, 2023 -  Very recently, the Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports released the shocking results of their survey of 1,085 national likely voters.  Of the ten questions asked, I think the most disturbing responses were related to these:

• “During the 2020 election, did you cast a mail-in ballot in a state where you were no longer a permanent resident?” (17% said, “Yes.”).
• “During the 2020 election, did a friend, family member, or organization, such as a political party, offer to pay or reward you for voting?” (8% said, “Yes.”).
• “Do you know a friend, family member, co-worker, or other acquaintance who has admitted to you that he or she filled out a ballot on behalf of another person?” (11% said, “Yes.”).

Those results are bad enough, but I’d like to expand them to include two groups that probably did not respond to the survey: noncitizens and dead people.  I could be wrong about the noncitizens, but I am certain I am correct with regard to our lately departed friends..............

Pinkerton: When It Comes to Voter Fraud, It’s Who Counts That Counts -  James P. Pinkerton 16 Dec 2023-  Last week, a survey conducted by the Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Research found that one in five voters admit to having committed some sort of vote-by-mail violation in the 2020 presidential election. Because the issues of voting integrity and vote fraud are so important—central, in fact, to our democratic republic—it’s worth dwelling on the findings, always eyeing a possible remedy.   We can begin with a caveat that this is a self-reported poll. And so the confessed violations would not necessarily feature in the Heritage Foundation’s ever-growing database of proven vote fraud.......

Beware the ‘Long Count’ - August 1, 2023 By Jonathan Gault -  The foundation of a free society is, of course, self-government, and the foundation of self-government is when the citizens of that society, via the electoral process, choose who governs them. Therefore, it is essential not only for elections to be fair and competitive but, more importantly, that there is a perception that they are fair. In the United States, this is no longer the case, but the Supreme Court has cleared the path for eradicating the worst fraud and changing the perception.  Both elected officials and unelected bureaucrats often refuse to maintain voter rolls properly while suggesting that non-citizens be permitted to vote. Tech oligarchs pump hundreds of millions of dollars into cities to purposely muddle the election process as they “manage” public opinion via censorship, half-truths, and (their favorite) “misinformation,” meaning any charade they themselves believe.......

 

Ken Paxton Claims 'Secret' Texas Court Threw Out Nearly 1,000 Cases of Voter Fraud -

Sarah Arnold September 22, 2023 - Fresh off of an impeachment vote that found him innocent of corruption charges, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton made a startling revelation regarding the state’s local courts and voter fraud cases.  During an interview with Tucker Carlson, Paxton explained how a local court threw out nearly 1,000 cases of voter fraud that his office was prosecuting.   Paxton said it didn’t make sense for the state’s Court of Criminal Appeals to dismiss over 900 cases of voter fraud and deny him the right to prosecute criminal matters.   “We were fully busy prosecuting voter fraud, and suddenly the Court of Criminal Appeals – all Republicans – said nope, it’s unconstitutional for the attorney general to be in court because these are the executive branch. That was their reasoning,” Paxton said. “They said that was a ‘judicial’ function, so I could no longer be in court.”.......

 

The 2020 Election Plot Thickens - September 19, 2023 By Tom G. K. Swift - There is more than one way to skin a cat, it seems.  I have previously pointed out the craziness of the epistemic standard that is being deployed against Donald Trump in the election-interference cases. The epistemic standard in question is the belief, or more precisely the assumption, universally shared by Trump’s opponents, that it’s unreasonable to believe that the 2020 election was stolen. Here’s an innocuous-seeming but flagrantly question-begging recent example from The Bulwark: “The widespread conspiracy to overthrow the 2020 election, depicted in both the federal Washington, D.C. indictment and the Fulton County, Georgia indictment, was an attack on the foundations of the republic.”......

 

“We Have Videotapes of Someone – Bringing in Thumb Drives, Bringing in Ballots ” – Democrat County Supervisor Accuses Democrats of Rigging Primary After Discovering MASSIVE Election Fraud (VIDEO) - by Jim Hoft Sep. 2, 2023 - Hinds County Supervisor David Archie accused his Democrat opponent of cheating during the recent primary election for County Supervisor. Archie held a press conference Thursday where he announced he now has videotape of County Democrat Party Chairwoman Jacque Amous bringing thumb drives and ballots into the the counting room and inserting them in the ES&S machines. David Archie told reporters he has photos of the cheating.

Michigan Voter Fraud Scandal: TGP Has Evidence – Several County Clerks Reveal They Also Received Suspicious Voter Registration Packages in the Mail - by Jim Hoft Aug. 31, 2023- According to far-left Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, there was no serious voter fraud in the 2020 election. The Gateway Pundit has been reporting that major voter registration fraud was found and investigated both by the City of Muskegon and the Michigan State Police: 2500 fake registrations in one day, and 8,000-10,000 submitted on another day. Nessel admitted this was true. According to Dana Nessel and her media allies, however, that is just proof the “system works” because the fraud was caught and those fraudulent voter registrations were allegedly never added to the voter file. But it was not just the Muskegon, Michigan clerk who was receiving these suspicious packages from GBI Strategies............

Even Oliver Stone is starting to question the 2020 election -  November 25, 2023 By Monica Showalter -   Oliver Stone is a Hollywood leftist who has an odd way of being right at times. My Take - It boggles my mind it only took two years for Stone to come into the light from the darkness, yet the bugman stated this was blatant voter fraud on day one, and even predicted it.  Remarkable!

Connecticut Democrat Primary Election Scandal: Police Launch Investigation into Fraud After Video Evidence Uncovered of Town Clerk Dumping Multiple Illegal Absentee Ballots Into a Drop Box - by Jim Hᴏft Sep. 17, 2023 - Mayoral candidate John Gomes’ campaign released a damning video on Saturday showing evidence of election fraud in the recent Bridgeport Democratic primary. The video has prompted an investigation by the Bridgeport Police Department for “possible misconduct.” The video on the Gomes campaign’s Facebook page shows a woman dropping stacks of ‘illegal’ ballots into an absentee ballot box outside the Bridgeport government center, where the city’s Registrar of Voters office is located, CT Mirror reported.  The Gomes campaign was able to identify the woman in the footage as Wanda Geter-Pataky, the Vice Chairwoman of the Democratic Town Clerk and a vocal supporter of incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim, who is seeking reelection. Gomes’ campaign claims that the video shows Geter-Pataky dropping off stacks of absentee ballots ahead of the September 12th primary.  “Video surveillance proving that the mayoral election was unequivocally stolen through corruption within City Hall by tampering with absentee ballots,” John Gomes said on his Facebook page....................

Judge Overturns Election After Trailing Democrat Magically Wins From ‘Absentee Ballots’. - In a landmark decision on Wednesday, a Democratic primary race in a Connecticut town was overturned by a judge, following allegations that incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim had cheated. Superior Court Judge William Clark concluded due to a bulk of evidence that "the reliability of the result of the election is seriously in doubt." This move comes after Ganim, who was trailing challenger John Gomes by 487 votes on election night, was reported to be leading by 251 votes the next day due to a sudden influx of absentee ballots. show more............... 

One judge in Connecticut shows how to do it when faced with election fraud - November 2, 2023 By Andrea Widburg -  If you’ve watched Dinesh D’Souza’s 2000 Mules, he makes one overarching point: In multiple contested election precincts in America, people were caught stuffing all the ballot boxes made possible through COVID. They were caught either directly, with video footage showing them stuffing those boxes, or indirectly, with cell phone data showing them making repeated trips between Democrat non-profits and drop boxes.

Trump supporters tried to bring this evidence before the courts, but judge after judge, either because of political ideology or cowardice (I’m talking to you, United States Supreme Court justices), refused to touch those claims. And after too much time had passed, the egg seemingly couldn’t be unscrambled.

One judge in Connecticut, though, reversed a local election, showing that it can be done. He did so because he was confronted with “shocking” evidence of election fraud through dropbox stuffing. Faced with this evidence, the judge overturned a Democrat primary election that favored the incumbent mayor.........
