Even a Blind Acorn Can Find a Squirrel Once in a While

Europe is done, get over it, and even Obama, as dim a wit as he is, must have recognized it even in 2016, showing even a blind acorn can find a squirrel once in a while.  On April 24, 2016 s Sol W. Sanders posted this article saying:

President Barack Obama at a press conference opposes Chancellor Angela Merkel’s suggestion of  creating “safe zones” for fleeing refugees in Syria. “As a practical matter,” such a step couldn’t be done without using the military to “take over a big chunk” of Syria....

Angela Merkel was Germany’s Chancellor for far too long allowing millions of Muslim immigrants into Germany and then railed because the rest of Europe "wouldn't share the burden", and now wanted to get America involved in another one of her stupid schemes putting America lives and American dollars on the line.   Remember, this is a burden she created, filling Europe with "Mideasterners and Africans anxious to taste the fruits of the European welfare state."

And she was upset Obama was retreating from a leadership role in this case involving Syria.  But there's always another "case" with Europe's stupid policies over some issue or other, but especially immigration, and from European leaders, who've consistently looked down their noses at the nation that's saved them twice, and it appears as dim a wit as Obama is, he understood this was an "over extension of American commitments to leadership abroad."  

I posted this article eight years ago, and I'm linking it now because I think at some point those American commitments are going to dry up and go away when Trump becomes President.  Then all these arrogant European leftist elites who self-righteously wagged their fingers at the U.S. will be on their own, and rightly so. 

Let's get over any ideas that Europe can be saved.  The EU is doomed, Europe is doomed, even if they get some backbone and throw these Muslim invaders out.  Currently the leftist leaders are insane multiculturalists - which can only be described as a death wish cult.

Soon, Europe will be choosing new leftist leaders, only they're going to be monoculturalists, with a strong nationalist streak on the order of Hitler, Mussolini and Franco, but they're not gong to be trying to conquer the world, they're going to be trying to save their nations.  However, the demographics are so bad, none of that will come into being without a massive amount of civil unrest and bloodshed.  That will destroy Europe's economy, and quite possibly Balkanize Europe into what really is their foundational historic social paradigm:  Small independent nations like Switzerland. 

They will never recover without massive support from the U.S., and that won't be coming because the U.S. is coming to an end of the Bretton Woods era.  We.... owe ....them ....nothing, and fewer and fewer Americans care what happens to Europe, and rightly so. We have poured out thousands of gallons of American blood, and billions of American dollars to save Europe over the last 100 years, and they're still just as arrogant and stupid as they were in 1914. 

It's my belief before this decade is out, the world will be plunged into an economic abyss that will change everything, and not for the better.  Look for the world to possibly turn to the UN for the answers, for relief, and for economic and military support, then things will really be a mess.  The most corrupt and incompetent organization the world has ever known trying to take charge and create a socialist form of world governance.   Imagine that!
