American Academia: A Cultural, Intellectual, and Morally Corrupt Mephitic Ooze of Inbreeding!

A hundred thousand years ago when I was young I ran a bread route, and there was a lot of thievery going on.  When one of the drivers was parked next to me I started missing floor stock.  When I mentioned that to a friend he said "even the thieves in the bakery would never steal from the other drivers, that would be anarchy."  Well, his truck was moved next to my friends truck, and guess what?  He started missing floor stock.  

The old time drivers who stole were little thieves, just enough to pay for their beer after work and play the lottery, and they didn't steal from the rest of the drivers, so the chances of getting caught was small.   There's an old saying:  Pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered, and this guy was a hog, and it scared the little thieves fearing it would bring attention to their small thievery.  

The nice thing about being rational creatures is we can rationalize so easily. Ergo, self-interest can turn into self-righteousness, and two of them got all "self-righteous" and turned him in. 

There were no hand held billing computers in those days, and as it turns out he was stealing over $300 a week from the company floor stock, from the men's floor stock, and the customers. Over $15,000 a year!  In today's money that's almost $29,000 a year, tax free, and it so shocked the company that anyone could steal that much and no one notice they launched an investigation.  Other than the guy that got turned in, guess who were the only other two to get fired?  The two who turned him in. Why?  They were thieves. 

Well, we're going to see this exact scenario play out over all these academic plagiarism wars, it's going to expose a lot about a lot of people. 

Bill Ackman is a very wealthy man who got upset Harvard was blatantly antisemitic, and he said so.  What happened?  They went after his wife for plagiarism, and that upset him all the more.  Monica Showalter published this piece on January 6, 2024, Bill Ackman goes 'Conan the Barbarian' on MIT and Business Insider, saying: 

In response to allegations that his wife had plagiarized her MIT thesis, billionaire Bill Ackman, who drew attention by challenging antisemitism at Harvard University, has decided to go 'Conan the Barbarian' on MIT, and its media ally, Business Insider, playing the pair at their own 'gotcha-journalism' cancel-culture game:

Ackman started a fire, and it's one that should have been started, but it triggered a back lash from the people who have been part and parcel of all this plagiarism against his wife, and he came to her defense.  I saw this story on a number of sites with him making excuses for his wife, calling it a "hit job", and it was, but while this adds another dimension to the story, that doesn't change the fact if she hadn't committed plagiarism, this "hit job" would never have happened.
 

The hope was that he would have the guts to take the next step against these academic sewer trout because plagiarism is a rampant contagious infection throughout academia, and work to expose it!  

 

Make no mistake, it all needs to be exposed.  

 

Just asis turning out to be corrupt, so too are so many studies that need to be for falsified information, and plagiarism.  This kind of corruption permeates academia and their science departments.   Why do I believe that? Because academia is a viper's pit of leftist corruption.   Scientific integrity is an oxymoron in America academia no solid moral foundation, and so anything goes when you're a leftist. Except hard work and integrity, and make no mistake, grant money has made

 

Ackman was so upset he renounced 2024 Dems over DEI efforts, plans think tank to probe higher education. 

 

Billionaire hedge fund manager Bill Ackman said he can no longer be “associated with” the Democratic Party over its support of “racist” diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. In an interview on CNBC Friday, the Pershing Square Capital Management founder said that the Dems had “morphed” into woke martyrs. “I was a Bill Clinton Democrat and what the party has morphed into is not something I want to be associated with,” he said on “Squawk Box.” The 57-year-old Ackman announced he is planning to form a think tank to probe higher education in the US following his success in forcing ousted Harvard president Claudine Gay to resign.....

 

So, now some months have gone by, and what has Ackman produced?  Nothing I've seen of any consequence.  The fact is Ackman will do nothing because he's part of the culture, culture is king, and heterodoxy isn't for the faint of heart.  It takes guts and the willingness to suffer the slings and arrows of your peers to stand against the group, and it seems clear to me, that's not him.

We've seen a bunch of extremely wealthy men come out in support of Ackman the Barbarian, but all these newly minted warriors, wealthy powerful warriors I might add, must not be the brightest pebbles in the brook.   Either that, or they're lying to cover their cowardice, being more concerned about being part of the "culture" than standing up for what's right.  Why aren't we seeing them challenging all these lies about Gaza, and Israel's war against these HAMAS monsters? Why aren't we seeing them challenging the actions against Israel by Biden and Blinken?  Perhaps I've missed it, but I search up to 30 sites a day, and I've not seen one public statement from Ackman or this group he's allegedly formed. 

Before this vile attack by Hamas any one of them would have to have had the courage to pretty much stand alone and tell these universities saying:

"You're all wrong and, I'm standing against you, and I'm going to tell you why!"

Not a one of them did that, and they seem to be reverting to character, after all,  culture is king.  After all, and once again, heterodoxy isn't for the faint of heart.  Hamas' vile actions created the "cultural" shift they needed to for them to suddenly find that courage...........for a while.

I've said from the beginning the epiphany that turned him into Ackman the Barbarian, was only a temporary manifestation, based on a personal vendetta, and it wouldn't be long before he and his ilk would soon slip right back into the "culture", because "culture is king."  It seem to me, that slippage is already there.

On January 13, 2024, Gary Gindler posted this piece The Stage 4 of Left Plagiarism saying:

The timeline of what happened to the DEI-intoxicated Harvard president is well-known. However, the question of why it happened somehow eluded the commentariat. Along with that, the government would gradually wither away because it is no longer needed: there is no more private property to protect. Unfortunately, that simplistic thesis managed to brainwash millions.

This is the culture Ackman and his wealthy and "powerful" friends have been donating vast amounts of money to, and they never once noticed the mephitic ooze that permeates academia in all it's vile machinations.

I used the term mephitic ooze here, and in my title.   I came across that term in an article I was reading, and after I looked it up, I knew this was a phrase that needs using regularly.  It basically if means "foul smelling vapors",  and I'm absolutely convinced it applies to academia, with a few exceptions, across the board.
