They Ignore SCOTUS and the Constitution

We lose our country to tyranny when those in positions of power disregard the rule of law. There are many examples – from a two-tiered justice system that goes after Republicans while ignoring Democrat transgressions, to an administration and other institutions circumventing Supreme Court rulings and the U.S. Constitution.

Here are three examples:

Acting Secretary of Labor Julie Su – A president can name someone to his cabinet without Senate confirmation, which President Trump did numerous times. However, the position remains in the capacity as acting until the nominee has been confirmed by the U.S. Senate.

Joe Biden does not have the votes to make Julie Su the secretary of labor. Clearly violating the “advice and consent” clause of the U.S. Constitution, on August 8, Vice President of Word Salads Kamala Harris said:

“I’ll call her Labor secretary. I’m not going to say the word ‘acting.’”

Student Loan Forgiveness – Almost as soon as the Supreme Court ruled against Biden’s student loan program, the administration announced another student loan forgiveness program. Many Americans rightly ask why student loans should be forgiven but not loans for mortgage, car, and medical? How does a forgiveness program impact Americans who paid off their student loans?

The Cato Institute and Mackinac Center for Public Policy—two libertarian organizations—are suing to stop the Biden Crime administration from its latest student loan ploy, which could also be called, “Bribing Millennials to Vote Democrat.”

Affirmative Action – The Supreme Court ruled against affirmative action and almost immediately, universities and colleges announced creative ways to ignore the court’s ruling so they can continue basing admissions on race rather than merit. Why do progressives hate Asian Americans?

America First Legal sent a letter to the deans of 200 law schools across the country warning of future legal action if they do not heed the court’s ruling.
