Well, I'm a bit late with this week's edition, but I have to admit, a retired person has the tendency to lose track of the days of the week. And the power went out at midnight and just came on a little while ago.

Folks, the nation and western civilization is in deep trouble. The left has corrupted everything so badly we are no longer a nation with any sense of civilized harmony, and that's what the left wants. The left doesn't care about gender issues, or abortion, free speech, climate, environment issues, or any of the other things they scream about. Their storm troopers like Antifa, BLM, and other radicals care, but they're at the bottom of the left's hierarchy, and they're nothing more than ignorant, emotional useful idiots. And if the left can overturn the Constitution and impose a socialist from of government, they'll be discarded. That's history, and that history is incontestable.

The GOP debate was interesting in that it was obvious these "conservatives" have some serious difficulties with defining what constitutes conservatism. I address some of this in my first article, citing the views of other writers, and it is amazing how so many can see the same thing and come away with different views. Newt Gengrich went on about how wonderful the moderators were and how intelligent the candidates were. This is the same over educated nitwit that sat on a couch with dumbbell Nancy Pelosi applauding these insane global warming claims. I have so little respect for his views it boggles the mind.

I've had time to dwell on all this and will have another piece next week, with confirmations of my previously stated views on some of these people, and some re-evaluations. The shibboleth for all these candidates is whether of not they believe the 2020 election was stolen via voter fraud. And that question wasn't asked. Given that's what all these phony political banana republic indictments are all about, one has to ask: Why?

America's continued existence is in question. That's a fact, get over it, accept it, which puts Americans in that proverbial fork in the road time. Which way will America go?
