Science Without God? Part II

 By Rich Kozlovich

Winston Churchill was alleged to have said, "experts should be on tap, not on top".  Let's explore this!

My personal motto is De Omnibus Dubitandum, (everything is to be questioned) and it's supposed to be the motto of science.  However they've long since abandoned the concept in favor of grant money, and in every practical way have adopted the motto, "Question nothing if it interferes with grant money".   And they've shown that to be true over and over again with , Pandemic Hysteria, ignoring the and all the other nonsensical solutions offered by these "Gods of Science".

Ergo, I have claimed it as my own, and resent anyone on the left who uses it.  Which shouldn't be a problem since questioning any leftist narrative or dogma has become a total anathema to them.

As an example, in testifying before the Senate on abortion "rights" Aimee Arrambide was asked if she believe men can get pregnant and have an abortion, she said yes.  At least she looked embarrassed, which of course meant she didn't believe that at all, but adherence to every leftist narrative is absolute, no matter how insane it is, otherwise it's blasphemy to the unending and shifting tenets of the secular neo-pagan religion of leftism, and since there are no boundaries on the left, their cancerous insanity metastasizes.

On Friday, August 26, 2022 Rabbi Chananya Weissman published this article in Frontpage.com,  The 13 Articles of Scientific Faith, with the subtitle, "Question nothing."

Here is a breakdown, which I paraphrased with direct quotes and added a link, of his 13 Articles of Scientific Faith:

With complete faith we must "know" Science is truth, that Science explains everything, determines everything, controls everything and there's nothing except Science, and that is a truth that must be accepted and it will always be truth.

The Gods of Science are infallible, and their prophesies are absolute.  They're perfect in their morality.  These Gods of Science should be the all powerful arbiters of who shall be rewarded and who shall be punished, who shall live and who shall die, who is essential and who is expendable, who shall eat and who shall starve, who shall be free and who shall be incarcerated, who shall have and who shall have nothing.

Openly, and in complete faith, it must be acknowledged that Science, and only Science, can bring redemption to the world, a Messianic age.  No matter how long this promised utopia is delayed, and even though the more Science interferes with the world and the worse it seems to get, all must continue to have faith in the God's of Science in anticipation of total and complete redemption.

It must be acknowledged that after enough people are killed and enough babies are prevented from being born there will be everlasting life.

Leftists contaminate everything they touch.  They unendingly promise utopia and unfailingly deliver dystopia.   That's history, and that history is incontestable, so if that's true, and it is, then it should be evident to the most casual observer.  Yet, Biden has a 39% approval rating.  Is it possible there are that many really stupid people in the nation?  Otherwise the only other way to explain such insanity is that it's a "matter faith".

The apostle Paul defined faith as, "the assurance of things hoped for and the conviction of things unseen".  What's that mean?  It means there is sufficient evidence of past predicted events taking place to give assurance future predicted events will take place, but that kind of faith isn't mystical, it requires factual foundation.

While that's religion, and faith, especially the mystical kind isn't what science is supposed to be offering.  Truthfully speaking, if prediction is what they're all about, they haven't been very good at lately since virtually everything they predicted about global warming has failed to materialize, which has to give one pause in having "faith" in science.  Is it factually based, or is it mysticism?

Of course one might reasonably conclude they've abandoned science to become a sect of leftist secular religion now known as the , and if that's true, and it is, then scientists have now become High Priests of that religion.  High Priests who feign righteous indignation and outrage at any who question their pronouncements, and even work to destroy some of the most prominent members of the scientific community who stood against their claims, and who are afraid to think for themselves for fear of leftist retribution.  So they demand herd mentality from every scientist in the world to justify their folly.  Time and truth are on the same side,  and time has shown everything they offer really must be questioned, since they've abandoned truth as the foundation for their views, and embraced tyranny.

Whereas religious faith is based on the idea there's an unseen powerful hand behind it all.  There's no such unseen powerful hand behind science.  Why?  Because science is a tool, nothing more and nothing less, just like my hammer which is really great at pounding nails, but is a total failure at sawing wood.  And I'm the powerful hand behind both those tools, both of which I own and I control.

We really need to understand and accept that science isn't all powerful and it isn't a vision.  It's just a tool, and tools can be used to build or destroy, so tools need to be controlled, not be in control, and these tools must not be controlled by the left. Stalin's favorite scientist, Trofim Denisovich Lysenko is a perfect example of why.
