This came in from my e-mail group yesterday, Was last night a good one or bad one for Trump?, with the comment:
So... for yesterday's primaries, Trump's endorsed candidates won 16-0. Yet Trump isn't being judged on that, but on where he did NOT endorse anyone. And the media is making him out to be a loser merely because he didn't endorse anyone in some races where he didn't like the leading candidate.
Do they think Trump can magically conjure up a decent candidate wherever he likes?
I mean, this is rather absurd. When have they ever judged a Democrat - or anyone else for that matter - like this Heck, name any Democrat who's ever had anything close to Trump's win record on endorsements, especially so far this year?
Anyhow, this is from a hard core right-wing never-Trumper - but the mainstream media sources are even worse in this regard. Just as they were with the earlier primaries where Trump's endorsed candidates won something like 100 to 6... and it was idiotically declared a massive loss for Trump!!!
The author's conclusion? It was only a good night for Trump because he had no skin in the game in so many races.
America's conclusion? Americans Pretty Much Disgusted With The Big Media: I&I/TIPP Poll,, and truth be told, that also applies to a lot of so-called conservative sites and writers. It's not as easy to fool the public as it was in times past.
