Mueller Testimony: The Game's Over!

By Rich Kozlovich, Updated @ 4:49 AM.

Instead of posting all these as separate articles, I've decided to post what I've found in his one post for easy handling.  One thing is clear; Mueller is in trouble, he looks like a fool, and he looks guilty of ....well.....who knows what at this point, he looked incompetent and he looked like he was trying to hide the truth.  And that trouble is going to rub off onto a lot of other people.

I can see why, initially, he didn't want to testify, but what I don't understand is why he didn't take advantage of Attorney General Barr's willingness to help him if he didn't want to testify.  Clearly he was out of his depth, he had to know that.

Recently a writer commented that trying to make sense out of Mitt Romney is a fool's errand.  I find this is true of so many of these people.  But as things become transparent; the Democrats are going to look like fools before this is over, and all of this is going to come back to bite them.  After the 2020 election, which in my opinion, the nation will see a major change in the Congress.  Both the House and the Senate!

I have serious doubts that Mitch McConnell will be chosen to run for the Senate in his state.  The McConnell/Ryan team is defunct, and their supporters are jumping ship.  I know for a fact from friends of mine in Kentucky, all of whom have donated a lot of money to his campaigns over the years, are not going to support him this time.

Things are going to change.  Big time!  That old axiom, " When you come at the king, you best not miss", came into being for a reason.  It's also my opinion a lot of the players in this effort to destroy Trump will end up doing time. Big time!

As for those who've stated they felt sorry for Mueller; you gotta be kidding me. This guy has destroyed lives without merit. In reality his career has shown him to be a corrupt mendacious man who has probably been out of his depth for all of his career.  The fact he's been in these jobs for 25 years is further testimony as to the depth of corruption in the DOJ and the FBI.

Enjoy!

Mueller’s serial senior moments today revealed he was a front-man for Trump-haters

July 24, 2019 By Thomas Lifson

The most important thing Robert Mueller revealed today in his testimony before the House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees was that he didn’t really know that much about the work of the investigation that bears his name -- and that he is prone to senior moments with alarming frequency. That he could in no way have been the actual leader of a large team of high-powered lawyers is now obvious to everyone in cringe-worthy detail (a veteran prosecutor unable to come up with the word “conspiracy” as the legal term for collusion). He was a BINO, a Boss In Name Only, or, colloquially, a front-man..............

The last gasp for Nadler, Schiff and the unofficial House impeachment caucus was the hope that Mueller would use that persona that doesn’t seem to exist anymore, if it ever did, to sell the public on the notion that Donald Trump is a criminal. Unfortunately, he was clearly not up to the job.
All but the fanatics – a not insignificant portion of the – House Democratic Caucus –realize that the game is over.............To Read More...

Michael Moore On Mueller Hearings: The Democrats Blew It Matt Vespa
"Can you give me an example, other than Donald Trump, where the Justice Department determined that an investigated person was not exonerated because their innocence was not conclusively determined?" Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-Texas) asked the former FBI director-turned-special counsel:
"I cannot, but this is a unique situation," Mueller responded.
"Let's just leave it at you can't find it, because I’ll tell you why -- it doesn't exist," Ratcliffe said........To Read More....
Mueller: We ‘Did Not Establish That Members of the Trump Campaign Conspired With the Russian Government’ Susan Jones | July 24, 2019

In his opening statement to the House Judiciary Committee, former Special Counsel Robert Mueller on Wednesday repeated "certain points" arising from his investigation. Among them: "The investigation did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired with the Russian government in its election interference activities."...........To Read More....

Rep. Gaetz to Mueller: ‘You Weren’t Interested in Whether or Not Russians Were Interfering Through Christopher Steele’ By Craig Bannister | July 24, 2019

Former Special Counsel Robert Mueller devoted his investigation of Russian interference in U.S. elections to finding evidence against President Donald Trump, but turned a blind eye to other potential interference, Rep. Gaetz (R-Florida) told Mueller Wednesday.

At a House hearing questioning Mueller, Gaetz quoted to Mueller the former special counsel’s opening statement saying the goal of the Russia probe was to be thorough. Gaetz then accused Mueller of refusing to pursue that end in regards to Christopher Steele, the author of the infamous, discredited “Trump Dossier”: ..............

Mueller Did Not Know Strozk Said FBI Had No Case for Collusion 10 Months into Investigation By Melanie Arter | July 24, 2019

Special Counsel Robert Mueller told the House Intelligence Committee at Wednesday’s hearing on the Russia investigation findings that neither former FBI agent Peter Strozk nor anyone else who worked on the investigation told Mueller that the FBI still had no case for collusion 10 months into the investigation.

Mueller made that admission during questioning by Rep. Rick Crawford (R-Ark.), who later asked whether Mueller asked for authorization for the special counsel’s office to investigate the origin of the Trump Russia investigation.............To Read More....

Jim Jordan to Mueller: Report Says Man Who Started This Whole Thing Lied to You – Why Not Charge Him?  By Craig Bannister | July 24, 2019

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) questioned former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s selective prosecution tactics at a House hearing on Wednesday

Jordan was particularly interested in why Mueller would charge “13 Russians no one’s ever heard of,” but not the man who sparked Mueller’s Trump-Russia probe by drawing attention to the now-discredited Steele Dossier: Joseph Mifsud, who reportedly lied to the FBI three times during interviews:
“He’s the guy who starts it all. And, when the FBI interviews him, he lies three times – and, yet, you don’t charge him with a crime.
“You charge Rick Gates for false statements, you charge Paul Manafort for false statements, you charge Michael Cohen with false statements, you charge Michael Flynn – a three-star general – with false statements. But, the guy who puts the country through this whole saga, starts it all, for three years we’ve lived this now – he lies, and you guys don’t charge him.
“And, I’m curious as to why.”
“I can’t get into that,” Mueller replied.............To Read More.....

Gohmert to Mueller: ‘You Perpetuated Injustice’ By Melanie Arter | July 24, 2019

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) said Wednesday that if someone knows he’s innocent of conspiring with Russia to interfere with the election and that people at the Justice Department hate him, that person is not obstructing justice, he’s pursuing justice, and the fact that Mueller dragged out the Russia investigation for two years shows Mueller was perpetuating injustice.

“So you also note in the report that an element of any of those obstructions you referenced requires a corrupt state of mind, correct?” Gohmert asked Special Counsel Robert Mueller at Wednesday’s House Judiciary Committee hearing on the Russia investigation’s findings............To Read More....

Mueller and a Democrat Disaster The former Special Counsel's humiliating day on Capitol Hill.  Joseph Klein July 25, 2019

Former Special Counsel Robert Mueller delivered his long-awaited testimony on Wednesday to both the House Judiciary Committee and the House Intelligence Committee in back-to-back sessions. Democrats wanted to take the dry words of the special counsel’s 448-page report, which most Americans have not bothered to read, and turn it into a  movie that people will watch.

The Democrats were desperately hoping for a riveting summer blockbuster, perhaps replacing the summer supervillain Thanos of the “Avengers: Endgame” in the public’s mind with President Trump. Instead what Americans watching the hearings got was a time-waster worthy of the Golden Raspberry Award for Worst Picture.

Mr. Mueller shed no new light in his testimony. At times he appeared confused and halting during his exchanges with the members of both committees, leaving the distinct impression that he was not familiar with the details of what appears to have been a staff directed report. The special counsel reverted repeatedly to what was written in the report.

He even declined to read from the report himself, often leaving it to the Democrats to do their own “dramatic” readings as they declared over and over again that the president was not above the law........To Read More.....

Robert Mueller: Democrats’ Collusion with Russia ‘Outside My Purview’ By - on

Have the Democrats reached their culminating point? By Tom McAllister July 25, 2019

Many AT contributors have written about the vulgarities of our current political environment. The naked lust for power by those on the far left has removed any remaining sense of decorum. The current political landscape has devolved into a zero-sum game where there can only be winners and losers, and many have postulated the potential breakout of hostilities into an actual blood-shedding civil war. Thus, the use of military analogies to describe our political situation seems appropriate........To Read More.....

You can't help almost feeling bad for Robert Mueller - By Robert Turner July 25, 2019

Robert Mueller, it seems, was willingly used by Democrats to lend credence to an outrage of an investigation. If yesterday's hearings did nothing else, they raised question as to the level of Mueller's involvement in the investigation and report that bear his name......

If Mueller's main purpose in accepting the position of special counsel was to provide the appearance of integrity, fairness, impartiality, and gravitas, he bludgeoned those concepts by allowing Andrew Weissmann, a mendacious and highly partisan former prosecutor, to select a staff of Clinton donors, defenders, and supporters to conduct the investigation...........

The big losers in the special counsel investigation and in yesterday's congressional hearings were Democrats; the anti-Trump media; and, perhaps most of all, the formerly respected Robert Mueller. I almost feel sympathy for him............ To Read More

Mueller lays an egg - July 25, 2019 By Dave Ball

Robert Mueller barely qualified as sentient while testifying yesterday. As the Good Ol' Boys used to sing on Hee Haw, yesterday was "Gloom, Doom, and Agony" for the Democrats. For those most severely afflicted with Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS), it was a terrible, rotten, no good, very bad day. These folks, the stalwarts of the Democratic House and Senate caucuses, not to mention the DNR, had put all their 2020 election eggs in the basket of keeping the impeach Trump narrative alive. Key to that objective was coming out of today's Mueller Testimony with a few bombshell revelations upon which they could continue to claim that "the Russians did it and Trump colluded and obstructed." It turns out they got worse than nothing.............More
