Biden's Out, But So What?

By Rich Kozlovich

Well, Biden's out, which actually came as a surprise to me, I never thought he'd quit.  But now that Biden has dropped out, it will be interesting to see how this all plays out, especially since he's endorsed Kamala Harris, which means she can utilize that 250 million in campaign contributions to the Biden/Harris ticket.  But how many states have passed the deadline to change the ballot?  If they're Democrat run states, it won't matter, they'll merely change the law to make an exception for this election.

A recent poll that had Biden just three points behind Trump was hilariously laughable, and at one at point one poll claimed Biden had a ten point lead, and Biden's dropped out, imagine that.

The fact is Biden’s campaign was totally unstable, and couldn't be stabilized.  How can a leader with a brain of mush stabilize anything?  But, I don’t see anyone being touted by the media, other than Harris, who really want to replace him in light of all that’s going on either, including Hillary!   She’d love to be “the one” again, and she’s stupid enough, but I've no doubt Billy will convince her to stay home and do the thing she does best.  Shoot off her mouth, sound stupid, and lie.

Except for Harris, there’s no gain, and, she’s done anyway. If any of them jump into this to take his place, any future political dreams they may have are done also, since other than Michelle, they’re all white and she’s…almost black… in the Democrat party that would be suicidal. And Michelle isn’t going to run.

The fact is the Biden campaign wasn't unstable just because of Biden, it's a Democrat campaign, run by a Democrat engine, and  you can’t stabilize an engine with a broken timing chain no matter how hard you may try, so let's review.

There's a lot of talk about the 2024 election political strategy of the Democrat party, and here's the actual political strategy of the Democrat party.

Bureaucratic corruption and treason, censorship, disbarment, lawfare, lies of omission, lies of commission, media corruption, projection,  violence, and their number one go to strategy:  Voter fraud!

Let's talk about projection.  Projection is a psychological ploy where someone "projects" what they're doing onto some else.  According to someone named Obeidallah the GOP is a ‘Fascist movement’ willing to use violence to acquire power, claiming January 6th was an terrorist movement.

A terrorist movement were there was no or little physical property damage, no one was killed except an innocent girl by a cop?  Now that the Republicans have taken over the House investigations the lies of the illegally constituted House January 6th committee, are being exposed.  When this is all over some of them may end up in prison.

But all the Antifa, BLM, and other leftist riots where they destroyed property, attacked journalists, policemen, innocent citizens, all of which was done by leftists supporters of the Democrat party wasn't really violence!  Noooo, it was mostly peaceful, and it was just freedom of speech, not an insurrection.

Here is a list of the  Top 10 Things Democrat Politicians Are Guilty of Doing That They’re Accusing Trump of Doing:

  1. Election corruption (CCP-Biden-marked mail-in ballots, Dominion Voting machine flipping, dead people voting, illegal immigrants voting, Democrats voting multiple times in multiple states, etc.)
  2. Quid-pro-quo (coercion) of Ukraine
  3. Sex Crimes (compare the “dossier” to child trafficking using open borders and war chaos). Also consider the $17 million in taxpayer money paid out to cover up sexual harassment charges against our Congress.
  4. Storing classified documents loosely at home or personal office (Biden is guilty and, unlike Trump, never had the authority to be in possession of said documents.)
  5. Contesting elections (only Democrats can investigate election corruption)
  6. Destroying democracy (dismantling infrastructure, curriculum and the constitution)
  7. Propagating riots (think Jan. 6th with cops gas-bombing and killing protesters)
  8. Fascism (the real fascists run the nation now, including Obama and Soros)
  9. Racism (CRT, gender “fluidity”, race-baiting, restitution, BLM, Antifa, etc.)
  10. Embezzling (check the Military Industrial Complex and Medical Industrial Complex)

That's the tip of the iceberg.

Why do Democrats hate white rural America so much? - It would be a grave understatement to suggest that the mainstream media are biased in favor of the Democrats......Words such as “collusion” and “insurrection” didn’t become the de facto terminology by coincidence.  An adept wordsmith among the Democrats supplied these terms, and the media obediently repeated them.......The instances of bigotry are numerous. Hollywood, especially in recent times, has been disdainful of rural America.  But following Trump’s election, the venom was blatant. The Democrats had dehumanized Trump-supporters, who they think are primarily white rural Americans, to such an extent that they no longer care to conceal their hatred. Why the hatred? The Democrats view voters as subjects who need to be controlled rather than citizens to whom they are accountable.  Their object is to rule (not govern). They see these dissenting white rural voters as impediments to their permanence of power................

Democrat Party, Inc. I have said numerous times in other articles that the Democrat Party is no longer a political party. They are a criminal organization, a crime organization like no other. They have the reigns of government and are not about to let them go, legally or otherwise. They want power and money, and little else matters. .

The Anti-Christian Mind of the Democrat Party David R. Carlin Some Democrats will insist that the party is not anti-religious, or anti-Christian. But pay attention to what the party does, not what its surrogates say....

If that's their history, and the foundation for their programs, and it is, and is just the tip of the iceberg, and it is, that's an engine with a broken timing chain for most of America.   Why would anyone think they could jump into that mess and restart an engine with a broken timing chain?

There's talk Whitmer, Newsom, Pritzker, and even Buttigieg wants to be President of the United States, and their failures are legendary, especially Newsome.  There's Wes Moore, who is a bit impressive, on paper, but I've been told that's all smoke and mirrors, and if he jumps in, that will end.   And I don't care what all the "experts" claim, I don't believe for a minute Michelle Obama wants the job.

The fact is, the White House is lost to the Democrats, and their focus, and the focus of their donors, will be on the down card in hopes of keeping their jobs.  Some of them are gone already, donors or no donors.

Woman Who Helped Raise Millions for Obama Leaves Democrat Party, Declares Support for Trump

Here was my 2024 election analysis for the out come of the Senate back in February, which seems to be proving accurate, and it may even be better after all this.  In the meanwhile, to repeat an oft stated meme these days, "break out the popcorn", it's going to get interesting.

Mayhem in America the New Normal Under Dems—Parolee Murders Young Tech Exec, Mobs Ransack Philly

By Bob Hoge September 27, 2023

It started with the George Floyd riots in the summer of 2020 when mobs took to the streets of America to loot, destroy, and kill with the tacit approval of the Democrat elite. Since-disgraced CNN anchor Chris Cuomo argued that sometimes such behavior was justified, while Vice President Kamala Harris endorsed bail funds to support rioters. You could argue that it goes back to the LA riots of '92 or the Detroit riots in the late '60s, but at least in those days, it was generally acknowledged that such behavior shouldn’t be tolerated. Now you could argue that it’s encouraged.

Two more horrible stories emerged Tuesday night to underscore the decline of the United States. In one, a young tech executive with a bright future was brutally murdered in Baltimore by a violent convict on parole. In the second, massive mobs took to the streets of Philadelphia to destroy the already embattled stores of companies like Target. What have we come to?........

Meanwhile, in the deep blue city of Baltimore, 26-year-old rising tech executive Pava LaPere was brutally murdered in her apartment, and the suspect is 32-year-old Jason Billingsley who, wait for it… has a long history of sexual violence yet was let out early on parole. How many times do we have to hear this same story before people get the message?..........

Sadly, there will be others like her until the woke Democrat zealots and their entire worldview are voted out of office. I just pray that next time it’s not my daughter, it's not your daughter, it's not anybody’s… but it will likely be somebody’s as this perverse catering to criminals and lawlessness continues on unabated in our country.......To Read More....

Why Have Elites Abandoned Merit?

If you’re just a grubby striver, firm in your conviction that you deserve to succeed or fail based upon your own abilities and efforts, know well that elite institutions are now arrayed against you.

By

United Airlines tweeted last week that it “plan(s) for 50% of the 5,000 pilots we train in the next decade to be women or people of color.” While perhaps a worthy goal, left unmentioned are the relevance of gender or race to piloting a jet safely, and any support for the assertion that such groups previously had been excluded from consideration).

In higher education, two Ivy League academic institutions, Harvard and Yale, have been in the crosshairs of legal actions for disfavoring Asian Americans in college admissions, these applicants’ credentials notwithstanding (and this during a time when hate crimes against Americans of Asian heritage are on the rise). More broadly within higher education, this past year’s “test-optional” approach to admissions due to COVID-19 may be here to stay.

While few will give direct voice to the sentiment that “merit no longer matters,” our elites and institutions appear to have moved honest achievement well down the list of what is celebrated and are increasingly hostile to its promotion—a significant reversal of past practice.........To Read More....

The Mendacity of Joe Biden and the Ruling Elites

Fighting the urge to go and wash my hands and thinking of his disastrous 1987 presidential campaign and history of political sleaze, I said to my partner, after Biden had pressed his flesh, “Damn, I hope that oily bastard is never elected President.”.............

Since he became President, many Americans and journalists in the alternative media have been taken aback by Biden’s penchant to outright lie repeatedly in the course of any speech, pronouncement or press briefing.  Throughout his political career, in virtually every speech or answer to a question he has not only trafficked in political obfuscations but repeatedly told overt lies about his life history, legislative matters and his political opponents.  He fits the definition of a compulsive liar: .............

The deepest fact of our time is that America has a bad elite, a mendacious one whose skills, values, goals, tastes and types of knowledge are hostile to our nation’s inherited cultures and plural people.  The new elite that has emerged in the last generation or two has no interest in preserving anything but perhaps their own power.  They lack historical knowledge and vision, which they supplant by, or exchange for, the powers of transformation and change.  Intoxicated by the power possible with emerging technologies, inspired by visions that only a deracinated globalist perspective could make attractive, this elite thinks of creative destruction as applied to culture.

The ruling elites in their headfirst dash to transform the culture have aligned themselves with the radical left whose sole objective is to centralize all governmental and economic power in a hybrid socialist federal government with themselves, and not the current ruling class, in permanent control.

Yet, the elites cannot see the forest for the trees.  Their naiveté and egotism mirrors Biden’s self-obsession as the elites believe they can ultimately compromise with the militant left to their advantage and Biden mindlessly acquiesces to the left in order to satisfy his lifelong aspirations.   This confluence of cowardice has placed the radical Left at the apex of the governing pyramid despite just 15% of Democrat voters (and 7% of all voters) identifying as very liberal.

The three-headed monster of radical leftism, a duplicitous Joe Biden and a credulous ruling elite has unleashed upon the nation the onslaught of identity politics and cancel culture, unconstrained illegal immigration, unfettered money creation and spending, manipulated and unfair elections, racial demagoguery and the near-permanent abrogation of freedoms under the guise of fighting a pandemic............To Read More....

Twenty-First Century Rules for Revolutionaries

January 10, 2021 By Caren Besner

Since George Floyd’s death, events seem to be spiraling out of control. For weeks, Americans were bombarded, almost on a daily basis, with reports of large protests in major cities, accompanied by rioting, looting, burning, assaults, and even murders.

Observing these events unfold, average U.S. citizens, watching TV from the purported safety of their home, might be bewildered by these transformative events, the purpose of which is nothing less than a “re-imagining” of America. To better understand exactly what is happening, let’s take a cue from my 21st Century Revolutionary Handbook. There are ten rules to explain what the radical left is planning.

#1: Inertia is fatal to a revolutionary movement......
#2: Do not identify your ideology by name, nor state exactly what you will do after you are in power. Speak only in vague generalities and use simple two- or three-word phrases the public can identify with......
#3: The revolution must get control over mass media and the education system......
#4: All the apparatus of the state: the ministries, civil service, justice system, military, and law enforcement must be brought under control......
#5: All vestiges of the old must be destroyed in order to build the new. This includes all history, traditions, culture, and iconography that cannot be made to conform to the new ideals......
#6: Conventional ideas about religion and family are anathema to a revolutionary movement......
#7: The revolution can only succeed in times of extreme economic, political, and social unrest......
#8: Ultimate victory in the revolution will go to that segment of the revolutionary body that is the best organized, best financed, and most ideologically dedicated......
#9: You don’t need a majority to force your will on an entire population......
#10: After victory, the revolution will turn in directions not initially anticipated......

In addition to exacting revenge on their opponents, revolutions usually turn on many of the very people who were their most ardent supporters. One only must look at Hitler’s “Night of the Long Knives,” Stalin’s “Gulag Archipeligo, and Mao’s “Cultural Revolution, for examples. Some of the above rules already apply to America; others will soon. There is no doubt that as a society we have made enormous strides in the last half-century, yet we are still struggling to come to grips with our past...........To Read More......

Preserving courtroom and verdict integrity

Our civil justice system is as much at risk as the integrity of ballots, elections and democracy

By Paul Driessen

Big Media, Big Tech, Big Academia, the Deep State and the Cancel Culture clearly aligned with the Democrat Party, to resist, block, impede and impeach a duly elected President Trump, during and after the 2016 election and the 2020 election cycle. Computer “glitches” that too often operated in only one direction, backroom ballot counting, improper ballot harvesting and backdating, and other actions have increased concerns that the integrity of America’s elections and democracy is threatened.

Equally worrisome is growing evidence that the integrity of our courtroom proceedings and jury verdicts is also at risk. Indeed, many of the same forces arrayed against fair and honest elections have also combined to influence jurors (and judges), making them more inclined to support huge verdicts in favor of “victims of greedy corporations” that deliberately put dangerous products on the market.

In some of the most notorious lawsuits in decades, lawyers representing cancer patients have succeeded in persuading San Francisco area juries to award clients $78 million to $1 billion per person in compensatory and punitive damages – based on highly questionable assertions that the victims’ use of the chemical glyphosate in Roundup weed killer was the sole reason they got cancer.

Bayer AG acquired glyphosate creator and Roundup manufacturer Monsanto in 2018 and is thus the defendant in the cases. The verdicts, plus lack of success so far with appeals to the California Supreme Court, persuaded Bayer to settle tens of thousands of other pending cases for $10.9 billion (of which the mass-tort law firms will get some 40%), but without admitting any wrongdoing.

The Ninth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals is reviewing another appeal, and the US Supreme Court could (and should) weigh in on how the trials were conducted, which evidence was permitted or excluded during the trials, and serious questions of collusion and tampering with original experimental data.

Federal District Court judges reduced the awards to less outrageous amounts. However, the way they and plaintiff lawyers conducted the trials raises serious questions of bias and even fraud – as detailed in my Fall 2020 Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons paper and in scores of articles referenced in it.

Glyphosate was introduced in 1974 and is licensed in 130 countries; it’s the world’s most widely used herbicide. Millions of homeowners, gardeners and farmers use it regularly to control weeds.

Respected consumer protection organizations like the US Environmental Protection Agency, European Food Safety Authority, Food and Agriculture Organization, and Health Canada (some 3,300 studies in all) have concluded that glyphosate is safe and non-carcinogenic. The still ongoing U.S. Agricultural Health Study has followed some 52,000 farmers and other pesticide applicators and 32,000 of their spouses for two decades – 80% of whom use glyphosate. The study has found no glyphosate-cancer link.

Cancer epidemiologist Dr. Geoffrey Kabat says glyphosate is “environmentally benign” and has an acute toxicity level lower than that of table salt, vinegar, chocolate or coffee.

Only one agency, the France-based International Agency for Cancer Research, says otherwise. It calls glyphosate a “probable” human carcinogen, based primarily on two mice studies, and has been accused of manipulating even those studies (while ignoring contradictory studies) to get its desired results.

IARC does not do its own research. Instead, it relies on third-party “exposure tests” in laboratory animals to determine whether a chemical, food or occupational activity might cause cancer – even if only at extremely high levels that no animal or human would ever be exposed to in the real world. It refuses to utilize actual “risk assessments” – the modern approach that examines the exposure level at which a substance might actually have an adverse effect on laboratory animals, and presumably people.

The agency’s glyphosate review was proposed by a US government statistician who then helped design the study and served as special advisor to the IARC “working group” that evaluated it. He allegedly did this while also being paid as an advisor to the anti-chemical Environmental Defense Fund, on unspecified “other issues” for law firms involved in the glyphosate cases, and now as an expert witness in the cases.

Former National Cancer Institute statistician Dr. Robert Tarone discovered that IARC’s glyphosate review panel based its carcinogenicity finding on just two studies of mice that for two years were fed diets containing up to 30,000 ppm glyphosate! In the male mice, they found cancerous tumors in 1 of 49 mice at 0 ppm, 0 of 49 mice at 500 ppm, 1 of 50 mice at 5,000 ppm, and 2 of 50 mice at 30,000 ppm. In other words, they found the same rates cancer at 0 and 5,000 ppm and only one more tumor at 30,000 ppm. Data excluded from IARC’s report found no tumors in female mice, even at 30,000 ppm!

And yet, incredibly, the IARC ruling is being used by predatory tort lawyers to claim that glyphosate causes leukemia, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Parkinson’s disease, lung, brain and thyroid cancer, heart and kidney disease, nerve damage, multiple sclerosis, respiratory illness, birth defects and infertility.

Just as bad, judges in the cases thus far nevertheless allowed plaintiff lawyers to present the IARC findings, and inflame juries with lurid tales of corrupt corporate criminals and admittedly tragic stories of clients suffering from cancer allegedly from using Roundup The judges prevented Bayer attorneys from presenting evidence from EPA and other agencies that glyphosate is safe and non-carcinogenic.

Equally amazing, the mass-tort lawyers were permitted to assert (and persuade jurors) that their clients were afflicted with cancer solely because of glyphosate – and not from any of the more than 500 other chemicals, substances, industrial processes and occupations that IARC has ruled are definite, probable or possible human carcinogens ... even though their clients were almost certainly exposed to many of them.

At no point, it appears, were defense attorneys able to ask questions about the cancer-victim plaintiffs’ family cancer histories; eating, exercise and sleeping habits; consumption of high-fat foods versus fruits and vegetables; and other lifestyle choices that play significant roles in whether people get cancer.

At no point, it appears, were victims asked how often they might have been exposed to sunlight, asbestos, processed meats, acetaldehyde in alcoholic beverages or any of the 116 other substances and activities in IARC’s list of definite human carcinogens. Nor were they asked about their exposure to anabolic steroids, malathion, red meat, emissions from high-temperature food frying or any of the 78 other substances and agents (besides glyphosate) in IARC’s list of probable human carcinogens (or 314 possible carcinogens).

Even more astonishing, the plaintiffs and their lawyers were never compelled to explain how they and their doctors and other experts were able to conclude that family history, lifestyle choices and exposure to dozens or even hundreds of other substances on IARC’s lists of human carcinogens caused or contributed to their cancer – and that their cancer was due solely to their exposure to glyphosate.

Just as outrageous, juries were permitted to grant massive punitive damage awards – which require clear evidence that Bayer (and Monsanto) had deliberately engaged in harmful conduct with malice or deception. In view of all the issues and facts presented here, in my medical journal paper and by many other sources, assertions of malice or deception are simply not supported by any persuasive evidence.

Collusion, corruption, fraud and billion-dollar payoffs have become an epidemic, in courtrooms and regulatory agencies, in medical and scientific journals, and beyond. They make it essential that the US Supreme Court take these cases on appeal – perhaps under Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals.

That 1993 decision requires that scientific evidence must be relevant, reliable, peer-reviewed, and confirmed by more than just circumstantial links between an alleged cause and the injury in question. That standard is especially important where, as seems to be the case with glyphosate, the evidence and expert testimony resulted from research conducted for the purpose of litigation.

With looming litigation likely to include breakfast cereals “contaminated” with traces of glyphosate or GMO grains, the Supremes should set guideline for how far law firms can go in setting up and pursuing cases, influencing judges and jurors, and working (colluding) with regulatory agencies, activist groups, expert witnesses, journalists and others in fomenting, litigating and supporting their lawsuits.

Transparency and integrity are essential, in litigation, elections, legislation, regulation and climate science.

The Democratic Elite Is Aging, Becoming Demented

August 3, 2020 By Veronika Kyrylenko and Igor Kyrylenko

Today's Democratic political elite is beginning to resemble the USSR Politburo in the 1970–'80s.It is rapidly aging and becoming demented, which inevitably reflects not just its bizarre behavior, but, most importantly, the quality of strategic and tactical decision-making.  A degraded establishment that practiced socialism cost the Soviet empire its existence. It will not end differently for the U.S. if it follows this path.

The most talked about right now is, naturally, Joe Biden, who is poised to secure his presidential nomination bid in August. At the age of 77 and having had brain surgery, he constantly demonstrates signs of dementia, which is acknowledged by 38 percent of likely voters.Sixty-one percent of them believe that it is important for Biden to address the dementia issue publicly, with 41 percent saying it is "very important," according to the Rasmussen Report.

At the same time, polls constantly reassure Democrats that their presumptive candidate beats his contender.  Senile and confused, Joe still could admit that he would be a one-term president if elected.

Among all "young, diverse, and ambitious" candidates, was he the best the Democrats could offer?

Given his age, record of failed policies, lies, racism, alleged but evident foreign corruption, even sexual misconduct? Yes, he is, according to the media: "As a former vice president to Barack Obama and having served as a U.S. Senator for over 35 years, Biden is one of the most qualified people in American history to run for the presidency," goes a typical piece of praise, reminiscent, again, of the Soviet-style propaganda aimed to glorify general secretaries who could barely walk.

Interestingly, some of the closest of Biden's rivals for the nominee bid — Bernie Sanders (78), Elizabeth Warren (69), Michael Bloomberg (76) — were not youngsters, either............To Read More
