This is it for this week, and I think there are some really outstanding commentaries and linked articles  listed for your approval.  

However, let's start with this Buckeye Institute Press Release.  Sue and Settle has been a massive open sore in America for decades.  The EPA has been notorious for this kind of corruption, where the activists sue the EPA to do something the Congress never gave the them authority to do, so they cave in to these lawsuits and the courts give them that authority.   At some point the Congress must bring an end to this corruption.   Let's face it, overall, the federal judiciary is completely out of control, and local judges are just as bad.
