Insane wolves are being released in society, and they're dangerous, preying on the weak and defenseless.  Are good Samaritans to be arrested and charged with crimes for trying to stop their murderous actions if these murderous lunatics get killed in the process?  That's the direction the nation is going.  So what is society to do?  After all, it's become clear we can't rely on the criminal justice system to protect society, and as a result, we can't rely on the police.
