On June 21, 2023, Jack Cashill published this piece entitled, The 10 most perversely improbable events of the last 10 years Exclusive: Jack Cashill recounts bizarre happenings America never saw coming, which he defines "PIEs –Perversely Improbable Events" which I thought had some interesting insights.
As an example Jeffrey Epstein's "suicide". Here's was a man on 24 hour watch, and all the prison guards fell asleep while at the same time the security cameras....all of them.... malfunctioned. Amazing! As a result Epstein managed to hang himself. And the amazing thing is his secret client list never got exposed. I think that certainly would fall under the category of a Perversely Improbable Event.
The improbabilities are everywhere. Who would have believed within a a few years all of America's major cities would turn into cesspools of corruption and crime making them unfit to live in, or for businesses to survive, and the voters keep voting in the very same people who destroyed their cities.
Who would have ever believed a few years ago the double standards of justice in America would be so out of control that when John Durham, Special Counsel for the United States Department of Justice, was asked in a congressional hearing:
"How long do you think
that this country will survive with a two-tiered justice system that
seeks to persecute people based on their political beliefs?"
He answered:
"I don’t think that things can go too much further with
the view that law enforcement, particularly the FBI or Department of
Justice, runs a two-tiered system of justice. The nation can’t stand
under those circumstances."
Who would have thought a few years ago a man could become President of the United States while hardly campaigning, who was clearly suffering from dementia of some kind, has been up to his neck in criminal activity, right along with his family, has blatantly violated the laws of the land, the Constitution, and clearly has violated his oath of office, and yet a Republican House leadership said impeachment now was premature? What's that mean? Does mature mean it's so bad everything is rotting away and stinks? Apparently! Since being called out by two Republican women was what it took, and now they've grown a spine and voted for impeachment.
Who'd have believed a very rich former President of the United States, who is facing one fraudulent criminal charge to prevent him from running again, would have trouble retaining counsel because leftists are using corrupt practices to disbar conservative attorneys wiling to defend him?
Who would have believed the nation's legal and legislative branches of government at the state and federal levels are letting them get away with it?
Whodda Thunk It!
