 The great weasel-word gaslight: The Jan. 6 commission finds nothing on Trump -Liz Cheney's Jan. 6 commission is starting to look stupid.  Like the clown's outfit that tried to pin impeachment articles on President Trump over utterly nothing, as well as the grotesque fabulists of the Steele dossier who invented and peddled outright lies to manipulate U.S. law enforcement into taking action against Trump, there's no there there, zero substance, and as the truth gets out, they once again look like an awfully sorry bunch. They've been trying for years to "prove" that Trump is guilty of something, and this current Jan. 6 effort is once again demonstrating their capacity for pratfalls. Here are two breathy headlines that ran in the last couple of days from the New York Times..... 

Robin's Take - It's particularly absurd considering the multiple court rulings of massive illegal and/or unconstitutional actions taken in several different swing states, the bribery and unconstitutional use of hundreds of millions of 'Zuckerbuck' dollars, the findings of huge fraud involving nursing homes in Wisconsin, etc., etc., etc.

Lindsey Graham pops off about killing Putin - Russia's attack on Ukraine has prompted a lot of noble and industrious responses from foreigners around the world — from the warm welcome that ordinary Polish and Romanian citizens have extended to fleeing Ukrainian refugees to the Pittsburgh professor who raised $800,000 in a day to help Ukraine with humanitarian needs to gourmet chef José Andrés's World Central Kitchen operation to cook for and feed Ukrainian refugees to the Animal Food Bank's effort, which is delivering relief to pet owners, to Project Hope, which is shipping medical supplies to Ukraine, to the millions of people around the world who have peacefully demonstrated their support for Ukraine and its uphill war against an aggressor.  Whether it's lighting a candle, fasting for Ukraine, sending money, or doing something more, much of the world is mobilizing to help.........

Slow Joe digs in against opening up US energy production to checkmate Russia - It's the easiest thing in the world: cut off Russia's oil earnings and watch its war against Ukraine collapse. A U.S. oil embargo on Russia would destroy its cash stream which is financing 30% of its government, including its attack on Ukraine. In a war, at least one you want to win, you cut off supply lines.  Grant and Sherman understood this.  But General Biden is a little different.  He wants to keep Putin getting that money until Bad America reforms to a green energy system to his liking.  He has a live war in front of him; he has the solution on the table; and instead of taking that solution, he sticks to his green energy "priority." Kamala Harris begins to sound like a Saturday Night Live parody of herself - After seeing what a real leader looks like — in Ukraine — we return to our regularly scheduled clown show back in Washington. This brings us to Kamala Harris, who was introduced by Jill Biden as "President Harris" (a joke, of course) ahead of President Biden's State of the Union address Tuesday.  She came out to speak, and, well, see if you disagree with the guy who created this tweet: ..........She does sound like a parody of herself — flip, sarcastic, drunk-ish, gulping, self-satisfied, signature giggles thrown in — and not at all serious. ............
