On January 26, 2019 Patricia McCarthy posted this American Thinker article,"Roger Stone's SWAT team arrest: Are we even America anymore?" asking: Are we living in America anymore?
She goes on to say:
After news broke of the pre-dawn raidon Roger Stone's home Friday morning in Florida by twenty-nine heavily-armed agents in nineteen vehicles, lights flashing, CNN serendipitously on hand to film the raid, millions of us realized once and for all that we are no longer living in the America we knew and loved.
Those same millions of us have known for over two years that the Mueller "probe" is a huge and well orchestrated cover-up. There are now at least two books, Gregg Jarrett's and Dan Bongino's, and well researched investigative articles that prove this beyond doubt.Mueller went after a man who would have come to them on his own if Mueller requested him to do so, and Mueller had to know that. The media has to know that. The FBI and the Justice Department had to know that. So why do they serve an arrest warrant with such a massive show of force? This is the kind of force that's used to arrest drug lords and their well armed minions.
Why? Because it was great theater in the round. Great headlines. But what does it mean? It seems to me this means Mueller must have a stunningly weak case against Stone, ergo, he is in desperate need of as much publicity as he can gererate in order to condemn him before he even appears before a judge.
As McCarthy says:
There are so many crimes being committed here, one on top of another. Is Whittaker a Mueller-Rosenstein plant, too? Are we to "pay no attention to the man behind the curtain"? Just who is the man behind the curtain? Is Mueller the Wizard, or is someone else pulling the strings? Is Mueller more powerful than the president? It seems that he is. He has morphed into an American version of Lavrentiy Beria.
May Mueller one day be tried for his crimes. May he be found guilty for the lives he has ruined, many of them long before he became special counsel for the current investigation. This man is a menace.McCarthy isn't alone in this view. On January 25, 2019 "Thomas Lifson posted this article, "Mueller stages full body armor predawn arrest of Roger Stone for CNN's cameras" saying"
The latest "This is the beginning of the end for Trump..." orgasm in the mainstream media comes with serious action movie production values, courtesy of Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller. Roger Stone, who could easily have been notified to turn himself in the way white-collar defendants who are no danger of fleeing normally are handled, was instead subjected to a humiliating midnight predawn raid with cars full of riot gear-clad FBI agents, all staged before the cameras of CNN, which was exclusively granted access to the scene worthy of an action movie.
[Update: It is not clear who leaked news of the raid to CNN, having the effect of staging it for the most anti-Trump of networks. ]This is similar to the treatment of Paul Manafort, but with the added indignity of CNN cameras. ........ Further comment on the six crimes alleged in the indictment will have to wait for more information. But it is clear that Mueller was shown his man first, and then found the crime, following the dictum of Stalin's head of the KGB, Lavrentiy Beria: "Show me the man, and I will find you the crime."At some point even the media and the nation must come to the realization that this man really is out of control and needs to be fired. He's running all over the place finding "crimes" to justify his continued existence as a special prosecutor. Why? I think he's hoping he can keep it up until the 2020 election. Then if Trump loses his leftist handlers and co-conspirators will reward him with the job of Attorney General. Mueller is corrupt to the bone and that needs to be repeated over and over again....because it's true.
