Students talking about their Christian beliefs with their friends might make other students “feel unsafe,” according to Plainwell High School in Michigan. Plainwell High School junior, David Stouts, was booted out of school for three days for discussing his Christian beliefs among friends via private text messages. So much for privacy and free speech.
Some of the things he discussed were the love God has for sinners, Stout’s love for his friends, and, here is where the “problems” began, Stout said he believed homosexuality is a sin and….drum roll…there are only two genders! Before Stout was suspended, he claims he was asked by a faculty member why he didn’t turn himseef in for his private discussions involving religion and “inappropriate” jokes shared amongst friends, (Stout allegedly chuckled at homophobic/racial jokes his friends made during band camp in July 2021). ........Holy control freak, Batman! The suit also alleges Stout was told by a band director to stop posting his political and religious views on social media...............To Read More...
Our Group Take - This just really doesn't seem like America anymore. Also, how did they even know what his private text messages were? Either one of his "friends" turned them into the school, or the school has some app on his phone that's ostensibly for school related things, but works as spyware - or both. Or I suppose one of the other friend's parents could have had spyware on their kids phone, and they found and turned the texts in. Regardless, it would be quite interesting to know how the school ever found out about the text messages - and I seriously doubt it's something that we'd feel was reasonable and above board.
My Take - How they found out is immaterial to me, unless of course there's some kind of deliberate spying going on at the school to weed out anything that's not part of the Church of Wokeness. What does concern me is where these people get the idea they have the right to do this. The left has infested all our institutions, and impose their views as the only views that are acceptable. It's time they found out they work for the public, not the other way around. Education in America is a snare and a racket.
Also, Alex Parker has clearly made this education insanity a project to follow. Please view this post, and all the links to his articles outlining just how far down the rabbit hole education, at all levels, has fallen.
