Critically Thinking about Stealing US Elections

How the Left is doing this LEGALLY

John Droz jr. Apr 07, 2025

It goes without saying that the Left would like to derail the American Experiment. As Lincoln so eloquently stated in his Lyceum speech, there is not likely going to be a military attack from a foreign power, but rather an invasion from within.

As outlined here, there is strong evidence that the Left has no compunction against committing election malfeasance. Fortunately, over the last four years, the Right has made strong gains in securing election integrity, thanks to competent and committed warriors like Cleta Mitchell. Due to her and other allies, numerous State organizations have taken hold (e.g., here), State election laws have been tightened, the RNC has finally been aggressive regarding lawsuits, poll watchers have come out in droves, etc., etc. The 2024 election results were due in no small part to these efforts at improving election integrity.

That said, the Left has an even more powerful and devious plan to win US elections — and almost no one is paying attention!

To appreciate this, we need to fully comprehend the reality that while those on the Right are almost entirely focused on short-term solutions, the Left is very comfortable also playing the Long Game. In other words, they are perfectly willing to adopt a strategy that might not come to fruition for 10 to 20 years… Since conservatives would almost never do that, they don’t ordinarily think in those terms — so even though the evidence is in black and white before them, they have difficulty grasping such a strategy. Big Mistake!

The Left’s Long Game

The number one fear of the Left is to have Critically Thinking citizens. I can not overstate the importance of fully grasping that pivotal understanding.

Since the Left is petrified of that happening they have expended enormous time, effort, and resources trying to ensure that the US has the absolute minimum of Critically Thinking citizens. After considerable research, they decided that their absolute best way of restricting the number of Critically Thinking citizens was to take control of the US K-12 education system. What does this mean?

“Taking Control” means that the Left is calling the shots in almost every important aspect of the US K-12 education system. For example:

  1. ) they have captured the teacher certification process,
  2. ) they write the subject standards [e.g., Common Core Math],
  3. ) they determine the classroom subject textbooks,
  4. ) they purposefully introduce anti-Judeo-Christian topics like SEL
  5. ) they see that anti-American values are attacked by infusing text and library books approved by the ALA (e.g., see here and here). Etc.

For good measure, they have also indoctrinated professors at colleges to reinforce the K-12 brainwashing for those students who go on to that level, etc.

The Left’s Focus on K-12 Science

Of their K-12 program, their most insidious influence is that they make sure that both Knowledge and Skills are skewed to promote Progressive ideology — particularly in the subject area of Science. They have focused on Science standards as they are acutely aware that Science is the most appropriate subject for teaching children how to be Critical Thinkers — which they adamantly oppose.

With the Next General Science Standards (NGSS) they not only do not teach the skill of Critical Thinking to K-12 students, they purposefully teach the OPPOSITE! The antithesis of critically thinking students are those who are easily led to comply, as they don’t ask sufficient questions, or don’t intelligently critique the answers they are given. These students are intentionally trained to be conformists, submissives, sheeple, etc.

How are students taught to be compliant? In the NGSS there are multiple subliminal messages supporting conformity, like:

a) go along with whatever is politically correct,
b) defer to authority,
c) accept at face value the statements of experts,
d) concur with consensus views,
e) buy into one-sided presentations of information,
f) don’t question computer projections, etc., etc.

All of these have the same subconscious message: People a lot smarter than you have made a determination here, so we do not need — or want — any input from you. In other words, they are communicating: We do not want you to do any critical thinking!

The definition of Science is: Science is a process. What that process is is a continuous and well-organized (e.g., the Scientific Method) refinement of what are the truths of our existence. As such, one of the hallmarks of a true scientist is that they are a skeptic. In other words, they are a person who instinctively ask questions, like: who? what? why? when? etc. Interestingly Critical Thinkers are also people who do not just robotically accept what they are told: after they ask questions they are not swayed by light-weight answers.

Where the Rubber Hits the Road

So let’s be perfectly clear: over the last few decades (remember: the long game) the American K-12 school system has been set up: 1) to indoctrinate students with progressive ideology, and 2) to produce non-critically thinking graduates.

Every year there are about 4 MILLION graduates from the American K-12 school system.

Shortly thereafter most of those graduates become American voting citizens!

How long can the American Experiment survive when there are 3± Million voters added: 1) who have been thoroughly propagandized with Left-leaning ideology, and 2) who have been trained to be compliant conformists?

Briefly, this is the Left’s plan to legally steal elections, and no one is doing anything meaningful to stop it…

Transforming the Department of Education is the absolute best option we have to stop this tsunami from undermining our electorate.

Election Integrity in a Nutshell

We need to stop assuming that our election results are honest

John Droz jr. Aug 20, 2024 @ Critically Thinking About Select Societal Issues

Since a major US political convention is currently going on, lets do a bit of Critical Thinking about the issue of Election Integrity…

I got intensively involved with election integrity 4± years ago. As just one example of my involvement, see my Election-Integrity webpage, where I list the ten major election integrity reports my team of independent experts produced — for free — starting in late 2020.

BTW, as of today, not a single statement on any one of these Reports has been refuted!

One takeaway from my investigations is that I was stunned by the number of HUGE loopholes in our election system! These known defects not only allow rampant cheating but actually encourage it. It’s like leaving the bank and its vault unlocked over the weekend — does that allow thievery or encourage it?

The answer to the popular question: were the 2020 Presidential election results accurate? The FACTUAL answer is: a) we have zero real proof that the results were honest, and b) there is an enormous amount of evidence that the results are highly suspect. (See PS, below.)

The obvious conclusion of any real analysis of our election system — despite all you’ve heard from “authorities”— is that we simply do NOT have election integrity in the US!

The basic reason for this is that the two political parties have diametrically opposite objectives regarding what our underlying election philosophy should be:

  • Democrats: Easy to Vote.
  • Republicans: Easy to Vote, but Hard to Cheat.

These may sound very similar, but in reality, they are worlds apart! An instructive example of the profound differences is absentee voting.

Republicans take the traditional position: anyone who is legitimately unable to vote in person (e.g., due to an illness, being away on vote day(s), etc.) should be given an absentee ballot. That ballot requires filling out an accompanying form that includes proper identification of the citizen who is voting.

Democrats say anyone for any reason can submit an absentee ballot — and the identification of the voter is nominal, at best.

So which way encourages dishonesty?

Another BIG problem is that election laws are mostly made up by States. What sense does it make for national elections to be determined by up to fifty (50) sets of rules???

An additional major part of the challenge of fixing our election system, is that there are multiple issues that need addressing. This is very much like those good people trying to fix our failing K-12 education system: what’s the most important issue to solve?

The Fundamental Problem

Over the last four years of my immersion in the US election system, it has become crystal clear that its NUMBER ONE failing is that there are no meaningful post-election audits done within 3± weeks.

Yes, some places do things like “Risk Limiting Audits” (RLAs). However, the name is intended to fool citizens who are not paying attention. RLAs are superficial double checks, so the risk is reduced by something like 2%… A parallel would be a security guard driving by a bank and reporting that everything was OK, just because he didn’t see (from his vehicle) any evidence of thieves breaking in…

The Dems are emboldened by the fact the Republicans have not insisted on meaningful audits. In their latest ploy, the Dems in Virginia actually got legislation passed that prohibited even the lightweight RLAs! The “justification” was that such audits might “inhibit Virginia’s ability to certify its presidential outcome…”!!!

But “Certification” is supposed to be oversight of the election process by State Legislators, assuring citizens that everything is accurate and honest. So how would a quick & simple audit inhibit that? This is the mentality we are dealing with today…

Not a single State (out of 50), not a single County (out of 3150±), and not a single Precinct (out of 177,000±) mandates a meaningful post-election audit!

This is third-world country behavior that is beyond comprehensible for the United States to still be doing in 2024. [BTW, what such an audit should look like is outlined in my team’s tenth report: Post-Election Audits. We even took the trouble of making a short video about what needed to be done — watch it!]

My Conclusion…

Mandating (at least a statistical sample) immediate meaningful post-election audits should be our absolute top priority. However, since the 2020 election, despite huge amounts of time & effort spent on election integrity, this has not been done anywhere.

So far Republicans have not succeeded in fixing this significant deficiency as they are divided into two camps (United we stand, Divided we fall). One group says that the main problem we are facing is the loopholes outlined above. The other group says that the main thing we should be focusing on is to get Republicans out to vote.

Clearly, getting out the vote is a very important matter — but if the other side is allowed to rampantly cheat, that will almost certainly win the day. Further, if Republican voters are aware that unchecked dishonesty is probably going on, that will likely discourage them from casting a ballot! In other words, fixing the election system defects needs to be our primary focus — as doing that will lead to more honest citizens voting, due to their having more confidence in the system!

The short answer is that America can not survive without properly fixing this fatal flaw in its election system — yet almost no one is doing anything about it!

PS — What about assurances (e.g., from public officials) that the 2020 election was the most accurate and secure ever? Likewise, what about claims (e.g., from mainstream media) that there was no widespread fraud in the 2020 election?

Both statements are 100% disingenuous, as there were zero official meaningful 2020 post-election audits. Those are necessary to substantiate their self-serving statements.

It’s as if election officials assured us that “most males wore black socks when they voted,” or mainstream media claimed that “there were no widespread voting delays in 2020.” In both cases no one is keeping accurate track of either, so any such claims are blatant attempts to deceive the public.

But don’t take my word for it, read this superior summary of the situation.

PPS — This Report (from a respected, independent international organization) states it well:

“Elections can further democracy, development, human rights, and security, or undermine them. For this reason, promoting and protecting the integrity of elections is critically important. Only when elections are credible can they legitimize governments, as well as effectively safeguard the right of citizens to exercise their political choices.”

PPPS — See Appendix A of another one of my team’s Election Integrity Reports. It lists over thirty (30) Reports by those on the Left and the Right (!), that our election system is deeply flawed. Yet the band plays on…

Helping with Election Integrity

This is an essential part of being a good citizen

By John Droz, Jr. Jul 25, 2024 @ Critically Thinking About Select Societal Issues

As we get closer to the extremely significant 2024 US elections, more people are paying more attention to the quality and accuracy of the US election process — also known as election integrity.

As readers know, I've been extensively involved with the election integrity issue for several years now (e.g., see here). We simply MUST do more about assuring election integrity — particularly by mandating sample meaningful post-election audits (e.g., see here). So far, in the US there are NO officially mandated meaningful post-election audits of voters, machines, or the election process!

This is stunning and unacceptable.

Due to the commitments of thousands of good citizens, overall there has been good progress regarding election integrity since 2020. However, in the critical area of meaningful post-election audits, the progress has been woefully inadequate — which is extremely disappointing.

That said, it is good that more citizens are volunteering to be part of the process, and are getting educated about how they can help. Here is a fine example just being offered:

Hello,

This Sunday, July 28, marks 100 Days until the 2024 Election Day.

I’m excited to share that the RNC, NRSC, and NRCC are partnering to host a National Election Integrity Day of Training in multiple states across the country on July 28 at 4:00pm local time.

Each training will feature special guests - including Kimberly Guilfoyle, Senator Rick Scott, Senator Marsha Blackburn, Rep. Bryan Steil, Rep. Elise Stefanik, and many others.

The Election Integrity Program at the RNC has now expanded with full time staff in 18 states.

Alongside our grassroots partners, we are operating full speed ahead recruiting and training tens of thousands of poll watchers, ensuring that Republican poll workers are hired in all critical areas.

Please register here or below to consider serving in your state.

Thank you to all who can help spread the word as well!

Promoting American Election Integrity

The major components of the election procedure are: 1) voter, 2) machine, and 3) process  (e.g., ballot handling). Election Integrity means that ALL the major aspects of the election procedure are done accurately, honestly, and transparently, in a timely fashion.  Our team of authors of 2020 election-related analyses are unpaid volunteers, whose expertise covers a wide range of fields (Cyber Security, IT, Statistics, Physics, Economics, etc.). Our main interest is to contribute our small part in assuring election integrity. Starting in November of 2020, we have generated multiple 2020 election-related studies. Our main reports (in chronological order) are:

  1. - Pennsylvania Report,
  2. - Michigan Report,
  3. Election Spikes Report,
  4. Claudia Tenney Report (NY-22),
  5. Edison Timeseries Distribution Analysis,
  6. - List of 2020 Presidential-related Election Lawsuits  (plus Text Summary),
  7. Critique of MITRE Report,
  8. - 2020 Presidential Election Contrast Analysis,
  9. - Election Integrity: Recommendations Report (plus one page digest of State recommendations), and
  10. -Post Election Audits: Verifying Election Integrity. (Here is a short video about our Audit Report.
  11.   Also: affidavits and less formal reports on Michigan, Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania, PennsylvaniaMilwaukee, Arizona, etc.

Since the media hasn’t done a good job of publicizing material they consider “contrarian,” we often get asked: what are some other quality 2020 election-related studies?  Although we haven’t done exhaustive research on other reports, here are some of our favorites:

These reports are specifically about voting machines (some of the above reports also discuss machines):

As Democrats get caught using subterfuge, Arizona conservatives get proactive

By Olivia Murray

Last week, audio released by Project Veritas documented a South Carolina Democrat conniving to secure local elections via duplicitous means. Among other things, Krystle Matthews said, “We need some secret sleepers. Like you need, we need them to run as [sic] the other side, even though they for [sic] our side. We need people to run as Republicans in these local elections.”

The recording shocked many of the listeners – but it shouldn’t have. The Republican Party remains hopelessly infiltrated, and the Establishment is keen to keep the status quo. Perhaps nowhere is this fact more evident, than in Arizona – after all, the state has produced caitiff politicians like John McCain, Jeff Flake, and Mark Brnovich. One particular group of Arizonans is so fed up with the obvious breach within the party by Marxian activists, they developed quite an ingenious countermeasure – “RINO-tagging.”

Organized as the Patriot Party of Arizona, and under the leadership of Chairman Pro Tem Steve Daniels, teams of conservatives installed “RINO” tags, placing them directly next to the campaign signs of certified betrayers.

So what actions earn a Republican a “RINO” tag? In a statement from Daniels:.............To Read More....

Democrats Burned Money to Meddle in Republican Primaries in Colorado, and It Backfired Terribly

Rebecca Downs Rebecca Downs Jul 01, 2022

On Tuesday, many primary races took place across the country, including in Colorado, where Democrats made news for meddling in Republican primaries, a move in violation of state and federal law, which backfired terribly. Overall, Democrats looked to have spent what looks to be $14 million, including an estimated $10 million in the Senate race.

Through several different channels, Democrats attempted to meddle in races for governor, as well as U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives. Each one of the candidates that they attempted to prop up lost.

Despite efforts from Democrats to meddle, Heidi Ganahl beat Greg Lopez to become the Republican gubernatorial nominee, winning 53.83 percent of the vote compared to Lopez's 46.17 percent. When it comes to the Senate, Joe O'Dea beat Ron Hanks by nearly nine percentage points, 54.46 percent to Hanks' 45.54 percent. As of Friday, an estimated 91 percent of the vote has been reported..............To Read More......

Federal Court Upholds Georgia Election Integrity Law

Jordan Dixon-Hamilton

Judge J.P. Boulee of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has upheld the parts of Georgia’s Election Integrity Law challenged by an organization that sends prospective voters prefilled absentee ballot applications.  VoteAmerica sued Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to strike down portions of Georgia Senate Bill 202 that add certain requirements for organizations or individuals that mail prefilled absentee ballot applications to potential voters.

Georgia SB 202, signed into law by Georgia Governor Brian Kemp (R) in May 2021, includes three provisions that apply additional restrictions to such ballot applications.  Under the law, third-party organizations are prohibited from sending absentee ballot applications prefilled with the prospective voter’s required information. They are also prohibited from sending applications to prospective voters who have already requested an absentee ballot..........To Read More....
