Some events from around the nation:
- Idaho -DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) is dead in the GEM state’s public universities. The Idaho State Board of Education passed a resolution that forbids universities from establishing DEO offices, basing student resource centers on DEI ideology or using “personal identity characteristics” rather than merit in hiring and admission decisions.
- Louisiana - How many Muslim males who agree with radical Jihadists thinking, now live in Europe? How many are already in the United States such as American born 42-year-old Shamsud-Din Jabbar who plowed his truck through New Orlean’s Bourbon Street on New Year’s Eve killing 15 and injuring 35+? His truck had an ISIS flag.
- New York - Several hours after Jihadist Din Jabbar killed and injured innocent people in New Orleans, the pro-Hamas folks were marching in Times Square calling for Israel’s destruction. “Zionism is cancer” is how pro-terrorists marchers celebrated the New Year. English internet personality Oli London posted on X: “Thousands of pro-Palestine supporters march through New York waving Palestinian flags, hours after 15 Americans were killed in a terror attack in New Orleans.”
Matthew Livelsberger, the guy who blew himself up in a Tesla Cybertruck in front of the Las Vegas Trump Towers, was ACTIVE DUTY US ARMY! Shamsud Din Jabbar, the guy who killed 15, injured 35+ in New Orleans on New Year’s Eve had served in the US MILITARY. What has happened to our military?
At this point I would like to introduce a side bar, a positive side bar!
Shaq said no to $40 million dollars.
In 1998, basketball legend Shaquille O’Neal was ready to ink a $40 MILLION deal with Reebok shoes. But then something happened that made the 26-year-old superstar walk away from the deal. What happened? Shaq started his own shoe co. Shaq, as Shaquille O’Neal is called, was approached by a mother of young boys who told the superstar that the sneakers he promoted were too expensive for many of his fans, especially young boys.
It opened Shaq’s eyes to the situation of selling high priced shoes that many fans could not afford. (He also opened his wallet and handed the mother $2,000.)
In 1998, instead of signing with Reebok for $40 million, Shaq partnered with Walmart. He turned his talent into successfully creating designer shoes at reasonable prices. This is one of many instances where Shaq has helped others.
Events from around the globe
Germany: From Bertrand Benoit’s “Germany Opened Its Doors to Migrants. Now It’s Struggling to Cope” in The Wall Street Journal—
- Forty-two percent of people under age 15 were either foreign-born or had at least one foreign-born parent.
- Migrants are not becoming independent German citizens. More than 60 percent of the people in Germany who depend on government benefits for their income are foreign-born or are second-generation migrants.
- The icing on the Käsekuchen is that while noncitizens comprise 15 percent of Germany’s population, they perpetrated 41 percent of all crimes in 2023.
This is why Alternative for Germany, the country’s “Germany First” party, is rising in the polls.
Great Britain—Nigel Farage’s Reform Party, the country’s “Great Britain First” party is rising in the polls. The Reform Party recently surpassed the Conservative Party (Britain’s version of RINOs) with 150,000 members.
Canada —The Free Press reports that some Canadians would like their country to become America’s 51st state. A recent study found that 13 percent of Canadians are in favor of the idea. Among Canada’s Conservative Party, it is 21 percent. Yes, that’s a low percentage of the population, but how many ideas start with small numbers?
Afghanistan - Women in Afghanistan must be completely covered. Now, in its continued effort to keep the country in the Stone Ages, Taliban Supreme Leader Hibatullah Akhundzada has issued a new decree regulating window placement in buildings, ordering that women must not be visible from neighboring homes while cooking, sitting, or standing.
If the existing property has windows that overlook a neighbor’s home, a wall or other steps must be taken so there is no perceived “harm” to neighbors. New construction cannot have windows facing the neighbor’s kitchen, water well or any area where women usually appear. According to spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid on X: “Seeing women working in kitchens, in courtyards or collecting water from wells can lead to obscene acts.”
