The pursuit of equality by Progressives and liberals is eroding freedom to a staggering degree. Under the Constitution’s Fourteenth Amendment's Equal Protection Clause, which prohibits the state governments from denying "to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws," equality means equal treatment.
