My Take - There may be businesses listed here some readers may not approve of, but that's not the issue. If the strong arm of the government can close any business down with such shenanigans then all businesses are in a position to be strong armed by an out of control government. This really is a slippery slope. If these business shouldn't be in business then let them declare them illegal via the legislative process. As it is now, who knows who makes these decisions at the bureaucratic level.
