Mark Meadows: Time to Audit Mueller Investigation

Timothy Meads  May 11, 2018

The Washington Examiner reports that North Carolina Rep. Mark Meadows will request a financial audit of special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into whether or not Russian interference and collusion with Trump officials occurred during the 2016 presidential election.

Rep. Meadows, a Republican, apparently sat down with CSPAN for an interview set to air Sunday. He told his interviewer that he will ask the Government Accountability Office next week to audit Mueller and his team of investigators to ensure tax dollars are being properly spent.  "There will be a request from us to audit the financial resources of this investigation," Meadows said. "It is certainly within the parameters. It is appropriated funding from Congress."

Meadows added in a tweet, “This investigation has gone on for nearly a year with no evidence of any collusion. Americans deserve to know how and where the Mueller team is using their tax dollars--and how much of the investigation is truly about "collusion" vs. political targeting.........To Read More....

Rosenstein -- Agent of the Deep State Coup

By Daniel John Sobieski January 30, 2018

The confirmation of Rod Rosenstein to be Deputy Attorney General by a lopsided 94-6 vote should have set off warning bells. It is odd that a Trump nominee would get much Democratic support, if any. But his role in appointing his buddy Robert Mueller to lead a bogus Russian collusion probe and his history of looking the other way when Hillary Clinton is involved shows the Democrats had high hopes for Rosenstein, hopes realized by actions documented in the four-page House Intelligence Committee memo:

A secret, highly contentious Republican memo reveals that Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein approved an application to extend surveillance of a former Trump campaign associate shortly after taking office last spring, according to three people familiar with it.

The renewal shows that the Justice Department under President Trump saw reason to believe that the associate, Carter Page, was acting as a Russian agent…

The memo’s primary contention is that F.B.I. and Justice Department officials failed to adequately explain to an intelligence court judge in initially seeking a warrant for surveillance of Mr. Page that they were relying in part on research by an investigator, Christopher Steele, that had been financed by the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign ........To Read More....

My Take - Once again we see massive corruption and criminal activity by the intelligence and law enforcement agencies of the nation in cooperation with the Democrat Party.  Someone needs to be charged and prosecuted from the FBI and the Justice Department.  Then maybe that will start the ball rolling to go after the IRS, EPA, and all the other over reaching out of control agencies, but someone needs to start doing it soon.

Professor Who Tweeted Hang Trump & Execute Republicans, Suspended WITH PAY

By Jerry Newcombe April 21, 2017

Well, we now we know how a California State University professor can get a long paid vacation….just call for the murder of the President and two Republicans for every illegal immigrant who is deported.

Associated Press reports that Lars Maischak, the Cal. State Fresno professor who tweeted “To save American democracy, Trump must hang. The sooner and the higher, the better” and, “Justice = The execution of two Republicans for each deported immigrant,” among other disgusting tweets calling for violence, has been placed on paid administrative leave.

According to a university statement, Maischak has taken a voluntary leave of absence for the remainder of the spring semester. In other words the guy has been given a paid vacation until the news about his intolerance dies down. The University’s President Joseph Castro iissued a statement announcing the paid vacation...I mean administrative leave: .....To Read More....

National Security

The FBI has begun preparing for a major mole hunt to determine how anti-secrecy group WikiLeaks got an alleged arsenal of hacking tools the CIA has used to spy on espionage targets, according to people familiar with the matter.

The leak rattled government and technology industry officials, who spent Tuesday scrambling to determine the accuracy and scope of the thousands of documents released by the group. They were also trying to assess the damage the revelations may cause, and what damage may come from future releases promised by WikiLeaks, these people said.

It was all a familiar scenario for a government that has repeatedly seen sensitive information compromised in recent years........To Read More......
