If Walz is Talking, He's Lying

This is from my files.  On May 5, 2014 Edward Acosta published a piece in Patriot Update, which I can't link since that site apparently no longer exists saying:

When it comes to matters of government policy and public affairs, one lie is unacceptable, two lies is a slap in the face and three lies is just plain Machiavellian! For devious behavior, the liar should be publicly taken to task. In other words, if it is illegal to lie to our government, it should be illegal for them to lie to us...... as the saying goes regarding deception, “Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.”

Well, Timmy is just brimming with deception, and if by now the Democrats haven't evoked the Eagleton affair over all that's come out, it's not going to happen, and I think it's for two reasons.  I'll tell you what, we'll come back to that.  Here's where we are from my commentaries up until now.

All that is a pretty condemnatory, but there's more! Never fear, with Walz, the hits just keep right on coming.  

Yesterday I published this piece by Daniel Greenfield, where a party spokesman Says Walz’s Lies Make Him Authentic.  Authentic!  Really?  So then, lying is the definition for realty?  Did I get that right?  In fact, it appears he entire history a bit of a lie, which Daniel goes on to list.  Paraphrasing his snarky conclusion, here's how the Democrats see this: 

Gov. Walz doesn’t make stuff up because he lies a lot, but because he’s an ordinary person and like most ordinary people speaks off the cuff.  You see lying is the way real people speak and not like a politician.   Which of course means his behavior is not that of a pathological liar, but that of a regular guy, just one of the boys.  The more he lies, the more he demonstrates his authenticity, and the less his relationship is with the truth, the more reason we should trust him.

Now who could possibly find fault with that?  Right?  So, now that we've cleared all this up, let's just see what have been appearing in the news about just how authentic Walz has been in the last few days.  

Walz Is a Pathological Liar- "Over the last few weeks, as corrects and fact checks roll in, I've wondered whether Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz has ever told the truth about anything at all.  We know that he's lied about his military service.........We know he lied brazenly about his DUI...........  We know he even stooped to lying about how his two children were conceived, making up a false story in furtherance of an already-deceitful attack against JD Vance......... As Rebecca noted over the weekend, here's yet another incident along this theme."

Tim Walz claimed he won an award from the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce "for participating in a Harvard-affiliated teacher-exchange program with China".  Not only did he lie about the award, but it appears there is no such program originating from Harvard, which stirs some interesting questions.   

What we're seeing is another day and another lie, but he was in China and it now appears Walz was groomed by the Chinese Communist Party.  Which bodes well the question: Who funded his educational efforts?  This is now under question, more here on that.  

He brought hundreds of Chinese students here, in the name of student exchanges, along with "lots of copies of Mao’s Little Red Book", telling the Americans going there to avoid acting like Americans because China is wonderful place to live, and everyone is the same, unless you're someone which the Chinese Communist Party disapproves.  Then you're eligible for organ transplants.   As donors.

As time goes by it appears the more things change, the more they stay the same.  In 2016 Patricia McCarthy posted this article, The Vast Cognitive Gulf between the Left and the Right, saying:

Is there a neurological or psychological reason that explains the left's complete meltdown at losing an election..... a vast number of angry voters on the Left have become unhinged, delusional, depressed.  And they act out, like spoiled children when they do not get the toy they want.  Many of our elite media left remain, like Ken Burns, in a "fetal position.".......

 

The Left will produce countless "studies" that "show" they have bigger brains, are a more advanced species and that conservatives are truly mentally impaired......Nothing makes them feel better than demeaning their ideological opponents on pseudo-intellectual grounds..........the self-appointed morally superior Left that is behind the tyrannies of multiculturalism, political correctness, a genderless society, man-made global warming, the promotion of homosexuality and gay marriage, the crusade against all religions but Islam.....loved Castro, and Stalin and Mao -- they still do........ 

 

There is a huge disconnect between how the Left and the Right see the world, America, and people, especially those who do not embrace the same rigid anti-values they do.......

 

So, as we watch the Walz story playing out it becomes clear why the Democrat party isn't upset at his character insisting he be replaced with someone worthy, as they did Thomas Eagleton.  I think there are  two reasons.  First they don't believe it matters.  Secondly, and most importantly, he's them! 

Finally, the long and short of it, Tim Walz is the Democrat's gift to the Republicans that keeps on giving, and the hits just keep right on coming.

CBS Admits: We Not Only Funded the Wuhan Lab, but We “Accidentally” Gave Them TWICE as Much Money

 Here's a piece of reporting that would have been real important to know, I don't know, THREE YEARS AGO! CBS has found out that not only was the United States funding research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, but also that they were apparently bilking us and getting double funding.

For Biden Supporters, No Lie Is Too Much To Break The Faith

The Constitutional Crisis that is the Biden regime continues to exceed previous levels of cover-up, denial, and dishonesty. Through it all, media members and other Biden supporters keep getting played for fools, but they always come back for more.

Beginning last year, each version of the “Twitter Files” revealed in astonishing detail the level of collusion, fraud, cover-up, and corruption between the FBI, the “intelligence” community, the medical establishment, and corrupt corporate and social media. Most recently, after the story broke that Joe Biden had mishandled classified information, the media ran interference and attempted to spin the whole thing, in comical fashion, as “not as bad as Trump.”

They knew about the documents discovered at the PennBiden office in November, before the midterm elections. Now there are revelations of a second tranche of classified documents that were found in Biden’s Delaware garage and a third tranche found somewhere else........To Read More...

My Take -  Now, let's not beguile ourselves.  Politicians lie, but most of them get really good at it, or at least obfuscating the truth.   Santos wasn't one of them, and neither is Biden.  His lies are so easily refuted, including this one, ‘Not a Joke!’: Biden Claims Attended Black Church Every Day After Morning Mass, one has to wonder just  how stupid can this man be?  

Apparently there's no bottom to his well of stupid, or he actually believes all the stuff he spews out, which makes this remarkably stupid man certifiable.  I just had a thought.  Does any of this give General Milley concerns Biden might start another Pearl Harbor and decided to make himself Commander in Chief as he did with Trump?

A congenital liar occupies the White House, but how many mainstream outlets produce blistering reports on the outrageous falsehoods listed above? The sad state of affairs is not the fact that propaganda outlets have less staff, it’s that journalism as a whole has absconded from its role as unbiased reporting.

Top epidemiologist Harvey Risch blasts Fauci's COVID strategy, CDC data and research

"Dr. Fauci has interests that do not align with the public health interests of the United States," epidemiologist Harvey Risch says.

President Biden can claim that COVID-19 remains a "pandemic of the unvaccinated" partly because "the CDC has played fast and loose with a lot of studies and data," Yale School of Public Health epidemiologist Harvey Risch says. "We have not been careful or objective with our data," he told the John Solomon Reports podcast Friday. "We don't even know, for example, the mortality from COVID," which the CDC pegs at more than 800,000.

Risch noted the agency told physicians to put COVID on death certificates regardless of whether they think the infection played a role. Hospitalizations have also conflated admissions "with" and "from" COVID, he said...........While vaccines are a "potential and reasonable component" of COVID mitigation, those developed are "somewhat ineffective" and their large-scale deployment has driven an unexpected number of "mutant strains" extending the pandemic and causing higher mortality, Risch said.

President Biden's chief medical advisor Anthony Fauci, longtime director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, not only isn't trained in public health but "has interests that do not align with the public health interests of the United States," Risch argued. 

Fauci's opposition to generic anti-pneumonia drug Bactrim during the AIDS pandemic "led to the deaths of 17,000 people in New York City," Risch alleged. Instead, he recalled, Fauci favored AZT, "a terrible medication that required a treatment against the treatment" but "made large amounts of financial profits" for the drugmaker, "and he's done the same thing ever since."

Joe Biden's Anti-Segregation Crusade From Black Church Story Just Took a Punch to the Mouth

At his age, Joe Biden’s lying problems can be masked as memory problems. It still doesn’t negate the issue. If he’s lying, it’s only in keeping with his past screw-ups of exaggerating his academic credentials and plagiarizing speeches from other prominent politicians, namely former UK Labor Party Leader Neil Kinnock.  

Yesterday, Biden forgot Mitt Romney’s name. He said he was elected to the Senate 180 years ago. He’s said on multiple occasions this year that he’s a candidate for the U.S. Senate. But now we have a black church problem. You see, Joey B said that he attended this black church in his teenage years. He was combating segregation, you see. The only problem is that the congregants of this church have no idea what he’s talking about because it would seem Joe was never there. ‘Lie of the Year’ — Aided and Abetted by the Media

PolitiFact has awarded their “Lie of the Year” to President Barack Obama for his promise that “if you like your health care plan, you can keep it.”  PolitiFact, a feature of the Tampa Bay Times, purports to rate the truthfulness of statements/assertions made by politicians. The accurate are rated “true,” then slide down the scale to “mostly true,” ‘half true,” “mostly false” and “false.” The biggest “lies” — the most egregious — are awarded, as PolitiFact puts it, a “Pants on Fire!” rating. (Full disclosure: As I recently wrote, PunditFact, its sister feature, recently gave me an undeserved “mostly false.”)

What’s puzzling is that PolitiFact, until now, called Obama’s statement “true” and later “half true.” In 2008 PolitiFact rated then-candidate Obama’s “you can keep it” statement as “true,” because “Obama is accurately describing his health care plan here.” As The Wall Street Journal’s James Taranto notes: “PolitiFact actually rated Obama’s promise as ‘true’ on the grounds that in making the promise, he was making the promise. … In 2008 it was but a promise, which Obama might or might not have intended and might or might not have been able to keep.”……Read More »

Hostile countries with nuclear capabilities have the upper hand on the global police.

The gangster state of North Korea became a nuclear power in 2006–07, despite lots of foreign aid aimed at precluding just such proliferation — help usually not otherwise accorded such a loony dictatorship. Apparently the civilized world rightly suspected that, if nuclear, Pyongyang would either export nuclear material and expertise to other unstable countries, or bully its successful but non-nuclear neighbors — or both.

The United States has given billions of dollars in foreign aid to Pakistan, whose Islamist gangs have spearheaded radical anti-American terrorism. Ever since a corrupt Pakistan went nuclear in 1998, it has been able to extort such foreign-aid payouts — on fears that one of its nukes might end up in the hands of terrorists.

How Presidents Lie

It’s nothing new for a president to lie to us, but Obama’s style is unique.

In the past there have been all sorts of presidential fibbing. Some chief executives make promises that they know they probably cannot or will not keep. Before his reelection for his third term in the midst of a world war, Franklin Roosevelt swore that he would never send American boys to fight in a foreign war. In just a little over a year, he did just that. Lyndon Johnson likewise before the 1964 election said he would not send troops to Vietnam. But once reelected, he sent nearly 200,000 troops to fight the North Vietnamese; by the time he left office, over a half-million Americans were deployed in Vietnam…….Barack Obama has offered all sorts of similar empty pledges, like promising to close the federal detention center at Guantanamo Bay within a year of taking office. It is still open. Obama also promised to halve the deficit by the end of his first term. Instead he doubled it. Ditto Obama’s promises on the good things to follow Cash for Clunkers, on the shovel-ready jobs that would follow the stimulus, and on the summer of recovery to be spawned by massive borrowing. Savaged by Incivility

I rarely ever stay up late for any reason; even company. A friend of mine several years ago got so tired of his guests that he went to his bedroom, put on his pajamas and reappeared to say “goodnight” to his guests. Well, I wouldn’t go quite that far. But Tuesday afternoon I wanted to see just what Senator Cruz had up his sleeve and so I began to watch – and listen, critically, I might add, to what he had to say in his attempt to keep the floor of the Senate occupied as long as he could stand. The Senator from Texas impressed me with his knowledge, ability and desire to deliver what should have been a convincing argument for defunding the ACA, Affordable Care Act. He, I thought, gave more reasons than necessary for striking down this monstrosity, not the least of which were the innumerable “exceptions,” seemingly granted to President Obama’s friends and even including Congress. And so I stayed up much of the night to listen to what he had to say.

I remember when President Obama promised that those who had health insurance that they liked could keep it. When the Teamster’s Union president, Mr. Hoffa, found out that the President had lied to them and that this new law was turning out to be a huge job killer to all the hard working men and women who helped him get elected, he wrote a very uncomplimentary letter to  the President venting his anger at their betrayal. Senator Cruz read the letter during his time on the floor. Needless to say, this new law is very unpopular with the Teamsters.....To Read More.......
