Let's start out with this idea Trump can't fire the Fed Chairman.  Well, that's false, he can be fired for cause "which covers a host of sins", but the truth is the entire Federal Reserve Board needs replaced.  There are a couple of things about this idea they shouldn't be fired because they're "independent" and operate neutrally.  Hogwash, they were appointed by politicians and have political biases, often hidden biases, but invariably those biases are leftist biases.  And if Janet Yellen is any example, they're not very bright biases, and they're influenced by a cabal of international bankers who want their boy in there.  

 

Their claim is they're fighting inflation, but what they're actually doing is desperately seeking inflation based on tariffs, supported by a corrupt media that declare the Trump tariffs were  going to spark "Weimer Republic/Zimbabwe/Argentina-levels of galloping hyperinflation."... But it never happened. And it’s killing them. It’s killing them dead.........."  Tariffs that will bring in more than $300 billion this year, and Powell even admits the data supports rate cuts,  but anti-tariff views stand in the way.  In short, reality doesn't support his leftist bias, so, he'll just ignore reality.  It's called preconceptual economics.

The Fed relies on major banks like Chase (Jamie Dimon) and Deutsche Bank, as well as hedge funds like Leon Black’s Apollo and Glenn Dubin’s Highbridge, to facilitate the execution of Fed and Treasury policies. They want “one of their guys” at the Fed, “and that’s not just about the chairman, it’s about a whole range of people, it’s about changing their mindset and their models, and frankly it’s about breaking some heads, because the way they’ve been doing business is not working.”  (Editor's Note: Here's the link to my

On Friday it was reported that on Wednesday, Fed Governor Waller is now backing Trump for a rate cut, taking a very public stand against Chairman Powell, whose days are numbered I'm guessing. 

Well, the IRS is now going to allow churches to endorse political candidates of their choice.  A rule created by Lyndon B. Johnson regarding their continued tax exemption status, and for obvious reasons.  But why has this now been changed?  Trump is President?  Maybe, but could it be because modern churches have abandoned the Judaic/Christian ethics and principles that would have challenged leftist movements in favor of leftist heresy?  Just a thought.  

 

Nothing is as it appears in this Russo/Ukrainian War.   Ukrainians cheered as Russia destroyed recruitment centers in Ukraine.  Why? These centers are violently "snatching of people off the streets to send them – with negligible training – to die in the frontlines" ......  "even mobilizing the mobilizing the old, the infirm and women."   How true is all that? It's hard to tell but it appears there's a degree of truth in this.   So what exactly do the Ukrainian people want?  For the war to end!   But even if the Ukrainian leadership is willing, Putin isn't.  

 

No matter who wins, both Ukraine and Russia lose.   If Russia wins, they're in such financial straights they won't be able to rebuild Ukraine for years, and their demographic pyramid is far worse than it was three years ago.  Ten years ago it was observed at the current rate of growth, ethnic Russians would be a minority by around 2040/2045.   Given he's lost hundreds of thousands of young men in this war, that date must have been pushed up, and while I don't know the number, it must be closer to 2035 now.  Except those numbers no longer matter as Putin's inviting Muslim immigrants to come and work in his factories, exacerbating his demographic issues, possibly making ethnic Russians a minority in Russia very soon.   Truly, it would be a pyrrhic victory.  

 

The Lower Caucasus region realizes Russia can no longer help keep order, the former Soviet Republics in Central Asia are moving away from Russia economically, and now everyone knows Russia isn't the big bad bear we thought they were militarily.  

 

If Ukraine wins the nation is in for big political changes, and given how corrupt the Ukrainian government has been and still is, I don't see all those Ukrainians who fled to other nations returning unless there are substantial changes.   

 

Forget all this talk about how the new Syrian leaders are going to protect all minorities and all faiths.  It ain't happening, and it's my view the Kurds in that region are going to be decimated by Syria and Turkey, and the Druze, who actually support Israel, are going to be attacked.  I have misgivings as to some of Trump's decisions over Syria and their leaders.  Here's a map of Syria from Stratfor showing the power structure, and it's a mess.  These aren't political parties, these are very militant people who believe in gun politics.

 

I think Trump is in for as big an awakening with Syria as he has had with Putin.  These "reformed" terrorists are not reformed, they're manipulators who will just as quickly revert to form as it become convenient.

 

Iran will be a thorn in the side of civilization as long as it's being run by murderous totalitarian fanatics, they just seized an oil tanker in the Gulf of Oman.  Iran's religious leaders have not given up.  They're issuing "fatwas" demanding true Muslims assassinate western leaders, including Donald Trump.   I'm curious, are those fatwas still valid in Islam if a bomb takes out the clerics who issued such fatwas?

 

Finally, Trump had better get his head on right over the Epstein affair.  He's dug himself into a hole he may not be able to crawl out of.  And to arrogantly declare any MAGA supporters who disagreed with him over this issue are no longer MAGA supporters takes a lot of nerve.  That's not his call.  He did not create the MAGA movement, he merely renamed it.  They were already there in various groups like the Tea Party looking for a leader who would promote their values.   He stepped up, they accepted him, and his accomplishments in that regard have been absolutely stunning which Victor Davis Hanson enumerates, defying all the dire predictions from the left.  But he didn't not create them, they chose him, it's not for him to say who is and who isn't a MAGA supporter, and he'd needs to get that.

This all has to do with the Epstein gaslighting. The American public is NOT buying it.

His poll numbers are dropping and he needs to start walking back some of the foolish things he's said and remember irrespective of all the great things he's done, he was only able to do it because of them.  They stood by him through the lawfare nightmare he went through admiring his guts and determination, but, they made him, he didn't make them, and the MAGA movement is bigger than Donald Trump.  

 

He needs to embrace his friends in the party, and to focus more on his enemies in the party like those pushing for amnesty, using every Democrat talking point in the book, actually claiming since God saved him "he owes God a favor, and should repay the debt by signing her amnesty and migration bill."  He ain't buying it, and Trump isn't Joe Biden, and she needs to be primaried.

IRS Lets Terror Fundraiser That Praised D.C. Attack Get Tax-Exempt Donations

Samidoun, a group that the United States Treasury described as a “sham charity” that serves as a fundraiser for terrorists, had some thoughts on the recent D.C. leftist terrorist attack. 

It reposted an open letter to its Telegram group declaring that “Elias Rodriguez’s act was fully justified” when he shot Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim in the back. “It is justice.”

“May it redound to teach a lesson and set an example,” the letter wrote of the brutal murders while describing Islamic terrorist supporters as “struggling behind enemy lines, inside the US”.

Samidoun leaders described the killings as a “natural consequence” and warned that “genocide has to have consequences.”

There is no shortage of terrorist supporters in this country, but this group of terrorist supporters continues to benefit from tax-exempt donations despite years of reporting by the David Horowitz Freedom Center and even sanctions being imposed by the Treasury Department.

Samidoun was designated as an arm of the PFLP terrorist group by Israel in 2021, by Germany in 2023 after its members handed out candy after terrorist attacks, and in the U.S., Canada and the Netherlands in 2024. In 2023, the Freedom Center’s report predicted that despite the growing crackdown, the IRS would continue to allow it to benefit from tax-exempt status. The same government agency that spent six years harassing the David Horowitz Freedom Center has spent four years refusing to stop tax-exempt donations from going to a terrorist front group.

The Treasury Department imposed sanctions on Samidoun last year declaring that it “provides financial support to the sanctioned PFLP” and stating that “all property and interests in property” are “blocked and must be reported” and finally prohibited all “transactions by U.S. persons or within (or transiting) the United States that involve any property or interests in property of designated or otherwise blocked persons.” The sanctions extended to a ban on the “making of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services by, to” at risk of “civil sanctions” and “secondary sanctions” on those providing funding to the terrorist front group.

Those would potentially include George Soros, Ben & Jerry’s and the IRS.

How does a front for a terrorist group get tax-exempt donations anyway? Through a dubious practice known as fiscal sponsorship in which yet another front group accepts tax-exempt donations for it making it the front group for a front group for a terrorist organization.

The Alliance For Global Justice was created to support Marxist Sandinista terrorists in Nicaragua, but it has served as a fiscal sponsor for over 140 groups including a major BLM umbrella group, a Cuban front group and a bail fund that sprang an assassin from prison in Louisville, Kentucky, and for Samidoun.

AFGJ describes itself as the “Accounting Department for the Movement”, solicits for groups to ‘fiscally sponsor’ and even solicits donations to subsidize its fiscal sponsorship program for various radical groups. After extensive reporting by the David Horowitz Freedom Center, House members and IRS employees are well aware of the situation and have been for years.

Why has nothing been done? One answer may be that the AFGJ’s role as the “Accounting Department for the Movement” provides it with impunity because of its role in sponsoring major leftist organizations including, for a time, the Movement for Black Lives, one of the two big BLM umbrella groups, and the money that has come through it including from George Soros, the Tides Foundation, the Ben and Jerry’s Foundation, and other wealthy leftists and foundations.

Its last available IRS form for 2022 reported over $10 million in contributions and grants.

Take down a mob accountant and you take down the mob. Taking down AFGJ may take down too much of the ‘movement’ with it. And so the AFGJ still retains its nonprofit status, the IRS continues to list it as a legal non-profit, despite receiving complaints, and the AFGJ still continues to solicit tax-exempt donations even when everyone else has cut it off.

AFGJ’s sponsorship of Samidoun led credit card companies and PayPal to stop processing donations to it, but the IRS continued to stick with the leftist organization. Even though the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Asset Control had sanctioned Samidoun, the IRS, an agency of the same department, continues providing nonprofit status to Samidoun’s sponsor.

One part of Treasury is sanctioning a terrorist front group while another is helping to fund it.

Samidoun’s statements in defense of the D.C. terrorist attack shows all too clearly why the United States and other countries cracked down on it. Private financial institutions appear to be in compliance with sanctions. The only organization still not in compliance is the IRS.

That raises the question of whether the United States government can sanction the IRS?

The David Horowitz Freedom Center’s ‘Internal Radical Service’ project had previously documented IRS complicity in allowing not only Samidoun, but domestic terrorists, pedophiles pirates, and even crackhouses to benefit from nonprofit status. The refusal of the IRS to act is undermining foreign policy and even existing terrorist sanctions by the Treasury Department.

That’s why bills such as the ‘No Tax Dollars for Terrorists Act’ and the ‘Stop Terror-Financing and Tax Penalties on American Hostages Act’ have been introduced only to be blocked by Democrats and some Republicans. And so for now a terrorist front group that praised a terrorist attack in D.C. is able to continue taking tax-exempt money thanks to bureaucrats and politicians in Washington D.C.

The Pope vs. the IRS

When I write about America’s awful tax code, I generally focus on anti-growth policies such as high tax rates, the bias against saving and investment, and nightmarish and costly complexity.

But there’s actually a fourth problem of “worldwide taxation” that deserves more attention. The U.S. has the world’s most aggressive and obnoxious system of extraterritorial taxation.

This means American taxpayers who earn money outside of America’s borders are subject to taxes where they earn their money, but then the IRS gets to take a second bite at the apple.  

When American businesses earn money in other nations, that income is subject to tax by governments in those other nations, but that income can then also be taxed by the IRS.

The solution to all these problems is the common-sense notion of territorial taxation, which simply means that governments don’t tax outside their borders.

All good tax systems, such as the flat tax, are based on territorial taxation.

Now that we’ve explained the issue and considered the theoretical implications, let’s now look at a real-world example.

A new Pope was just elected and he’s the first American to fill that role.

That’s newsworthy from a religious perspective, but it also has some major tax implications (and could cause some major tax headaches), as explained by Victoria Craw and Julie Zauzmer Weil in a report for the Washington Post.

Here are some excerpts.

Pope Leo XIV, the newly elected pontiff, must answer to at least one more higher power: the IRS. The United States generally requires all citizens to file an annual tax return, even those who live out of the country. But assuming he doesn’t renounce his U.S. citizenship, Leo…has special tax considerations, both as a clergyman and now as the head of a foreign government. …many countries do not assess taxes on citizens living abroad. 

“Recent popes from Poland, Germany and Argentina were not taxed by their home countries,” said Jared Walczak, a vice president of the Tax Foundation… The pope’s job as a member of the clergy does not exempt him from U.S. taxes. American citizens abroad must generally file tax returns…according to the Internal Revenue Service. …

That means Leo will need to calculate the value of his earnings. The pope does not earn a set salary, but the Vatican covers his housing, food, travel and health care, and provides a monthly stipend for personal expenses. …Leo probably will need an accountant to determine how to translate such benefits into income for a U.S. tax return.

None of that would be necessary, of course, if the U.S. had a sensible tax code.  By the way, U.S. extraterritoriality could be a headache in other ways for the Pope.

Since 2015, the Vatican has been affected by a U.S. federal law that requires financial institutions around the world to report to the IRS details of accounts held by U.S. clients…

U.S. citizens living abroad have to file a report with the Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network if they have “signature authority” — meaning control over the use of funds or other assets — over foreign bank accounts whose total value exceeds $10,000 according to Brittany Benson, an analyst with the Tax Institute at H&R Block. “This would likely apply [to Pope Leo XIV] if he has signature authority on Vatican accounts,” Benson said…

Edward A. David, an assistant professor in the department of theology and religious studies at King’s College London, said..it’s hard to predict how the unprecedented situation will work in reality. “U.S. tax law is very far-reaching. And while there might be an exemption for heads of state, this is brand-new territory.”

For what it’s worth, Trump claimed during the 2024 campaign that he wanted to get rid of worldwide taxation for people like the Pope. Sadly, there’s been no follow-through since the election.

Let’s hope that changes, and that he gets rid of FATCA as well.

P.S. America’s extraterritorial tax mistake doesn’t just penalize citizens. It’s also a problem for foreigners (including famous ones) who choose to live in the United States.

Cop Who Shot Ashli Babbitt Still Owes IRS from 2019

 A settlement is in the works between the government and the family of Ashli Babbitt, who was killed by Capitol Police Officer Lt. Michael Leroy Byrd on January 6, 2021. He was negligent in the use of force, did not identify himself as a police officer, and Babbitt was an unarmed threat.

Byrd, then promoted to Captain at a salary of about $200,000 a year, has still not paid the debt to the I.R.S., which would now be over $90,000, with penalties and interest added.

With a substantial number of new Internal Revenue agents, surely one can go after Capitol Police Captain Michael Byrd for the $56,365.71 he has owed the IRS since 2019—Case No. FL19-1594. A recent call to Prince George’s County Courts, MD, confirmed that the lien is unpaid.

A news article finally identified Lt. Michael Leroy Byrd of Brandywine, MD, seven months after he shot and killed Ashli Babbitt on January 6, 2021. The Babbitt family attorney, Terry Roberts, said that if Byrd were White, instead of Black, he would have been identified immediately. 

He said race was “clearly a factor” in hiding Byrd’s identity. Byrd told fellow officers the next day that he would be treated differently because of his rank as a lieutenant. And he was. He was not fired as he should have been.But he had problems before that. 

In 2019 Byrd was the commander of the House Chambers section of the Capitol Police. He made news when he left his loaded firearm in a public visitor’s center bathroom. His Glock-22 had no manual safety to prevent unintended firing. That made the incident particularly concerning. The gun was discovered later in a routine check by another officer.

I stumbled across this tax deadbeat while working with author Jack Cashill in my role as a licensed private investigator. Although the court tax filing listed Byrd’s previous address, those crack IRS investigators should have found him as easily as I did. If they contact me, I’ll be happy to share his new address.

After he shot and killed 14-year Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt on January 6, 2021, Byrd had plenty of opportunity to save money. 

Documents obtained by Judicial Watch show that then Lieutenant Byrd and a pet stayed in a “Distinguished Visitor Suite” at the Presidential Inn at Andrews Air Force Base from July 8, 2021, through January 28, 2022, which cost the taxpayers about $30,000. While living off the largess of the taxpayers, Byrd also collected $164,211 through a GoFundMe account. Defendants accused in the Capitol riot turned to Christian sites to raise money for legal fees.

Other interesting court filings for Byrd include two bankruptcies and two foreclosures. His 1999 Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharged all his debt. In 2009 Byrd filed for Chapter 13, which allows people to make payments on debts, but changed that to Chapter 7 to rid himself of those responsibilities. According to bankruptcy court documents, his income for 2009 was $142,144.

The Trustee’s Final Report showed he paid $14,547 to clear debts of $1,237,680.00. Lawyers will be relieved to know that the trustee got her $2,393 fee from that amount.

He lost his house to the bank and the U.S. Senate Federal Credit Fund lost $20,555 for a car they financed. Despite foreclosures and bankruptcies, Byrd was able to purchase a $520,000 house in 2019.

In a primetime interview with Lester Holt, Byrd said: “I was very afraid that day.” Very. Afraid. The fearsome Ashli Babbitt was 5’2”, weighed 115 pounds and was unarmed.

A photo shows Byrd waving his gun around in the House chamber before he even went into the lobby where he killed Babbitt. Lawyer Terry Roberts, said: "If I was a congressman, I'd be very concerned about him carrying a gun around me.”

“I tried to wait as long as I could,” Byrd told Holt. “I hoped and prayed no one tried to enter through those doors. But their failure to comply required me to take the appropriate action to save the lives of members of Congress and myself and my fellow officers.”

Afraid or not, Byrd was promoted to captain with a salary of around $200,000 a year. Perhaps he will now be able to pay the IRS.

The IRS Magic-Money Tree Bears Little Fruit

I’ve been arguing for a long time that we need tax simplification rather than a bigger budget for the IRS.

The clowns in Washington have a different perspective, however, and they approved the Biden-Harris plan to dramatically increase the IRS budget because that supposedly would generate hundreds of billions of dollars in additional tax revenue.

Well, they definitely achieved the first part. If you go to the supplemental materials section of the most-recent Biden-Harris budget and access the massive excel file for outlays, you can scroll down to get detailed numbers for the IRS budget.

As you can see, the IRS budget has skyrocketed in recent years (and I didn’t even count things such as IRS payments of so-called refundable tax credits since that’s merely redistribution being laundered through the tax code rather than operational funding).

But what about the second part? Has all this money led to a torrent of tax revenue.

The Treasury Department wants people to think the answer is yes. Here’s a headline from a September 6 press release.

Sounds impressive until you remember that folks on the left (and some naive/stupid folks on the right) claimed that super-sizing the IRS budget would produce much more.

In reality, the torrent turned out to be a trickle.

Dominic Pino of National Review summarizes how the goal posts have been moved.

After lots of hemming and hawing, Democrats finally got their huge boost in IRS funding in the so-called Inflation Reduction Act in August 2022. This $80 billion boost over ten years was supposed to help to “close the tax gap” by improving IRS enforcement to collect money taxpayers owed but were not paying. …The target was those evil rich guys sitting on piles of money. …

At various stages in the Democrats’ quest for a bigger IRS, they were throwing around numbers as high as a $1 trillion to be collected from better enforcement. …the Treasury itself in May 2021 thought it could raise $700 billion over ten years from better tax enforcement. …

By October 2021, the White House had revised its estimate to $400 billion over ten years. Still a ton of money. …Once the Inflation Reduction Act actually came into being, Democrats were banking on the IRS provisions raising $203.7 billion over ten years. …Then, in February 2024, the Biden administration cranked up the crazy again.

The Treasury released a new study that claimed if the current IRS funding levels were made permanent, …the Inflation Reduction Act’s provisions could raise up to . . . wait for it . . . $851 billion over ten years. …

There is not — and never was — any possible way that the IRS is going to raise several hundred billion dollars over ten years from better tax enforcement. This was magical thinking from Democrats. And they only wanted it to be true so that they could immediately spend the money raised on progressive policies. They got the spending; we get the debt.

You don’t know whether to laugh or cry at these results. Politicians lied through their teeth, but it worked.

And Dominic is right, The Biden-Harris Administration is pushing for further massive increases in IRS spending.

When Stonehenge was vandalized by militant leftist environmentalists convinced that the world was going to end, the trail led back to an L.A. organization and then to Biden and Hillary Clinton.

Just Stop Oil had been behind not only the vandalism at Stonehenge, but attacks on multiple classical works of art and culture, including Leonardo da Vinci’s “The Last Supper” and Van Gogh’s “Sunflowers,” as well as the Magna Carta.

As Freedom Center Investigates previously revealed, Just Stop Oil was funded by the Climate Emergency Fund in California whose backers include such liberal royalty as Rory Kennedy, Aileen Getty, Abigail Disney and Hollywood director Adam McKay.

But there is another major donor to the Climate Emergency Fund.

After Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 election, she created Onward Together to serve as the arm for her future political goals. The group uses her familiar ‘arrow’ as part of its logo. Late last year, Hillary Clinton asked supporters to celebrate her birthday by supporting the “work Onward Together groups are doing to protect and strengthen our democracy”.

One of those groups was strengthening “democracy” by attacking the Constitution.

Onward Together had previously provided $500,000 to the Climate Emergency Fund. This year. activists with Declare Emergency, an allied group, tried to vandalize a copy of the Constitution at the National Archives. The organization’s site states that the, “Climate Emergency Fund is the lead funder for Declare Emergency’s recruitment, training, and educational efforts.”

Hillary Clinton has been accused of attacking the Constitution before, but never this literally.

And she’s not alone. The global assault on art and cultural heritage was financed by the wealthy Hollywood liberal elite behind CEF which also funds and supports Biden and the Democrats.

Rory Kennedy co-founded the Climate Emergency Fund and sits on its board of directors The daughter of former Senator Robert F. Kennedy, Rory was ‘front and center’ when the Kennedy family rolled out its endorsement of Joe Biden. Rory appeared on Good Morning America and condemned her brother, RFK Jr, telling former Clinton White House adviser and current ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos, “I am concerned that voting for Bobby is going to take votes away from Biden and lead to a Trump election.”

George did not ask Rory about her role in a group funding terrorism worldwide.

Biden has repeatedly appeared with Rory Kennedy including at the White House. Beyond Biden, Rory Kennedy donated to Kamala and at least six Senate members. Not a single media outlet raised concerns about Kennedy’s role in an extremist organization funding groups engaged in the vandalism of art and historical documents in America and in Europe.

Or has asked Biden and other Democrat recipients how they felt about getting support from a political extremist whose group engaged in global vandalism and terrorism.

Including a physical attack on the Constitution.

Bloomberg revealed that CEF had “been Just Stop Oil’s majority funder since the group formed last year”. Just Stop Oil has attacked multiple paintings around the world including DaVinci’s ‘The Last Supper’ and Vermeer’s ‘Girl with a Pearl Earring’, and vandalized Stonehenge as well.

Biden and top Democrats are raising money from the same donors funding ecoterrorism.

The BBC had previously quoted Kennedy as saying that the group’s terrorist activities would continue in order to “stave off the worst climate emergency we’ve ever faced”.

She tweeted in response to a story about an allied eco terrorist group that “ClimateEFund will continue to support these activists. We agree that “governmental inaction over the #climate + ecological crisis now justifies peaceful and non-violent protest + direct action, even if this goes beyond the bounds of the current law.”

Freedom Center Investigates had previously revealed that CEF has lied to the IRS by falsely claiming in its 990 forms that it “supports only nonviolent, legal activities”

Kennedy’s tweet admitted that CEF supports groups that violate the law.

Beyond the vandalism of art and cultural landmarks, the eco terrorists and their funders promote violence and dangerous behavior.

Rory Kennedy hailed a New York Times op-ed by Margaret Klein Salamon, the clinical psychologist who heads CEF, that began with describing a man setting himself on fire in front of the Supreme Court as a “principled protest.” And in a disturbing example of child abuse, Kennedy also promoted a radical environmentalist stunt during which an 8-year-old boy was made to hang from a bridge in order to display a banner promoting its extremist message.

Aileen Getty, the granddaughter of oil tycoon J. Paul Getty, helped create CEF and is a top donor to the extremist organization. After Just Stop Oil threw soup on Van Gogh’s Sunflowers painting, Getty wrote an op-ed headlined, “I fund climate activism – and I applaud the Van Gogh protest”.

Aileen Getty is an enthusiastic donor to Democratic politicians and causes. And last year donated to Hillary Clinton’s Onward Together.

As well as to Joe Biden.

Getty has funded Gov. Newsom’s SuperPAC which may help ensure that the group has nothing to fear from law enforcement in California.

Abigail Disney, the Disney heiress and Democrat donor, is another backer CEF backer. Disney was herself arrested at a protest. Disney has donated to radical Democrat politicians, but also to Biden, Sen. Chuck Schumer and the DSCC.

In response to a demand that she and CEF “stop funding groups” attacking “famous pieces of art”, Disney retorted, “No I won’t pledge any such thing and you know why? Because there is a climate emergency going on. You can be hostile about these protests–you only raise their profile and effectiveness, so thx.”

Hollywood director Adam McKay serves on the CEF board of directors and has donated $4 million to the extremist organization. He has also donated to Biden and multiple Senate Democrats as well as to fringe leftist radicals like Cenk Uygur and Zephyr Teachout.

McKay tweeted “that disruptive protest is not only essential in this moment, it’s also awesome.

#JustStopOil.” When Just Stop Oil vandalized Stonehenge, McKay retweeted the video and argued that “anyone angered by this rather than the climate apocalypse big oil has unleashed needs to take 3 deep breaths and then redirect their anger where it belongs:”

The CEF board also includes documentary filmmaker and Democrat donor Geralyn Dreyfous.

The vandalism of the Constitution and classical art around the country and the world has been funded by Biden donors and surrogates. The Climate Emergency Fund lied to the IRS. Key figures and donors have defended the vandalism carried out by the extremist groups it funds.

The links between the Biden campaign, Hillary Clinton’s people and the eco-terrorists attacking art and even physically assaulting the Constitution have been covered up by the media which has refused to ask Biden, Hillary Clinton and top Democrats any hard questions about it. This corruption threatens our Constitution figuratively and now even literally.

It's Past Time to Disarm the FBI, ATF, and the Rest of the Deep State

For law and order people like myself this goes beyond disturbing. The purpose of an armed police force is to defend the innocent, arrest the guilty, to "serve and protect". What happens when we arm bureaucrats beyond what's reasonable or rational? We get the KGB, and society will serve them.....or else!  And have no doubt, the corruption at the FBI and the DOJ is substantial.

Over the years I've posted and written about this outrageous and highly dangerous trend to arm these bureaucrats.  Senator Grassley wants to know why the EPA needs a "mobile command post", what's it for, and who's using it?

.............under Joe Biden's leadership, the Environmental Protection Agency has spent millions of dollars in taxpayer funds on military grade hardware. The supplies include advanced combat equipment, reconnaissance supplies, guns, ammunition and more. And now a U.S. senator wants to know what's going on.......... Biden's EPA already has spent $2,892,770 on those items, a surge of 143% from what was spent during the entire Trump administration.   Sen. Chuck Grassley......described the EPA’s militarization as 'frightening.'............Since 2006, the report noted, the EPA has purchased $10 million worth of various pieces, including "unmanned aircraft, night vision, and radar equipment."...........

 

“There was a pretty extreme edge to the regulatory enforcement agents that interacted with my constituents, especially in rural areas,” ........ “I was surprised to find that these regulatory agencies had armed police officers rolling up into my constituents’ properties to enforce their regulations.”.......

The EPA's response:

“Our agents carry weapons as a critically important public safety measure, for the safety of the agents themselves, and for EPA’s ability to effectively enforce environmental laws.”

Well, that's a load of horsepucky.  The ethics of the EPA is abysmal, filled with radical environmental activists.  These activist bureaucrats make up their own laws, called regulations. These are rules the Congress never sees, nor votes on, and they're out of control, totally destroying the rule of law.   An excellent example is the EPA issues new WOTUS rule after Supreme Court slap down.  

This came about over EPA abuses involving the Sackett family, initiated by a EPA bureaucrats in Idaho.  And these are the people we want to be armed to the hilt?  What we need to do is abolish the EPA. 

Along with the EPA, why is the IRS, the National Institutes of Health, NASA, the Small Business Administration, and more  armed to the hilt?

NASA has it's own militarized SWAT team with "armored vehicles, submachine guns, and breeching shotguns. The Environmental Protection Agency has purchased drones, GPS trackers, radar equipment, and night vision goggles, in addition to stockpiling firearms." Why?

In 2022 Mark Hemingway published this piece, Bureaucrats authorized to pack heat now outnumber ... armed Marines!, saying;

'It's quite shocking how much they try to not have their stuff tracked on any level'.  A report issued last year by the watchdog group Open The Books, “The Militarization of The U.S. Executive Agencies,” found that more than 200,000 federal bureaucrats now have been granted the authority to carry guns and make arrests – more than the 186,000 Americans serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. “One hundred three executive agencies outside of the Department of Defense spent $2.7 billion on guns, ammunition, and military-style equipment between fiscal years 2006 and 2019 (inflation adjusted),” notes the report. “Nearly $1 billion ($944.9 million) was spent between fiscal years 2015 and 2019 alone.”..........

 

On May 29, 2024 Patricia McCarthy posted this article asking,  Why do our FBI agents so regularly abuse their power? noting:

The American people are learning by dribs and drabs that the raid on Mar-a-Lago was not only unconstitutional, it was a set-up, an attempt to frame former President Trump for having documents illegally stored there.  The set-up proves the lie. Both the National Archives and the FBI knew said documents, which Trump was legally allowed to have, were carefully stored in a locked storage room.  Many of those boxes were packed and sent there by the National Archives; they likely knew what was in those boxes better than Trump did.  In short, it was a Gestapo-like ploy to both incriminate and humiliate Donald Trump.  As the truth of the raid leaks out (such as the authorization of lethal force)............ it is becoming clearer and clearer that it is the FBI and the National Archives working with the Biden administration that plotted to create a situation by which they could indict Trump.

When the FBI was formed they weren’t armed, and when they were it was to respond to the public’s outrage over bank robbers like John Dillinger who fled in fast cars across state borders. There were many who were opposed because they were concerned about, and warned about, what were seeing right now.  It isn’t just the FBI, now were seeing a lot of mightily armed government bureaucracies. 

 

McCarthy goes on to state:  "The FBI has long been abusing its power to the point that it has become something like Hitler’s Brownshirts or Stalin’s NKVD who were charged with carrying out the Great Purge."

• The FBI  raided and abused the family of pro-life activist Mark Houck, for having shoved a man who accosted his son while peacefully protesting across the street from an abortion clinic. 
• Tina Peters, a Colorado county clerk, had her home raided, her front door broken in by a battering ram.  Had they knocked, she would have opened the door. 
•  Consider the FBI-conceived kidnapping of Michigan’s Gov. Whitmer.  Agents honed in on a few men who seemed easily led, and then provided the plans and weapons and arrested them.
•  Even the ACLU has made a list of “The Ten Most Disturbing Things You Should Know About the FBI.”

This article,  The murder of Bryan Malinowski on May 30, 2024 By John Dietrich is profound:

 

On March 19, the ATF, accompanied by members of the Little Rock Police Department, raided the home of Bryan Malinowski.  Malinowski was the executive director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock.  He had no criminal record and did not even know that he was under investigation.  The announced reason for the raid was to execute a search warrant.  The actual reason was to deliver a message to American gun owners that the ATF has the power to end their lives.  This was an example of premeditated murder.  A week prior to the raid, the ATF had assembled to carry out the raid; this raid was canceled allegedly because Malinowski was not home, and it was necessary for him to be there in order for him to set an example.

 

At six in the morning they initiated a no know knock search warrant kicking in the door, never announcing who they were and Malinowski reacted the way many people would react to strangers breaking into their home as such an hour.  He shot at them.  They murdered him, and then just like the FBI abused Mark Houck's family, they abused his wife.  The AFT conducts 11,000 of these raid per year, and this is their standard operating procedure, which was "written by the KGB."

 

"Great Reset. Green New Deal. Build Back Better. New World Order.  Council on Foreign Relations.  The list of secretive global societies and their mission directives for humanity are daunting. Many people who would prefer to be left alone to live their lives free from government interference have an understandable sense of impending doom."

 

It's time to disarm these people, including the FBI.   Let the Federal Bureau of Investigation investigate, and then let them explain to the U.S. Marshall service or local law enforcement why armed action needs to be taken.  We already know the FBI is corrupt, at least at the leadership level, and how deep that goes is of yet unknown, but if Trump is elected, that's going to change.

Sen. Vance demands IRS halt 'harassment' of conservative organizations after watchdog reportedly audited

The American Accountability Foundation previously launched its own investigation into the IRS

Sen. JD Vance, R-Ohio, is expected to send a letter Thursday morning to the IRS commissioner demanding a halt to "harassment" of conservative organizations. Sen. Mike Braun, R-IN, cosigned the letter.   The letter comes after the IRS informed the American Accountability Foundation (AAF) in a letter, which AAF shared with Fox News Digital, that it would launch an investigation into the watchdog group Sept. 14.  The IRS notified AAF it would inquire whether the organization "operates in accordance with section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code," according to the letter.

"But, to date, the IRS has neither presented any evidence that AAF has failed to observe the requirements of section 501(c)(3) nor explained why AAF may be at risk of failing to observe those requirements," Vance wrote in the letter.  Sen. "I do not need to remind you that the AAF audit follows on the heels of an ugly chapter in the IRS’s history, during which the agency unfairly targeted conservative groups for scrutiny on the basis of their views," he wrote.

Vance seeks information from the IRS about potential bias in selecting audits, citing historical instances of IRS bias against conservative organizations. One example Vance cites was in 2017 when the agency subjected conservative groups applying for tax-exempt status to heightened scrutiny and significant delays.   The IRS admitted to targeting these groups based on their conservative viewpoints beginning in the 2010s, leading to a cleanup of the agency's top leadership, the letter noted......To Read More...

My Take - This corruption of America's law enforcement agencies is deep and unbridled.  We're seeing massive evidence of a dual justice system in play.  Here are some of the pieces I've been saving to show how true this is.

So how much did the DoJ spend to arrest J6 protestor Gregory Yetman? Wall Street Journal states the obvious about federal bureaucracies seeking immortality  - November 14, 2023 By Jack Hellner - Now that Republican presidential candidates are talking about abolishing federal agencies, it looks like the Wall Street Journal has decided to wake up and smell the coffee. They ran this recently: Killing Federal Agencies Is Easier Said Than Done Republican presidential candidates want to eliminate government agencies, but Congress would likely stand in the way.  Look at this quote from the article as the journalist at the WSJ lobbies for the Education Department by saying that schools wouldn't be able to function without the generosity of government bureaucrats and taxpayers, or borrowed money.  Every federal agency and bureaucracy works very hard to increase their budget and their power. They need people to become dependent on the agency so they will whine if anyone tries to freeze or cut the program..............
