A couple of years ago my son got into a car accident. A woman ran into him, and the first thing she did was jump out screaming he hit her, it was his fault, and he was going to pay. He said we'll wait for the police. The cops came and took both their statements and said there wasn't much they could do as it was her word against his. He said, "no, it's not, I have a Dashcam." The officer reviewed it, and cited her.
But this is the pattern that's playing out over and over again over the criminal actions of leftists who are infesting every institution in America. But hysterical rants and demands don't overcome provable facts, and while in the past we found "demagoguery
beats data", this time I don't think demagoguery is going to win, but demagoguery will be their tactic because that's all they have.
The left wins the battle of emotion, they always have. Conservatives win the battle of facts, they always have. To win the war you must win the battle of emotion and the battle of facts. This is what Congressional conservatives will do during these hearings, and make no mistake, this is an existential war, and it must be won.
When Musk took over twitter the leftist outrage, arrogance and hysteria played big and loud. But now, Twitter execs, the FBI, the Biden Crime Family, the media and the entire leftist conspiracy are now being exposed, and the recent beating taken by these Twitter "Stasi" at their Congressional hearing crushed their arrogance.
The smirking is gone now, and they looked cowed and scared, and with good reason, because just like Dashcam, the facts are recorded, and provable, and those facts are going to destroy them, because truth and time on the same side and they're not going to fare well. If it's true they deliberately censored any information that prevented the truth about this false pandemic, false vaccines, alternative treatments, mask mandates, and all the other mandates, and I believe it is, doesn't that make them culpable for those unnecessary deaths? I think it does; there are a lot of them and there can be no amnesty for covid tyrants and their enabling myrmidons.
These House committee investigations are going to expose the fact a lot of America's leaders are guilty of crimes. They need to be charged with those crimes; found guilty of those crimes and sent to jail. None of that will happen until there's a new, and conservative, administration in power. All the corruption being exposed here is going to splash manure on the entire leadership of the United States government, and it will eventually will lead back to Obama.
Subcommittee Ranking Member Rep. Stacey Plaskett, from the Virgin Islands no less, claims she is:
“deeply concerned about the use of
this select committee as a place to settle scores, showcase conspiracy
theories, and advance an extreme agenda that risks undermining
Americans’ faith in our democracy.”
An extreme agenda? Really? And what exactly is this extreme agenda she's referring to? Supporting the Constitution and the rule of law?
The Democrats attacked conservatives, Republicans, Christians,
Jews, Israel, anti-abortionists, parents upset at tyrannous school
boards, etc, unmercifully calling them domestic terrorists, and in point of fact, the FBI is still at it as they recently decided "traditional Catholics are radicals". And why were they considered radical? They preferred the old Latin Mass, which is a clear demonstration, "they
are nests of anti-semitism and "white supremacy" in need of government
surveillance." Ya gotta be kidden me! And what evidence do they have of
this? None! After exposure they've claimed to have backed off, but can you trust them? A lot of questions have arisen over this:
"Does the FBI have too much money and not enough ways to spend it? How much did they spend on informants for
this "exacting standards" project? Who'd they recruit, how much time did
they put into it, how many agents? What are the political orientations of the perpetrators of this violation of the First Amendment? How are they to be held accountable? Who else is being spied on.......was the bureau under pressure from Joe Biden's White House to be violating the First Amendment? .
It turns out the New York City tried to criminalize teachers who refused to be vaccinated, and it appears that made them part of the FBI criminal system. Do they consider such teachers radicals, and potential "domestic terrorists", all needing to be spied upon?
A lot of people objected to the kangaroo courts and the absolutely unconstitutional practices the Democrat party used to smear Americans who were exercising their Constitutional rights, and rightly so, because those actions really was in support of "extreme agendas" that were not only undermining democracy, they've been working to destroy democracy, and for decades, but in no way did that deter them from their tyrannical and clearly Constitutionally criminal actions.

It's
beyond rich that the Trump impeachment manager is huffy about Congress
investigating overreaches of power. She should be familiar with the
concept since she was neck-deep in one a couple of years ago. Rep. Jamie
Raskin (D-MD), who testified in the first panel of the hearing, said this wasn’t about oversight but “scandal mongering and sticking it to the other guys." ............
So, let me see if I've gotten this correct. Sticking it to the other
guy is bad! Really? Wow, is this a "come to Jesus" moment? Does that mean the
Democrat party has had an epiphany! Nah, they're all atheists, they just hate pay backs,
and they know payback is coming and so they're going to try and make the Republicans seem petty and mean. The
big difference between what the Democrats did and what the Republicans
are going to do will be all about facts and evidence, provable facts observable evidence, and remember,
time and truth are on the same side, and neither time nor truth are on their side.
DOJ Responds After Jim Jordan Hits Garland, Wray With Subpoena, Sarah Arnold - The Department of Justice hit back at House Judiciary
Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) after he issued subpoenas to Attorney General
Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray. The DOJ called the subpoenas “premature,” claiming that they offered their time to the committee previously. “We
remain ready to discuss the next steps for the Department to address
your informational needs while also respecting Executive Branch
interests," wrote Carlos Felipe Uriarte, assistant attorney general for
the Office of Legislative Affairs said in a letter. "We have offered to
engage with the Committee and provide information voluntarily, so a
subpoena is premature.”.....
So, the DOJ ignored requests by Republicans over and over again, but a "subpoena is premature"? Did I get that right? Does that mean they should have asked the DOJ's permission to subpoena the DOJ? Seems like it.
Garland is insisting there should be "voluntary discussion and cooperation" between the DOJ and Congress. How about, No! While the Executive and the Legislative are co-equal, the Congress doesn't have to ask for permission to talk to agents of the federal government. The agents of the federal government "must" respond to Congress, and they "must" cooperate with Congress. Unless its questions are about an ongoing investigation, they "must" answer the questions Congress demands of them. All of which they've failed to do over and over again.
Let's face it, this is all a dodge, and this is going to be a very real civics lesson for America. There will be squirming, twisting, obfuscation, and logical fallacies galore, and a ton of projection, that being accusing the Republicans of doing the very things they've been doing, and are doing, themselves. But these investigate House committees are committed, and more the administration twists, squirms, and lies, the more obvious it will become.
I know someone who took one of those civilian FBI courses and he says outside of Washington DC, the agents are appalled at what's going on there. I'm willing to bet there are a lot of people stationed in and around Washington who are also appalled, and they will come forward and crush any false narrative presented by Merritt Garland, the DOJ, the FBI, ATF, IRS, and more.

As all this plays out, and that will include other House investigations, which I'm looking forward to those that will be headed by Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio, which I think starts today, and who is on the Oversight Committee also, I think we need to thank the Democrat members on these committees. On this House Oversight committee I want to especially want to thank Raskin, and AOC, as they're clearly going to
be gifts that keep on giving. AOC claims the Hunter laptop story is half fake. Okay AOC, tell us which half is fake, and which half isn't?
There are going to be four things the Democrat members are going to make clear to the most casual observer.
One, they will spew out logical fallacies.
Two, they will obfuscate the truth in an effort to make all these investigations appear to be about politics, not crimes.
Three, they will project, meaning they will accuse conservatives of doing the things they themselves have done or are doing.
Four, they will lie
I intend to follow all this as it occurs as a continuing saga, so here's Part I, which isn't being followed by the media nearly as much as I thought it would, except for some "alternative" media sites.
One more thing. While I have no doubt they've committed crimes, they would have to be arrested and charged with the crimes they committed by the DOJ, and under Biden, and given the corrupt state of the Justice Department under Merritt Garland, that's not going to happen.
