I tracked this for as long as it lasted, which wasn't all that long, in spite of a lot of hyperbole. But I said I didn't see this changing anything. The argument that the President of the United States should personally sign bills and executive orders is a valid one, and the reason why is the Founding Fathers wanted to make sure he understood what was going on. And it's pretty clear these Autopens were used without Joe being aware, and even if he was, he most likely didn't have a clue why.
But here's the rub. If Joe Biden says it knew what was going on and authorized the use of autopen, that's the end of this "crisis". No federal judge will be removed, and no pardon will be reversed. As for Joe's state of mind, we all knew he was lost in a fog, and now everyone that was around him is claiming they knew all along he'd lost it, many of whom are writing books saying that. Which is a reverse of everything said in the past. Imagine that.
At any rate, I saved articles for reference and history, for whatever it's worth.
