I was researching a particular author and came across a series of cartoons that go back to the Carter administration. Here's an Oliphant cartoon from some other Presidential race with someone named Rick, but the only Rick I know of who ran for POTUS was Rick Perry, and the representation here clearly isn't Rick Perry, so I have no idea who this applied to except I've been told this must be Rick Santorum. Since he was as big a disappointment as was John Kasich, maybe it is. However, it's a great cartoon representation of who Joe Biden is, and what he, Harris, and the entire Democrat party are, and what they stand for.
