Moral Foundations of the Left

Definition leads to clarity.  Clarity leads to understanding!

 By Rich Kozlovich

Over the years I've made this point over and over again:  The only consistent moral foundation of the left is to do anything it takes to get and hold power over everyone else.  While true, that truth is predicated on the functional morality of leftists worldwide and through all of the left's misanthropic and morally defective history.

Hate, greed, envy and violence.

One example of that is the current situation with President Trump coming down with this coronavirus.  Here's how the left has responded:

Texas Dem: Hard to Imprison Trump If He Dies from Coronavirus - Texas House of Representatives member Gene Wu (D-Houston) lamented on Twitter Friday evening that it would be “hard to serve a prison sentence” if President Donald Trump dies of Coronavirus. Not long after, the tweet was deleted and replaced with well wishes for a full recovery. The southwest Houston politician did not offer an apology for the original statement.

Okay, he's a politician so he apologized, but his first reaction was the perfect example of who he is and what the left stands for and does. Then there are these:

They Go Low: Leftists Outside Hospital Chant “F*ck Trump” “I Hope He Dies!”- President Trump was in the Walter Reed hospital for less than 12 hours on Friday before leftists gathered outside to chant for the president’s demise. Trump supporters waited outside the facility, praying for the president’s recovery. A contingent of his detractors grew, too. “F__k Donald Trump,” one woman chanted, waving her middle finger in the air:.......“Your president is dying, ahh!” another woman taunted.  Others hoped for Trump’s death:.........One woman holding a “F*ck Trump” sign admitted she hopes he dies.“Wah, wah, your leader’s gonna die!” she shouted. “I hope he dies!” Here’s another angle of her taunts:.............

Poll: 40% of Democrats “Happy: Trump Contracted Covid” - Forty percent of Democrats are “happy” that President Trump contracted the Chinese coronavirus, according to a Morning Consult/Politico survey released on Friday — less than 24 hours from the official confirmation of his positive test results. According to the survey, conducted among 905 registered voters Friday afternoon, two out of five Americans “said the word ‘surprised’ described them ‘very’ or ‘somewhat’ well, while a similar share said the same of the word ‘worried.’”.........

Who in the world goes to a hospital and demonstrates for the death of anyone?  What kind of people are these?  Who has the time or the interest to do such things?   Can you imagine what the media would have done if conservatives did that to Ruth Bader Ginsburg?  It would have been 24/7 of righteous indignation from CNN, MSNBC, the New York Times, and the rest of the propaganda wing of the Democrat party, AKA, the main stream media.

But no conservatives did any of that!  While conservatives won't miss her at all, and many, including me, believe her passing will be good for the federal judiciary, the Supreme Court and the nation, not one conservative I know of, or talked to, including me, wished on her all the suffering she had to have gone through!

Nor did any conservative I know, or have read, would ever have dreamed of doing the things the left is doing now over Trump's health.

Since she passed, there has been a lot of discussion onnegative impact on America, including efforts to destroy the Constitution, the murder of the innocent unborn, forcing racial and sexual diversity on the nation, undermining traditional marriage and family, and to the point that some, including me, felt she bordered on treason.

All these were, and are, highly emotional issues, and yet not one of those conservative writers, including me, expressed happiness she suffered, or for that matter died, or ever dreamed of holding mass demonstrations to wish the worst on her.

Leftists, progressives, Democrats, liberals, socialists, communists (oops, sorry, I'm repeating myself)  constantly harp how they're the true proponents of compassion and understanding, all the while insisting conservatives are mean spirited and heartless.  Well, reality tells another tale, we just have to separate narrative over reality, and pay attention to reality over the narrative.

Are you paying attention?

The Legal Legacy of Ruth Bader Ginsburg

A life lived for the Living Constitution

September 24, 2020 By William J. Watkins, Jr

The late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, on the occasion of Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s 10th anniversary on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, referred to the diminutive jurist—who would later join him on the high court—as “the best of colleagues, as she is the best of friends. I wish her a hundred years.” The iconic Supreme Court justice fell short of that mark, passing away recently at the age of 87.

Ginsburg was as liberal as Scalia was conservative: he a constitutional originalist, she embracing the concept of a Living Constitution.

Some remember Justice Ginsburg as a trailblazer and champion of women’s rights. That may be so as “women’s rights” currently is understood, but she also was a defender of judicial power who preferred that lawyers and judges, rather than democratically elected public officials, have the last word on public policy decisions............

Her sweeping opinion ordered the school to admit women, constitutionalizing a presumption against public, single-gender education.  Through raw judicial power and in the name of women’s rights, Ginsburg and the Court took from the people of Virginia and their elected representatives the ability to make their own decisions about the value of VMI and whether its approach to martial education was suited to women as well as men.............. Not surprisingly, Ginsburg also was a steadfast defender of Roe v. Wade (1973), the famed decision that constitutionalized (and thereby nationalized) abortion by divining a right to privacy that previously had gone undetected in the Constitution.........For Ginsburg, activist lawyers always knew best—especially those in robes. That’s her legal legacy..........To Read More....

Ruth Bader Ginsburg, eugenicist

September 21, 2020 By Monica Showalter

Anyone notice an absence of black faces at the recent Ruth Bader Ginsburg memorials? She's being lionized, though, and several prominent supposed black leaders such as Rep.James Clyburn (the man who brought us Joe Biden) and the Rev. Al Sharpton have sung her praises.

Like the Black Lives Matter protests, though, it's mostly an all-white show with some black people out front. One reason may be that Ginsburg was Jewish, and anti-Semitism in the U.S. is the strongest in the black community. But there's also Ginsburg herself, who had some pretty questionable views about abortion and race.

Here's an actual quote from the New York Times magazine, dating from 2009

Yes, the ruling about that surprised me. [Harris v. McRae — in 1980 the court upheld the Hyde Amendment, which forbids the use of Medicaid for abortions.] Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don't want to have too many of. So that Roe was going to be then set up for Medicaid funding for abortion.

It's so bad that I thought it had to be fake when I first saw it I had to look it up to confirm its authenticity.

Who talks like that in 2009? Heck, who talks like that in 1973? Ginsburg herself confirmed to her fawning reporter that it was an accurate quote...............To Read More....

Ruth Bader Ginsberg is A Disgrace

(Editor's Note:  Originally published January 1, 2019. While I wish no ill on anyone, and will not crow about her demise, as the left did when Scalia passed, I held her in total contempt.

By Rich Kozlovich

Well, it appears Hollywood is going to beautify Ruth Bader Ginsburg into leftist sainthood, and she's the perfect icon for that lot.  Irrational and morally defective.

Ginsburg has always been touted as a "brilliant" jurist, but is she brilliant or is she just mendacious and insidious?  Before being appointed to the Judiciary she was an attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union, an organization devoted to overturning the Constitution with clever legal tactics and court decisions based on the "penumbra" of the Constitution.

"In United States constitutional law, the penumbra includes a group of rights derived, by implication, from other rights explicitly protected in the Bill of Rights. These rights have been identified through a process of "reasoning-by-interpolation", where specific principles are recognized from "general idea" that are explicitly expressed in other constitutional provisions......."
An open ended concept that allows for abuse, and Ginsburg and the leftist cabal infesting the federal judiciary has been liberal in use of that abuse!

The ACLU is an organization founded by known communists Roger Baldwin and Crystal Eastman.  "He was described as a “progressive” and “the perfect feminist.”  Earl Russell Browder was an American political activist and leader of the Communist Party USA. Browder is best remembered as the General Secretary of the CPUSA during the 1930s and first half of the 1940s. was general secretary of the Communist Party of the United States from 1930 through its dissolution."  An organization directly controlled by the Soviet Union.  "As with all Leftists, there was no lie the CPUSA would not tell, no policy it would not abandon, no dime on which it would not turn if it suited its larger purposes"  The ACLU was intended to be nothing more than a tool of American destruction, and it's done first rate job of it.

Here are the 45 declared goals of the Communist Party to take over America as appeared in the January 10, 1963 Congressional Record.  Make no mistake about it, Ginsburg has been faithful to her communist roots in her actions and decisions disguised as arguments to promote equality, in an effort to destroy the American identity, the American culture, the American economy and overturn the Constitution.

Here's an article by Daniel John Sobieski entitled, The Beatification of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.  Read it after reading the article I linked about the goals of communism in America and then tell me she's not promoting, plotting and implementing those goals through warped logic and decisions.

Ginsburg is a disgrace as a jurist and a human being.  She's the perfect icon for the left.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg: Attaboy Girl!

By Rich Kozlovich

Recently there's been a lot of talk about Ruth Bader Ginsburg going to the gym with a trainer present, as outlined in this article by Kristinn Taylor, In Midst of DC's Coronavirus Shutdown, Ruth Bader Ginsburg Meets Trainer for Workouts at Supreme Court Gym, posted on April 1st.  Ruth Bader Ginsberg works out?  You’re kidding me, right?  Is this an April Fool's joke?  Apparently not, and it was followed with hundreds of comments, some of them very unpleasant, which I would expect regarding RBG.

As I've said in the past, I've been privileged to be part of an e-mail group that's educated, intelligent, and polite, even when we disagree, which is regularly since some are very liberal and others are very conservative, yet the discussions remains respectful.  That's why I feel privileged to be a part of this group, and what I admire about our group the most.

Having said that, our group has ventured in on this business with BRG having the nerve to go out of her house, and worse yet, going to a gym with a trainer, declaring she's a bad example and represents a danger to the public as a result.  My initial comment was she was doing this because she wasn't any more taken in by all this pandemic hysteria than I am, and I said something I never in my life thought I could possibly utter - I gave her an Attaboy Girl.

Well, this didn't go away, and led to more discussion over the whole surrounding subject of this China flu and what's happening.

There are pandemics every year, we just don’t call them pandemics because they’ve become a part of our lives.  The World Health Organization, which declares these things, isn’t a true health organization.  It’s like the IPCC, which isn’t a true science group, they’re both part of the UN, and they’re both UN political cat’s paws masquerading as science and health organizations.

So, declaring what’s a pandemic apparently has nothing to do with numbers, otherwise they would declare flu pandemics each and every year based on the numbers of people infected and die.   Yet they don’t!  I say they're all pandemics, others say they're merely epidemics, but this question remains: Have we ever shut down the nation over pandemics or epidemics in the past?  The answer is no!

In days gone by most people went to work unless they were really sick.  That’s been an American societal paradigm for all of my life.  I ran a bread route many years ago, and at times sick as a dog.  Breadmen have to give notice if they’re going to die, and preferably at least three days’ notice so they can get the bread out without interruption.  I’m being factious of course, but that was, and is, the mentality in the bread business.

Prudence versus panic is a matter of definition.  I call what’s going on panic fueled by hyperbolic hysterical politicians and writers with an anti-American and anti-Trump agenda.  Let's put this in perspective. Why in the world are we treating this "pandemic" differently than all the other infectious diseases that were declared as “pandemics” that has stuck this nation over the years?

Is it going to be worse than seasonal flu cases?  Maybe, but so far there no indication it will be that much more, and even then, by how much worse where we decide to shut down the nation, and destroy the world’s economy.  What's the break point for that decision?  Who makes it?  The Constitution doesn't give the President or the Congress the right to do that, and as far as I've been able to tell, there's no State Constitution that gives Governors, or their legislatures, the right to do that.

I've seen figures that state the death toll for seasonal flu is between 20,000 and 36,000 and one writer claimed as many as 60,000.  Whatever the actual numbers are, that’s a lot of darn people dying every year, and we have to ask: Is this any worse?  If so by how much?

And comparing numbers from America and other countries is apparently meaningless because whenever these things strike, they effect different populations differently.  In the past we just sucked it up and went on with our lives.  If we were sick, we stayed home, that is if we were really sick.  Otherwise most were expected to go to work, and they did.

Take these things seriously but we need to stop being panicked by a lunatic media, and a political element that so desires to destroy Trump they actually love this pandemic, in order to once again blame him, and attack him with lies and ridiculous charges.  This flu virus should be taken seriously, but we need to suck it up and recognize this is all being promoted with hyperbole, lies, and politics.  And taking something seriously is different than becoming hysterical.

This was in 2014, and is a good example of the double standard
set by the media and the Democrat party

Name one of these pandemics where the media attacked the sitting President as they’re doing now. Name one of these lunatic leftist politicians who are attacking Trump that did anything similar when Obama was President. Obama said to suck it up when Swine flu struck and no one said a thing.

I went to the bank last week and they know me and that I write about this kind of thing.  We had some discussion, and of course I said this was all insanity.  They were polite, but I could tell they didn't want to dispute this with a customer.  We could only go in one at a time.  When the guy before me was leaving, I was allowed to go in.  Remember, he passed right beside me, right beside the manager, touched two door handles, going in and going out, and handed the teller paper work.  And this goes on all day long, six days a week.

I forgot to sign the back of my check so the teller handed my check back and a pen to sign it.  After I handed both back to her I snarkerly, with a bit of dramatic air said, Oooooh, I touched the pen, thinking she would see the humor in that statement.   Wrong – she actually had a bit of a shock to her expression.  I’ve known this teller for years, and she’s no wall flower, but it was clear she’s intimidated by all this hyperbole.

We have lost our minds!!!!!!!!

We need to start seeing this clearly.  Flu viruses - yearly – are a part of our lives.  It’s been that way year after year, going back into the 1800’s and probably more, and the only one that was truly a pandemic disaster was the Spanish Influence, killing over 20 million people.   This isn’t the Spanish Influenza – oops is that racist? – and when it’s all said and done, we’re going to look around at the devastation this hysteria caused and ask – it that all there was?

There are probably a lot of asymptomatic people in my area, but I also think that’s true everywhere.  But I believe it always has been so, but we never thought shutting of down the nation, destroying businesses, putting millions out of work, bankrupting millions, ultimately causing untold numbers of foreclosures as time goes by, promoting crime – burglaries have skyrocketed – and when it’s over, what about those disrupted lives, when we say:  Sorry about that, that's all there was, but we had to destroy your lives to save you.

As I said, I never in my life thought I would say this about RBG, especially since saying this almost gives me hives – Ruth Bader Ginsburg:  Attaboy Girl!

Get Ready For Apocalypse Ruth

Kurt Schlichter Aug 26, 2019

Progressives’ ghoulish glee over the death of an old man turned into barely constrained panic when, later that day, it was revealed that their heroine Ruth Bader Ginsberg was just treated for pancreatic cancer yet again. Their disgraceful joy at David Koch’s passing was yet another reminder of the harsh truth that leftists want you dead or enslaved. Koch’s sin was that he disagreed with liberals (though, in important ways, also with conservatives).

For that, these cretins danced around like idiots celebrating his succumbing. And they’ll celebrate when you die too. Always believe people who tell you they hate you and want you dead........We’ll get lots of the “Orange man bad, orange man not nominate a judge because he bad” babble from the libs and their gimp media.

  • Maddow will cry
  • Don Lemon will pound an umbrella drink
  • Tater Stelter will sweat profusely as he reads off the teleprompter about how Trump is literally Hitler.
  • The Fredocons will weigh in with their patented brand of sissy submission to their elite tops.
  • We’ll be informed how taking back the Supreme Court like the geebos of Conservative, Inc., promised for three decades is actually not who we are and how we’re better than that and how oh well I never.
Can you imagine Jeb! or Mitt in this situation? They would eagerly, whole-heartedly buy into the compromise unity candidate ploy to stick some moderate muggle on the bench in order to “repair the heart of our country” and “build bridges” of bipartisan love.............To Read More.....

A storm gathers in the wake of RBG

August 25, 2019 By Richard Jack Rail

Ruth Bader Ginsburg has the Left all anxious because pancreatic cancer threatens to take her out. That would give right-of-center judges an advantage, or at least a fighting chance, in putting America back on the path where judges interpret the law rather than make the law.

Were their ideas fully explained to and understood by the public, leftists would be overwhelmingly defeated and never win much of anything. Knowing they cannot win a fair fight, they concentrate on putting judges in office to do their bidding via judicial fiat. The mild right let this process get established, and now much of America finds nothing wrong with it even though it's unconstitutional.

Whenever a lefty gets nominated for SCOTUS, the process proceeds calmly, and the script is kept to. That's because the right respects the rules and dignity of the process. Only when a righty or potential righty is up for consideration do the fireworks fly. That's because the Left does not respect the rules and dignity of the process and seeks to make it all so painful and infuriating that the nominee backs out and gives up.

This is not what the Founders had in mind............To Read More......

Koch and Ginsburg prove the Left is going insane

To paraphrase Junior Walker's great hit " What Does It Take," let's ask, "What does it take to drive a liberal mad, crazy, insane, or whatever?"

The answer is not much, or further confirmation that these people need a life or change channels every night.

We saw two amazing examples of liberals gone crazy this week:

First, David Koch passed away, and Bill Maher couldn't wait for the funeral:
And now, some funeral news to report.  Yesterday, David Koch of the zillionaire Koch brothers died ... of prostate cancer," Maher said in the opening moments of his show. "I guess I'm going to have to reevaluate my low opinion of prostate cancer.".........To Read More....

Bulldozing Religious Freedom with Ruth Bader Ginsburg. A July Fourth special ...

by  July 4, 2019

As an exercise in self-immolation this July 4th fireworks season, I read Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s dissenting opinion in the Bladensburg cross case. It’s a flaming attack upon religious freedom — the first freedom in our Bill of Rights. At the least, it’s a smashing example of a Supreme Court justice endorsing the destruction of religious symbols on public property. Or at least where large Christian crosses are concerned.

The Ginsburg opinion, supported by a demolition crew of one — namely, Justice Sonia Sotomayor — is not only a crushing indictment of judicial acumen but also of our process of judicial appointments. Someone of such obviously partial and superficial mind should never have been nominated to the high court (by President Bill Clinton), let alone approved by a Senate vote of 96 to 3. Not even court liberals like Stephen Breyer and Elena Kagan deigned to agree with Ginsburg on this one. And yet, it’s such unhinged radical-left activism that endears Ginsburg to progressives. For anti-religious progressives, Bladensburg will be another brick in the large monument they’ll be erecting to their “Notorious R.B.G.” (surely on public property and with government dollars)........To Read More....

America and Judaism suffering from the same maladies

July 6, 2019 By Elliot Eisenberg

The story is told of an encounter between Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and a young law student. "The Constitution," said Justice Ginsburg, "is old, outdated, from a different era and should be replaced." "Funny," says the student, "that sounds just like you."

I am a Jew, and sadly, that is exactly how our Torah appears to be viewed by liberal members of our clergy. It is especially poignant this week as America celebrates its independence in 1776, and as Judaism recently celebrated the receipt more than three millennia ago of its Torah and Ten Commandments..............

Liberal jurists and politicians, including RBG, have made no secret of their distaste for America's Constitution.  But what is America without its Constitution?  What is Judaism without its Torah and Ten Commandments?

I shudder to think...........To Read More.....

The Path Forward for Ruth Bader Ginsburg

By April 14th, 2019

I am a lowly lawyer who has never argued before the Supreme Court, and never will. I am not a constitutional scholar, Justice Ginsburg has never heard of me, and I know that in the grand scheme of things, my opinion matters to her very little (and almost certainly not at all). Nevertheless, I hope Justice Ginsburg will forgive my presumptuousness, and will entertain this immodest, yet (I believe) very respectful, sincere, timely, and practical proposal.

There is no sense ignoring the herd of elephants stomping around the room, so I’ll just say it: Justice Ginsburg is dying. This is the truth, however unpleasant and (to many) unfortunate. She is a woman of many accomplishments, yet she is now very old and very ill. To quote the immortal words of Ryan Reynolds in “Deadpool”: “Cancer is a shitshow.” ...........To Read More....

How things will go down if Ginsburg leaves the SCOTUS

January 20, 2019 By Steve Grammatico

Mueller, the wall impasse, the shutdown, the "postponement" of the SOTU – all are skirmishes in the undeclared war on President Trump waged by Democrats, the Deep State, and the compliant media. A decisive battle will be enjoined if Ruth Bader Ginsburg dies or resigns this year.
Nothing scares the left more than the prospect of Trump filling another seat on the SCOTUS with a young, fire-breathing constitutionalist who would join with Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh to form a conservative bloc for the ages.

Pelosi and Schumer are praying that Justice Ginsburg survives and remains on the bench until January 1, 2020, when their concern for her well-being ceases. They know that Senate majority leader McConnell could not persuade his entire caucus to abandon the principle he championed in 2016 that a nomination to the Supreme Court in a presidential election year is inappropriate.

Here's how it may go if RBG vacates the bench or the Earth soon, as seems likely: Pelosi will immediately schedule a vote to launch a formal impeachment inquiry, pre-empting the president's announcement of his choice to fill Ginsburg's seat.  It will pass along partisan lines, swamping other news.  Next, the House Judiciary Committee (Jerrold Nadler, chair) will draw up charges against the president. Eventually, the committee will vote out articles of impeachment. At some point after this, the entire House votes on the articles. Trump is impeached.........To Read More....

Ruth Bader Ginsburg's Notorious Impact on America

A quarter century of radicalism on the bench.

January 16, 2019 Joseph Hippolito

The recently released film biography of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, On The Basis of Sex, provides the latest example of pop culture's infatuation with the leader of the court's liberal contingent, who will turn 86 in March.  That infatuation began with the independent biopic, RBG. Ginsburg played along with her newfound hip status by distributing "Notorious RBG" T-shirts.

When Ginsburg was hospitalized after breaking three ribs during a fall in November, various celebrities took to Twitter to offer their ribs and other vital organs. On his late-night show, Jimmy Kimmel even humorously offered to provide Ginsburg with a large plastic bubble -- after proclaiming that "for obvious reasons," she "must be protected at any cost."   What are those "obvious reasons"? Why, the election of President Donald Trump, of course. But why would celebrities be so concerned with the health of an elderly, chronically ill justice whom they never met?

Simple. Those celebrities share Ginsburg's radical political values, which define the Left's obsession with "social justice" and "equality" -- and which she expressed more than 40 years ago in a seminal legal analysis........To Read More....

Ginsburg can stay on the Supreme Court and vote, no matter how sick or disabled she becomes

by Melissa Quinn January 09, 2019

With Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg continuing to recover from cancer surgery, whispers about whether she should step down have grown louder. But as a member of the Supreme Court with life tenure, Ginsburg can remain on the bench for as long as she desires, no matter how sick she becomes.
Ginsburg had surgery Dec. 21 to remove two malignant nodules found in her left lung and has been recuperating at her home ever since. The procedure kept Ginsburg off the bench on Monday and Tuesday, marking the first time she missed oral arguments in her 25-year tenure on the Supreme Court.

Though she was not present for oral arguments, Chief Justice John Roberts said Ginsburg would participate in the cases by reading briefs and argument transcripts............To Read More

The Beatification of Ruth Bader Ginsburg

By Daniel John Sobieski December 31, 2018

In anticipation of her seat being the next Supreme Court vacancy to be filled by President Trump, Hollywood has come out with a fawning biopic of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg depicting how in 1956 she overcame the sexist fortress of Harvard Law School to become the feminist icon she is today.............
  • Ginsburg called for the sex-integration of prisons and reformatories so that conditions of imprisonment, security and housing could be equal. She explained, “If the grand design of such institutions is to prepare inmates for return to the community as persons equipped to benefit from and contribute to civil society, then perpetuation of single-sex institutions should be rejected.”.......
  • Ginsburg called for reducing the age of consent for sexual acts to people who are “less than 12 years old.” ......
  • She asserted that laws against “bigamists, persons cohabiting with more than one woman, and women cohabiting with a bigamist” are unconstitutional......
  • She objected to laws against prostitution because “prostitution, as a consensual act between adults, is arguably within the zone of privacy protected by recent constitutional decisions.” ......
  • Ginsburg wrote that the Mann Act (which punishes those who engage in interstate sex traffic of women and girls) is “offensive.” Such acts should be considered “within the zone of privacy.” .....
  • Ginsburg is no fan of President Trump, which is why she refuses to retire, but is a fan of bypassing the U.S. Constitution. .......
  • Ginsburg called presumptive GOP presidential nominee a “faker” and warned of the danger of a Trump administration to Scotus and the country. As ABC News reported..........
  • She jokingly added that she would move to New Zealand if he were to win the election in November. (Unfortunately she stayed.  RK)......
  • She is one of the justices who advocates incorporating foreign law and foreign constitutions into Scotus decisions:.........
  • She defended the Supreme Court’s recent practice of taking guidance from foreign law when interpreting the U.S. Constitution. She acknowledged that the practice has been criticized. She expressed concern at bills before Congress condemning the practice. ......
  • Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, in a concurring opinion in Grutter vs. Bollinger, affirmed the use of racial preferences in university admissions, citing the fact that the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination temporarily allows for the “maintenance of unequal or separate rights for different racial groups.” Separate but equal?........
  • Justice Ginsburg shares the view that the Supreme Court is a tool, not for ruling on the law and the Constitution as the Founders intended, but as a tool for social engineering incorporating foreign laws and opinions...
  •  She is a globalist who believes that “we the people” includes the people of Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka. ..

Ruth Bader Ginsburg has lung cancer

Back on November 7, the 85-year-old Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg fell in her office at the Supreme Court and fractured three ribs on her left side.  Ironically, this mishap may have been a blessing in disguise, as x-ray tests on her rib area revealed growths on her left lung.

Then, on December 21, Ginsburg underwent a pulmonary lobectomy at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.  In that procedure, one of the two lobes of the left lung is completely removed and examined.  Upon pathological testing, it was determined that the nodules on Ginsburg's left lobe were indeed malignant.

The prognosis cannot be good for Ginsburg.  According to Dr. John Heymach of the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, when lung cancer is caught, it usually has already spread to the lymph nodes and beyond, and by then, it is curable in only a few cases.

This is the latest in a string of health issues that have afflicted the aged Ginsburg. ; She has been on the Supreme Court since 1993 when appointed by Bill Clinton. Currently, she is the longest serving justice on the court. During her tenure, Ginsburg has had both colon (2009) and pancreatic cancer (1999) and a heart stent in 2014.  This is not a healthy, robust woman. One need not be a medical expert to predict with a reasonable degree of confidence that 2019 will end without Ginsburg ......on the bench...........To Read More.....
